"Dean, you're getting me cold." Cas mumbled.

"How?" Dean scoffed.

"Your hair is wet." Cas stated. "And the fan is blowing on my neck and making the water cold. That's how."

"Whiny little thing you are." Dean chuckled.

"Shut up." Cas muttered. "And are you getting dressed anytime soon?"

Dean laughed as he looked down at the towel that had come undone and was lopsidedly draped over his lap. "Do I have to?"

"Only if you want." Cas smiled.

"Well what I don't want is Sam to get pissed at you because you made me lie around naked instead of going back home." Dean chuckled.

"This would be all on you." Cas stated. "I have nothing to do with it."

"Doesn't matter. I'd put the blame on you anyways." Dean smirked.

"You're a terrible person and an even shittier boyfriend." Cas sighed.

"The feeling is mutual." Dean breathed.

"Go fuck yourself." Cas laughed.

"Why? Cos you're too shitty of a boyfriend to do it for me?" Dean scoffed.

"I hate you." Cas muttered.

"You love me." Dean purred, gently kissing the side of Cas's neck.

"You wish." Cas growled, pushing Dean backwards in a kiss.

"I know." Dean countered, giving Cas one last kiss before sitting up straight and sliding off the bed.

"Did you know that you have a really nice ass?" Cas hummed as Dean stood up and let the towel fall off his legs.

"Yes. I does." Dean stated.

"Arrogant prick." Cas retorted. "I try and be cute and that's your reply."

"So I'm an arrogant prick for being sexy and knowing it?" Dean laughed, stepping into some underwear.

"Yes. You is." Cas mimicked Dean's tone.

"Fuck you." Dean laughed searching for a shirt. "Green or blue?"

"Red." Cas replied.

"That's not an option, asshat." Dean snorting throwing a shoe as Cas over his shoulder. "Green. Or blue."

"Fine. Green." Cas sighed.

"Okay. Blue it is." Dean mused, chucking the green t-shirt over his head.

"But I said green." Cas argued. "And stop throwing your shit at me."

"You said green. So I'm going with blue. Simple as that." Dean stated, tossing a sock behind him.

"No but you asked and I said green, so put green on you asshat." Cas said. "And that dirty sock hit me in the fucking face!"

"Don't tell me what to do." Dean laughed, throwing the partner sock back, too.

"No, stop it!" Cas exclaimed.

"I'll wear blue if I fucking want to." Dean stated, picking up a pair of boxers off the floor, running over and pushing them over Cas's head.

"Ew!" Cas moaned as Dean sat right in front of him, holding the underwear over his head.

Cas wriggled beneath the garment before pushing to the side, his head popping through one of the legs. "Fuck. You."

"You look adorable in those. They're just your color." Dean smiled, pressing a gentle kiss to Cas's mouth.

Cas relaxed and kissed him back, holding his arms around Dean.

"Who knew shoving unwashed underwear over your boyfriend's head was so romantic?" Dean hummed.

"These are unwashed?!" Cas scoffed, pushing Dean over and prying the boxers off his neck. "Ew you fucked up piece of shit!"

Dean snickered to himself as Cas grimaced. "I feel dirty..."

Dean chuckled at him. "You are dirty. You're a dirty little slut."

"Oh fuck you." Cas rolled his eyes as he threw the boxers to the other side of the room.

"I love you, too." Dean sighed.

"You know that's not what I meant, Dean." Cas stated.

"You know it's just what you meant." Dean grinned, going back in and kissing Cas.

"No. I meant fuck you." Cas chuckled. "But I suppose I do love you, too."

"You suppose my ass." Dean muttered. "You would love to shout it from the roof-"

Cas shut Dean up by kissing him.

"Don't be rude. I was talking." Dean mumbled.

"Do you know how difficult you are making this?" Cas asked.

"Define?" Dean replied.

"Do you know how hard it is to kiss someone when you can't stop smiling?" Cas moaned.

"Ripley's believe it or not, I do." Dean mused. "But I think with a little practice, you'll get used to it."

Dean quickly shifted his face to Cas's neck and scratched his stubble across Cas's skin.

Cas burst out giggling, burying his neck into his torso. "Dean, stop!"

"Kiss me." Dean breathed.

"Fine." Cas stated, grabbing Dean's face and briefly dragging their lips together.

"You call that a kiss?" Dean scoffed.

"Yes." Cas answered, a dash of amusement hinting in his eyes.

"Well you're a shitty kisser then." Dean said.

"What was that?" Cas asked.

"I said...You are a shitty kisser." Dean growled.

Cas pulled Dean's face back into his and kissed him, gently at first then going rougher and rougher, pulling Dean's hands around his back and then shoving his hands into Dean's hair.

After a moment, Cas pulled away and gave Dean one last quick kiss and then smiled innocently. "What was that again?"

"Fuck." Dean breathed.

"I don't know..." Cas sang. "You haven't gotten any sleep..."

"What?" Dean scoffed. "Oh. No. I didn't mean..."

Cas just stared at Dean tauntingly before wagging his eyebrows once at Dean.

"Well." Dean hummed. "I can drink coffee later."

"I don't know..." Cas sighed. "You're pretty tired."

"Fuck it." Dean smirked, fisting the collar of Cas's shirt and attacking him with his lips.

"Ugh. That was a bad decision." Dean groaned. "So tired..."

"Don't say I didn't warn you." Cas smirked.

"Do they have coffee here?" Dean mumbled, Cas running his hand through Dean's hair.

"Yes, they do." Cas answered.

"Bring me some." Dean moaned.

Cas laughed, rolling onto his side and kissing him. "Alright."

"Lots. Like a whole fucking thermos." Dean muttered. "Two fucking thermoses."

"I'm going to get a cup, Dean. I don't want you up all night again." Cas smiled, giving Dean another kiss before sliding off the bed and standing up to get dressed again.

Once Cas had a button up and slacks on, he went to get the coffee from the breakfast.

When Cas returned, he was sure Dean was seconds away from sleeping. Cas violently slammed the door, Dean jumping awake.

"Jesus fuck, Cas. You scared me." Dean laughed as Cas sat on the side of the bed and handed him the coffee.

"I made sure to have them spike it with a little red bull and some more caffeine." Cas stated.

"Best boyfriend ever." Dean chuckled, quickly downing the drink.

"That'd be you. I suck." Cas smirked.

"Not gonna lie. You do." Dean sighed. "But that's okay."

"Fuck you." Cas snorted as Dean tilted the mug all the way back to get the last few drops and then set it on the counter.

"Well I said I wasn't going to lie." Dean said.

"Just go take your shower, get dressed, and I'll get your shit packed so we can go." Cas laughed.

"Why do I have to take a shower?" Dean asked. "You didn't."

"Fine. Don't." Cas shrugged shifting back onto the bed so he was sitting in between Dean's outstretched legs. "I don't really care."

"No shower it is then." Dean hummed, putting his arms in the hair. "Help me up, daddy."

Cas gagged at him. "Dean Winchester. If you ever ever call me daddy again, I will fucking take the dullest serrated knife I can find, and slowly cut your dick off. Slice. By. Tiny. Fucking. Slice. Got it?"

"Jesus fucking Christ!" Dean scoffed. "You got some issues."

"Yes. Many. But at the moment, my biggest is you calling me 'daddy' you disgusting fuck." Cas growled.

"Still. Help me up, not daddy." Dean smirked.

"Much better." Cas smiled sincerely as he reached past Dean's arms and to his chest, pushing his hands beneath Dean's back and pulling him up.

"Thank you." Dean sang teasingly.

Cas pressed a light kiss to the soft spot beneath Dean's jaw right before rolling over and placing Dean on the floor.

"Uh-I-uh-uhm-what was that?" Dean snorted, looking in confusion up at Cas.

Cas shrugged silently. Dean crawled back to the edge of the bed and leaned up, just barely able to reach Cas's mouth with his own.

Cas pushed himself off the bed a little more and pushed back into the kiss. "I love you, assbutt."

"Dick." Dean mumbled, breaking out in a smile as he pulled away.

"Accurate." Cas mused.

"Very." Dean chuckled.

"Now get dressed, Dean." Cas smiled.

"Dean! Castiel!" Marcy called as she saw the two of them walking towards the front office.

Cas looked around until he spotted her standing with Julie, who was resting against her looking very upset. Marcy whispered comforting words into Julie's ear before jogging over to Dean and Cas.

"Are you leaving?" She asked.

"Uh...something back home came up." Dean answered. "Is blondie over there okay?"

"We can't find David anywhere." Marcy sighed. "She called his cell but didn't hear it anywhere and he didn't pick up."

"Have you tried the hospitals?" Dean suggested. "Something might have happened to him."

"I'm thinking of doing just that. I saw some blood down by the beach but I didn't want to worry her." She frowned. "I'm sorry you have to go though. I was looking forward to working with a couple whose been together for 7 years and are so young."

"Seven years?" Dean asked.

"Yes. Castiel said you were together for seven years." She said.

"No. Only seven months." Dean stated.

"What?" Cas scoffed. "We've been together seven years."

"No. We've been together seven months, Cas. We've known each other for seven years." Dean laughed awkwardly.

"When did we first get together then?" Cas replied.

"November 15th 2013." Dean answered.

"Which means 7 years in November since what year is it? 2020, Dean." Cas stated.

Marcy stood watching them as they bickered.

"But you weren't even here for like six and a half years. We didn't even talk. That was not 'in a relationship', Cas." Dean ran his free hand through his hair and around the back of his neck before letting it fall limp to his side again.

"How do you confuse seven months and seven years may I ask?" Marcy intervened. "Am I missing something here?"

"Fucking. Wales." Dean sighed.

"Wales?" She asked.

"Cas went to Wales on our 6 month anniversary and came back September 17th 2019. He had a girlfriend though. So he was off limits to me." Dean explained.

"Until you took me to that hotel and fucked me of course." Cas mused.

"I still feel bad about that." Dean sighed. "Like I fuck myself up everyday about that. Like maybe if it weren't for me being a greedy idiot, you could be-"

Cas dropped his suitcases and gripped the sides of Dean's face and cut him off by kissing him. "Shut up, Dean."

"I'm serious, Cas." Dean mumbled into Cas's mouth.

"I'm serious too, Dean. It wouldn't have made a difference. Except I probably would've been a lot more sexually frustrated until I got back to you again." Cas shrugged.

"Still. I should've never lead you to cheat on your girlfriend."

"Some girlfriend." Cas snorted.

"Shitty or not, she was still your girlfriend." Dean stated.

"Since when do you care so much about being loyal?" Cas scoffed.

"Since forever. Where have you been?" Dean laughed.

"Dean. The first time we fucked, you immediately afterwards told me you had a girlfriend a few hundred yards away." Cas retorted.

"She wasn't really my 'girlfriend'..." Dean muttered. "I was only with her for the sex."

"Shitty or not, you were still her boyfriend." Cas replied.

"I guess, but I didn't love her."

"I didn't love Annie." Cas said.

"But she loved you." Dean stated.

"Did your girlfriend love you?" Cas asked.

"Yes but-"

"Then what's the difference?" Cas responded.

"I don't know okay. It's just different. Me and her, we didn't have potential. You and Annie did." Dean sighed.

"You and I don't have potential." Cas replied. "So would you be fine with us being disloyal to each other?"

"No of course not!" Dean exclaimed. "And what do you mean we don't have potential?"

"Dean, look at us." Cas laughed. "I'm a multi-billionaire and you run an auto shop. We're so different that together, we couldn't do anything."

"That's not the kind of potential I mean. I already know I'm a useless piece of a shit, Cas. No need to remind me." Dean scowled. "I mean relationship potential. I mean potential as a couple. Marriage, kids, a life together. All that."

"And you think we have potential there?" Cas scoffed.

"Of course! I love you." Dean stated.

"Well I'm still going to say there's no potential. So would you be fine if I went out and fucked the first I guy I saw?" Cas asked.

"Fuck no!" Dean snorted.

"Then how is it that you were fine with cheating on her, but not me on Anastasia?" Cas continued.

"Do you understand how stupid that question is?" Dean groaned.

"I don't care. I want an answer." Cas replied.

"Well maybe I changed. Cas, maybe I changed." Dean said. "Maybe that was before everything I loved was torn out of my life and I knew what it felt like to have my still-beating heart ripped out of my chest."

"Dean, I'm sorry." Cas breathed, wrapping his arms around Dean.

"Cas, it's fine. Really." Dean chuckled. "Which means...you can let go of me."

"I'll never let go of you, Dean. Not again." Cas mumbled into Dean's neck.

"Yeah okay, Cas. Just kindly get off me. Cos God help me, we have a plane to catch." Dean smiled, working at prying Cas off him.

"Well I should let you get going, but uh...work on communication. You got issues there." Marcy sighed, before leaning up to Dean and whispering into his ear so quietly, Dean could barely hear her. "And tell Castiel about that ex-wife of yours."

"Can't help you there, but remember to ask the hospitals around here. They shou-" Dean began but was interrupted by Julie's shrieking.

"Thank you!" She yelled, running over to Cas.

"For...what?" Cas asked, finally releasing Dean and standing in front of him, Dean's hands resting gently on Cas's waist.

"For putting that douchebag asshat in his fucking place!" Julie grinned, giving Cas a messy kiss.

Cas cringed, violently wiping the red lipstick off his mouth and onto Dean's shirt.

"Thanks a lot..." Dean muttered.

"You're welcome. It looks nice on you." Cas stated.

"I love you." Dean snorted. "You fucking idiot."

"You're the fucking idiot." Cas replied, turning around and kissing Dean momentarily.

"We need to get going, Cas." Dean chuckled.

"Okay." Cas chided, picking his suitcases back up, Dean placing a hand at the arch of Cas's back.

"Dean this isn't the airport..." Cas said confusedly.

"Of course it's not." Dean replied.

"What?" Cas scoffed. "Where are we?"

"The hospital." Dean turned the car off and looked over at Cas in the passenger seat.
