On Your Face

The burning desire in her was only increasing. The tingling sensation along her arms and back made her want to indulge in the urge. She only wanted to scratch. Hakkai listened as Goku kept reading the symptoms of hives from a book that she kept in her personal bag. At first, Hakkai thought she was getting itchy on her arms from being in the sun too long, but then the next morning, she woke up with the itching sensation all over her body.

"It says that you could get hives from hormonal fluctuations." Goku read from the book out loud. "What does that mean?

Hakkai pulled up a wet towel from one arm to her legs. "I see. I did miss my period." She smiled at Goku. "It basically means that my body is basically out of rhythm right now. Hormones are signals in the body that lets all the functions of the organs to do their tasks. "

"What?" Goku was confused.

"Don't worry. I should be better in a few days as long as I don't scratch." Hakkai smiled to the boy as she subconsciously scrapped at her arms.

"Hakkai!" Goku ran up to her from the table taking a hold of her hands. "What's causing your hormonal thing?"

"Well there are many factors… We haven't been eating properly for the past few days and I guess I have been feeling a bit stressed for the past few days."

"Stressed? From what?"

Hakkai only smiled not wanting to let him know. She didn't want to burden Goku enough. The teen already felt that he was at fault for Sanzo's departure. Letting him know that the situation they were left in was stressing her out more would make him worry more.

Gojyo burst in the door surprising the two. Goku turned back chastising him for taking too long. The kappa ignored the complaints of the animal and set the groceries down on the table. He reached inside pulling out an ointment cream and threw it at Hakkai.

"We had a little money left over so I asked the old lady running the store what could help out with your hives." Gojyo started to put the groceries away.

"Thank you, Gojyo." Hakkai responded opening the bottle. She poured some on her hands and handed the bottle to Goku, who was interested in helping her apply some on her skin. "It seems that you need to put some on my back as well, Goku."

"Okay."

Gojyo stared from the corner of his eye as Goku helped Hakkai pull the white tank top she borrowed from Gojyo over her head so that her front was still covered.

"Ummm… Hakkai, I think you need to take off your bra."

"Oh, yes. I forgot about that. I'll-"

Gojyo suddenly appeared besides them throwing Goku out, locking him out of the room. There was no way he was going to let that little brat take it off. It was already bad enough that Hakkai was wearing his tank top and a pair of shorts belonging to Goku. "You're too young for this!" he yelled ignoring Goku's protests, accusations of being a pervert, and pounding at the door.

She tried to explain she was going to take it off, but Gojyo insisted. He couldn't believe how nervous he was when he unclasped the womanly undergarment. Then, they were quiet as he pressed the cream on her hot back. It sent a chill down her spine. To have Gojyo, a person that had feelings for her, put ointment on her back was something Hakkai would not have imagined. If it was another person, Gonou, maybe, she wouldn't have mind. Though, she was couldn't help but find it soothing to have Gojyo's big hands sway along her back and his long slender fingers glide against her skin.

She felt herself blush. As if he timed it, Gojyo stopped. "Hakkai, you're red, do you have hives on your face too?"

"Oh no! no! I'm fine." She said. There was no way that she would give into Gojyo. She told herself that from the very beginning from when they met. Hakkai especially hated that she was able to make such a noise in the alleyway because of him.

A/N: Thank you for your time and reading this drabble. I hope you enjoyed it and please R&R! It would be much appreciated.
I have to say that the hives part of the story was based on my personal life. Last semester, I was so stressed out that I broke out in hives. Luckily, for me, it only lasted for two days.
