Chapter 52

DISCLAIMER: Do not own Baka and Test or anything related to it, also do not own Gintama (should any references appear).

A/N: So, since I've gotten quite a few chapters out a day late, I was thinking... Why not get one out a little early? Today is Thursday and I soon retire to bed, so why not? So, hope you enjoy.

This chapter sets up for the next chapter, actually.

Yoshii Akihisa

The Next Day

"Good morning, Hideyoshi!" Akihisa called out as she ran up behind the twins, Yuuji nowhere to be seen behind her. Unlike in the past, she didn't go to wrap her arms around Hideyoshi and bury her head into his back; instead, she just simply took to his side, smiling at the twin as he looked up at her.

"Good morning Akihisa." Hideyoshi told her, a very light blush forming on his cheeks as he continued to walk beside his older sister.

"Is everything going well?" Akihisa asked, looking at Yuuko halfway into the question.

Hideyoshi was confused by the question, wondering what she was referring to. However, Yuuko knew immediately what Akihisa was referring to, and so, she answered him. "Yeah, everything's splendid." Hideyoshi looked over at his sister, confusion still in his eyes until it was replaced with a glint of understanding. Turning back to Akihisa, Hideyoshi smiled and nodded in agreement with his sister.

"Yeah... everything is... wonderful now, Akihisa." The way he said it made Yuuko's face red, the girl trying to hide it from both of them as the two continued to converse. "So, how are things going with Minami?" The hideyoshi asked, looking intently into Akihisa's own. The intent look would have usually sent her into a blushing frenzy, but that time had passed. She just had some pink dancing across her cheeks now.

"Well, as well as you could say, I suppose." Akihisa answered, nervously scratching the back of her head as she slightly averted her eyes away from Hideyoshi. "But, I think that things are looking up, now. I don't feel so confused, that's for sure, Hideyoshi." She smiled her slightly idiotic smile, Hideyoshi returning it with a soft smile of his own.

"That's good." Hideyoshi told her, looking over at his sister who gave a soft shrug. "Akihisa," Hideyoshi said, catching her attention as he looked back over at her, "I think you'll be receiving a surprise from Minami today, so look out for it, alright?"

"A surprise?" Akihisa asked, wondering what Hideyoshi meant by that. Before she could ponder it, her eyes caught sight of Minami ahead of them, her face immediately brightening up as she called out to him. As Minami looked back over his shoulder, Akihisa ran up to join him, never having noticed that Hideyoshi was only carrying two boxed lunches.

Kinoshita Hideyoshi

When Akihisa went running off to Minami, Hideyoshi looked over at his sister, the older twin looking very slightly away from him. "You never told me that Akihisa knew about... us..." It hadn't affected him as much as he thought it would when he had realized that Akihisa knew about their love for each other, but he still didn't like it when his sister kept things from him. Especially things like his best friend knowing that he is in love with his twin.

"I forgot to mention it." She simply told him, looking back over her shoulder and then around him.

"Is there anything else you forgot to mention?" Hideyoshi asked her a bit bluntly, ignoring, for the moment, of why she was looking all around them.

"If I forgot something, I'll just mention it later," Yuuko looked back at him, her eyes immediately taking on a commanding glint as her voice came out in a commanding tone, "carry the boxes with your right arm, now."

Hideyoshi blinked, and even though he was wondering why she was ordering him to do something like thst, he was still moving to do it without a moment to waste. Once the boxes were situated where he could carry them with just his right arm, his other hand suddenly found itself being taken into Yuuko's own.

"Sis?" Hideyoshi asked, surprised that she was holding his hand out in public. It's not like he worried about what if people saw them holding hands, and it's not like he minded it. It was just something he hadn't thought about her doing.

"What?" She sternly asked as they moved on, Yuuko keeping him at her own pace.

Hideyoshi, after a moment, softly smiled. "It's nothing..." With that said, he held her hand back as they continued on towards school.

Yoshii Akihisa

"Akihisa." Hearing Kouta say her name, Akihisa looked on over at the boy who had come to sit right at her side. He reached into his pocket, drawing out a small envelope that he usually kept a few pictures of his merchandise in. "I have some new pictures of Hideyoshi dressed as a girl, would you like to preview them?"

Normally, Akihisa would have jumped at the chance with a blush upon her face and blood leaking from her nose at Kouta not only telling her that he had some new pictures of Hideyoshi, but also that he was going to let her preview them, something he rarely did. However, this time, she oddly didn't even feel the pure want of it. Of course, she did feel like she would like seeing such pictures, but she felt nothing like she had felt before whenever Kouta asked such a thing.

Then, she remembered about Minami. It wouldn't be good for her at all if she went around looking and buying Hideyoshi's pictures, no matter how cute and beautiful and absolutely tempting they were for her perverted side. But another thing, Hideyoshi is already taken...

"No thanks, Kouta." Akihisa told him, holding up her hand in denial. Her rejection instantly causing not only Kouta to pale as his eyes went wide, but also a couple of other FFF Inquisition members who were standing nearby. As Akihisa turned back to finish guessing at her work, Kouta silently fell back onto his back and started scooting away, using only his feet as he muttered something over and over in disbelief.

With Kouta having brought up pictures of Hideyoshi, Akihisa remembered how her room was. She remembered the posters she had of him hanging up in her room; she remembered the sheer number of pictures she had of him stored away and some even that were laying about in her room. If she was going to devote herself to Minami, she just had to get rid of...

every...

one...

o-of...

t-t-them...

How can she just get rid of the things that have been her treasures for so many, many months!? Akihisa had even sold most of her remaining video games and manga to buy the VIP packs that Kouta had sold her some time ago. To get rid of all of her posters and photos... just how could she manage to do that?

"Aki," Akihisa looked up, being brought out of her thoughts as Minami stood in front of her, two boxed lunches in his hands, "d-do you want to eat with me...? I-I made you a lunch, today..."

She can manage it, of course she can.

After all, she has Minami...

"Thanks, Minami. Of course I'll eat with you."

A/N: So yeah... at first, when I started watching Baka to Test, I really liked how even though Hideyoshi was so feminine, he was still kind of like a normal, pure boy with the other boys. After writing so many stories of Yuuko and Hideyoshi, and daydreaming and coming up with story ideas, I believe I now think of Hideyoshi neither as a girl nor as a boy; but rather, he is his own gender (In mind, body, and development).

Some of you may see him as a boy; maybe some of you seem him as a girl; and maybe some of you agree with me, but this is my belief and I stand by it. Why do I tell you this? I don't really know, just felt like sharing my own thoughts...

I have conceptions of the twins in my profile - the way I see them and practically always write them. Or something like that... important points I practically always include (not always, seeing as the story: I'm a Guy went up against one of Hideyoshi's points)?

Note: I have a very hard time of seeing Hideyoshi throwing an actual punch, or really getting to the point where he'd throw an actual punch - if he was getting angry at his sister because of something.

Story ideas can start getting quite creative after a certain amount... well, more like after certain amounts. Contract is an example, I suppose.

I need to step up the writing. Aside from typing up multiple Fanfics about Yuushi, I also want to make some Ficfics on FictionPress. One of which is set in a VRMMORPG, one which is an ongoing school detective story, and another which has a school boy aiming for the girl he is in love with with the help of his fight-crazy, most-loyal childhood, and best friend Yuudai who is act-

Does my personality fit with the stories I type up? Because I seriously don't think so.

By the way, all 15 documents of mine on here are all Baka to Test related.
