"We could get tricked by an ANIMAL shapeshifter too! They could be working together." KaylaDestroyer reasoned. Sam rolled his eyes.
"Look, all we know of right now is the one impersonating Dean. Watch him closely and keep him AWAY from the rabbits and the kangaroo." The two authors saluted.
"Will do!" they replied confidently.
"Hey, Dean!"
Dean turned around to see two girls walking towards him.
"What's up?"
"We were just making sure you weren't mad at Raz, or anything. 'Cause you seemed really mad at Squint and, we just wanted to make sure you didn't think it was all Raz's fault." KaylaDestroyer replied.
Dean shrugged. "I don't mind Raz. She's alright. Its her "brother" I have a problem with."
"Well, yeah, he does get a bit annoying sometimes." KaylaDestroyer agreed. "But, you have to admit he's real endearing to his sister and Nina." Dean shrugged.
"Whatever you wanna' call it; he get's on my nerves." he replied. The fanfiction authors glanced at each other.
"Soooooo... Why DOES he get on your nerves?"
"He's just...TOO endearing. He just does EVERYTHING he POSSIBLY can for some kangaroo who's not even related to him by blood. I mean...what's his thing with her? She's a TON of trouble now; she's dangerous and she's gonna' hurt someone hurt if we don't put her away somewhere." Dean replied. "He should just leave her alone; she doesn't deserve anyone's help now." With that Dean walked away, leaving the two authors to themselves. Eightbooksand60cats's eyes were wide as could be.
"The REAL Dean I know would never say something like that." she said, her eyes showing repressed anger and sadness.
KaylaDestroyer nodded. "That's definitely a shapeshifter. I hope we can find the real Dean before something BAD happens." she replied.
"We better," Eightbooksand60cats said, her eyes suddenly turning darker than they usually were. "He's impersonating one of MY friends. That shapeshifter's going DOWN."
"Eightbooksand60cats, you're about to rage again," KaylaDestroyer warned.
"Oh, sorry," Eightbooksand60cats said, her eyes returning to their normal shade of brown. She pushed her glasses farther up her nose and asked, "But what are we gonna do about the shapeshifter? It might not even be a shapeshifter; shapeshifters leave behind evidence: their former "skin". If Dean had just been replaced before the argument, we would have seen the skin. It could be Leviathan told to do recon, or even worse, a demon."
