Akashi IV: Mine, it will not change
Part 3

Akashi closed his phone the moment he receive the information of where he'll be meeting Saruhiko.

Saruhiko Tomoe.

Akashi's smirk widened when he saw Saruhiko waiting for him at the designate restaurant. He also noted that his secretary, Saito was there too waiting for him.

"Akashi-sama will be here any moment now."

"I understand." the dark haired man nodded and sat there in patience.

Tomoe Saruhiko, 29, General Manager of Tomoe Merchandise.
Heir of the Tomoe's. Also from Tokyo University.
Perfectionist, strict and is a good son to his father.

If Akashi didn't know you personally, he and Saruhiko might've been great friends. But that doesn't matter now. Those that are in the way of Akashi Seijurou must move away on their own, or he'd make them... the hard way.

But today seems to be Saruhiko's lucky day... he wont be wiped out yet.

"I apologize for keeping you waiting." Akashi stepped into the private room that was reserved for their lunch meeting.

"No worries Akashi-san." Saruhiko stood up and greeted Akashi, "It was me who is supposed to be thanking you for allowing a sudden meeting like this to happen."

"Ah, there are stuffs I need to talk to you about too." Akashi sat down, leaving Saruhiko confused with his words. But it was completely dropped off when Saito took out the papers that they will be talking about.

The meeting begun and it was later that afternoon when they finished with the terms. Akashi made sure that before he sign the papers he's getting something good out of the deal.

"Thank you for this Akashi-san. Tomoe wont let you down."

"I know what." Akashi answered confidently, and Saruhiko was glad.

"By the way, Tomoe." Akashi started, they were done with the contract signing, Akashi signed after making Saruhiko explain the whole contract to him for full 3 hours. He had the contract reviewed already when Saruhiko sent a copy

to his office earlier that morning. He had the contract reviewed by his most trusted lawyers and also briefly by his secretary.

"Hm?" they were already having some light drink after the late lunch they just had.

"Do you have a family?" Akashi asked.

Saruhiko laughed in surprise and proudly answered a "Yes."

Akashi smiled at Saruhiko, but for someone who knows Akashi personally, his smile wasnt real. His smile didn't even reach his eyes.

"I never heard you got married." Akashi said.

"It was a sudden one. I thought (name) told you about it." Saruhiko turned to Akashi in a teasing tone.

"(name)?" he asked, "(full name)?"

"Yes, (full name)." Saruhiko nodded, "knowing (name), she must've told you about the marriage. You were friends."

Akashi was quiet, he wasnt expecting that answer.

"We dont have any communication. When did you get married? Do IT know her? (Name) didn't really tell me anything."

"Why are you asking a personal question, Akashi-san... but not that i'm hiding it from you." Saruhiko chuckled, Akashi frowned. it seems like Saruhiko is a light drinker, they have only had like 4 glasses and Saruhiko is already out of

his mind.

"I really thought that (name) relayed the news to you. But since she didnt, I'll tell you myself. hic."

Akashi fight the urge to roll his eyes. yes, he is capable of rolling his eyes.

"My wife is in Osaka with my father. Hic."

"Osaka?" Akashi frowned.

"Osaka is her hometown. She loved the place. I always wanted to live here in Tokyo though...but there's nothing else I can do about it." Saruhiko closed his eyes.

"I see..."

"But you know, if its (name) she would've supported me with what I want..." Saruhiko continued, "She's really a supportive more than my wife now-, I dont even know what I liked about-" Saruhiko's sentence was cut off when he

looked over to his side and found out that Akashi was not there next to him. "Huh? Where did he go? hic."

"My apologies, but Akashi-sama has left a moment ago in rush." Saito explained.

"Ahn?" Saruhiko grumbled something under his breathe, but it was ignored by Saito.

*-KnB-*

Today's drive to Osaka is the longest you've done in your entire life.

"Maybe it would've been better if I took Sora-san with me..." you sighed as you looked over to the back seat and found Seien sleeping. "You must be so tired from the drive Seien..."

You reserved a hotel for the whole week. And it was perfect, just as planned. But then the comfort disappears whenever you remember meeting Akashi after five years... well, it wouldve been a normal one if only Akashi didnt meet

Seien. But there's nothing you can do about it.

You sighed one last time that evening as you watched your son sleeping on the bed peacefully. You lightly brushed the hair off his face and he stirred a little, but didnt woke up, and you were glad for that.

"Seien, we're happy even without your father right?" you smiled at the sleeping boy before your comfortably settle yourself next to him. You wrapped your arms around his sleeping form comfortably.

-NEXT DAY-

Akashi was quietly sitting inside a large living room while having his daily morning coffee and his newspaper...no scratch that...

"So, what's with the sudden vacation-oh, no news papers today?" came Gou's question the moment she entered the living room. Akashi could only give her a small nod in response before returning to reading the papers his secretary

gave him earlier that morning. "Seijurou?" Gou sat down at the large couch across Akashi's seat.

"I need to meet someone." Akashi answered moments later, as he placed down the papers he was reading on the table...followed by the reading glasses he was using.

"And that is?"

"Just an old friend." Akashi answered as he stood up and walked to the table to get his coffee. "Would you like to come and meet them?"

"Friend? No, thank you." Gou answered, "I'll be picking up Keiko today."

"Keiko?" Akashi raised a brow.

"Yes, you should know what already."

"Of course." Akashi nodded to himself, "I'll leave her to you then."

"Seijurou, you cannot always let me handle her." Gou looked at his direction. "You cannot always leave her to me, after he's your-"

"Gou." Akashi's warning tone silenced her.

"H-her mother's not gonna like it." Gou finished, defeated.

"Then let her be, it is their wish to be around, I have something more important things to take care of than deal with her and Keiko.." Akashi answered. "You came here for vacation, Gou." Akashi reminded herm "not to be Keiko's baby sitter."

Gou sighed. She just irritated Seijurou 2nd time that week. And he's got a point too.

"Seijurou-sama," it was the voice of their old butler, "Your bag has been packed to the car."

"Good."

"A-are you leaving already?" Gou asked.

"Yes. I have a train to catch." Akashi picked the papers he left on the table before saying goodbye to Gou.

-*KnB*-

Your day started at the Park. It has been a while since you last brought Seien to the park to play.

You watched how fast he grew up, when the other day he as just a small fragile baby and you don't even know how to lift him up.

*flashback*

"M-mom, I-I'm scared..." you mumbled as your mother assisted a small sleeping baby into your arms "w-what is I squish him?"

"Dont be silly, (name). You can do it, come on." You watched the baby on your arms sleeping like there'a nothing wrong the world.

"See? He likes your warmth." Your mother commented.

*end flashback*

"Mommy, do you think grandma will love these flowers?" You blinked at the young boy standing in front of you, holding flowers that he picked from somewhere.

"Yes. Of course, Seien." You nodded, "Grandma will love anything from you."

"Yay!" And young boy cheered.

"Come, shall we go visit grandma and grandpa now?" You asked.

"Mm." The boy nodded. With that you walked back to where you parked your car hand-in-hand with Seien.

...both walked without the knowledge of someone following and taking pictures of the two of you secretly.

Akashi quietly drinks his tea as he reviews some documents that needed signature before the day ends. Yes, even though he's on vacation, he still tries to do some paper works when rather than doing nothing.

"..." the quiet room was only interrupted when his mobile phone started ringing.

"This is Akashi." He immediately answered.

"Akashi-sama." Came the response, "we have sent you the recent photos of the woman with the child."

"Great."

"They were just leaving the park, but that is not why I called..." Akashi frowned, "there's someone following them. And secretly taking photo's of the boy."

"Clear them out of the way." Was Akashi's immediate answer. "Dont make a scene. I want to know who sent those people."

"Hai, Akashi-sama." With that Akashi disconnected the line.

-*KnB*-

You watched as your son placed the flowers he picked on the grave stone of your parents. It has been a year and so since the accident.

Your father was driving, your mother was sitting at the passenger's seat and you and Seien was at the back seat. It was a family outing and he was driving carefully...but a drunk driver just...

You opened your eyes and cleared your thoughts...the drunk driver died too. You were lucky to have survived it without scratch with Seien.

You sighed.

"Mommy?"

"Yes, Seien?"

"Your friend is here." The boy said

"Hm?" His words confused you, and sp you just followed his line of sight.

Behind you, few feet away and holding flowers was Akashi Seijurou.

It took you few moments before you recognized that it was really hi, standing there until he spoke.

"You should've told me about your parents passing away." He started.

"A-akashi-san!? What are you doing here?"

"Paying respect to your parents." He answered quietly and placed the flower on top of their graves right next the Seien's flowers and the one you brought.

"They were good to me whenever I come over to your house, and your father is good at shogi too. He beat me."

"You know grandpa?" The young boy leaned at Akashi excitedly.

"Yes." Akashi nodded at the boy.

"How did you find this place?"

"I asked your sister." He answered and you were both quiet as he prayed for the soul of your parents.

When he finished he stood up and turned to you.

"We need to talk." He said.

"About what? Can it wait for next week?" You aksed sighing.

"No, its about Seien."

"About me?"

"What about Seien?"

"He's your son, and I'm-"

"Can we not talk about this here?" You interrupted his sentence and Akashi didn't like it one bit, but he turned and looked at your parents grave and then at the confused Seien.

"Understood." Akashi answered and grabbed your hand, "I will drive you both back to your hotel and we'll talk about it there."

"No." You declined.

"Are you disobeying me (name)." Akashi challenged.

"You cannot just come here and interrupt us like this Akashi, we have plans. That's why I told you to wait until Monday!"

"Important matters like this should be discussed immediately and you know that.

"NO!" This time Akashi was interrupted by Seien's voice and teary eyes. "We're going to see the festival today! If we go home mommy will get tired and won't want to go out again! And she promised me!"

"Seien." You lifted up the boy who started sobbing. "We'll go to the festival. Don't worry." You cooed then glared at Akashi.

Akashi sighed.

"Then I will go too."

"What?"

"You heard what I said." And with that Akashi took Seien from your arms and carried him himself.

"Akashi!"

"Let me carry him this time. Your shoulders are hurting now right?" He said.

"No! I can still-"

"(Name)." Akashi warned and you shut up immediately.

"Seijurou-san is stronger than mommy!" Seien commented as Akashi walked down the hill to the cemetery's gate leaving you following right behind them.

"Of course." He answered.

"Your mommy needs to rest so you must stick to me." He ordered.

"Ok." Seien nodded.

-*KnB*-

Akashi walked around the stalls, Seien was pulling him around. Moving to the different games he wanted to see. Time came so fast and it was almost 7pm when Akashi came back at the table where they left you at outside the

restaurant.

Indeed, you were tired from carrying Seien the whole day and add the weight of being tired from driving 7 hours yesterday from. Tokyo to Osaka. Akashi managed to make you agree easily to just sit there and let him handle Seien.

"Mommy! Sei-san bought me a mask!" Came the excited voice of Seien holding up an octopus mask to you.

"That's great!" You smiled at Seien. "Have you thanked Akashi-san about it?"

"Mm! Right, Sei-san?" He looked up to the red haired male.

"Yes."

"Sei-san?" You looked up at Akashi.

"I told him to call me by my name." Akashi told you, "You used to call me Seijurou too."

"Seijuro-senpai." You nodded, "but thing have changed now, you are our client and also boss-so its Akashi-san." You added.

"I don't want you to call me that." Akashi said.

"Akashi-sama?" You joked but he glared.

"What? You said no 'Akashi-san'."

"Seijurou."

"Senpai." You said instead. "Senpai." This time you decided. "If not Akashi-san or Akashi-sama, then its senpai. Like the old times."

Akashi would've insisted, but the people started gasping and different color tarted exploding in the night sky followed by Seien's excited squeals.

Akashi lifted up Seien on his shoulder to make him have a better view.

"Woah! Mommy! That one looks like a heart!" He squealed.

"Yes." You smiled as you watched Seien squeal at the fireworks display.

"Thank you for today Akashi-san." You bowed at Akashi as he stopped his car in front of the inn where you were staying.

"My pleasure." Akashi responded and he turned at the now sleeping Seien at your lap. "I will help you carry him." He said, and without waiting for your response, he went out of the driver seat and opened the door for you and took

Seien gently off your lap.

"What room are you staying?" He asked.

"Ah- 1411." You responded. And Akashi started walking to the corridor.

"Not bad for a 2nd rate inn." He commented as he observed the interior of the inn.

"Second rate?" You sighed at Akashi, "just because you always stay at a five star hotel, you can call this inn a second rate. Fyi, this place is older than your father and is one of the top inns in Osaka." You informed him.

"Now I know." Akashi stopped in front of your room. "1411." He said.

"Yes." You opened the door and let Akashi in. "You can put him down there at the bed." You instructed, and he did.

"Thank you." You said again and Akashi walked to you and stared at your eyes.

"It's time to tell me everything (name)." Akashi said to you.

"When do you mean everything?"

"You know what I'm talking about." Akashi glanced at Seien's sleeping form. "He won't wake up. And we still have time."

"Akashi-san, please not toni- "

"You owe me an explanation for leaving (name)." Akashi interrupted. "And I want it now."

"Akashi-san-"

"Now." Akashi ordered and you immediately stiffened at his voice. "Why did you leave without telling me?"

You sighed. How many times have you sighed today?

"Two weeks when you we're preparing for your graduation... I found out that I was pregnant..." you closed your eyes as you remember the details. "First I thought of aborting...but that is against my morals... And so, I thought I

should just leave and raise him away from the people's prying eyes... everyone knows about me and Saruhiko... and now that it was announced that he married the daughter of his father's business partner what would they think of

me walking with a big belly, when it was Saruhiko who I was always with?" you explained. "I also didnt want to tell you about this because I know you will think of me differently...that I give in to anyone easily just like that-"

"Did I judge you when I saw you crying that day to the station (name)?" Akashi interrupted, "When did I judge you?"

"..." you couldn't answer him.

It was true that Akashi never judged you, even that day when you feel asleep on his apartment not caring about anything at all.

"Answer me."

"Never."

"Exactly, never." Akashi glanced at Seien's sleeping form. "That child's father is Saruhiko.." he concluded.

"Yes."

"Does he know?"

"No."

"You didnt tell him?"

"I didn't."

"Why?"

"What do you mean why? He just got married- and I dont want scandals!"

"You love Saruhiko so much back then, we both know that. And as far as I'm concern even in your sleep you call for him." Akashi said.

"Wha-"

"You loved him so much you even disobeyed your father's wishes when he wanted to send you abroad."

"How did you even found that one out?" You looked at Akashi in surprise.

"Your father told me."

"Why would he even tell you that?"

"Because I'm a trustworthy person." Akashi watched as you grumbled in irritation. "Tell me why didn't you tell Tomoe of his son? Letting him know about Seien is enough reason to make the newly wed separate."

"He doesn't need to know." You looked away.

"For your information, I was with Tomoe yesterday." Akashi started you looked at him in surprise and wide eyes.

"D-did you tell him that you saw me with a child!?" was your sudden question and worry.

"No. Why would I tell him that?" Akashi asked you back and noticed that you sighed in relief. "But he did mention that he's having issues with his wife's support. That if its you he married, you would've supported all his wishes with all

your might."

"...like I'd support him all the way." you grumbled. "He's an asshole I regret falling in love with."

"And why is that?" Akashi asked, "Why the sudden change of heart when you went against your parents back before just for a person like him?"

You closed your eyes and let your mind travel back 5 years ago during that day that Saruhiko went to your house few days before you left Tokyo.

*Flashback*
Your heart skipped a beat when you saw him standing there outside your house. Your mother was packing up your clothes, so she doesn't really know he came.

"S-Saruhiko?" seeing him again made you choke from the tears that you stopped from falling down. "W-what are you doing here?" you spoke in a neutral tone.

"I came to see you."

"What for?" you heart skipped a beat. No, it was beating so loud and painful that if Saruhiko is closer he would be able to hear it...if that's possible.

"Just checking up on you."

"I'm good."

"I can see that." he answered, "I got married three weeks ago." he informed you.

'I know.'

"Really? Congratulations." you made it sound so happy, "I wasn't really updated anymore. I was busy preparing for the internship." you lied.

"I see." Saruhiko looked at the gate that separates the two of you. "Are you not letting me in?"

"Sorry. The house is kinda messy." Indeed it was...but you didnt want to let him know you are leaving or anything like that.

"Ah, I have a question... the other month...we kinda did it.." your face suddenly turned red and hot from the question.

"Saruhiko!" you snapped, "Why are you asking such question and in front of our house too! what if other people hears you!"

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Saruhiko apologized and looked at the gates again. "Open up so we can talk quietly." He requested.

you walked closer but you didnt open the gates.

"This is the best distance I can give you. You lower your voice." you said to him.

"okay." Saruhiko sighed. "We did it last time...and we kinda went overboard there, you know that." Saruhiko said quietly, "I just came here to ask if well... you are Ok?"

You glowered at Saruhiko.

"I'm doing good really."

"I know that, but my friends keep telling me to check up on you since they see you aound always eating weird food, and didnt they say that when a person is pregnant they are craving for weird foods and stuffs?" He asked.

"And now what?" you, that time were seriously contemplating if you'd tell him that his friends' suspicion are all true...that YES, fucking hell!-you are pregnant with his child and it 8 weeks old now!

"I'm just checking." Saruhiko defended, "I will help you take it out. I dont want to ruin your career and that would ruin both of us." That word alone broke you...also that was enough to make you hate him forever.

'Why would he even suggest that with his own flesh?-fucking hell die and go hope you fall in the depths of the seventh layer of hell!' you commented quietly.

"Abortion." you clarified.

"Yes."

"Well, I am not." you answered with a straight face, all the tears that are now forming on your eyes are not because you missed him like it was earlier today, it was now for the child that doesnt know anything that his father wants

him to get removed because he doesnt want to ruin MY career-but mostly just his OWN life.

"Its just Seijurou-senpai's will to bring weird foods like that and feed them to me." you excused. "For taste test.'

"Akashi Seijurou huh?" Saruhiko chuckled. "Didn't you know that he's the heir of the Akashi Corp?"

"What's that to do with me?" you grumbled irritated now... slowly your patience is shortening. You didnt want to see his face...not now, not ever.

"I'm just telling you because I don't want you to get hurt again." you glared at Saruhiko before turning away. "When you hangout with him, the chance of you two being in a relationship increases add the factor that we just broke up, you will or might fall in love with him immediately, thinking that his care for your well being is like 'love'." Saruhiko explained.

"Wow. is that math? for the first time in your entire college life, its the first time you were able to conclude shitty thing like that. I'm laughing really, you should have used that brain of yours in passing your math subjects than failing them every time." you commented. "Also, that's really funny hearing that from you..." you turned your back from him and proceed to walk to your house. "You may leave monkey boy." then you shut the door behind you leaving

Saruhiko standing there.

That moment you leaned your back at the door and your tears wont stop coming out... you wanted to scream and everything but you didnt want to worry your mother and didnt want to appear weak even for the child that is inside you.

*end flashback*

"Bastards will always be a bastard." you commented irritably as you remembered what happened before.

"I apologize for making you remember that."

"No worries, it all in the past. And I have moved on."

"Did Seien asked of where his father is?"

"He did, a lot of times." you glanced at Seien, "But I told him he's overseas...or something."

"What if he meets Seien accidentally?" you glared at Akashi.

"Its not like he'd know that he's my child."

"He resembles you a lot, Seien."

"So is my parents, especially my sister." you said. "He comes out mostly looking like my younger brother of if not, a nephew. So I dont worry at all."

"That will affect your son's emotional development if you continue that."

"It's not my job to offer explanation. They judge as to how they see things." you commented, "As long as our relationship is good...I dont care what the others think of what our relationship is."

"I understand now." Akashi responded, "But why keep it away from me."

"I didnt want to be associated with anyone connected to Tokyo University and Saruhiko." that was one answer that Akashi never accepted from anyone...but if its you, there's nothing he can do to change that. "I wanted to start all on my own."

"And you did."

"Yes." you nodded, "I trust you to keep this secret from Saruhiko."

"Gladly." Akashi agreed. "We have only met yesterday for a signing of contract. It was a good offer. But its all purely business."

You sighed in relief as you leaned back at the couch.

"You're the first person I relayed that information to, Akashi-san." You smiled quietly, "I've been keeping that quietly all to myself. Not even mom knows about it...that Saruhiko wanted to abort the child." You said. "That made me feel a little better."

"I'm glad to be the person to share your thoughts to." Akashi said.

Numbers of photo are placed down in front of a certain black haired woman's desk. She examined the features of Seien and his smile and yours too.

"Exactly looks like Saruhiko." She commented. "Father will be delighted for sure."

"Kaoru-sama, Saruhiko-sama has arrived." the a servant informed the woman who smiled at her sweetly.

"Really? I shall be downstairs to meet him soon."

"Hai." with a bow, the servant left the large room filled with toys and bears-it was a child's bedroom.

"Soon, we'll have our own child Saruhiko and father will accept me back again." She smiled excitedly. "He's your son, and therefor I am the right person to take care of him. I am your wife after all."
