Chapter 51: A Little Help

"This is serious Bo! Everyone has been kidnapped! My mom, your aunt, your father and his family, Makoto, Haru-" Gou rambled until she was cut short by Bo.

"Yeah, Gou, I got it." she gave a superficial smile with a hint of annoyance. "But, why?"

"I don't know but I'll tell you what Makoto told me." Gou said and then told her what happened with Chigusa and the guys.

"Mmm...interesting…" Bo tapped her chin.

"What do you think?"

"I think that because of all three rejections she went off the edge. If she is trying to achieve love then they could have pulled the trigger." Bo explained. "She has been torturing us this whole year with one problem to another. Now, she has gone off the deep end and wants to get rid of us and since the guys rejected her she's gonna kill everyone we know and love."

"For that reason? Because of a love rejection?" Gou gasped.

"Well if you were a psychotic, obsessive teenage girl and were rejected multiple times by what you defined as love then yeah, I think I would do the same."

"Are you crazy!?"

"Now, now, at least I'm not psychotic."

"Yeah, yeah, you're right...you're sociopathic!"

"What's the difference?" Bo shrugged.

"I-...I actually don't know. What is the difference?" Gou asked herself.

"Isn't one like no emotion and the other mixed with emotions or the other way around?" Bo asked.

"Yamahora, I think they just reached a brand new level of idiocy at the wrong time." Ran's voice spoke behind Bo.

"Oh it's Ran and Hishikawa-sensei!" Gou said surprised.

"I am going to give you a little help on this one." Ran looking dead serious. She grabbed both of their hands and then they were suddenly at a beach with three islands in this distance.

"Hey! This is where the swim club had their first training camp!" Gou said surprised.

"Hello, kiddies!" a familiar happy voice echoed. It was Risa who was standing next to Hishikawa-sensei.

"Risa! What are you doing here?" Gou asked.

"My boyfriend and I went somewhere and I suddenly felt a disturbance nearby so here I am!" she laughed as she pointed at Mr. Baba on the street nearby the beach. He waved his hat as a hello with a handsome smile.

"There's an island beyond that island in the middle." Ran pointed in that direction where there was black cloud growing. "It's called Flood Island. During the raining season the island gets flooded by the water by five inches. Sometimes more but right now it's average five inches. All your friends and family are on it. You must save them."

"I'm guess this wasn't suppose to happen." Bo said crossing her arms.

"Never." Ran shook her head. "And now we have too. You must take care of your friend."

"But how? It took us a while to even figure it out that it was Chigusa." said Gou.

"You must destroy her." Ran said and silence filled the atmosphere.

"Destroy? You mean...kill Chigusa?" Gou asked as her voice shook. Ran and Hishikawa-sensei didn't say anything. They looked away avoiding the answer. "I can't do that!" Gou screamed and crouched down on the sand with her hands clawing her hand. "I don't want to do that again! I don't want to do!" her mind was filled with Shank when she accidentally impaled him with a large spike of ice.

"I know...but this is the only way." said Ran. "Bo, can you do it? I know what you did to that siren a few months back. I might say that you cutting off her head was so cleanly. I never been so surprised in this nine years I have been alive." Bo was silent but didn't look away from the goddess's stare.

"You're not serious are you, Bo?" Gou asked. Bo didn't look at her and kept a straight face.

"I don't know. Right now we need to get those guys off that island." Bo finally spoke up. "Then we'll see."

"If that's what you think…" Ran said. She then clapped her hands and Hishikawa-sensei picked her up. He raised her to meet Gou and Bo's face. She puts her small hand on their foreheads and then her hands flowed white. When she was done Hishikawa-sensei put her down gently. "I have worked in this spell for a while now. It is supposed to block you two from transforming for five hours. Use this time wisely for that it will vanish and you will be fish again because of the water." next she raised her hand and white light came out. She pointed at the ocean and made a boat out of driftwood. "Use that to get there." the girls nodded and headed towards the boat.

"Ran...thanks." Bo smiled as Gou nodded her head.

"Be careful now! If you die then we are going to have a problem!" Risa waved them goodbye as their boat sailed away. "Baba!" she yelled and ran to him wrapping her arms around his.

"My princess!" he smiled and rubbed his cheek against her head. As they were about to walk away Risa suddenly stops and turns around to the goddess and Hishikawa-sensei without letting go of Baba's arm.

"Why didn't you tell the whole truth?" she asked smirking mischievously.

"They wouldn't understand." Ran answered.

"What about the boy? Isn't he also a target?"

"I'm not worried about the boy."

"Really? Why not?"

"Because he is not the partner I was talking about. Why are you even here, Oracle?" Ran finally looked at Risa.

"Like I said, I felt a disturbance. I didn't break any rules. I was just curious is all." Rise turned around to leave. "Because of your dishonesty, those girls won't make it!" Risa waved goodbye without looking at them.

"Milady...are you sure you didn't want to tell them? Since when did you make a spell to block their transformation?" Hishikawa-sensei asked.

"It doesn't matter anymore. They are going to achieve their goal and I'll achieve mine, Yamahora." Ran said it with authority making Hishikawa-sensei quiet.

…..

"Since when do they have a goddess, a guardian, and an Oracle involved? Kisumi asked Chigusa as she was cooking something in a black pot in the middle of a flooded clearing. He watched the three leave the girls in his black cloud that hovered over him and Chigusa.

"Don't worry about them, Kisumi. They are not even allow to involve themselves into this." Chigusa said focusing on the materials she was putting in the pot.

"Did you see that guys!? You're going to be saved!" Kisumi joked.

"What the hell is this?" Sousuke hissed under his breath. Rin quickly grabs Rei and pulls him close to whisper in his ear.

"Do we come clean about this or what?" Run asked.

"I don't know! I've promised I wouldn't say anything…" Rei answered.

"I don't think it matters anymore. We are being held hostage while Boboa and Gou are going to risk their lives." Rei didn't respond for a moment lost in his thoughts. Suddenly he straightened up and turned to face everyone.

"E-Everyone!" Rei shouted on the top of his lungs. "Rin and I have something to say!" then he proceeded to tell everyone the truth about their situation.

….

"I can't believe I have to control this boat…." Bo complained as she waved her arms making the water move the boat. "Why couldn't she make this boat magical and row itself?"

"Well she might not have enough power for it. I mean this is her last incarnation before she truly does." Gou shrugged.

"Then she should make it count. Innocent people are being held captive by an unstable, pain in the ass, bitch with a partner that we don't know about. She could at least do something more so we can at least appreciate her as being a goddess that suppose to at least watch over us. Plus, it's going to take us forever. An island behind another island that's flooded and because of the storm it's little bit hard to get there."

"We only have five hours Bo. I think we can do it!" Gou said to cheer Bo up.

"But at this rate we won't have five hours!" Bo argued. "If I keep this up I won't have enough energy to do anything to help. This storm is being a pain!" Bo said as the wind began to make the boat rock. Gou sat in silence as she thought of a plan.

"I got it!" she smiled brightly. She clears her throat and stands up on the edge of the boat. "The snow glows white on the mountain tonight, not a footprint to be seen…" she sang.

"Oh you gotta be fucking kidding me…"

"A kingdom of isolation and it looks like I'm the queen. The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside. Couldn't keep in, heaven knows I've tried…"

"Alright, Chigusa you can kill me now…"

"Let it go! Let it go! Can't hold it back anymore!" Gou steps off the boat. When her feet touched the surface of the water, it turned in ice. The ice covered the water that the girls could see.

"Oh I see. Gou that's enough!" Bo said understanding what she was doing but Gou couldn't hear her.

"Let it go! Let it-" Gou sang until Bo kicked her in the leg.

"No." Bo said walking past her.

"Always rude…" Gou chuckled and pushed herself off and caught up with Bo.

"Frozen was so 2014. Get with the times." Bo joked. Gou rolled her eyes and slid across the ice.

"Well then let's go!" Gou called out. Bo smirked and slid along with her. They went past the island and went around it as they pretended to be professional ice skaters. They got pasted the island and head directly to Flood Island.
