Buford & Milly

Requested by: Dora-nichov Russian Werewolf

Milly was sitting in the coffee shop with her glass of juice and a sandwich. "I just can't wrap my head around this." She complained to the novel in her hand. "How am I supposed to put together a report when I just don't understand?" She took a bite of her sandwich and tried reading another paragraph.

"Gretchen said this book was an easy read. She had her report finished in under an hour. If this is 'easy' I'd hate to know that girl's idea of difficult, or moderate for that matter." Someone gave a cough from just behind Milly, causing her to turn around. "Buford?" The broad-shouldered teen nodded. "Yeah, who do I look like? Dinnerbell?" He said, as he took a seat.

"What seems to be the problem." Buford asked, as he looked at the book in Milly's hands. She sighed. "I'm supposed to write a book report on this." She said, as she waved the book around. Buford grabbed the book out of her hands and looked at it.

"Well, you see… there's these characters here…" He started and Milly just sat, listened and took some notes.
