The day continued nicely for the couple...
Katie and Chaz just continued the day playing volleyball at the nearest net, enjoying themselves. They just put the ball back and fourth to each other, as they had the radio nearby playing 'Feel So Close' by Calvin Harris. They just played with the volleyball area of the shoreline, just enjoying their time together. It seems like it was only them on the shoreline though.
That was until Tim and Pinky approached the shoreline too. Tim was wearing an orange t-shirt with dark blue swim shorts, while Pinky was wearing a light blue one piece swimsuit with one shoulder-strap with a dark blue sarong around her waist, and was holding a blue umbrella. Katie looks over to the two who were coming over to the volleyball net they were playing at, and stops as they came over to them.
"Oh, hey guys." Katie said. "What are you doing here? I thought Chaz told me you were painting at one of your houses still." Tim shrugs.
"Well...me and Pinky were taking a break for now. Chaz called us when he was in the changing tent and...well, during our break, we decided to come here." Tim said. "So here we are now." Katie smiled, nodding. She holds the ball as she walks over to them.
"Well, we're just glad that you're here." Katie holds up the ball. "So...you guys want to play some volleyball?" Pinky shakes her head, not really wanting to play with them.
"No thank you." Pinky said. "I'm not really into sports." Pinky looks at Tim. "But my boyfriend could play with you guys." Katie narrows her eyes, looking at the couple in front of them.
"Oh come on, then things will be uneven. Either Tim would side with me, or be one Chaz's side of this game, and...things wouldn't be fair at all." Katie looks at Chaz tossing the ball over to him. "Hey Chaz, you alright with me sitting this one out?!"
"Sure thing, Kate!" Chaz said. Katie looks at Tim.
"You can play volley-ball with Chaz over there, me and Pinky are going to sit at the bench over there and most likely girl talk. You know?" Tim looks over to Chaz, and then nodded.
"Alright." Tim said.
Katie and Pinky walks over to one of the benches nearby them, as Tim went over to side of the volleyball net Katie was on. Tim and Chaz started to throw the ball back and fourth to each other, playing a round of the game the couple was playing. The two boys talked to each other as they were playing with each other.
"So...feeling like the same old bad boy yet?" Tim asked Chaz as the biker puts the ball over to the net. Chaz nods.
"You bet." Chaz said. "I don't feel like the same asshole like in Royal Academy, but I still feel like myself." Tim pats the ball over next. "I feel confident about everything that has happened, and...I thank Katie for trying out a stunt with me for once." Tim smiled.
"But isn't Katie already doing stunts?"
"No. Just skateboards for a living, and that's it. She's not really the girl who'd do the extreme stunts all that much." Chaz looks over to see Pinky sitting on the bench, while Katie was picking up her towel off of the sand where they were sitting at, and smiled. He looks back at Tim. "I'm just glad that Kate did something that we totally did back when we were younger, Tim." Chaz points behind himself at the lighthouse. Tim smiled, looking at the biker across the net.
"I'm just glad that you're feeling the confidence that you had back then again." Tim said, smiling at his best friend. Tim looks over to Katie, smiling at her. "I'm kind of glad that we met Katie, you know?" Chaz nods, smirking at his best friend.
"You bet. I don't know what I'd do without her after me and Summer breaking up. I'd don't know who I'd turn to after all of that."
"Well...maybe me or Pinky."
"I meant to date."
"Well...still...just for the comfort, man. And if anyone, you'd probably go out with that one Lindsay girl who loves adventures, you know?" Chaz scoffs.
"Yeah. She's dating Buddy. And that boy has been near her more than me." Chaz rolls his eyes at that statement. "So really...I'm better off most likely being with somebody else."
"Like who..."
"Shut up..." Chaz laughs as the ball lands next to him. Chaz looks down at the ball. "Hey!" Tim shrugs, smirking at him.
"Well, you did play with me during this game, you know?" Chaz nods.
"I know..."
Meanwhile, Pinky was sitting on the bench, looking at the two boys playing, as Katie walks over to the bench that the blue-lover who was sitting on the bench. Katie sits down next to the blue-dressed girl. Pinky just stared at Katie, to which the tomboy notices.
"What's your deal?" Katie asked. Pinky points to Katie's bathing suit.
"You're wearing pink." Pinky said. "Isn't that toxic to tomboys?" Katie rolled her eyes.
"Oh so what? I'm wearing pink. Big deal." Katie looks over to Pinky, raising an eyebrow. "That's the kind of thing Crystal would say. And I'm trying to clear my head of her right now." Pinky just stared at Katie, nodding to that. "Just watch the boys with me, alright? There's no need to dwell on my former best friend any longer." Pinky frowns a bit, before looking over to the tomboy again.
"Don't you...at all...miss Crystal being in your life?" Katie just blinked a couple times, before shaking her head frowning at the girl's words.
"No. No I don't." Katie sighed. "Besides, Crystal gotten what she deserves...I...I don't know why I even brought her up to begin with." Katie stood up from the bench. "I think I'm going to go and most likely swim. I'll talk to you when my mind's more clear." Katie passes by the two boys. "Hey Chaz, I...think I'm going to go and try swimming again, you want to come with me?" Chaz holds the ball in his hands.
"I thought you didn't know how to." Chaz told the tomboy. Katie crossed her arms, looking at him.
"Well, you're more better than me so..." Katie shrugs one shoulder. "...Better have a dude be near me if I drift off to the Atlantic." Chaz nods, tossing the ball to Tim.
"Alright Tim, me and Katie are heading off to swim to ourselves. You and Pinky can play to yourselves for now."
Tim nods, as the couple in front of him walks off to go off somewhere to enjoy the ocean. Tim walks over to Pinky at the bench. Tim holds out his arms, in confusion of what is going on.
"What happened over here?" Tim said. "Kate told me to play with Chaz, now she wants to go and be with Chaz again." Pinky stood up, picking up her umbrella.
"Well, just talked about...fashion and than Crystal was brought up into the conversation." Pinky said. "I didn't know that asking her would set her off just like that, you know?" Tim sighed, looking over to the left.
"Well, she and Crystal stopped being friends after that day the junkyard collapsed. Everything just went straight to hell for Simport." Tim looks back at Pinky. "Honestly, what happened to the junkyard is probably the worst thing that has happened in this town, aside from the accidents that happened during the rainy nights and the MorcuCorp problem combined. Katie's still going to be a bit peeved to think about what happened." Pinky nods.
"I...probably should've thought of that beforehand. I was only asking Katie if she really misses her, because...Katie doesn't really seem like the kind of girl to hold a grudge too long." Tim bit his lip, then spoke.
"She'll probably have one for awhile if that's the case..." Tim said. "...For now, just let the girl clear her mind. She'll get over what happened eventually." Pinky nods. "So...want to play volleyball with me since there's only me and you here?" Pinky shook her head.
"Tim, you know I don't do sports." Tim drops the ball, frowning.
"Oh...right..."
Note: So, sorry I've not placed a chapter out for a couple days, I've had many things to be done. But now that this is out, I'm finally one track again to do more chapters for my story. And thank you for the wait for a new chapter.
