Chapter 53: High Value Target.

Ammit is now an even more dangerous man. Why…?

-(Fort Knots, North of Vale)-

(Still on Third-Person View)

"Is it really true that you're a zhulong?"

Gerard just stayed silent as Wyvern and the others just stared at him blankly. They heard Ammit call Gerard a zhulong right in front of them. Not only that, but from what Wyvern remembered, he saw Gerard use an ability that was exclusive on zhulongs, a special powerful breath that can be flames, ice, lighting, or other elements, depending on what type of zhulong they are. It was during the Mayor of Vale's request to clear out Forever Fall. But Gerard said to that Wyvern what saw wasn't what really happened, saying it was just the side effects returning to his regular form. Now, it seems unlikely for Wyvern to believe.

"Are you?" Pyrrha asked as she looked directly into his sharp eyes. "There's no chance for you to hide it or say 'No'. Ammit just called you a zhulong."

"What's it to you?" Gerard simply asked.

"I just want to know." Wyvern said as he stepped closer. "What I saw you did in Forever Fall seems like it actually happened. White flames came out of your mouth when you were trying to kill the Grimm you were facing."

Ruby was surprised to hear about this, just like everyone else she was with.

"The breath that belongs to a Gamma Zhulong." Wyvern finished.

"Gamma Zhulong?" Weiss stared at Gerard in disbelief. "All this time, you've been a zhulong without telling us?"

"No offense. But I didn't trust any of you kids, except Wyvern about keeping in my secret. After what I've heard about Wyvern's second day of Beacon, I couldn't even believe you eight had the audacity to invade his privacy so forcefully. So of course I couldn't trust you yet." Gerard told them.

Ruby and the others frowned upon remembering that.

"Hmph. But I forgive you all." Gerard added and huffed. "Yes, I am indeed a Gamma Zhulong. But it's not even important for you all to know. I was just sent here from the Drahen Empire in order to give Vale some backbone after constant White Fang attacks and Grimm activity. I'm a military advisor from the Royal Drahenese Navy. Lieutenant Commander Gerard Hazeru Warrington."

"Military advisor? How long have you been a part of that?" Ren asked.

"Four to five years. I was trained ever since I was just twelve years old by my zhulong mother, and human father."

"Human father?!" Weiss' eyes shot wide open. "So…a zhulong mother and a human father are your parents?"

"I just said that, didn't I?" Gerard deadpanned.

"Well…I wasn't expecting that your dad was a human." Weiss said.

"My mother and father met and fell in love with each other before the zhulongs were forming the Drahen Empire. After a few years past, when Xavior and Charlotte were unifying every zhulong to come together, that's when they decided to have a child. And that's where I come in. It did take some time for my father to be trusted by the zhulongs, since he was just a human. But in time, they now grown closer to him."

"If I may ask, but there's no need to answer, if you want." Blake stepped up. "What do your parents do now?"

Gerard looked at Blake and looked down at his scroll. "I suppose I can tell you kids right now, since you already know I'm a zhulong and a military advisor." He shrugged. "My mother is actually the Admiral of the entire Drahenese Navy, and my father is the Commander of the Drahenese Serpent Commandos, which are basically the Drahen Empire's Marines." Gerard told them about his parents even more.

"Ooo~. You must be some highly decorated soldier then." Nora smiled.

"Why did you go to Beacon in the first place? Did you want to become a hunter too?" Weiss asked curiously.

"…" Gerard looked down at the ground, avoiding eye contact from any of them after Weiss asked that. He sighed and remained silent.

"Uh…you don't have to answer that." Jaune told him.

"Good. Because I'd rather not remember what happened that day." He sighed.

"Does anybody else know about your identity?" Pyrrha asked another question.

"Some. But not everyone." Gerard gave an unspecific answer to tell who knows about him being a zhulong. He then looked at Weiss with those cold intimidating eyes. "Don't tell your sister, Winter, about me be a zhulong. Do I make myself clear?"

"Y-Yes sir!" Weiss nodded immediately.

"How did you not even know Gerard is a zhulong?" Yang asked.

"I didn't really meet everyone in the Zhulong Order. Gerard and his parents were some of them." Wyvern replied.

Gerard's scroll rung as he almost immediately answered it just the second the caller's name was shown. It was Ozpin. He answered it and had a straightforward conversation with him while walking around. It was a call that took around thirty seconds to finish when Gerard finally hung up.

"Who was that?" Weiss asked.

"Ozpin. He wants me to his office as soon as possible." Gerard replied as he switched his prosthetic arm back to its original form. "The rest of you kids are coming with me. Wyvern will handle the fort from here."

"What? Why is he?" Yang asked.

"Because Ozpin wants everyone who knows about Wyvern and the situation needs to be recalled back to Beacon. Wyvern will stay here and meet up at the academy as soon as reinforcements arrive in ten minutes." Gerard told them. "We can't risk having the Grimm or the White Fang forces defiling the graveyard for the fallen soldiers of Knots, right?"

"I can stay here and help Wyvern out." Ruby volunteered to assist.

"Me too." Pyrrha stepped forward.

"That's a negative. You are to head back to Beacon while I have this meeting with Ozpin. Ms. Nikos, I know you can defend the base as well, but orders are orders." Gerard told her.

"Awww. What if there's more Grimm to kill?" Nora pouted.

"You're only going to damaged the fort even more, Nora. Just come with him back to Beacon." Ren sighed.

"Killjoy."

Pyrrha sighed and accepted his word, since she can't argue against Ozpin's orders.

"Can I?" Ruby asked.

"No." Gerard answered straightforwardly.

"Please~?"

"Ruby, this is for the sake of your own safety. Just leave Wyvern here and-"

"Gerard, just leave her with me, if she wants to stay and help out." Wyvern said.

"That will only cause you more trouble if she-"

"Lt. Commander, just leave her with me. I'll watch over Ruby and this fort at the same time. I promise." Wyvern repeated himself. "Just tell Ozpin that I needed some help just in case, and that I'll take full responsibility."

Gerard sighed, deciding to accept the orders from the Prince-to-be and turned his back. "Very well. Wyvern, keep an eye on Ruby and head back to Beacon as soon as reinforcements get to this fort." Gerard told him. "But the rest of you are coming back to Beacon with me."

"I got you." Wyvern acknowledged.

"Ruby, are you sure you want to stay here?" Weiss asked.

"I'll be fine. Don't worry about it so much." She winked.

"Still. You'll never know if something else might happen in this fort." Blake warned her.

"As long as you and Wyvern make it back go Beacon." Jaune said before following Gerard with his team along with Weiss and Blake.

"Hey, Wyvern?" Yang stopped and looked back at him. "Be careful, okay?"

"I will." He gave a smile. "Why? Worried about me?"

"Pfft. I know you can handle yourself." Yang laughed as she followed the group, leaving Ruby and Wyvern in the fort.

It was just quiet as soon as everyone else was gone. Ruby and Wyvern just sat down in the front of the Command Post in the center of the fort with their weapons still sheathed away. Nothing has happened yet for around five to ten minutes so far, which was making boredom easily getting to them. Ruby just played with one of her sniper bullets as Wyvern did the same with his, meant for his assault rifle mode of his Dragon Tails swords. However, that wasn't enough to make them both excited.

"Wow. I'm bored already." Wyvern sighed and lied down on Ruby's lap.

"Same here. There's nothing to fight out here. Where are the Grimm?" Ruby asked while looking around the empty fort.

"Wake me if you see anything suspicious. Just hope I don't get so bored, that I'll just lose my life because of it." Wyvern chuckled.

"If you die of boredom, I'll kill you for leaving me on my own to handle this job." Ruby laughed.

"Your vocabulary is as limited as your height." Wyvern joked.

"Hey!" She playfully punched his arm.

Wyvern and Ruby just decided to enjoy the peace and quiet with the sound of the forest's natural wildlife heard with the birds chirping. It was also a good time for the dead to rest during this peaceful time after how much trouble they had to go through, resulting them to lose their lives. Wyvern even prayed quietly to mourn the loss and hope they will find peace.

Then, all of a sudden, something caused a lot of noise inside of the Command Post, which alerted Ruby and Wyvern as they got up and took out their weapons. It was like someone was in there right now.

"Did you hear that?" Ruby asked while stepping towards the door.

"No way you are the only one who heard that." Wyvern said.

"I'll go check it out. Just stay out here and keep an eye out." She said as she cautiously opened the front door and walked in.

"Call me if you need help." Wyvern said as he walked around the front of the Command Post.

When Wyvern was all alone outside, things started to not feel right. He could feel another one's presence nearby as he readied himself from the unfriendly feeling of someone watching him. He scanned his surroundings as someone moved around the destroyed base, waiting for the right moment to attack. When he heard the sound of someone moving like the wind, he heard it from behind his back and immediately blocked a clashing sword against his own two scimitars.

It was a young teenage boy with a large sword that had a small scope on it. His armor had grey leather with some metal spots and a bandolier of bullets on his chest.

"Who the hell are you?" Wyvern glared.

"Nobody." The boy slipped his sword down to try and stab Wyvern, but failed when he moved out of the way in time and elbowed the boy's face.

"Kid, I'm not here to play around. This is a restricted area. Leave now, or you'll regret coming here." Wyvern threatened.

"Like I'll listen to you." The boy growled and swung his sword down, but was easily deflected by Wyvern.

"You'll either leave and go back home without scratches, or stay here and get arrested or get yourself killed." Wyvern told him. "I recommend the first option, kid."

"Stop calling me a kid!" He angrily charged again and swung his attacks like there was no tomorrow. Wyvern continued to dodge while sending some attacks down to the boy, but was deflected as well.

Wyvern rolled around and evaded each heavy swing, keeping a good distance away from the boy. "I won't kill you. But make the right decision and leave."

The boy disobeyed and just attacked.

Still having the same answers from the boy being asked to yield, Wyvern dodged every swipe and attack from his attacker as the sword he held just kept missing his target. Deciding he had enough, Wyvern took out both of his Dragon Tails and deflected every attack. Every time his attacker's sword hit his scimitars, an electric shock was sent to his weapon to his own hand, making his strikes weaker and weaker. His attacker backed away and clenched his weapon frustratingly.

"Damn it! You're really annoying with those swords!" The boy roared as he jumped up and smashed his blade down onto the ground, creating a wave of dirt to cause less visibility.

Wyvern sighed out and used his senses to track this attacker through the cloud of dust. He blocked an upcoming attack from behind his back, and kicked the boy in the stomach. Then, tried to deliver more kicks to the torso area, but the boy evaded in time. Wyvern swiped his two scimitars around to cause the dust around him to be blown away to regain the regular visibility.

"Hiding in the dust is not going to work." Wyvern said as he went into a combat stance that his attacker didn't recognize, causing him to try and think of any defensive stance.

"Did you really think I was trying to hide?" His attacker chuckled and readied his sword.

"That would be your only option right now. I'm warning you. Get out of here." Wyvern warned as his body began to glow.

"I'm not scared of you." He growled.

"Is that so?" Wyvern crossed his two Dragon Tails swords and scratched the together, causing them to glow from the electricity they had. "Simply shocking, isn't it?"

The boy just ignored the dangers of the two scimitars and charged towards Wyvern, only to be deflected and receive an electric shock upon the first strike. This resulted his energy to be disabled temporarily and retreat to another attack stance. He just used all attacks without hesitating. Wyvern noticed this and just disarmed him and send a punch that pushed him away but still stand.

"Are you ready to submit?" Wyvern asked.

"No." He charged towards him and punched Wyvern's stomach quickly enough for him not to react. While Wyvern was down, he went for the sword he lost and picked it back up. Once again, he charged towards Wyvern and delivered a few hits on the torso and head.

Wyvern was still refreshing his zhulong aura as the boy kept attacking him nonstop. Once he was able to charge back up to regular energy, he unexpectedly ducked and slipped a kick to make the boy hit the ground. But he jumped back up immediately and used his sword to attack him.

As Wyvern deflected every swing and strike from his attacker, he quickly jumped away after many failed attempts on trying to hit him. The boy's sword then turned into a rifle with a scope inside of the blade and fired, nearly striking Wyvern. He ricochet the bullets with his two swords as the boy needed to reload. But didn't have time, due to Wyvern jumping up and disarming him. For the finishing move, Wyvern rolled around in the air and delivered a forceful kick at the boy, sending him down on the ground, hard.

"I'm giving you many chances to run. Why won't you?" Wyvern asked.

"Because I'm not finished yet!" The boy charged towards Wyvern, but had his attack blocked by a red scythe. Still enraged, the boy tried to slip past, but was blocked once again by the scythe wielder. He was kicked and sent back to a pile of rubble.

"Ruby? Where have you been?" Wyvern asked.

"I accidentally got myself stuck in one of the rooms." Ruby answered and reloaded a new mag into her Crescent Rose. "The building is pretty unstable in there. The entire ceiling fell on me!"

"Ouch." Wyvern whistled. "Are you okay?"

"I'll be fine. I've dealt with worse anyway." Ruby shrugged.

The boy was back on his feet and angrily took out his sword once again. But he stopped and looked at Ruby with a surprised expression on his face. Ruby looked back at the boy and began to slowly scan her eyes on him. Then, it was clear to her that she recognized who he was.

"You!" Ruby recognized the boy. "You're the boy from…"

"…the Faucon Celebration." The boy finished. "Ruby, was it?"

"Stand back!" Ruby warned as she pulled the bolt of her scythe. "Why're you attacking Wyvern, Somnus?"

"You both know each other?!" Wyvern was surprised to hear about this.

"Yeah. It was during the festival when she was looking for her sister. I decided to help out, but I had to stop accompanying her due to me seeing someone I was trying to avoid." Somnus said.

Ruby remembered that woman with the red overcoat across the street during that time. Someone similar to what she just saw in the basement of the Command Post. "So that woman you ran from was…"

"Yeah. That was Juliet, The Red Stalker." He nodded.

"Hold on a second. How do you know all these guys that tried to kill us?" Ruby asked as she cautiously stepped back.

"He might be one of Ammit's allies." Wyvern said as his swords were charging up.

"Hold on now! I'm not working with Ammit or anything." Somnus told them.

"Then what's the reason on why you attacked Wyvern?" Ruby glared.

"I…I'll explain that later. But just hear me out." He began. "Here's the deal. You two don't attack me, and I'll spill out everything about this Ammit guy." Somnus told them. "I promise that I won't attack as well. Just put your weapons away."

Ruby and Wyvern looked at each other as Somnus just stood there, waiting for their response to his offer. With both their weapons still out, Ruby put her scythe away first after Somnus put his away.

"What're you doing?" Wyvern asked.

"Wyvern, he knows some information regarding Ammit. Maybe we should at least, you know, give him a chance?" Ruby suggested.

"But why just give him a chance that easily? How will we even know if he's not going to attack me and you while our backs are turned?"

"Listen, I know you both just fought for a few minutes. But he's offering to give information about the man you're trying to kill, and he promises not to attack us. If he does attack, then we have no choice." Ruby patted his shoulder to lower his swords. "Plus I'm sure I can talk to him if he tries to use violence."

Wyvern sighed and sheathed both his Dragon Tails. "Fine."

"Okay then." Somnus sighed and put his sword away.

"How do you know Ammit?"

"My adoptive father is in the White Fang's Venomous Agency with Ammit and a few other deadly fighters. As for me, I wouldn't really call myself a member since I didn't choose to become one."

"Adoptive father?" Ruby raised an eyebrow.

"Did you see the muscular guy that attacked that blonde girl? Yeah. That's my dad, Ahriman." He told us.

"The guy that attacked my sister?" Ruby sighed and clenched the snath of her Crescent Rose. "He's got another thing coming when I see him."

"Sorry. He can be…crazy." He chuckled and went back to being serious. "Now, why am I going against the White Fang? It's pretty obvious at this point. You both seen how much damage and killing they've committed in the past few months. I can't just let this keep happening."

"Are you the only one who's against the White Fang?" Ruby asked.

"No." He answered. "Another person is helping me out on warning areas about upcoming White Fang attacks. I trust her as she trusts me back." Somnus said.

"She?" Wyvern raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, a she. It's best not to give out her identity to you two."

"Sounds…understandable." Ruby shrugged.

"Well, what did you come here for besides attacking me?" Wyvern asked.

"I saw the entire fight when Ammit arrived here with his 'three other horsemen'. What was I doing here in the first place while he was killing the Valean soldiers? That woman I mentioned told me about it and sent me to warn the base commander with this note." Somnus took out a piece of paper with a strange symbol of a crimson diamond with a bow and arrow on it. "But I was too late."

"Why didn't you save those soldiers?!" Ruby asked.

"Do you really think I have what it takes to face Ammit and his psychopathic friends? I'm not stupid." He sighed. "I swear, every time Ammit goes out on a mission and I'm told to warn the area about the attack, I always fail. He's always too quick to arrive before I had a chance. We even tried to stop the bombing of the Vale Stock Exchange a few months ago."

"Yeah. I remember that." Wyvern sighed and looked down on the ground. "Worst thing I have ever saw happen in Vale."

"I know." Somnus nodded.

"What else do you know?" Ruby asked.

"This may not really he important. But Ammit said something about," Somnus cleared his throat and said, "'Awaken the sleeping shadows'…is all he told me when Inwas curious about what was motivating him in the Venomous Agency.

"Awaken the sleeping shadows…" Ruby began to think, but ultimately gave up. "I'm out of ideas on what the heck is that supposed to mean."

Wyvern stayed silent and avoided eye contact from the both of them. Ruby noticed this and shook his shoulder.

"Wyvern? What's wrong?" She asked.

"Oh…n-nothing." He gave a fake smile, which was making Ruby have the thought that Wyvern was hiding something.

"Oh yeah. Wyvern," Somnus stepped forward with both his hands behind his back, "there's one more thing I should tell you in order to let you know I have no more secrets to keep. You're a zhulong, aren't you?"

Wyvern backed away a little from the surprise that Somnus knew about zhulongs and their existence. "What're you talking about?"

"Oh come on. Don't play dumb." He sighed and changed the shape of his eyes that looked similar to a zhulong's. "I know they still exist out there in Remnant today."

"Your eyes…" Ruby noticed this and looked at Wyvern as he too formed the same eye shape. "What's going on here?"

Wyvern stared at Somnus for a few seconds and finally spoken. "You're a zhulong, just like me." He sighed and gave him a pitiful look. "But…"

"Yeah. But I wasn't raised correctly, which resulted me to not know how to even unlock my zhulong abilities. Heck, I don't even know what kind I am."

"Does Ahriman know about this?" Wyvern asked.

"He does. But he prefers to keep it a secret from anyone else."

"Another zhulong?" Ruby asked with her eyes wide open. "Wow. I just discovered two people who are zhulongs in one day." She sighed.

The conversation between the three of them were interrupted when Wyvern saw a squadron of Valean Bullheads approaching the fort from the south. He knew that the soldiers onboard the Bullheads were the reinforcements Gerard called in to watch over Fort Knots for them.

"We need to go." Somnus said as he walked pass Wyvern and Ruby.

"What? Where?"

"We need to relocate. We can't just talk with the Valean military all around us." He told them.

"Should we try to go to Beacon?" Ruby asked.

"That's not a good idea. Too high profile." He said as Ruby and Wyvern caught up with him. "We'll go to Forever Fall and I'll explain everything there with another…'friend'." Somnus had a little bit of an annoyed tone when he mentioned his friend. "I suggest you contact your other friends as well. They need to know about what the heck Ammit is doing."

"I'll get right on that later." Wyvern nodded.

"And Wyvern, remember what Ruby said: Behave yourself." Somnus said.

"Then don't start anything again." Wyvern rolled his eyes while following Ruby.

-(Headmaster Ozpin's Office, Beacon Academy)-

(Third-Person View)

"So you called everyone over for this meeting." Qrow was seen walking around Ozpin's desk with his weapon still sheathed. "What's this all about? I need to go see Ivy is she still has that special margarita she makes."

"You can drink your alcoholic beverages AFTER we finish this meeting I set up." Ozpin told the laid-back hunter.

"Yeah. Well newsflash, there's nobody here yet." Qrow stated as it was just him and Ozpin.

"Patience, Branwen. They'll be here any minute." Glynda said as she stepped out with a new mug of coffee for Ozpin.

Qrow chuckled and sat down on one of the chairs. "You taught me many things. But patience was…not that effective, Goodwitch." He laughed.

"Not surprised coming from an alcoholic Professor I once knew." A female voice said behind Qrow. It was Alice, who just got out of the elevator.

"Alice," Qrow was surprised to see her as she walked in, "it's been a long time since I saw you causing a lot of trouble in Signal." He chuckled.

"That was the past, professor. I'm not a kid anymore." Alice told him as she sighed by the thought of her younger days as a student, infamous for being the biggest delinquent in Signal Academy.

"You still have those abilities to threaten others though, am I right? Like Cardin Winchester and his team?"

Alice giggled. "I do. But I don't need to target them since they already learned their lesson."

"Good girl. Nicely done." Qrow patted her back.

"Just doing my job." She sighed and stepped towards Ozpin's desk. "Ozpin, I've heard about you and Glynda talking about the Drahen Empire being involved in the protection of Vale has now been slightly increased due to the White Fang."

"That is correct." Ozpin nodded. "The people of Vale is starting to turn even more feared after activities of the White Fang's special agency called the 'Venomous Group' has increased week by week. We can't just handle the situation ourselves with Valean Forces on the streets and Atlasean Forces up on the skies." He crossed his hands and sighed. "Xavior and Charlotte along with the other zhulongs are going to have to provide more support if we want to keep Vale at a more stable condition."

"Hey, Ozzy," Qrow stepped forward, "don't you think two zhulongs in Vale is already good enough to keep the kingdom safe along with Atlas' reinforcements and Vale's Military?"

"I wasn't asking for more zhulongs to be sent here from the Drahen Empire. What I meant to say was that the Drahen Empire should consider some additional military forces being stationed here. However, General Ironwood already has that covered with his army. Wyvern and Gerard will be the only ones staying here in the kingdom." Ozpin told him.

"Hope they can make the people stay calm after all that's happened." He shrugged his shoulders. "Wyvern is a great kid, and I can depend on him for protecting my nieces. Gerard, on the other hand, may be helping Vale have some backbone, but he's pretty empty most of the time."

"Empty? Are you sure you're not talking about your flask?" Alice joked about Qrow's love for alcoholic beverages.

"Ha ha." He let out a sarcastic laugh.

Their conversation was interrupted when the sound of Ozpin's scroll vibrated on his desk. He immediately picked it up to hear it was from Winter, Weiss' older sister. While talking to the eldest Schnee sister, she mentioned Gerard was with her while heading to his office. Ozpin acknowledged this and hung up after finishing up with her notification that she's coming up as soon as possible.

"So, the Ice Queen is coming up with the one-armed warrior, huh?" Qrow crossed his arms.

"Remember about Winter, Qrow."

"I know. Keep the zhulong's existence a secret." He finished.

"Why can't she know?" Alice asked curiously.

"She's part of Atlas' Military and the Schnee Dust Company. We can't risk telling her more about the Drahen Empire and the Zhulongs." Qrow told her.

The elevator door opened as Winter and Gerard stepped out with Winter still giving that sharp glare in her eyes, piercing through Qrow's. Gerard's intimidating eyes just stared into nothing as he approached Ozpin to give him a Drahenese salute while Winter gave an Atlasean salute.

"There you are, Ice Queen. I was just starting to feel lonely." Qrow joked.

"Was that junk you drink not enough to cheer up your poor little heart?" Winter rolled her eyes.

"Yeah. It wasn't cold enough because of your absence." He chuckled.

"You'll get yourself killed if you keep drinking that junk. Just letting out a warning." Gerard sighed.

"I appreciate your concern, Lt. Commander."

"General Ironwood said you have new orders for me." Winter stepped forward towards Ozpin. "Care to elaborate, Headmaster?"

"Indeed I do." Ozpin corrected his glasses. "I'll keep this brief,"

"Go on…"

"Ironwood has told me you are to remain as a stationary asset to either Vale or Atlas. He already has enough units capable of handling the Grimm and White Fang directly outside of the kingdoms." He told her. "Winter, this decision is ultimately up to you. Your father and General Ironwood have agreed that you should either stay in Vale to protect the troubled citizens, including your sister. Or simply return to Atlas to assist additional stationary forces and the Schnee Dust Company's Headquarters." Ozpin told the ice cold militarized huntress.

Winter looked down at the ground, beginning to think. She looked up, ready to say her decision. "I'll stay in Vale City. It's best to at least watch over my little sister while giving the Lt. Commander a hand." She said while looking at Gerard.

"I appreciate you staying in Vale for the sake of these people." Gerard said. "We're going to need all the help we can get."

"I'll be sure to protect your, sir." Winter smiled.

"She's just saying that so she can get closer to you." Qrow laughed.

"Am I going to have to freeze that mouth shut?!" Winter growled while her cheeks had a shade of pink.

"Winter, clam down. Qrow, how much I wish your sister, Raven was here to shut your mouth." Gerard sighed.

"Am I glad she ain't."

"I'm guessing your tongue would've been cut off if she was?" A male voice guessed as three others walked out of the elevator. It was Isaac and his sister, Ivy, with another man in a Valean military uniform. Gerard recognized the man from Fort Knots when he first arrived with Team RWBY and JNPR along with Wyvern.

"Captain Nathan Riley. It's been so long." Ozpin smiled.

"It's an honor to see you again, Headmaster." Nathan smiled and shook his hand.

"And here, me and my sister thought we had to give Captain Riley another tour of this place." Isaac chuckled as Ivy giggled.

"That would've take an extra one and a half hour." Ivy stated.

Ozpin looked around and sipped his coffee, already aware that all the hunters he wanted was in his office. "Shall we get started?"

"Of course." Glynda nodded and looked at six hunters/huntresses that attended this short meeting. "Are you all aware of what happened at Fort Knots?"

"Definitely. Me and Lt. Commander Warrington were just there a while ago." Nathan told her.

"It's all over the news. Believe me, people were not liking what they see. More than thousands of people are talking about it online or on other social media." Ivy said.

"We're even still trying to figure out what was jamming our signal to prevent us from hearing that Fort Knots was under attack." Winter added.

Ozpin looked at Gerard and corrected his glasses. "Have you confirmed that Ammit was responsible for this?"

Gerard nodded.

"That psychopath is at it again?" Winter clenched her fists angrily.

"Yeah. I encountered his three little friends along with some White Fang Venom agents after the fort was still a mess. Turns out he just did that in order to see someone he knows." Gerard stopped right there in order to keep Wyvern's involvement a secret.

"That is why I invited you all, one of my most trusted hunters. My other skilled hunters and huntresses are still busy or in the battlefield as we speak. And you all were all I could find to be available." Ozpin scanned his eyes from Gerard on the left, to Nathan on the right.

"Ammit is getting even more powerful, week by week. If he keeps up with these successful attacks, it's…it's just not going to end well for our side." Glynda told them.

"Leaving the Valean Military to handle this problem is no longer a dependable action. We're going to have to make hunters and huntresses from Beacon use direct force against the White Fang. They were once not to be worried about. But now, they should be, since they have Ammit on their side." Ozpin continued.

"I doubt Ammit is supporting the White Fang's cause." Ivy said as she looked up from her device. "He's probably in it for the supplies and money he needs, since him and his three 'friends' are mercenaries in the Venomous Group." She told them. "God knows what he wants with all that."

"According to what I've gathered about him, he's now able to lead some agents in the Venomous Group, now that Ulysses trusts him almost completely." Isaac added.

"Well, that's just perfect." Winter sighed.

"Then we must act fast before Ammit commits another strike." Ozpin cleared his throat and looked at the intelligent Nao siblings. "Isaac, Ivy, I'm going to have to ask you both to get ready to watch over Vale by using the cameras and talents you both possess. If you find anything, be sure to notify me or the others."

"Got it." They both nodded their heads.

"Winter, Nathan, you'll remain at Beacon until we can figure out where Ammit is heading. If Issac or Ivy tracks him down, you try to warn the authorities, or stop him if you have to."

"Yes, sir." Winter and Nathan saluted.

"Gerard, head back to Fort Knots. Make sure the Valean Forces successfully fix everything back without the interference of the Grimm."

"No problem." Gerard saluted.

"Qrow, stay out of trouble." Ozpin gave a simple order to the Professor.

"Aww. And here I thought I was hoping to get something fun." He sighed in disappointment.

"It makes sense, since your alcohol will make you ruin everything." Winter rolled her eyes.

"That is all I would like to talk about for today. You're all dismissed." Ozpin told them.

Ivy looked down at her scroll and noticed she received a notification from somebody, with the title showing the number of the texted person instead of the full name. She read it as it told her to meet up north of Vale City. Ivy giggled when she recognized the number of the person who texted her. Since she was dismissed, she walked towards the elevator to exit Ozpin's office.

"Ivy? Where are you going?" Isaac asked.

"Just gotta do something. I'll be back." Was the last thing Ivy said as the elevator closed.

"Damn it. What about my margarita?" Qrow sighed after she left.

(Information in RWBY: The Recidivist Universe)

The Venomous Group is the White Fang's most special group that was responsible for almost all terrorist attacks throughout Remnant. A highly classified group as they are, the Venomous Group is also the only unit in the White Fang to hire excessively skilled mercenaries while the rest are original White Fang members handpicked by the leader in charge of the group. All agents are to keep their identities highly secretive and replace their names with callsigns like: The Four Horsemen, Red Stalker, Titanium Claw, etc.

Only 200 agents are active in the group.

(IMPORTANT NOTICE: About what you saw in the RWBY Vol.3 Finale, yes. I know some things are different. But this is a fanfiction, so it's an AU. It's not like this story will be used or animated. I might make it as a comic in the future if I can (^^). And yes, Ch.54 is being worked on, but I'll release it at my own pace. And sorry, I can't do requests due to time constraints.)
