Chapter Fifty
Dean and Lana woke up in bed to the sound of Lana's alarm. "Uh…" Lana moaned as she fumbled to turn it off.
Dean pulled her back down into him. Her bare back against his chest instantly warmed him. "Can't you miss your run with Sam?"
She turned over and wrapped her legs and arms around him. "Like I did yesterday morning and the morning before that?"
"You get your cardio in here, don't you?"
She grinned. "I suppose you're right." She climbed on top of him and leaned down to kiss his lips.
"Good morning," a voice said from beside the bed.
Lana screamed as she covered herself up to see that it was Castiel standing next to them.
"Wow, Cas, boundaries!" Dean yelled as he sat up.
"Fornication… you do this a lot," Castiel mused. "Have you thought about marriage, so that you aren't living in sin?"
Lana got out of bed with the sheet wrapped around her. "I need coffee for a conversation like this. Cas, I'm assuming you'll let yourself out?"
"Yes"
Lana nodded. "Great." She walked into the kitchen to start the coffee when she found Hayley already starting it.
Hayley looked over her bowl of cereal as she sat on top of the counter. "Cas?"
"Yep."
"I didn't hear you come in last night. How was your first shift solo?" Hayley asked referring to Lana's first non-training shift at the bar.
"Good." She paused. "If my being gone at night makes you nervous…"
"It doesn't," Hayley said quickly. "I'm good, really."
Lana smiled. "Good."
Dean walked into the kitchen. "Morning, kid," he said as he leaned against the counter next to Hayley.
"Good morning."
"What's the headline with angel news today?" Lana asked.
"Cas needs Sam and I to meet him somewhere in Missouri." He looked around. "Where is Sam?"
"Running," Hayley said.
"Missouri…" Lana said.
Dean put his hands around Lana's waist. "I think it's going to be an ongoing thing."
"So it starts," Lana said.
"Yeah," he said as he rested his forehead against hers. He pulled back and looked at Hayley. "You girls going to be okay?"
"Always," Hayley said. "We'll be here when you guys are finished."
Dean nodded. He knew that Hayley was more than capable of protecting herself and Lana. She was a power to be reckoned with, which made him worry. He worried what someone or something would try to obtain her power.
Hayley's phone rang and she just looked at it without answering.
"Go ahead," Dean said. "Tell Trey we said hello."
Hayley smiled and hopped off the counter. She answered the phone on the way to her room.
Lana let out a deep breath. "Has Sam talked to you? About Ruby?"
Dean shook his head as he poured a cup of coffee. "Why? Did she do something?"
"No, not really her…"
"Hey!" Sam said as he walked through the front door. "Missed you out there," he said to Lana. "Nice sheet."
"Yeah, I'm going to get dressed. Don't leave before…"
"I'll be right there," Dean promised. He looked at Sam after Lana walked down the hall. "Cas needs us. He has
something big to tell us in Missouri."
"Am I packing light?"
"I don't think so."
Dean took another sip of coffee. "Get a shower, pack, and we'll head out."
Sam nodded. "Alright."
Dean met Lana in their room. She was on her yoga mat doing sun salutation naked. She looked up when she heard Dean open and close the door. "Damn, girl," he cooed as walked to her.
She stood straight up, giving him the full view of her body. "Hiya, tiger."
Dean growled as he scooped Lana up in his arms. He threw her on the bed and crawled on top of her. "Lana," he said in awe once he looked down at her.
She took his left hand and brought it to her lips so that she could suck on his index finger. "Yeah?" She moaned.
"We're good together. We're always going to be good.
She took his index finger out of her mouth and down to her groin and guided two of his fingers inside of her wet sex. If Dean hadn't been hard as a rock, he definitely was now. "Yeah, we are," she asked seductively as she arched her back into his fingers.
Dean took the hint and curled his two fingers that were inside of her up. "I love you."
"I love you too," she answered as she wrapped her legs around his waist. "But right now I need you inside of me."
Dean removed his fingers from inside of her and replaced it with his cock. Lana dug her fingers into his shoulder and she lifted her head up to his right ear. "I want it hard and rough, Dean. Make it hurt."
He was more than happy to give her what she wanted. He pushed her legs back and rested them on his shoulders as Lana leaned back. Pounding madly into her, Lana moved her right hand over her clit and began to massage the engorged part of her.
Looking down at Lana at that moment was the sexiest thing he had even seen. Letting their raw instinct take over, Dean and Lana entangled their bodies in a blissful and messy sexual encounter. He realized that he didn't need to worry about them. They would be fine. Hell, more than fine.
She rested her head on top of his chest and fingered his anti-possession tattoo after their blissful fifteen minutes. "You're leaving soon."
He ran his hand down the small of her back. "I don't want to."
"I know." She sat up and Dean tried to listen to her talk instead of staring at her breasts. "So should we have a talk about it?"
"About what?"
"You… on the road."
He propped himself up with the back of his elbows as he looked at her. "I'm not following, baby."
"Well, you're a hunter."
Dean grinned. "That part I understand."
"Really? You're really going to make me say it?"
He shrugged, honestly oblivious. "I don't know where you're getting at."
She shook her head, feeling ridiculous. "You know what, never mind. It's the apocalypse. What I'm thinking is stupid."
"Hey," Dean said softly. "Whatever you're thinking is not stupid. You're just going to help me out."
She let out a deep breath. "Women, Dean. Other women. Are you going to revert back to your old ways of
screwing anything with a set of tits?"
"Wow," Dean said as he put his hands on her legs. "That's not going to happen."
"Are you sure?" She asked.
"Absolutely." He looked into her eyes and hated that she was even questioning this. "Yours are the only set of tits I want to see bouncing on top of me."
Lana couldn't help but to grin despite herself. "Yeah?"
"Yeah."
"It isn't going to be like last time… jumping from case to case. I owe the angels. I work for them for the time being. So when I'm done with their tasks, I will always come back to you." He watched her reaction. "Okay?"
"Okay."
He cupped her face in his hands. "I love you."
She put her hands on his "I love you."
Sam knocked on their closed bedroom door. "Dean? We need to head out."
"I'll be right out," he said. He kissed Lana and then forced himself to get out of bed.
Lana followed suite and pulled on one of Dean's t-shirts. She watched as Dean packed a duffle bag of clothes.
Dean zipped up the bag and looked at her. "Do you want to get married?"
"Wh… what?"
He took the three steps to her. "I mean, not right now, or anything. But is that something you want?"
"I… I don't know. Is it something you want?"
He nodded. "Yeah, with you. One day."
She smiled and hugged him.
"So that's a yes?" He asked as he wrapped his arms around her.
"That's a yes," she confirmed.
