"HA!" Green shouted, punching the man in the face, sprinting forward to where he was stumbling backwards and spinning a kick across his now bruised cheek and throwing him to the side. Next to her, a Jigglypuff was singing a lullaby that put several Pokemon to sleep, continuing to sing as she moved forward killed them with blows to their necks.

Misty was in the front, ordering her Staryu, Starmie and Psyduck to fire psychic attacks at the various poison types. Though she was no psychic master, the mental attacks were effective on the poison types. Behind her, Daisy's Chansey was using healing moves whenever they got hurt.

The three girls had managed to arrive at their residence and grab what they could, but on the way back they had been forced back by the now overwhelming rocket threat. They were quite literally backed up into a wall, and though they were holding their own it wouldn't be much longer before they were overwhelmed.

Misty shouted out orders, her mind racing in the meantime. Out of the three, she was the best trainer, and it was solely because of her efforts that they hadn't already been killed. But even she was weakening, and she couldn't even find a way to escape. Teleportation was far too risky with all of the psychics around, ready to cancel their attempts to retreat.

Finally, she snapped her head over to Psyduck. "Release all your powers, Psyduck!"

"Psy….." Psyduck tottered out in front, triggering laughs from Team Rocket.

"And what is that little shit gonna do?" One of the grunts from the front lines laughed. Psyduck shook with power as it released an incredible wave of psychic power, blasting through the first three rows of Team Rocket with ease. Pokemon and human alike fell down, some trampled by the troops behind them.

But in the end, only a small opening was created by the psychic attack, and Team Rocket filled the gap quickly.

"Well, it was a good final effort," said Green, looking tired. "There are worse ways to go out, I guess."

Just as the cluster of Pokemon was about to overwhelm them rocks fell from the sky, crushing a sizable amount and throwing them into disarray as the powerful form of an Onix appeared. Flint was on its back, roaring orders as it swung its tail to slam Pokemon out of its way. Cutting off the reinforcements of Pokemon were Lucina and Tyrone, the two of them wading through the enemy and repelling them away from the renegades.

The Onix positioned itself between the girls and the never ending forces of Team Rocket, doing an excellent job of defending. Flint slid off it's back, giving a grim smile to the girls.

"Is anyone else alive?" He asked, slightly impatient by their shocked tones.

"W-we split off with Red and Blue outside of the bar," Daisy said quietly.

Flint swore loudly. "And whose idea was that!?"

"That would be Red," Green muttered, dodging a Golbat as it tried to bite her.

"I have a few choice words for him when we manage to find that moron," Flint muttered. "Where did he go, anyway!"

"His house. He said he needed to get supplies or something!" Green shouted.

"Wait…" Misty said in realization. "Isn't this…"

"Yes, It's my son's Onix," Flint growled. "He's been…. rehabilitated after what those Rocket assholes did to him thankfully, but that's not the point! Oy! You, you've been talking to the Butterfree right? Where's Red?"

The other three spun around to see Will the Wartortle facing them, looking a little battered but otherwise unharmed. He focused for a moment, before pointing down the street.

Green suddenly stared in shock at the Wartortle, as if realization was dawning on her face, but Daisy gave Flint a questioning look.

"What do you mean by talking?" She asked, clearly confused. "And how would Lucina know…"

"She obviously shared a telekinetic connection between her and the rest of the team, so she probably knows all of the locations by heart."

"But that won't matter if we don't hurry," Flint muttered. "Onix won't be able to hold forever."

Misty sighed. "It's no use. If we try to escape, we'll be overwhelmed. I'll stay behind, I'm the best battler and-"

"No, Green and I will," Said Daisy shortly.

Misty gave her a shocked look. "But-!"

"Don't worry, we'll be fine," Said Green grimly, tearing her gaze away from Will. "As you said, you're our best fighter. We need you to protect Red. We'll hold them off, don't you worry."

"Very well," Flint muttered, cutting off Misty's retort. "But as soon as we're out of sight, get out of there."

"We understand," said Daisy simply. Green put an arm on Misty's shoulder. "Keep my little sis safe, okay?"

Misty wanted to argue, but stopped herself. "Of course," she said instead.

As the two turned around, Misty tossed Green Psyduck's Poke ball. "You better return this to me!"

Green gave her a cocky smirk. "Easy enough request."

"We'll be fine, Misty! The two of you need to hurry!" Daisy called back. Misty hopped on Brock's Onix, and without a word Flint set off, leaving Green and Daisy to fight off against the near endless masses of Team Rocket…

Lucina and Tyrone fought side by side, hurling back the many Pokemon Team Rocket sent after him. The two managed to drive them back nearly effortlessly, with Tyrone's brute strength and Lucina's psychic powers and intellect. Despite their open animosity towards one another, the two fought perfectly as a team, compensating for weaknesses and moved around each other with skill and grace.

This was ruined however, when they pushed their enemies away from the center square and found themselves facing the ruined outer wall, reaching the flank of Team Rocket and the source of their entry.

Tyrone's eyes widened at the sight of Archer and Sabrina, who were barking orders next to a battered truck. With a roar, he rushed forward, slamming into a squad of Arbok and abandoning Lucina, who was forced to swerve to avoid the Pokemon who attacked from where Tyrone formerly guarded. Down an alley several Pidgeotto and Golbat flew forward, aiming for the Butterfree from behind.

Lucina quickly spun around and focused her power, exploding one of the building's walls and engulfing the flying types. She teleported rapidly to avoid the now overwhelming Pokemon's attacks.

"Tyrone, you're too overextended! We need to fall back!"

Tyrone however, was not listening and continued to rush forward, trampling the Arbok underneath is feat and clearing a path easily. Archer's eyes bugged out as the Nidoking roared, throwing himself at the man. He quickly dove out of the truck and Tyrone slammed into it, crushing the windshield. With a growl, he threw the truck with all of his strength, flattening some of the Pokemon behind him.

Sabrina let out a snort. "Must I do everything?" She tossed a Poke ball, revealing the form of her Alakazam.

"Go deal with the Nidoking," She muttered. The Alakazam simply grinned cruelly. Tyrone looked up just in time to be thrown backwards, out of the ruined city. The poison type rolled to his feet, snorting like a bull as the Alakazam walked forward, smirking.

"So you must be the famous Nidoking that belongs to Red. Well met then," He laughed in a mocking fashion.

"Shut up," Tyrone growled, running forward and striking hard. But the Alakazam was faster, dodging the Nidoking's swings. Tyrone roared in annoyance, bringing down a fist, but Alakazam made a mini psychic barrier with his spoon, blocking the blow with ease. Tyrone grunted, trying to overcome his opponent, but the barrier held fast.

"After hearing all of those tales of your overpowering strength, I must say I'm disappointed," The Alakazam chortled, not even breaking a sweat as Tyrone grit his teeth. The Alakazam aimed a blast with his other hand that struck Tyrone's shoulder, forcing his arm free and sliding him backwards. Tyrone immediately spun, swinging his tail, but the psychic type ducked under it easily and slammed another psychic blast into Tyrone's chest, throwing him off his feet once again. The two were fighting farther and farther away from the city, nearing a cliff face above the very lake that Guru had once lived near.

As Tyrone felt his arm go numb, he smashed his other fist into the ground with a roar of fury and rose again, charging the Alakazam with the intent of impaling him with his horn. Alakazam dodged it easily and grabbed Tyrone with his psychic powers.

Tyrone roared in agony as the Alakazam put on more pressure, digging into his organs and torturing him. Tyrone's eyes suddenly opened and bellowed in defiance, sheer willpower allowing him to briefly escape the control and punch the Alakazam in the face, breaking its nose. Spinning, he slammed his tail into the Alakazam's stomach and sent him flying.

Tyrone chuckled. "Ohohoho! That felt good!"

Alakazam felt its broken nose as with its other hand it slowly formed a sharp psychic blast, unseen by the laughing Nidoking.

Tyrone raised a fist, but Alakazam rolled forward and shot the blast straight through the Nidoking's chest, leaving a gaping hole.

Tyrone spat out blood, while his eyes seemed to stare in shock for a moment. He took a shaky step, as if he was still trying to win, but Alakazam fired repeated psychic blasts, widening the hole and sending Tyrone stumbling backwards.

Finally, Tyrone seemed to teeter on the edge of the cliff face, no longer having the strength to even clutch the wound that was now leaking out blood, letting out only a few feeble coughs.

Alakazam smirked. "Child's play. On the bright side, you'll get to see your family again, eh?"

With a flamboyant swish of his spoon Alakazam gave Tyrone a jolting push, sending him tumbling off the cliff without another word. The Nidoking fell into the water with a splash, the very water becoming red from the blood…

Luca hurled several dozen leaves into the enemy, slicing through flesh and even bone occasionally. His vines shot out indiscriminately, either slapping their opponents or strangling them. Many bodies were around the two, and so far Red was successfully keeping Team Rocket at bay.

Yellow fell back, holding her knife at the ready, though her arm was twitching. Ash and Yellow's Chuchu had their tails pressed together, shooting out boosted thunderbolts that easily scattered the ranks and fried many Pokemon on the spot. From atop Red's house was OZZO, who was taking potshots at the flying Pokemon.

Blue fought the grunts themselves with surprising power, a punch usually enough to knock one of them down with ease.

You can't last forever, the voice in Red's head said with relish. We're going to need to do something drastic!

"Not yet," Red muttered. "Stay out of my head…" As a large group of Rockets headed towards Red, he pointed to the sky, where dawn was already breaking.

"Solar Beam!"

Luca roared and released all of the power he had been charging from his flower, letting loose a concentrated blast of light energy into the screaming hoard of enemies. When the dust cleared, the front lines had been completely obliterated, but behind them more marched forward. Red bit his lip. They were running out of time….

Domino let out a little noise of excitement as she finally freed herself from the ropes. Fortunately, the teenager who had tied her up had been too stupid to search for possible hidden weapons in her position, and she had been able to cut herself free with a small knife she kept in the linings of her pants. Now free, she stole a glance out the window, not surprised to see the trio fighting for their lives with their Pokemon. She supposed if she shattered the window she could impale Red through the neck easily.

But Giovanni wanted him alive.

Why, she wasn't sure, but she would not be stupid enough to ignore a direct order. Making up her mind, she stepped outside while remaining out of view, ready to move in when she got the chance….

Red was a fantastic trainer and tactician, and anyone who had ever met him would agree. But even he wasn't invincible, and he couldn't be everywhere at once. Luca found himself wading in the Rocket's Pokemon, and though he was holding his own, the Venusaur was beginning to become tired as he faced off against the many opponents surrounding him.

Whips and knives were pointed at Red, but he spun his Bo staff, deflecting and disarming his opponents with one hand. With the other hand, he flung knives, aiming for organs and exposed bits of flesh. When a Rocket fell with wet cries Red didn't hesitate or act, and soon the bodies began to pile.

Eventually however, a ninja leapt out from behind a small squad of Rockets, slashing at him with scimitars and forcing him backwards as he struggled to defend. He dodged, aiming a swipe with his staff, but the ninja easily kicked it to the side and pressed him hard.

Red grit his teeth stumbling back. Normally he never spoke, but somehow he found himself making an exception. "So…..you're one of the traitors then."

"Yes, and you will not make me regret my course of actions or make me guilty for my betrayal," the ninja responded in a muffled voice. Red had not expected an answer, and perhaps this is what allowed the ninja to get under his guard, landing several kicks to his face and knocking him to the ground.

Red rose to his knees, wiping the blood from his mouth and letting out a cold laugh.

As the ninja approached him raising his scimitars, Red continued to laugh, remaining on his hands and knees.

The ninja swung down his weapons, but fast as thought Red spun his staff and deflected them.

"I may not make you feel guilty but…" Red said as the Bo staff crossed with the two scimitars, holding each other in a standstill. "You better believe I'm going to make you regret your betrayal."

The Ninja thrust forward, winning an edge, but Red spun and kicked him in the stomach, knocking his weapons away with his staff and advancing on him with a cold smirk, tossing his own weapon to the side. The Ninja reached out with a knife, but Red caught his arm. Smirking, he threw a right hook that knocked him to the ground. Pulling out a knife, he loomed over the Ninja and stomped on his stomach, making sure to break a few ribs.

"Are you regretting your decision yet?" He asked, his cold grin having left and replaced with a look of contempt. The voice was in his head was speaking to him, urging him to torture…to maim…..but he ignored it. He picked up his staff and left the injured man, finding Luca barely holding off the advancing group of rockets.

Suddenly the powerful roar of a Rhydon was heard, challenging the Venusaur and charging forward. Luca let out a war cry of his own, shooting out vines that entangled around the Rhydon's body and arms. It used its own power to counter Luca's, the two powerhouses struggling to overcome the other as the rest of the Rockets closed in on Red's house.

Two Sandslash lunged for Ash and Chuchu, forcing them to separate and dive to the side to avoid the ground types. One pressed on Ash, and the Pikachu dodged its strikes as he was slowly pushed backwards. The other fought Chuchu, but the other Pikachu was not nearly as powerful as Ash. The Sandslash blocked the first strike of her tail, punching her across her face and causing her to crumple to the ground. The Sandslash aimed its claws, ready to finish her off, but Ash was still at large.

The other Pikachu slid between the legs of the Sandslash he was fighting, shooting through the air, spinning and slamming his tail into the skull of the Sandslash just as it was bringing down its claws. The mole was sent twenty feet backwards, crashing into Red's house. The other Sandslash launched an attack at Ash from behind, but the Pikachu was quick enough to leap out of the way, landing in a backwards slide, a few feet away from the stirring Sandslash who had already managed to recover. Ash cringed, realizing he now had to fight off two Sandslash without electric moves and by himself.

More and more flying Pokemon flew to the top of Red's roof, and OZZO was forced to abandon the ground below him and attempt to shoot them down. Eventually a Weezing floated in front of him, focusing all of its power and glowing in a harsh light.

OZZO tried to drive away, but several Golbat flew around him, biting into his metal and causing sparks to shoot everywhere.

"OW! OW! DANGER! DANG-PPPZBBZZZT! THIS CHARGING DEVICE IS NOT C-COMPPHAHZZZT-PATIBLE WITH THIS SOFTWARE-"

The Weezing exploded, detonating right in the Porygon's face and destroying a portion of Red's roof.

"OZZO!" Red called, almost abandoning his position, but Luca was in trouble. Struggling to hold the massive Rhydon in check, the Venusaur was struggling under the massive formation facing him. Several Ekans and Zubat flew towards him, but a few vines shot out, slapping the poison types over their heads and bringing them down.

Blue shoved a Rocket to the ground but was punched in the face by another, several of them whipping at his back. Yellow had her whole team out, but they were surrounded and losing ground. Red wanted to grind his teeth in frustration, struggling to form a plan in his head, but none of the options didn't involve everyone escaping, and OZZO was….

Dead, the voice told him. Just like Hawkeye and Sydney. Or maybe not but will it matter?

Red roared in defiance at the voice of his own head, shaking it and was about to order Luca to fall back when he heard another voice in his head. But this one was…

Red slumped over, the nervous tension loosening as Lucina arrived, crashing into the lines and creating a powerful psychic barrier between the enemy and Red.

"Will's on his way with Flint!" Lucina called from behind her back. "We can make a final stand here!"

"Won't be necessary Lucy," Red said, relief flooding his brain as options flooded his brain. "As soon as Flint arrives we're gone."

Lucina nodded, choosing to trust her trainer and putting more power into the barrier. Smirking, she used her psychic power to trigger explosions lining a row of the Rocket's Pokemon and obliterating them instantly. At the same time, Luca roared, his vines finally slapping and dragging the Rhydon backwards. Finally gaining an advantage, he shot out a razor leaf that tore through the Rhydon's flesh and finally bringing it down. His vines now were able to lift the rock Pokemon easily, and he flung the heavy body into a crowd of Raticate, crushing them.

Ash spun in the air, swinging his tail and clashing it with the Sandslash facing him. Grumbling to himself as the other sprinted towards him, he pushed off the other Sandslash and it gave him a boost, shooting through the air, but the other saw it coming and punched him in the stomach, following up with a kick that knocked him down to the ground hard.

Ash managed to roll to his feet, the other two Sandslash stalking towards him with smirks. His cheeks crackled with electricity…maybe if he used flash he could take out one of them….

Neither one of them was expecting Will the Wartortle to move in, shooting out a blast of water that caught the Sandslash in the stomach and propelling it backwards. Will gave Ash a high five as the Pikachu spun around to face the remaining Sandslash.

The Sandslash aimed a claw, but Ash blocked it easily and punched it in the face hard. Not expecting the Pikachu to put up a fight, the weakened Sandslash was caught off guard. Ash threw several jabs and followed up by strike with his tail to the stomach, finally knocking it out of the count.

Ash turned to Will, who had successfully defeated his opponent as well. Will winked and pointed out, and the Pikachu turned to see Flint and Misty fighting their way through the group, aided by Luca and Lucina.

"Damn them!" Flint grunted. "They seem to have nearly all of their forces here!"

"That would be because of me wouldn't it?" said Red, moving forward to meet the two.

"Blue!" Misty shouted, rooting through her purse and producing one of Blue's Poke balls. Blue caught the ball she tossed with a smirk, throwing it on the ground to reveal his Jolteon.

"Thunder!" He shouted, and a thundercloud crackled above the Jolteon's head. With a cry of its own, electricity fell from the sky and scattered the Rocket troops.

"Where's my sister!?" Yellow cried out worryingly to Misty, who gave her a sympathetic look.

"Daisy and Green decided to stay back and hold them off…" Misty muttered with clear guilt.

Hearing of his own sister's absence, Blue snapped his head over to the water trainer. Red put an arm on his shoulder.

"Just stay alive for now, your sisters can handle themselves right?" Blue and Yellow glanced at each other, but nodded, rejoining the fight. With Misty and Flint's help, they were able to gain some distance and even the playing field.

"Red! We better get moving!" Flint shouted, as his Onix smacked a few Venonat away. Red nodded.

"Dillan's on his way. We only need to hold them off for a few more-"

CRACK!

Sabrina teleported behind one of the lines alongside her Alakazam, gazing over at the defenders with contempt.

"Why couldn't you morons simply handle a few stragglers?" She muttered, her eyes glowing red with power. "Alakazam, would you be a dear and finish them off?"

"Of course milady," the Alakazam said, his own eyes glowing in anticipation. His psychic blast was dodged by Luca, but Flint's Onix was hit hard, falling down and cracking the pavement.

The Rocket grunts cleared a path for Sabrina, allowing her to walk through them and right up to the remainder of the Light Stone.

Blue pointed to her. "Jolteon, thunderbolt!"

"No don't be a fool and try to take her head on!" Red hissed, but Sabrina's Alakazam was already moving, releasing a psychic blast that shoved the Jolteon back into its trainer and knocked both backwards. Ash and Will sprinted forward to face her, but the two remained cautious. Behind them, Luca raised up his vines defensively.

As soon as Red noticed the cruel woman, his brown eyes became a subtle gold, and he felt a surge of power and change come to him. He pointed his weapon at Sabrina calmly, but he had never been angrier.

"And here we have the cute little survivor, don't we?" Asked Sabrina with a sneer. "It's been far too long since we last met. You look a lot less panicked now. Of course now you don't have to worry about the corpse of your Charmeleon. th

"I promise you Sabrina," Red said in a steely voice. "After today you will be worried by the mere thought of me, if I let you live of course."

"How adorable," said Sabrina, clenching a fist that was outlined with red energy. Red let out a strangled cry at her psychic hold over him. The woman was surprised to see the trainer still moving, working through the pain of her psychic hold on him.

"He has a strong will," she muttered to himself, before focusing the full extent of her powers. Red was unable to withstand the hit, and fell backwards on the ground.

Ignoring Yellow's cry of "RED!", Sabrina jerked her head to Alakazam. "End it."

The Alakazam nodded, pointing his spoon, but suddenly Lucina teleported out of nowhere, narrowly blocking the psychic blast with her own mind. The two met in a psychic battle, the two of them struggling to overcome the other. The incredible power the two wielded was enough to destroy the cement surrounding them, the two in an apparent standstill.

Sabrina folded her arms, impressed and somewhat amazed. "My, what power this Butterfree wields. It is certainly something else."

Red rose to his feet slowly, slipping a knife into his hand. "You don't sound very upset by that fact," he drawled.

"No, because no matter how powerful this Butterfree may be, she'll never win this fight. Just like you won't," Sabrina countered. Red responded by hurling the knife in his hand at her, flipping forward and aiming a kick.

Sabrina caught the knife with her mind, easily dodging Red's kick and using her powers to knock him back once more, hard enough to crash through the side of his house. Red rose, though blood was dripping down his face.

Blue and Misty both looked like they wanted to fight the gym leader themselves, but Flint held them back. Yellow ran off to support Red, as Sabrina slowly made her way to the injured trainer.

Lucina was using all of her power to keep the Alakazam from overcoming her. Never had she used this much force, and she was still concerned that for the first time her power might fail her.

"It's pointless to resist you know," the Alakazam's voice said in her head. "" You're just a bug type that's playing the part of a warrior."

"Shut up," Lucina growled, losing a bit of control.

"You abandoned him you know. And now he's dead because of it," Alakazam said with relish.

"Who-?" Lucina muttered, but she was interrupted by an image of Tyrone's dying form. The image almost caused her to lose complete control, but she managed to regain it. She said nothing, but shuddered with effort. Alakazam was gaining control, and growing more confident.

"I was the one who killed him, you know. And it wasn't hard. He had no brain. You on the other hand…."

Lucina shuddered, trying not to let the psychic get to her. "You're lying. You couldn't have killed Tyrone because..."

But then her eyes widened in realization. She could no longer sense Tyrone's life energy…

The shock finally forced her out of control, and the Alakazam grinned in triumph as he hurled her with her mind. She screamed as she flew past Red's house and into the one behind it, debris falling on her body.

Sabrina walked up to the injured Red, smirking triumphantly. She held up a glowing hand, ready to finish the trainer off. "Your father isn't here to save you this time…."

Red grunted in annoyance, rising unsteadily, a plan already fully formed under his head. He started to speak, but instead ducked, and Ash the Pikachu flew over his head, preparing an attack. Red immediately squeezed his eyes shut as the Pikachu unleashed a flash attack right in front of Sabrina's face. Sabrina howled in pain, going blind, and Red was up in a minute, kicking her hard in the chest and knocking her backwards. Sabrina's Alakazam turned towards them, but Red wasn't finished.

"Luca, use vine whip!" Red shouted, and Luca released vines, wrapping around the Alakazam's body and hands. The psychic type grumbled in discomfort, raising its spoon to do a psychic attack, but froze when someone tapped on his shoulder.

Alakazam turned around just in time to see Will punching him hard in the face, completely stunning him. Will hopped onto Luca's vine, taking off his sunglasses and giving the Alakazam a look of contempt.

"So you killed our teammate, eh?" The Wartortle ground out, his normal easy smile now forced. "You murdered Tyrone?"

Alakazam did not answer, but shot a psychic blast. Will spun with perfect timing, deflecting the shot with his shell.

"We didn't all love Ty. He was grumpy, arrogant, and sometimes pretty obnoxious. But still, you murdered our teammate and friend. I may not have been with these guys as long as some of the others but I've been long enough to know this…"

Alakazam tried to attack again, but Will grabbed his shoulders and loomed over him, the Alakazam's face suddenly widening.

"You fucked with the wrong people."

Will threw his head forward in a vicious skull bash that connected directly with the Alakazam's forehead, the impact sending him flying backwards as Luca released his vines.

Red nodded at where the Alakazam fell, noting that he and Sabrina were momentarily down for the count, before limping after where Lucina fell. The Butterfree was struggling, and one of her wings was bent. "Red, I'm fine. But Tyrone…"

"I know," Red said somberly. "What about OZZO, is he okay?"

"I'm sorry, but OZZO doesn't have life energy. Unlike Tyrone, I have no idea whether he's alive."

Misty called out from in front. "Could I have a little help here? I can't last much longer!"

Flint finally let out a grim smile. "No need. The Dugtrio is here..."

Dillan burst out of the ground, right in the center of the Team Rocket forces, creating a massive arena trap. Grunts and Pokemon were pulled down into the trap with screams. The diversion was perfect, and the entire force was nearly put into disarray.

"Now's our chance Red!" Flint roared. "Get everyone out of here!"

Yellow ran forward, supporting Red and leading him forward. Before Red could respond, a blast of power flew from the debris and hit a Golbat dead on, knocking it out of the sky.

Red glanced back and slackened in relief. A heavily damaged OZZO was stirring, shooting attacks at the fliers.

"FUNCTIONING ON BACKUP DATA! BATTERY POWER IS AT 10%" OZZO cried in his mechanical voice, though now sounding oddly tinny.

Will ran forward, helping out the robot. "Who touched my baby!?"

Red smirked at his Porygon, jerking his head to Lucina. "Teleport us out of here. It's time to leave."

The Butterfree nodded, focusing her telepathic powers with a low cry. Suddenly she was met with resistance that nearly made her want to puke. Alakazam rose to his kneed, his face bruised and bloody, but he was very much alive.

"You will NOT. LEAVE THIS PLACE BEHIND," Alakazam grounded out, his spoons glowing with power.

Red's expression didn't change. "I thought you might say that," he muttered, pulling out his Pokedex. Without hesitation, he tapped a button.

And his house exploded. Flames erupted the air, and nearly everyone was thrown off their feet.

Lucina wasn't caught off guard by the explosion, but the Alakazam was, tumbling backwards. Focusing her powers, she teleported everyone except for Dillan, who simply burrowed back on the ground.

The last thing Red saw before she vanished was Sabrina's cold red eyes staring at him, her mouth curled into a smirk.

The violence at Fuchsia had stopped entirely, so Archer had deemed it safe to walk into the ruined city. He was met with a small band of Ninja, one of them wearing now wearing the brand of the ninja master, one that Koga once wore.

Archer held out a hand that the ninja shook, though the other man did not speak. Archer raised an eyebrow, but decided that it must be on him to break the ice.

"The light stone. What kills or captures can we confirm?" Archer asked, getting to the point.

The man said softly: "Only one. We bring him to you." He shouted something in Japanese, and two Ninjas dragged in the battered form of Donny, a look of defiance on his face.

"Why I remember you," Archer said in surprise. "You were the one who gave us so much trouble with the fossils! You escaped when we lost our Celadon base, and apparently you joined the Light stone! Ha well…. bad luck for you I'm afraid."

Donny said nothing. His face was badly bruised. Apparently he had gone down fighting.

Archer leaned down. "I'll be frank with you. We know you have information on the light stone and those who escaped. There will be no torture, except for some information you probably don't want to hear. You tell us, and we let you live. Simple ultimatum, no?"

Donny continued to say nothing, instead closing his eyes.

Archer sighed, pulling out a gun. "I did hear a thing or two about the affairs of your group. You have a fiancé, right?"

Donny's eyes opened, and his mouth fell agape. He knew instantly he was going to hear something, something he would hate, something that would destroy him.

Archer reached into one of his pockets, producing a bloodstained diamond ring.

The very ring he had given Daisy when he proposed.

Donny collapsed in shock, staring numbly at the ring and shedding a single tear. He felt himself losing his emotions, becoming apathetic.

"We found her running to where the bar was, likely trying to find you. She went down painlessly, or so I am told. The Ninjas are rather efficient, so the kill was quick and clean."

His actions were intended to hurt the injured man, but he was no longer listening, staring in shock at the ring.

Archer sighed. "Very well then. Know that we gave you a chance at survival. Any last words?" He asked, aiming the pistol at Donny's head.

"D-Daisy?" The man finally whispered, in a monotonous yet sad tone.

"Well said," Archer said sharply, pressing the trigger against Donny's head.

And then he pulled the trigger.

Aw I can't abandon this story! Another chapter is out and about!

And uh yeah…dark. Uh very dark. So much happened I don't know what to discuss. I'm sure you guys have questions, and I'm glad to answer them. And of course there is the matter of Tyrone. To that I say no comment.

Oh one thing! I haven't heard you guys talk about the shipping in the story recently! How do you guys feel about possible pairings and who do you want together? Why do you want them together? At this point I'm considering a lot of options, so now is your chance to convince me of your OTPS! Seriously, this is the best chance for convincing me, so don't waste the opportunity!

I can't guarantee when the next chapter will be, but be patient. I update fairly quickly.

Till next time guys!
