"Aaron livesy!" Announced a court usher as he entered the corridor.

Aaron stood up and nodded towards the usher, to signal that he had heard, before reached for his crutches that Jackson held out for him.

"I'll be right out here, waiting for you." Jackson promised Aaron as the teen took the aids.

Aaron managed a small smile in gratitude.

"Don't let him win. I know you can do this Aaron." Jackson told him. "Don't give him the satisfaction."

He wasn't going to. He didn't know what he would do if Darrel was set free after the court case.

"Mr. Livesy." The usher called for the young mechanic once more, growing irritated.

Jackson smiled once more at Aaron and watched him until he rounded the corner, before slipping into the nervous waiting. He wished he could be in the Court room with him. That would have to wait till tomorrow. Tomorrow he could have his say, help towards putting the evil character behind bars for good.

"I haven't missed him have I?" Chas cried as she spotted Jackson sitting alone in the corridor.

Jackson nodded. "Just by a second."

"I wanted to see how he was." Chas whined before ditching her coffee on the seat beside Jackson.

"He seemed okay." Jackson assured her. "You should be getting in there yourself."

"Oh, course!" Chas exclaimed rolling her eyes before marching off in the right direction, Cain at her heels, leaving Jackson alone in the corridor.

Aaron was spared from questioning a for a few seconds as all eyes turned towards his mother and uncle trying to discreetly sneak into the public gallery after proceedings had began. He rolled his eye's, just like his mother would, as he watched them settled down before all eyes returned to him, including Darrel's. Again, when he'd entered the court room he'd tried not to look his way.

"Mr. Livesy, where were we. . . Ah yes, Bar west. I believe you were aware that Mr. Kendall had a boyfriend at the time of your first meeting?" Darrel's lawyer threw his way.

"Yes."

"But still, you thought you could 'try your chances'." Darrel's lawyer continued, trying to insinuate the worse.

"What?" Aaron shot at him disgusted.

"As I am aware, you only spoke to Darrel during the duration of the night at Bar West." She said. "Therefore you were mostly interested in him, singling him out. Would you say you and Mr. Walsh have a stable relationship?"

"Yes." Aaron gritted through his teeth. He hated speaking about his and Jackson's relationship, it was private.

"Interesting. . ." She mused before checking her papers for a prompt. "At one point in Bar West, you and Mr. Kendall were alone in the toilets, could you explain to us what happened there."

What was there to explain? Harrison had just told the court about what happened in Bar West, amongst other times that Darrel had tried to . . .

". . . He tried to kiss me- What?" Aaron snapped, when he caught Darrel's lawyer shaking her head.

She let out a small false laugh. "You're telling us something different from what actually happened. You waited until Darrel was alone, before you made an advance towards him-."

"-That's Rubbish!" Aaron shot at her, furious. She was lying. Darrel was lying!

"Mr. Livesy." The judge scolded.

"If I could continue. . . That was just many of the 'hot and cold' signals you threw his way. You like to confuse people don't you Mr. Livesy."

Aaron glared at her. She was lying. She was twisting the truth, spinning a web of lies. Who would let criminals off for a living?

"One minutes you're all for it, the next you're denying it all." She carried on. "You didn't tell Jackson about the kiss until the next day, why is that?"

"There was no kiss!" Aaron shot back at her once more. It never happened!

"There was a Kiss Mr. Livesy." She corrected as Aaron shook his head in defiance. "Now, could you tell us why you didn't tell you're boyfriend until the next day that you had kissed another man? I thought you said you and Mr. Walsh have a solid relationship?"

"We do! I just . . . I just didn't tell him the next day." Aaron said. He couldn't remember why he hadn't told him that night, as soon as it happened or before they went to sleep. He just couldn't work why he hadn't.

Aaron's answer seemed to satisfy Darrel's lawyer. "Do you and Jackson trust one and other?"

"Yeah." Aaron answered.

"Right." She brought before pressing on, non-believing. "A fortnight later you received a phone call from Darrel."

"Yes, well no. . . not really." He hadn't received the call personally. It was the garage phone.

"From Darrel Kendall." She continued ignoring Aaron's correction. "You quite happily attended his call out request."

"That's because I didn't know it was him-." Aaron tried to say.

"Just you and him together, no car or house for miles on the long lonely loads a few miles from Hotton; I suppose it was perfect. Jackson would have never known." She hinted.

"You're sick." Aaron spat, unable to hold it back. His anger was getting the better of him. He completely forgot about the numerous appointments with Harrison, who explained to him he must keep his temper in check all the time whilst he was in court, one slip up could ruin it all. Too late.

"I'm Sorry Mr. Livesy but I'm only recalling what is fact of obvious." She merely apologized. "You began to play games with Mr. Kendall, didn't you?"

"What games?"

"Leading him on, toying with his mind." She explained. "Flaunting yourself in front of him."

Aaron shook his head again, this was unbelievable. If anyone believe any of what she was saying they were stupid, absolutely stupid.

". . . But then your guilt kicked in, when you remembered poor Max James and Jackson Walsh." She implied. "Darrel wasn't completely innocent in it all, as he was in fact still with Mr. James, but he would have never, ever of thought it taking it where you wanted it to lead."

Aaron stared back at her open mouthed. She was actually telling the court, that he, Aaron Livesy, had tried to make a move on Darrel, when in actual fact it had been Darrel that had attacked him! This was a joke, a complete mess. Who was she? Did Darrel actually believe that people would buy what he had gotten her to say?

"It didn't put you off thought, did it? You thought you'd try a third time. Sophia's house warming Party you went looking Mr. Kendall once more." Darrel's Lawyer told the court. "You searched for him and found him upstairs in one of the bedrooms where he so happened to be taking a quick nap to sober up before driving home that night."

Aaron shook his head. Lies. He'd been looking for Jackson. "I was looking for Jackson."

"Of course you were Mr. Livesy." She laughed a little to show she did not believe him. "Perfect opportunity to try again, don't you think?"

"You're wrong." Aaron gritted out.

"I don't believe I am."

"He. . . He tried to-." He couldn't bring himself to say it.

"To the court please Mr. Livesy." The judge called to him.

Aaron took in a breath. "He tried to . . ." He hadn't said it allowed since the first night he'd told Jackson and Paddy. He'd been a mess then and right now he was no better. He could feel Darrel's eyes burning holes into his skull. "He tried to. . .to force me."

"Force you to what?"

"Force me to. . . He kept touching me and pulling me back." Aaron rushed. He couldn't say the word.

"Take your time." The judge assured him, showing some compassion, unlike Darrel's lawyer who was currently fixing him a glare.
