In the OR, Jordan stood by Kellie's head behind the barrier that kept him from seeing the surgery. It seemed like hours as he waited for Dr. Meadows to deliver the babies.

Dr. Meadows pulled his son out, his lips tinged with a faint trace of blue. She handed him over to the one of the NICU nurses as they worked on helping him breathe.

"He's breathing," one of the nurses said as Dr. Meadows pulled his daughter out who left out a soft cry, but also struggled to breathe on her own. The nurses went to work on helping her breathe as well.

"Her blood pressure's dropping," Bobby said. Dr. Meadows assessed the damage from the rupture.

"The damage is too extensive and she's bleeding out," Dr. Meadows said, "Her best chance is a hysterectomy."

"Her pulse is dropping too," Bobby said.

"Do whatever you need to do to save her," Jordan said.

Dr. Meadows went to work.

"We're losing her," Bobby said as Dr. Meadows worked furiously to close Kellie back up.

Dr. Meadows completed the last stitch as Kellie flatlined.
