So I would have more chapters... if my friend didn't get me addicted to Warframe near the beginning of the month and I barely was able to pull myself away to get these couple chapters up. Combine that with the fact of the cold front hitting Ohio at the end of the month and preparing for that massive snowstorm that had hit over a week ago... I'm a piece of shit who procrastinates a lot and don't any of you say I'm not. Cause no one knows yourself better then yourself! A fact my family still have yet to realize.
Ill try to have more next month but it all depends on my addiction to gaming and if I can get the creativity flowing for typing. Also while I may only be posting two chapters... I have typed up chapters for stories I do not want to post yet for the reason that it would mean a lot more work for me in the future... so forgive me for not posting them I just don't need more pressure on me then what I already have on my plate... I still got to rework the disgrace of a story I tried to continue called Becoming a Wonderbolt.
And I'm talking about the chapters I typed and not the original owners! His/her chapters are wonderful! Mine are absolutely horrible and contradict one another as I took the story on when I first started typing! And is also the story which gave me the revelation that planning out stories made them come out extremely horrible for me.
Wish me luck that I can get typing and get on a roll for more chapters but with how things have been and my life...
I give myself a 23 percent chance that it would happen...
but then again I barely passed math so that percentage might not be viable...
have a good one all!
Apparently something happened at the end of my conversation with princess Luna as its been a week since I last saw her. Although at first I thought something was wrong and that I somehow offended her... but Celestia simply said she had been extremely busy about something. Although she never did tell me what I never pried really to be honest. Although she herself has been acting quite strange lately for some reason. Despite my... disability even I could see she was paying an extreme amount of attention on my forehead with glances every now and then.
That and she seemed to want to have me stay out of the high winds that was scheduled for Canterlot... I had a feeling she was hiding something for some reason but why would she hide something from me if it concerned me right? Maybe she was just looking at my casted wing from over my head and it was just a coincidence. I mean I was now on my way to see if I can finally take this cast off today as I haven't felt much pain coming from it recently.
Entering the hospital I was quickly directed to a room and so I sat there on the bed swinging my legs back and forth with a smile on my face hoping and praying I could take my cast off today as the thoughts of everything I would be able to do again went through my head. I could get back on my full mail schedule, see my coworkers, get the bills paid... leave Canterlot... I mean I could still come and visit her but with all the backed up mail most likely on my route it would probably be a while before I could... "good afternoon Miss Hooves!" I jumped as I was pulled out of my thoughts by the doctor.
"good afternoon Mr Surge." I spoke in greeting.
"i prefer DR my dear. Didn't spend 3 years of knowledge to only be called Mr now did I?" I gave a small giggle. "now onto our check up." he began to move to the other side of the bed. "now then how has your wing been feeling since we last saw each other?"
"its been feeling alright, there are small instants where the pain is enough to flinch from it but other than that its been alright." he began to touch all over the cast as I flinched slightly when he applied pressure near the area my wing connected with my body.
"well lets get a closer look at your wing shall we." he began to use his magic on the cast as he carefully cut it up into pieces and slowly pulled them off of me. "well your wing appears to be in good shape with the exceptions being a couple bruises in a few area but they are close to fading away completely. Now then I am going to start touching the wing in different places. I want you to tell me where I am touching and if there is any pain in what I am doing."
"okay Dr Surge." instantly I could feel a small feeling on the tip of my wing. "end of my wing and no pain." the feeling moved to the middle of my wing over my feathers. "middle of wing no pain." I flinched a little bit as he began to rub over the top of my wing. "top of wing flinch worthy pain." I felt nothing for a few moments after he pulled off his hoof before I jumped from pain where my wing was connected. "where my wing connects and a lot of pain!"
"hm. Lets have a quick look see in there shall we." using his magic as I felt the pain dull first quickly before my entire back was covered in his magic. "hm... there appears to be a crack going along the bone that connects your spine with your wing. While it may seem to be bad with how your wing was broken I'm impressed its healed as well as it did."
"but shouldn't it be healed like everywhere else?"
"unfortunately not. The bone that I am talking about it one that is extremely fragile and can easily be broken or its healing process could be slowed if its moved around enough."
"how is it so fragile despite it being what connects my wings to my body?"
"that is something that only a Pegasus expert could tell you unfortunately." there was a knock at the door as we both looked over surprised. "this room is occupied." the door than opened enough to allow a nurses head to pop in.
"u-um Doctor Surge?" Doctor Surge sighed.
"yes Nurse Golden. What is it?"
"p-p-princess Celestia is here as you requested." the doctor appeared to get a hard look into his eyes as he nodded and looked back at me.
"why is the princess here at your request?"
"i believed your wing would almost be healed fully but not fully healed enough to take the cast off. So I requested her presence so I could notify her of what needs to be done to ensure it heals up nicely. Now then..." he quickly used his magic to mold the cast back together and recombined all the pieces back onto the wing as I flinched a little bit from the pain. "please direct the princess to this room. Miss hooves would you mind waiting outside for a moment." confused I still happily obliged as I stepped out of the room as I quietly exchanged greetings with Celestia as she entered the room... although she looked to be hesitant and uncertain as the door closed behind her.
