My, oh, my. This chapter...It really contains lots of things for one chapter. I know you all will enjoy it. ;)

"Go."

I did not immediately go in. No one did. We all just glanced at each other, waiting for someone to make the first move, which was done by the impatient Skylark. He went straight for me.

Why am I not surprised?

I brought up my mini scythes to block the blow, and out of the corner of my eye, I saw Tsuna move. He came up and punched Kyoya away from me. Surprised, I looked at Tsuna. He glanced at me, and, I hope I wasn't just imagining it, he slightly smiled. Speechless, I blinked as he ran to fight Kyoya.

'Does this mean we have a silent agreement to take out Kyoya first?' I shook my head as I saw Tsuna fly across the field. Before Kyoya could pound him with his tonfa, I threw my scythe to catch and hook it. I pulled the chain to turn Kyoya around, which he did with a growl.

Instead of running to hit me like I thought he would, Kyoya grabbed the chain pulled me. Stubbornly, I held onto my scythe as I was being dragged to him, my heels digging into the ground. By the time I was a few feet away, Tsuna stood back up and grabbed Kyoya into a headlock. Kyoya, in turn, let go of my scythe and grabbed Tsuna arms. Quickly, I pulled my other scythe back and ran to help Tsuna. I got there by the time Kyoya threw Tsuna off him into the ground, hard. I clenched my jaw before engaging in close combat with Kyoya.

Kyoya took the offense quickly, leaving me to block. Whenever I tried to take the offense by hitting him, I always ended up getting hit and having to defend myself again. I glanced at Tsuna to see if he got up yet. He was, but that one moment let Kyoya land a perfect hit on my face.

I smiled grimly. 'I should have known better.' I thought as I flew to the floor. I tasted the blood in my mouth as I moved my jaw to see if it broke...It feels fine, but some of the brackets from my braces broke and ripped into my cheek.

I spat out the blood and brackets before getting back up. Looking up, I saw Tsuna was putting up a good fight against Kyoya, and I could see the blood thirsty Skylark enjoying it. I ran back in to help Tsuna.

Kyoya had to dodge and block as Tsuna and I double teamed him. Together, we managed to scratch him up a bit and get a few blows. I could see Kyoya getting upset, and I knew he was about to pull out his chains.

And I was right. He pulled them out and managed to capture Tsuna in them. Painfully, I clenched my jaw as Kyoya smirked, his eyes full of blood thirsty excitement. And vengeance. Let's not forget that.

'I have to help Tsuna out in order to win.' I thought as Kyoya attacked with more strength than before. 'And fast, before I get knocked down.' I grimly thought as I winced from the attacks that kept grazing me. 'But how?!'

"I will bite you to death." Kyoya growled as he landed a blow to my stomach.

The air flew out of my lungs along with more blood and I bent over before falling to my knees, clutching my stomach and dropping my weapons in the process. I felt myself grow cold as I saw my weapons kicked away. I slowly looked up into cold, distant steely blue eyes. He smirked down at me.

"Herbivore, this is the beginning." Kyoya said before I felt a hard blow to the back of my head and blackness consume me.

~ Darkness ~

"..." Argh, my head hurts. "...-chan." My mouth hurts, too. "...mer-chan." Am I in a bed? "Summer-chan." What happened to the fight? "Summer-chan!" I opened my eyes.

"What?" I spat. "I'm trying to think here." I held a hand to my head.

"Thank goodness you're okay!" I looked over to the side of my bed to see Tsuna sitting on the floor with a smile of relief. I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"What? What happened?" I looked around. "Am I in your room on your bed?" I pulled my other hand to help me get up and noticed Tsuna was holding it. Tsuna blushed and quickly snatched his hand away as I sat up.

"W-Well," He's stuttering again, "you were knocked out by Hibari-san." Is it my throbbing head, or did Tsuna say Kyoya's name with slight anger?

"Wait, then I lost." I said as I felt the blood drain from my head. "D-Did Kyoya win?" I asked with fear evident in my voice. Tsuna's eyes widened, and he grasped my hand again to reassure me.

"No, I—"

"Tsuna managed to knock Hibari down long enough to win." Reborn jumped onto the bed. "It seemed he gain some motivation to fight with all he's got once he saw you laying on the ground, out cold." Reborn said with a glance toward Tsuna, who looked away. "So, you and Hibari have to listen to Tsuna's every whim."

Although Reborn made it sound bad, I knew Tsuna wouldn't abuse that like Kyoya would have. I was happy that Tsuna won.

"Thank God." I whispered to myself. "But," I turned to Tsuna, "how did you get out of those chains?" I asked with confusion. "Unless..."

"He broke them apart." I stared blankly at a wall with an image of a hulk Tsuna ripping apart the chains in my head.

While I was thinking of that, I didn't notice Reborn look at Tsuna with a sly gaze that made Tsuna turn away with a blush.

"Wait, so what happened to Kyoya?" I asked as I looked around. "Did he go, um, home?"

"Yes, he left, clearly angry." Reborn smirked. "He was going to attack Tsuna once he lost, but Tsuna cried for him to stop." Reborn's smirk grew. "And he listened." I could tell Reborn wanted to laugh at Kyoya, and maybe he did when it happened.

"Wow, so he will actually keep this agreement." Then something came to my mind. "What time is it?" I asked as I moved to get out of bed.

"It's eight. Why?" Tsuna asked with confusion and worry.

"I should go home." I stood up, but I was stopped by Reborn. "What?"

"I would like to know why you feared Hibari winning." I frowned. "You seemed to pale drastically once you realized you lost." Reborn raised an eyebrow in question.

"Well, on our way to the field, I confronted Kyoya about something that happened—"

"What was that something?" I glanced at Tsuna.

Should I reveal to him I am Remus?...Eh, why not.

"That I am Remus." I looked to Tsuna for his reaction. His eyes widened as recognition was clear in his large brown eyes. I looked back to Reborn. "He found out not too long ago, and it affected our relationship." I ignored Reborn's amused smirk. "So, I asked him where we stood." I looked out the window into the clear night sky. "And I got a very clear answer." I frowned, the familiar throbbing from before happening again. Reborn's smirk disappeared.

"Tsuna, walk Summer back home." Reborn said before leaving without another word.

"Y-Yes!" Tsuna answered as he stood up to get a jacket. I got out of bed and picked up my bag. "Ready, Summer-chan?" I nodded.

We walked down the stairs into the hall to the front door. I greeted Nana who was worried about me, but I made up the excuse that I fell down and got knocked out. She scolded me as Tsuna and I walked to the door and laced up our shoes. Then, we began our walk to my house.

"Ah, sorry about my mom." Tsuna said as he rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. I smiled.

"Don't worry about it. It's nice to see what having a mother would be like." I said as an image of my mother popped into mind. Tsuna looked at me surprised.

"I'm so sor–" I cut him off with a chuckle.

"No, don't say that. It's like you're saying she's dead." Tsuna frowned in confusion. I sighed softly. "I don't know where she is, but I know she is alive. I can feel it." I looked up at the shining stars above. "I know she is looking up at the sky with me, somewhere." I felt something warm grab my hand. I looked down to see Tsuna's hand holding mine.

"I'm sure she is, too." Tsuna reassured me.

Tsuna smiled at me with his beautiful and cute smile that made me believe even more, and I couldn't help but smiled back as I interlaced our fingers together. Tsuna looked down in surprise, and I paused.

"Ah, right. I'm—" I stopped once I saw Tsuna blush and felt his grasp tighten. I felt my heart pick up its pace.

"Don't pull away." I felt a blush bloom on my face as we stopped walking, and he turned to face me. "Summer, I—"

"Herbivores, what are you doing out this late?" I felt my heart stop all of a sudden at the sudden cold, deep voice. Tsuna frowned and turned to face Kyoya, not letting go of my hand.

"I was just walking Summer-chan home, Hibari-san." Tsuna said a little defensively as he stood in front of me. I could not help but feel surprised. Kyoya glared at us. His eyes flickered to our interlaced hands, which seemed to cause his glare to sharpen.

"Herbi—"

"Leave us alone, Hibari-san." Tsuna commanded, suddenly filled with the confidence and aura of the Mafia boss he was training to be.

My eyes flew wide open and I glance back at Kyoya to see his reaction.

"Herbivore, I will—" Kyoya growled but stopped. I saw his fists clench at his sides. "Tch." He left quickly, like he couldn't stand to watch us, especially since he couldn't do anything.

Once he left, I felt Tsuna's hold loosen, and I knew he was about to collapse. He did, and I went with him, not letting his hand go. Tsuna laughed.

"I can't believe I just did that." Tsuna said like he was out of breath. I smiled.

"You're not the only one." I chuckled. Tsuna smiled sheepishly. "You were amazing just now." I used my other hand to pat his head. "And I know you're going to be an amazing boss." Tsuna looked up at the night sky.

"I guess so." I decided to change the subject once I saw him look away distantly.

"What were you going to say before we were interrupted?" I asked curiously. Tsuna blushed as he sat up. I sat up as well with a raised eyebrow. "What is it?"

He turned to me with a determined gaze that pierced right into me. I felt a blush crawl up my cheeks as he grasped my other hand. He pulled me up to stand. At least, I thought so. Tsuna pulled me up and into his arms.

"T-Tsuna?" I stuttered with my heart pounding so hard that I was sure he could hear it. I felt his grip tighten, as if to hold me as closely as possible, and his hand slide up the back of my head, entangled in my hair.

Suddenly, Tsuna seemed much more mature and...manly?

"Summer," He said my name without a suffix, "I..." I looked up to see him looking confused. I placed a hand on his cheek.

"What is it, Tsuna?" I asked quietly, feeling myself unconsciously lean closer to him. Tsuna glanced away before looking at me again. His grip tighten. "Tsu—mhp."

'He is kissing me?' I looked at Tsuna close eyes and the unmistakable feel of soft lips on mine. 'He is!'

I let myself close my eyes and return the kiss. Slowly, I slid my arms around his neck as he held me close around my waist. Sadly, the kiss seemed to end as soon as it had began. We broke away, leaning on each other's foreheads.

"Is this what I think it means?" I asked as we breathed heavily from the kiss. Tsuna blushed as he looked anywhere but me.

"Summer, I—"

"—love you." I finished for him. "You just weren't sure, huh. You also probably still have feelings for Kyoko-chan." Tsuna looked away guiltily. I smiled as I slipped out of his hold. Tsuna looked at me with a concerned frown. "It's fine. I understand." I patted his head as I turned to leave. "Once you know for sure, let me know." I waved happily as I left to go home.

"I-I will, Summer!" Tsuna shouted. I smiled to myself.

"You better." I whispered to myself as I went home to sleep.

Unknowingly, there was a skylark watching us, something in him giving him a feeling he never had before.

~ In Italy ~

"What is it, trash?" Xanxus spat before drinking from a bottle of wine.

"I have some information you might want to hear." Mammon said as he float across from the Varia boss. Xanxus glared.

"Spit it out, trash."

"Summer More may not be who she says she is." Xanxus put down his bottle.

"Explain."

- END OF CHAPTER 53 -

Yup, lots to soak in. Where exactly is this going? Not quite sure, but I have some sort of plan. We shall see. So, Tsuna had won the battle. He also used it right away quite a few times in this chapter. (He was so OOC. -_-") TsunaxSummer is starting to move. How will Kyoya catch up? (The fight! I'm so sorry it sucks! Especially since I didn't do the ending where Tsuna beats Kyoya. =~= I'm sorry!) And, maybe some sort of plot is starting? What will happen?! Follow to find out!

Replies (Haven't done this in such a long time! TwT So, happy!):

RazielNeirohDiLacrimae025: Yeah, if Hibari won, I would have had him give Summer nonstop work, no time to rest. But, Tsuna is the winner!

Cookiezfreak: ...What did you have in mind? *suggestive eyebrow wiggle*

Angelacorus: Aquí está tu 27OC!

AnimeLover: As you can see, I used your idea, although I kind of had the same idea anyway. ^w^ Thanks!

Viviene001: ...I...I don't know what to say to your kindness...Thank you, but I think I'm fine. I usually stay up that late ONLY on weekends. Also, it's like the only time I can work on this story without having to worry about someone peeking over my shoulder. (Nosey family and people. :|) Thanks for your concern though, it made me happy to see someone care. :)

Guest: That would be a little too overpowered for her...

Thanks for all the support. It makes this self conscious writer feel more confident. :) And thanks again Viviene, you are so nice and sweet to care about me. Anyway, until next chapter. Bye!
