So my darlings, I uploaded this little author's note to let you all know that THE SEQUEL WILL BE COMING! \(^o^)/

Ever since I started working on this story, I've had some ideas already playing out in my head for the sequel, so they have had quite some time to become ripe. Now the reason for this author's note, is to let all of you lovelies know that I WILL be writing a sequel.

Also I want you to know that the sequel will include the second Avengers movie, Age of Ultron. If you're curious what I loved most about it, I only have one word for you – JARVIS! xD

But I'm sure you all missed Loki immensely while watching that movie (just as I did) and I personally loved it despite any negativity that some fans dumped onto it and on Joss Whedon, whom I think did just as great a job with this movie as with the first one. So I felt it was only natural that it would become part of a sequel to Timeless.

And I'm already thinking of making this into a trilogy, because well... 2017 will be giving us Thor: Ragnarok, so I will likely include that movie into a third story for Loki and Kara. But that's thinking too far into the future; for now let's settle on a sequel :D

Also, for those of you who have been and still are Lord of the Rings fans, I have a little surprise. While I'm taking a break from Loki in order to go back with a fresh mind, that does not mean I will take a break from writing, because I have to keep exercising my brain in order for it to stay in shape (as any writer should do).

So I've gone back to work on a Lord of the Rings fanfiction which I'd started some years back. I'll do a rewrite of the first chapters and see where I can take that story from there. I'll also upload an author's note at the beginning (like I did for Quadrille) in order to explain some things before you guys can actually read the story, so no worries; you'll get all the details you need when I start uploading the fic.

Long story short, all you Lord of the Rings fans should expect a story from me soon-ish. Those who know me well enough were probably already expecting this, because I am a HUGE Tolkien fan (the best proof is my Hobbit fanfiction). I'm hoping the pairing I chose will entertain you guys and that – despite the huge number of Lord of the Rings fics out there – I'll still manage to bring some new elements into my story that you all can enjoy. I am hoping to see many of you taking that journey with me into the wonderfully rich universe that Tolkien has created; well, I'd love to see all of you there, but I am aware that's probably just wishful thinking xD

Also, I've been working on a Dracula Untold story for some time now (in-between writing sessions for Timeless). Since I love my country's history incredibly much, Dracula's legend has always had a special place in my heart. And while I'm not happy with one of our country's heroes being portrayed as a bloodthirsty butcher, I do understand artistic license and do enjoy the fantastic aspects of that legend.

I'll rant more about the movie and Vlad as a historical figure in the author's note I will upload along with that story, but I'll just say for now that Dracula Untold is likely going to remain as my most favorite Dracula movie ever, simply because of the very realistic way they portrayed Vlad the human. Luke Evans has done an outstanding job with his character and it was an incredibly good movie, considering it wasn't a historical drama, but a fantasy action flick.

As I probably got you used to by now, this story too will have a pairing with an OC; and it will be set after the events of the movie, but in a rather AU manner (the best example being that Vlad will not have a family at the beginning of my story). It won't really be linked to the movie except here-and-there, where I'll maybe mention an event that happened in the movie, or make a loose connection to that. But I'll give you lovelies more detailed info in the author's note which I will prepare for that particular story.

So these are my writing plans for the immediate future, although based on my mood shifts and in the case that I get distracted by some other ideas, they might change... but my intention for now is to get the Lord of the Rings story going as soon as possible; the one for Dracula Untold might have to wait a bit longer. But of course, all of this will come AFTER I finish writing my Hobbit fanfiction, Stringing a bow; no worries, lovelies, I'm not going to leave that story unfinished.

And, again, no worries there WILL be a sequel for Timeless as I promised... I just feel the need for a prolonged break from Loki, because I always had this gift of being able to tell just how much I can strain my interest in a character/story before I break it and it goes away completely. And with how long Timeless proved to be – which was way longer than any story I have written so far – I have stretched my interest in Loki for quite a bit, so I want to give it some time to relax... I'm positive that seeing some of Tom's new movies (like Crimson Peak, which comes out this October) will help me a lot in getting back that sort of feel for his particular way of acting and creating endearing characters.

So it might be a bit before I will actually manage to get the sequel going, but I'm sure you'd all prefer waiting a bit longer, than me losing interest and being unable to do a sequel at all. Just thought to get those facts out there, so that you guys won't lose hope and faith in my promise to deliver a sequel.

But for now I leave you with all my love and all the gratitude I can muster; you guys have been immensely supportive of this story and of me, and I cannot thank you enough for all the love you gave to my character throughout this journey.

Because writing Timeless has indeed been a journey for me... it opened a whole new world as I learned more and more about Norse mythology, and it also made me a better person as I had to delve deeper into Tom's work in order to get a "feel" for how he crafts and grows his characters, in order to learn how he shows the different layers and different facets of the character he plays. And because I had to delve deeper into his work, I also rediscovered my love for Shakespeare's works; and just getting to see that selfless, considerate, loving people like him still exist in this world has made me feel that I can still become better than I am.

So all in all, this story has broadened my horizon and has brought back to my attention things that I used to love, but which had gotten lost in the nebulous vortex of daily life. But working on this story has also reminded me that sometimes it's good to just take it slowly and allow yourself some rest from this fast-forward era we all live in. If any parts of the story seemed to drag on, or too long, that is the reason... I wanted to take this story as slow as I could and allow the river of imagination to flow at its own pace. I believe that's the best thing a writer can do; I've had moments when I tried to force myself to keep writing only to end up hitting a writer's block, but fortunately I got over it and today here we are, at the end of this first journey.

I am looking forward to the second part of this endeavor and I hope you'll all be there to enjoy the ride with me. But for now, here are the replies to the reviews I got so far for the Epilogue of Timeless. If you guys wish to leave a review with your thoughts regarding this author's note, I will reply to those via PM, so don't be shy and let me know if you guys want to share any feelings or thoughts :D

See you in the sequel, lovelies~ ;)

Sooo today's replies for my darlings :D

1. LadyAmazon - Hehe well it's a bit of both actually... since you guys already know I will be writing a sequel, it probably lost a bit of its initial power as an ending. It was actually intended less as an actual epilogue and more as a sneak peek at the sequel.

But I will reveal that the sequel will likely not start after the Epilogue, but a little before that; so the Epilogue of Timeless will actually be a scene in the sequel (maybe with a few changes here and there, not sure yet).

But I'm really happy you enjoyed it, darling. And I'm so utterly joyous and grateful that you took this journey with me. So I won't rant anymore, I already did that enough in the above lines. I'm really hoping I'll see you in my other stories as well and in the sequel, of course :D

2. TigerInTheMoonlight - I am so happy to hear you enjoyed the Epilogue as well, darling. I'm hoping to see you in the sequel as well, and if any of the stories I mentioned above will be to your liking, I'm hoping to see you there too :D

3. kittykawaii4 - Oh there will definitely be a sequel, darling, don't worry about that. I've finished listing the main ideas already but for the moment I will focus on other subjects, as I explained in the above lines. But you have my word there will be a sequel. As for Kara... I won't spoil anything, she might be back, or not; it just depends if I find a plausible way for her to come back. But we'll see, that has to wait for now.

I'm hoping you really enjoyed this story and that I'll see you in my other stories as well, if they are fandoms that you like :D

4. americanlatinajapanesegirl - I'll try my best to get started on the sequel as soon as I can, darling, but I'm hoping that I explained my need for a break from Loki well enough in the above lines. But feel free to chat me up whenever you wish via PM, I'm always available for conversation with anyone who desires to talk to me.

I'm really happy that you enjoyed this ride to the very end; and I sincerely hope to see you in my other stories as well, if any of them are based on fandoms that you enjoy :D

5. Bookworm2605 - Oh gosh, so many delicious questions to answer. Well I'll try to answer them as best I can, without spoiling (too) much of my ideas for the sequel.

So first of all, I'm so happy you liked daddy Loki, because I always imagined him to be a very good father, because he is the kind of man who learns from his own mistakes and from his own pains. And I always imagined him striving to be a much better father for his own children, than Odin was to him. And no worries, I'll put in as many father-daughter moments as I can in the sequel, I love them just as much.

As for Kara, she won't be reincarnated that much I can say for sure; I'm still working out the details revolving around my ideas for her, but we'll see. I'm not spoiling anything... she might be back, she might not... we'll see ;) Although the theories you mentioned are incredibly tempting to use, I already have my own idea concerning her in the sequel so you'll have to wait and see xD

Now Astrid... she's a bit more complicated because she's the product of an Æsir and a human; so she'll probably be somewhere in between as far as age goes. Which means she'll likely have about half of Loki's lifespan - so if Loki's lifespan is a few thousand years (I'm probably going to chuck it at around 5000 maybe) - she'll live about half that amount of time, give or take a few centuries. I have very big plans for Astrid herself - she'll basically be my second main OC in the story - so she kind of needs to live a long time, for the sake of those plans coming to fruition. But I won't delve any further, because that would spoil the ideas I have and I don't want that... I want them to be a surprise for you guys.

As for not reviewing the previous chapter, no worries, love; I'm not that strict with my readers xD

And thank you so much for mentioning that song, it's such a wonderful piece of music. And you're right, it does fit Loki and Kara so much, like a couple other songs I listened to while writing many of the chapters. One of the songs I listened to many times while writing on this story was How can I not love you, by Joy Enriquez; it's a song from the soundtrack of the movie Anna and the King which is an astounding, beautiful and heart wrenching movie - seriously, I end up crying every single time I watch it, no exceptions.

So I think I replied to all your questions, darling, if I missed anything feel free to let me know and I'll get a reply to you ;)

I'm hoping you had a great time with this story and that I'll see you in one of the other stories I'm working on (when I start uploading them) if any of those are fandoms you enjoy. And of course, I can't wait to see you again in the sequel :D

So these are my replies for today. Cheers, lovelies~ ( ˘ ³˘)❤
