Author's Note:

Before you read this, I just wanna say that I know I said the story was finished, but I couldn't resist an epilogue. Wanna know what happened during the after-party? Well, just find out!

It was finally time for Scooby and the gang to go home to Coolsville. They stood on a platform in Vincent's castle. Scrappy-Doo, Googie, Flim-Flam, Vincent, Gazoo, Marcie, Madelyn, Jeannie, Corey, Henry, and Babu stood right in front of them ready to say goodbye.

"Well, it's time to go." Vincent was ready to wave his staff at the gang and send them home. "Until we meet again, I bid you adieu Scooby-Doo."

"Thanks for everything Uncle Scooby." Scrappy hugged his uncle.

"No problem Rappy." Scooby hugged his nephew.

"See ya Daphne." Flim-Flam hugged his sister.

"See ya Flim." Daphne kissed Flim-Flam's head.

"Well Marcie, it was great seeing you again." Velma hugged Marcie.

"Great seeing you too." Marcie said "You know, Crystal Cove has been forgotten too. Next time you guys come here, ya'll should see everyone and how they're doing."

"We sure will." Velma hugged Marcie again.

"That's my girl." Marcie smiled.

"Oh Shaggykins, you have to leave." Madelyn hugged Shaggy.

"I-its a shame." Shaggy tried to resist.

"But don't worry my love, you'll return one day and we'll be together forever!" Madelyn started smothering Shaggy's face with kisses.

"Thanks for everything Freddy." Gazoo shook Freddy's hand.

"Thanks for helping us." Freddy shook Gazoo's hand.

"So long Scooby-Doo." Jeannie hugged Scooby and kissed his nose.

"Ro long Reannie." Scooby licked Jeannie's cheek.

"Boy Jeannie, this day sure has been one heck of an adventure." Corey told Jeannie.

"It sure was Master," Jeannie sighed "I just wish that Timpani could be here…"

Scooby suddenly tugged on Jeannie's arm.

"Reannie rook!" Scooby pointed to something out the window.

What he was seeing was way too good to be true! Everyone turned to the direction Scooby was pointing and gasped. They couldn't believe what they saw.

"T-Timpani…?" Jeannie asked. "But how?"

A rainbow butterfly was flying at them as fast as it could possibly go, but when it got close enough, Jeannie could clearly see that it was not her best friend.

"But…it looks so close." Jeannie trailed, noting the only difference were the antennas. Scooby nudged Jeannie again, this time pointing out that there was a note tied around the Tippi-like creature. Gently, Jeannie removed it off the butterfly and opened it up.

Dear Jeannie,

I've had a lovely time travelling with you all...it was the greatest thing I've experienced in my whole life. But now that I'm reunited with my dear Blumiere, it's time to start a new adventure of my own. Your friends, Jeannie, they are very special, and not just because they are the Legendary Heroes. When I was cursed to wander through dimensions forever, I grew sick of all the places I wandered through, fueled by a longing to just go home. I almost wanted to die and get it over with. That's why I nearly wore myself out...but you and your friends...you treat each new thing as a new adventure, take it head on, and find the best in every situation. And better yet, you never forget that the one place where you truly belong is with your friends and loved ones, no matter what world or dimension that you are in.

I wanted to thank you all for showing me that. I know that you'll miss me ever day Jeannie and I will too…so I give to you Tiptron- something Dr. Quest built to look like me in my Pixl form. Now you'll always have a little piece of me right by your side. My best friend.

Yours forever,

Lady Timpani

Jeannie felt her eyes start to tear up and get all watery as she finished reading the note, glancing up at Tiptron.

"I'm Tippi! Ask me anything, and I'll be happy to help you, Jeannie!" Tiptron spoke, as if she actually was Tippi.

Jeannie held the note close to her heart, staring at the ground briefly lost in thought. Eventually, she wiped away a tear and looked back up, her smile brightening the night. She cast out her hand, in which Tiptron landed on. The genie eventually turned to Corey, feeling truly happy for the first time in a long time.

Daphne voiced out her desire for something that she really wanted. "…it's been a long day, gang. Let's go home." Daphne said.

Scooby nodded and went onto the platform. He had been through so much during the last adventure, let alone everything in his entire life alone. Heck! Scooby probably experienced more things than any other Great Dane possibly could! He hadn't experienced much since he fought the Evil Entity, but this was very different, and truly an adventure. He discovered new worlds, new places, met new people, and learned all about his friends and himself.

But it was something about those experiences that made having more worthwhile…at least, until it was time to go home.

All there was left for Scooby-Doo to do now was teleport home with his friends, kick back, relax, and await the next adventure.

Everything and everyone has a purpose, even if somewhere along the road it wasn't truly meant to be…even if it was all unintentional.

"SCOOBY DOOBY DOO!" Scooby shouted.

"AND SCRAPPY DAPPY DOO!" Scrappy hollered.

"AND GOOGIE DOOGIE DOO!" Googie finished.

THE END...for real this time!
