I found out this episode is sad, so I'm gonna hate writing this while reading about it/watching it. *sighs* okay, here we go...

Valda woke up to the sound of knocking. The banging continued at their front door as Valda stumbled to it, half asleep. Without looking through the peep hole, she opened the door to see Isaac and Scott. "Isaac? Scott? What are you doing here? Its midnight." Valda whispered in annoyance. "Its Stiles. He called me, he has no idea where he is, but he said is leg is bleeding. He wont let me call his dad or yours, he was crying." Scott replied quickly. Valda was wide awake. "Give me five minutes." She said and ran into her room.

Derek was still asleep, so Valda made sure she changed quietly. She put on black jeans, a baggy maroon jumper and black converse. She ran to the door and stepped out, shutting it after her. As they walked out the building, Scott's phone began to ring again. Scott answered it and put it on speaker as the trio stopped walking. "Scott?" Stiles voice spoke out, but in a whisper, "Did you call my dad?" He asked.

"No, I promise Stiles. Please though, give me a vague description so I can find you, please, try and tell me where you are." Scott pleaded.

"I'm in a industrial basement. It has a furnace. Scott, its freezing down here." There was silence, this a moment later, Stiles spoke again. "Hey Scott, I have to turn my phone off, its about to die."

"Why are you whispering?" Scott asked quickly. There was a few seconds of silence until Stiles replied, "I think there's someone down here with me." He then hung up, leaving the three standing outside the building of flats. "Where do we start?" Isaac finally asked. Valda thought for a moment then answered, "His room. He might something there that will help." The boys nodded and then set off, running as fast as they could to try and find Stiles.

It took five minutes to reach his house, and snuck in through his window. Valda was the first in and when she turned on the bedside lamp, she saw Aidan and Lydia there already. "What are you doing here?" Valda asked, just as the other two climbed through. "No time for answers, look." Lydia said quietly, touching a red thread quietly. Valda looked round and asked, "What does the red thread mean?" Lydia looked down and replied, "It means unsolved cases." Scott tapped Valda's shoulder and pointed to Stile's mattress, scissors sticking out and red thread tied to that.

"Its looks a spider web." Valda whispered, barely touching the scissors when she added, "A spider web that begins with Stiles." Aidan then spoke, "Maybe he thinks he is a part of an unsolved case." Valda looked up to see Isaac shaking his head, then correcting Aidan by saying, "Or maybe he thinks he is an unsolved case."

Scott told Lydia and Aidan then phone call that happened between him and Stiles. When they were finally caught up, Aidan picked up on something, "Its meant to be the coldest night of the year. His jeep is not parked out front which means he has a bit more than sleepwalking." Valda sighed deeply as Lydia spoke up, "You need to go and tell his dad. He will be helpful. Aidan and I will stay here, I feel like something is here." Scott slowly nodded to Lydia and climbed out the window and Isaac followed next. When Valda walked to the window, Lydia spoke to her, "You will find him, please stay calm though." Valda looked briefly back but said nothing, simply climbing out the window and heading to the police department.

When they finally reached it, they walked in and headed to Sheriff Stilinski's office. Scott knocked and when he opened the door, Valda saw her father in there. "Dad." Valda sobbed and ran to him. Jimmy hugged his daughter tight, asking to all three of them, "What's happening?" Scott explained everything about Stiles to the two men and when he was finished, Valda was quiet, her father remaining calm and head clear. Stilinski however, was shaking. After a few silent minutes, Stilinski started barking orders.

"Parrish and Cordova! In here now!" Two policemen ran in and Stilinski ordered them, "Get a APB out on a missing blue 1980 CJ5 Jeep. Also, I want a list of every industrial basements or sub-levels of any building...now!" The two ran out and Stilinski spoke quietly to the others. "Its going to be the coldest night of the year and Stiles is out there, barefoot and barely clothed, he could already be hypothermic." Stilinski sat down slowly in his chair. Jimmy turned to the three teenagers and asked, "Could there be anything supernatural involved?"

"Lydia already knew Stiles was missing and is looking with Aidan. I called Allison as Valda called Derek and Tala about this." Scott replied, he looked to Valda who was silent. He rubbed her arm in support, which made her turn to him and smile briefly as a policeman burst in. "Sheriff Stilinski!" Stilinski stood up in a flash as the policeman spoke, "We found the jeep. Its outside the hospital, but the battery is dead." Stilinski nodded and without having to say an order, he and Jimmy climbed into the front of his police car, the three friends in the back and drove off, not caring about other cars or speed limits.

When they reached inside, the trio headed up to the roof when Valda heard her name and saw Derek and Tala running towards her. "Mum!" Tala exclaimed and hugged her tightly. Derek hugged them both and kissed Valda's head. When they let go, Derek spoke, "Stiles isn't here anymore." Isaac nodded and ran off, probably to tell Stilinski. When he left, Derek continued speaking, "Scents can carry emotional messages, its called Chemosignals." Scott nodded, "I can smell stress." Tala nodded in agreement and Derek spoke, "He was struggling up here."

"We need to expand our search." Scott said, frustrated clearly known. "I'm gonna search the school, see if he could have gone there." Valda finally spoke up, "We're coming, more eyes will be helpful right now." Scott nodded and they all jumped off the roof, landing on the round easily and with no injuries. They all broke into a run and when they reached the school, Scott's phone rang. "Hello?" He spoke, then phone still on speaker. "We know where Stiles might be." Lydia spoke, "He might be at Eichen House, the same place where Barrow was committed." Scott then nodded, replying, "Head there now, with Sheriff Stilinski. We will meet you there." He then hung up and the four took off in a run once more, leaving the unsearched school.

Once they reached Eichen House, Aidan, Lydia and Stilinski was already there. "He's here, I'm convinced he is." Lydia said, looking up to the house. Valda nodded and walked to the front door and trying the handle, finding it locked. She took a step back and with a lot of force, more than needed, she kicked it in, the door flying off its hinges and landing near the stairs. She walked in, followed by the others and opened the basement door, where they all walked down, but stopped when Scott's phone rang. He answered it, which was still on speaker, "Mum?" He spoke. "Scott? We found him. We found Stiles, he is here with us now. We found him in a cave." Scott hung up and quickly, everyone headed to the hospital once more.

Once they reached it, Derek and Aidan stayed by Stile's jeep. Stilinski was arguing with Scott's father, Agent McCall. Scott went to the school, to see if anything could help. Tala was sitting on a hospital chair when Valda finally walked back to her, "I called everyone, updated people." Valda said softly. "Mum? What's wrong with Stiles?" Tala asked. Valda breathed deeply, trying not to breakdown as she shook her head. Stilinski walked up, just as Jimmy arrived, and he said, "Stiles wants to see his friends. I called the others, they are on their way." Valda nodded and walked into the room alone, where she saw Stiles sitting on a hospital machine.

"Hey." She said softly, smiling slightly. Stiles smiled slightly back, a tear slipping out of his eye. Valda gasped and walked to him, "Stiles? What's wrong?" Stiles swallowed and finally spoke, "I have frontotemporal dementia. My mum had it. There is no cure." Valda cried out, cupping her mouth with her hands. She dropped her hands from her face and hugged Stiles tightly, not wanting him to leave, "No...no!" Valda exclaimed. Scott walked in, along with Aidan, Derek and Tala, to see the scene. Stiles told them the illness as he held onto Valda, wishing she wouldn't leave.

"I can help...give you some of my blood. You...you can be healed, or become a vampire. I.." Valda broke off and she choked on tears. Stiles held her tight, wishing he didn't have to see her this way. "I cant lose you." Valda said, no one saying anything. "Your my big brother, as Aidan, Ethan, Scott. I cant lose you." Valda said softly. The doctor walked in and said softly, "We need to do the test now." Stiles nodded and one by one, everyone left. Valda was the last to leave, as she place a kiss on Stile's forehead, breathing deeply as she slowly let go and walked out the room, closing the door.

She walked to the others. "Where's Aidan?" She asked. "I told to go home, no use all of us just standing around." Scott replied. Valda nodded. "What did you mean brothers?" Scott asked. "We're all family." Valda said, then explained. "You have my dad, Stilinski and your mum, the grandparents. Then us, you, me, Stiles, Lydia, Allison, Isaac, Aidan and Ethan, we are brothers and sisters. Then I have Derek, who is my mate, and Tala, our child. We are family, and I cant bear to lose any of you." Derek hugged her, kissing the top of her head.

After moments of silence, Derek spoke up, "I took Cora back to South America, where she lived after the fire. I found out that we didn't just live in Beacon Hills...we protected it. Scott," Scott, hearing his name, looked up to Derek, who held Valda close by his side and Tala sitting on a chair nearby, "This town needs someone like you once again."

"That's it." Scott whispered. "What?" Valda asked, finally composed. "Stile's stress back on the roof, it was with himself, he was trying not to do something." Valda realised and what Scott said, them two with Derek rushing to the roof once more. Once they reached it, they ran to a box and Valda opened it, to see a wire partially cut. A few sparks then flew from it, making the hospital fall into darkness. The three looked round and at each other, wondering what was going on now.
