While he lounged on a tree branch one fine winter day, Jack heard the voice of a boy talking, seemingly, to himself as he made his way closer to where Jack was. Jack opened his eyes to silently get a look at the boy and noted that he had brown hair with either black or brown eyes.
He was dressed in winter clothes and pulled a red wagon along behind him, a wagon that held several stuffed toy animals, a tiger, a donkey, a rabbit, an owl, a mother kangaroo and her baby, a piglet and a yellowish bear in a red shirt.
Jack closed his eyes once more, knowing the child wouldn't be able to see him, to go back to sleep. "What are you doing outside in the cold with no shoes?" Jack heard the boy ask right under him. Not sure if the boy was talking to him or not Jack ignored him, at least he did until he felt a small hand brush against the foot he had hanging off the branch.
With a startled yelp at being touched, which surprised him, Jack fell out of the tree. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to startle you." The boy told Jack as he quickly got to his feet. "You're not hurt are you?" He continued as he walked over to Jack.
"No, I'm alright. I'm just surprised that you can see me, no one else has been able to since the moon gave me life." Jack stated before realization hit him. "Wait, you can see me!" He exclaimed once it did and he became excited. "You can see me!"
THe boy smiled, Jack's excitement getting to him, and joined the winter child in celebrating being seen. Once they had calmed down the boy asked for Jack's name. "I'm Jack Frost, what is your name."
"Christopher Robin, and these are my friends, Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Kanga and Roo, Rabbit, Eeyore and Owl. Would you like to play with us?" The boy answered as he pointed to each stuffed toy.
"I would love to Christopher Robin, wow that's a long name kid." Jack laughed as he followed the child into the forest, which he called the hundred acre woods. They spent the day having fun until Christopher Robin had to go inside as it was getting dark.
"I had fun playing, we should do it again tomorrow, you will still be here." He said as he pulled his wagon behind him.
"I'm not sure, I have other places to bring winter to, you know being the Spirit of Winter and all, but I'll try. I had fun too, bye Christopher Robin." Jack told him before he waved and flew off into the sky, his laughter echoing back to the boy child.
Short, I know, but I was thinking 'Has anyone ever written a Rise of the Guardians and Winnie the Pooh crossover' and so I decided if not I would be the first and so, in the words of Guy, Ta-da, here it is.
