Thank you for reviewing my story. I appreciate it.

I don't own Bones.

His afternoon busier than he'd counted on, Booth had finally called Ken and talked to him. After a rather dissatisfying conversation, Booth left his office to pick up his family at the Jeffersonian. Walking over to his truck, Booth stepped around his SUV to find Charles Ruby sitting on the hood of the car parked next to his truck. Surprised and a little leary, Booth demanded, "What are you doing here?"

Sliding off the car, Charles stood a few feet from Booth and held out his hand, "I have a friend who's an inspector in the Criminal Investigation Section of the Tokyo Police. I asked him to do me a favor and get me the video footage of the parking garage on the day that Sarah was murdered. One of the reasons why they let me go was because I wasn't in the footage. I never went near that garage on the day Sarah died and they knew it."

Taking the DVD from Charles, Booth asked, "Just because you aren't recorded being there doesn't mean you weren't."

A flash of hatred crossing his face, Charles glared at Booth, "Just have one of your techs check it out, okay? I wasn't there." Rubbing his eyes, Charles groaned, "Look, I can actually prove I'm not your guy. I . . . At the time of Sarah's murder I was . . . oh hell." Withdrawing a flash drive from his jacket pocket he handed it to Booth. "This will explain where I was." Walking by Booth, the CIA agent placed his hands in his pockets and muttered, "My career with the CIA is over anyway."

Placing the DVD and the flash drive in his jacket pocket, Booth entered his truck and called Angela, "Hey Angela, I have something I need you to look over for me. Are you still at the Jeffersonian?"

Yes, Jack has something he needs to finish before we leave. Michael Vincent and I are playing in my office, but I can look at whatever it is you want me to look at while I wait for Jack.

Grateful she was still there, Booth explained, "Thanks, Angela. I have some video of the parking garage where Sarah Curtis' car was parked on the day she was murdered. I also have a flash drive but I don't have a clue what's on it. I'll be there in fifteen."

Got it, I'll let Brennan know you're on the way.

Ooooooooooooooooo

Entering Angela's office, Booth smiled at the sight of Parker painting in front of an easel, while Brennan and Angela were sitting on the floor, stacking painted blocks with their babies. "Hey, I see everyone is having fun but me."

Her eyes drawn to Booth, Brennan smiled, "Christine is attempting to build something. I'm just not sure what it is. I'll watch the children while you and Angela look at whatever it is you have for her. I expect you to fill me in later though."

Laughing at her son's attempt to push a small toy dog into a small toy car, Angela handed a larger toy truck to Michael Vincent and stood up. Taking the DVD and the flash drive from Booth, Angela walked in to the back of her office, Booth following her.

Placing the DVD into her computer, she sat down at her desk, "I'll download the DVD then run facial recognition against the footage to see if Charles Ruby shows up."

Patiently waiting, Booth glanced at the screen and then through the glass wall towards his wife and children, "So what's Jack working on?"

Not really sure, Angela waved her left hand, "Who knows. It's Jack."

Amused, Booth chuckled, "As long as he doesn't blow anything up. It pisses off Cam when he does that."

Chuckling, Angela shook her head, "Poor Jack." Her program running, Angela looked at the flash drive, "You said you don't know what's on this?"

Shrugging his shoulders, Booth relied, "Nope, Charles Ruby gave me the disk and the flash drive and said they'd proved he didn't kill Sarah Curtis."

Letting her program run in the background, Angela inserted the flash drive in a USB port and opened the file it contained. Her mouth opening and her hand covering it, Angela started to cough.

His eyes bulging, Booth frantically motioned at the computer, "For God's sakes Angela, close that before my boy comes in here and sees this . . . this . . . shit!"

Hurriedly stopping the video, Angela removed the drive from her computer, handed it to Booth and waved her hand in front of her face, "From the date and time stamp, I'd say that Charles Ruby wasn't responsible for Sarah's murder after all."

Grabbing the drive, Booth shoved it into his jacket pocket, "I should beat the shit out of him on principle. He should have just told me what was on it and I could have made sure the kids weren't around, the bastard."

One eyebrow raised, Angela shook her head, "I'm sure he didn't expect you to look at it around children, Booth."

Furious, Booth glared at his artistic friend, "He probably didn't care the pervert. What was she . . . she looked like she's fourteen . . . fifteen. He said his career is over well I damn well will make sure of that."

Shrugging her shoulders, Angela replied, "It's hard to say, she might be eighteen, it's just all we saw was . . ."

Waving his hand, Booth interrupted her, "I know what we saw and she looks like a kid to me. I'll turn it over to Danny and he can do what the hell he wants with it. It happened in Japan so I don't have jurisdiction. Charles Ruby is damn lucky I don't."

The computer chiming for attention, Angela opened her search program, "Charles Ruby isn't on any of the video. Now that we know he was somewhere else, what do you want to do?"

Rubbing his jaw, Booth advised her, "Ruby mentioned that Nake is investigating a murder in Yokohama linked to a Tokyo business man named Akio Himura. He thinks that Himura was trying to shut Nake down and since he doesn't have any family Himura went after Sarah instead. Maybe you could see if you can get a list of Himura's employees and do your thing and see if any of them were in the parking garage. I don't know how you'll get their pictures. Maybe I can get Danny involved. If you need his help, let me know. It's really the only lead I have right now since Ruby isn't a suspect anymore." Lowering his hand, Booth shook his head, "I'll talk to Bones about all of this stuff later tonight when the kids are in bed."

Her program closed, Angela pulled out the DVD and handed it to Booth. "I downloaded the file. You can keep this for your records."

Placing the disk in his jacket pocket, Booth fretted, "I don't know who this Himura guy is, but I better call Nake tonight and warn him about this development. He's going to be unhappy with me for sure. He was so certain that Ruby killed Sarah. He's going to be pissed when he finds out that his number one suspect is cleared."

Standing, Angela walked towards the other side of her office where Brennan and the children waited. Pausing, she looked back at Booth, "At least Sarah's case is being looked into. You said they didn't have any leads. Maybe by the time we're done, we'll be able to give them new suspects and Sarah can get justice."

His lips pressed together, Booth shook his head, "Nake wanted it to be Ruby. It's going to be tough to persuade him to look elsewhere."

Waving her hand, Angela continued towards the other room, "Then he isn't interested in justice."
