Pokémon doesn't belong to me.

R&R please.

Ash leaned back in his seat bored.

Sure, Jules' movie was full of action, explosions and more, but it had no deeper meaning, no good story-line. Fact was, with what Ash had experienced in his life already, this movie was boring him out of his mind. Pikachu in his lap had his ears flat against his head, his arms covering them, and was asleep. Ash glanced to the back of the theatre.

There, on rows of seats, watched the Pokémon they had used for Luke's movie. He scanned his own Pokémon with his Aura and smirked. Half of them were half asleep already.

Bored out of your mind too?, asked the teen.

"You have no idea master", answered Lucario.

Yet Ash caught a flicker of embarrassment in his boredom and looked at his Pokémon clearly. A grin appeared on his features. Gardevoir had actually fallen asleep and her head rested against the jackals shoulder, her arms slung around his. Next to her Gallade rather watched Lucario's nervousness with having his sister so close than the movie. Lucario…can it be that you like Gardvoir?

"No!", shot Lucario back immediately. "She is a great friend, but nothing more."

De-nial, sung Ash in his head while he turned back to the movie.

It was finally over. Ash heaved a sigh and rubbed his eyes before he shook Pikachu awake. Applause rang through the audience, though it could be more, it was enough to have Luke almost fainting in anxiousness. Ash shook his head. Their movie was great, far better than Jules'. "Pika Pi-Pikachu Chu-Pi?", asked Pikachu.

"Yeah, our movie is next as far as I know."

Pikachu grinned brightly at that and hopped off Ash's lap. Ash smirked when he felt how his first Pokémon ran back to the other watching Pokémon to inform them what was coming. The tiredness dissolved into excitement and Gallade leaned over to shake Gardevoir awake.

"And now our last entry is from Luke. To remind you one last time. The restrictions for the movies were: 1. At least half of the actual actors have to be Pokémon 2. It has to have to do with the Dark Ages, here it doesn't matter where. And 3. Like in the movies before, the Unova Defense Force has to play a part in them. And now here we have it. Luke's Movie!"

The theatre became dark and the movie began.

Blue sky with a few clouds. Pidove, Tranquill, Woobat, Swoobat, Ducklett, Swanna and other Flying-Types soared through the sky.

Suddenly the silence was disturbed by explosions. Fire broke out on a nearby mountain. In the forest on the mountain wild Pokémon are running for their lives when suddenly: "Samurott use Hydro Canon!" A Samurott reared up and fired a total of three Hydro Canons against the flames. Next to it stood a teen in red uniform. A Riolu was on his shoulder.

"Base to Agent W. White are you there?", came a voice through the teen's helmet.

"I'm here Professor. What is it?"

"The reinforcement is on its way White. You must hurry and catch up with Black, no matter what. Who knows what he'll do when he reaches the top of the mountain!"

"Roger. We're on the move! Samurott return!"

The teen, White, returned Samurott and looked at the Riolu. Riolu nodded and leaped from his shoulder before he disappeared as well. Then White ran on. He dodged trees and fleeing Pokémon on his way to the top of the mountain. But finally he reached it, to gasp. Some machinery was built there and a purple haired teen stood in front of it. His uniform was similar to White's, only everything that was red on White's uniform was dark-blue on his and he didn't wear a helmet.

"Black stop! What are you doing?", cried White.

The teen turned to White with a scowl and snarled: "You just can't leave me be, can you?"

"Of course not! We used to be friends. And then you suddenly betray us."

"I found a better path than this pathetic Defense Force of yours White, just don't stand in my way!"

"Forget it! The Unova Defense Force stops everyone that wishes to harm innocent. And if that includes you…" White trailed off and grabbed a Pokéball. Black grinned at that and stepped closer to the machine.

"I wouldn't do that White", warned he. "This machine can blow up easily."

"What is your plan?", asked White.

"My plan? I want to get rid of the Defense Force and with this I'll make sure it'll never come to be in the first place!"

He pushed a button and ran on. A strange portal opened and in a flash Black was through. White hesitated, before he sighed and put the Pokéball away. "Here goes nothing!" He ran on and jumped after his former friend. All that remained was a machine.

The scene changed in a flash of white light.

Trees, a great forest. Many Pokémon. Caterpie, Metapod, Butterfree, Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Rattata, Raticate, Spearow and many more. Suddenly there was a groan and a group of Spearow flew up.

White groaned again when his eyes fluttered open and immediately he shielded them with his hand. "Stupid sunlight, it's too early for training", muttered the teen and rolled over. A second later his eyes shot up and he sat up. He looked around. "Where am I?", wondered White and stood up. He tapped his helmet. "Professor, do you read?" Nothing. "I must be out of range", murmured White and pulled his helmet off, revealing brown hair. He tapped it a few more times and it turned into a sphere, no bigger than a Pokéball.

That was where he put it.

With his Pokéballs.

"Alright White, calm down", said the teen to himself while he looked around. "You don't know where you are, you don't know these Pokémon, but you do know not to panic. All you have to do is find someone to help you and then capture Black, that was it already." He took another deep breath, before setting of in a random direction.

White walked for hours on end and the sun continued to move over the sky. Close to sunset, he thought about letting it be for today when he heard it.

"Keep it up!"

It was a male voice, the owner not much older than him apparently. Immediately he set of in the direction the voice came from and soon he reached a clearing, to gasp. On the clearing, facing off against each other, where a black-haired teen and a Lucario. Nearby, watching them, stood a Gardevoir and a Gallade. "Don't give up yet Lucario", encouraged the teen the gasping Fighting-Steel-type.

Lucario shot forward again, aiming a punch at the teen's stomach, but he side-stepped and sent Lucario staggering. For a second White believed to see the teen and the Lucario freeze, but then they picked up fighting again. He watched a little while longer, when suddenly something pocked his back. He spun around and gave a startled cry.

The Gallade stood in front of him, its blades brandished at him. Suddenly it lunged forward, grabbed his arm and the collar of his uniform and dragged him onto the clearing. There the teen, Lucario and Gardevoir waited already. The teen had his eyes narrowed in suspicion when he saw White's clothes, then asked: "Who are you? Why did you spy on us?"

"My-my name is White", answered White and tried to struggle free from Gallade. "And I didn't spy. I…was looking for help. And I came across you!"

The teen tilted his head, before he nodded to the Gallade. It let go of White, who toppled over immediately. He was about to stand up, when the teen commanded: "If you value your life, stay down." White obeyed, yet the watched. The teen turned to his Pokémon and talked to them, before he nodded and turned back to White. "We'll take you to the palace. The Princess will decide your fate. You are obviously not from our kingdom."

"I could answer that when I would know where I am in the first place", argued White, but he got up from the ground and dusted himself off.

The teen narrowed his eyes again, but answered: "You are in the Kingdom of Rota, near its center, Cameran Palace." White's eyes went wide at this.

Flashback

A younger White sat with a few other recruits in a briefing room. "The history of our Defense Force, of all Defense Forces in our world, go back one thousand years to one place", explained an older man with former black hair. He activated a projector and showed them a city. "This is Rota. A town in the Kanto region. It houses Cameran Palace. Those who paid attention in their history classes will know why it is so well known. Sir Aaron, one of the greatest and most noble knights and Aura Guardians lived there. It was his selfless sacrifice, his bravery and care for the innocent that inspired many people to create Defense Forces. Aura Adepts are very rare by now, but every now and then one stumbles within our rows."

End of Flashback

So that was what Black had meant. He wanted to get rid of Sir Aaron.

Scene change. We see Cameran Palace from the outside, before we move to the inside.

White stood behind the teen he believed was a young Sir Aaron. Gallade stayed at White's side, not trusting him, while Lucario and Gardevoir stood slightly behind the teen. In front of them, on throne, sat the Princess, or Lady Rin, as the teen called her. She had long, wavy, silver hair and wore a lavender dress, a small crown on her head.

"I see", said Lady Rin finally, after the teen had finished his report. "Thank you Aaron for bringing him here." So White had been right. The other teen was Sir Aaron. Aaron bowed his head, then rose from his kneeling position. "Now to you", continued Lady Rin and looked at White. "I am curious, and I'm sure Aaron is too, about you. How about you tell us about yourself."

White took a deep breath. He knew they needed to know the truth. He took a few steps forward and gave a short bow. "Princess, thank you for letting me speak. I will try to answer all of your questions, but there are things I just can't reveal." Lady Rin nodded and White began. "My name is White, or Agent W and I am a member of the Unova Defense Force. Unova is a land far across the ocean. And I'm not only from there." Here he looked directly at the Princess and Aaron, who both looked at him. "I am from the future."

"Impossible!"

White gave a start. The shout came from neither Aaron nor Lady Rin. It came from the foot of the stairs that led to the throne, where Lucario crouched.

"Lucario!", called Aaron and looked down at the jackal.

"But master-", tried the Pokémon to argue, looking up at him.

Aaron shook his head. "Let him finish his explanation." Lucario grimaced, but relented and looked back at White with narrowed eyes.

White gulped at the distrust in them, but assured himself that Sir Aaron wouldn't let Lucario harm him. "The Unova Defense Force, or any other Defense Force for that matter, goes back right to this time. Sir Aaron you are a legend, even in our time, and honored by those who still know about you. An enemy of ours travelled back to this time to make sure the Unova Defense Force never comes to be. I can't be sure, but I believe he's after Sir Aaron."

He looked at the other teen, who frowned. Lady Rin looked at Aaron and asked: "Aaron do you believe this?" White gulped again, louder this time.

It was only Sir Aaron that kept Lucario from attacking him. Aaron scanned him out of narrowed eyes, as did Lucario. But the jackal seemed more hostile. "If we had a way to be certain you are telling the truth, I would", answered the raven finally. "But even with Aura we can't be accurate enough for your story."

The next second White face palmed. "How could I have forgotten him!" His listeners looked at him and he explained quickly: "In my time people and Pokémon live together differently than now. We can form teams and train together. And I have one Pokémon in my team that'll let you believe me."

"Well, show it then", asked Lady Rin. White nodded and pulled a Pokéball from his belt. He took a deep breath, then threw it. The ball snapped open and in front of him materialized a small, blue, dog-like Pokémon. "A Riolu!", gasped Lady Rin. Riolu looked back at his trainer, who crouched down and whispered the situation to him. The small Pokémon nodded in understanding and turned to their listeners. White watched him closely and gasped surprised when blue glowing surrounded Riolu. "What is happening?", asked Lady Rin sharply. With a shrug White stepped back. He didn't know.

"Riolu is utilizing his Aura", answered Aaron and stepped forward. "While doing so, he renders himself incapable of lying." The Aura Guardian kneed down in front of Riolu, who looked back at him and started to talk. White had no idea what his partner said, but apparently it was okay, since Lucario suddenly straightened up, leaving his crouching position. Gallade and Gardevoir relaxed too.

Finally Riolu stopped glowing and staggered forward. Aaron steadied him and gave White a small smile. "You have a very loyal friend in this one Sir White."

White grinned back at that and answered: "Just White please, I'm not really a knight or anything."

"Are you not? From your history I beg to differ." White was about to protest, but then thought better of it and crouched down to pick Riolu up. The small Pokémon smiled at him, before snuggling into his arms. "A loyal friend, indeed."

The scene fades into the night-sky, to be replaced with a clear blue sky and a bright sun. We see the court of the palace and White and Aaron walking through it, followed by Lucario and Riolu.

"Seriously, just call me White, please", asked the brunette.

Aaron smirked at him and asked: "Am I annoying you?"

White didn't even bother to answer, but then he grinned: "They're never gonna believe me back home that the Sir Aaron really once was a teen like you and me." Aaron laughed at that one and behind the two Riolu and Lucario looked at each other worriedly. It was easy to see that their two Guardians were close already.

Aaron just opened his mouth to say something, when Gardevoir raced up to them. Both teens looked at her worriedly. The Psychic-Type bowed shortly when she stopped, then said: "Master Lady Rin requests your presence immediately. Lucario's too." Aaron nodded and ran off.

White frowned after him and muttered: "I have a bad feeling about this Riolu, a very bad feeling." Riolu nodded in agreement.

We see the sky, the sun moves over it. It sets, the night passes and it rises again.

White walked into the throne room, to find a worried Lady Rin pacing up and down in front of her throne. "You asked for me your majesty?"

Lady Rin looked up and White frowned. She looked deeply troubled. "Yes Sir White, I have", answered the young woman and gestured him to follow her. White exchanged a glance with Riolu, before he followed her onto a balcony. She was silent for a while, then began: "Yesterday I sent Aaron and his companions out. The Orbiss Siblings…you know them?"

"Not well", admitted White. "The time we landed in is some years before Sir Aaron did his memorable deeds, I know he faced them more than once though."

Lady Rin bit her lip and whispered: "This morning…Pidgeot came back with only Gallade and Gardevoir…all terribly injured." White's eyes went wide and he looked at Riolu. The small Pokémon looked horrified. "I don't know what happened", admitted the Princess and her fists clenched. She turned to look at White, tears brimming in her eyes. "Please…look for them, save them."

White hesitated at that. He had no idea if this happened in the actual history of Sir Aaron's life. What if it did and he'd interfere. But what if he didn't and got the future in trouble.

"Sir White please!"

His eyes snapped back to the Princess. Her tears had long since spilled over and she was sobbing slightly. Steeling his resolve he nodded and answered: "I'll do what I can." He unclipped a Pokéball and threw it. "Swanna help me out!" The swan-Pokémon appeared and White turned to Riolu. "You think you can locate them?" Riolu looked up at him and gave a helpless shrug.

White cursed under his breath, when Lady Rin whispered: "They went south."

"What?"

"They went south." She pointed in a direction. "Where the richer subjects live. The Orbiss Siblings are dangerous thieves, although Sir Aaron handled them more than once already."

White nodded in understanding and picked Riolu up. "We'll find them", promised the brunette, then jumped onto Swanna's back. The white Pokémon gave a trilling cry and took off.

Lady Rin looked after them and whispered: "Good luck…my friends."

On Swanna's back, White turned to Riolu again. Just concentrate and try to pick up anything, okay?"

Riolu nodded and closed his eyes. His bangs rose. Everything lost its colour, before it was illuminated by blue. The Pokémon's ears rose and Riolu's eyes suddenly snapped open.

He gave a few exclamations and Swanna corrected its flight immediately. They soon descended over a ruin. Once they landed, White recalled Swanna and he and Riolu walked on. They walked for a while, then White asked: "Riolu try to locate them ag-"

"Flame Burst!"

The attack shot directly at White and Riolu. Both leaped back, to gasp. An Arcanine stood in front of them, flanked by a Dragonair and a Bellossom. Laughter reached White's ears and he straightened up, to gasp. Behind the three Pokémon stood two humans. White immediately knew that they were the Orbiss Siblings.

The older sibling had a cloak that covered his face and hair and wore simple brown clothes. The younger sibling, a girl, had purple hair that looked quite wild and wore clothes similar to her brother.

White looked back at the Arcanine and realisation hit him. "I know that Arcanine", gasped the teen.

"Why wouldn't you know him?", asked another voice and Black stepped out from behind a moss-covered wall. White was about to answer, when Black's Serperior followed him. And within the Pokémon's vines were…

"Sir Aaron! Lucario!", cried the brunette in shock.

Black grinned and answered: "Correct White. It was quite easy to overpower them if I say so myself. I admit, I had help", he glanced at the siblings, who looked at their captured enemies gleefully. "Fact is, I have them. And now I just need to finish them off."

"Black please", pleaded White. "Rethink this. You will destroy all of us if you do this. Is this really worth it." But Black simply grinned at him. Then he looked at the Siblings. "Finish him!" The two grinned back and turned to face White.

"Dragonair use Twister!", called the sister.

"And you Bellossom use Petal Dance!", ordered the Brother.

The twister came from Dragonair's pearl and Bellossom spun around before the two attacks combined. The attacks shot at White, but he was ready. Unclipping a Pokéball, he threw it and shouted: „Ferrothorn take it, then use Pin Missle!"

The Grass-Steel-Type appeared just in time. Ferrothorn took the hit and was flung back. It flailed for a second and almost landed the wrong way around, but used its vines to stop its fall and push back into the air. Pin Missle shot from the appendages of those vines and hit Dragonair and Bellossom, who hadn't expected to be attacked as well, straight. Dragonair slithered away quickly and got away with a few bruises. Bellossom was less lucky. Not only was she hit badly, the attack was super affective. Once Ferrothorn let off, Bellossom collapsed.

While the brother panicked and Black scowled, White acted. Dire situation always helped him concentrate.

"Ferrothorn return, you did great! Hydreigon finish this up with Dragon Pulse!" Ferrothron disappeared, while Hydreigon appeared at the same time. The tri-headed Pokémon roared, then already fired the turquoise sphere at Dragonair.

Dragonair dodged Quickly and the Sister shouted: "Dragonair use Double Team!" About a dozen Dragonair appeared and Hydreigon jerked around confused.

"Don't let it irritate you Hydreigon! Use Double Hit to destroy the copies! Then a close-ranged Dragon Pulse!"

Hydreigon's two smaller 'heads' glowed white and it rushed forward. One after the other copy fell, when the Sister ordered: "Dragonair use Wrap!"

Dragonair rushed forward and wrapped around Hydreigon tightly. The Dark-Dragon-Type cried out and shuddered, before it crashed to the ground, where Dragonair only constricted around it tighter. "Don't give up Hydreigon! Use Tri-Attack!" Hydreigon struggled, then fired the attack. Each head struck somewhere else, but the Ice-Type-Part struck Dragonair directly in the face. It was blasted back and White shouted: "Finish it with Dragon Rush!" Hydreigon shot forward and hit the still falling Pokémon. Dragonair was shot back and crashed into the Sister. The dust the crash caused disappeared, to reveal a knocked out Dragon-Type.

Black scowled in frustration and pulled out four Pokéballs.

"Finish him!"

They were thrown high and the Pokémon appeared. It were a Braviary, an Eelektrik, a Liepard and a Drapion. They joined Arcanine and White scowled, before throwing four Pokéballs as well. Ferrotorn appeared once more, followed by Swanna, Samurott and Gigalith. They all took stance with Hydreigon. "Attack!", snarled Black. His Pokémon, all but Serperior, rushed forward, various attacks prepared.

White's Pokémon answered without command.

They rushed forward as well and White could do nothing more than watch and clench his fists.

He could do no more than watch how Braviary's Wing Attack clashed with Swanna's, how Hydreigon's Double Hit clashed with Drapion's Cross Poison, how Ferrothorn's Thunderbolt met Elektrik's, how Gigalith's Rock-Smash met with Liepards Ngiht Slash and how Samurott's Aqua Jet met with Arcanine's Extreme Speed.

"Black…what have you brought us too?", whispered White.

Riolu next to him watched the fight with wide, horrified eyes. The cries of their friends echoed in the ears of both and both winced with each new cry. It got worse and worse. Again and again a Pokémon fell, but pushed itself up, refusing to give up. (honestly, just imagine a fight more or less similar to what happened in the first movie, originals against clones, you'll know what I'm getting at) Then it happened.

Hydreigon gave a high screech and collapsed onto the ground. Immediately Drapion dived at it, Poison Fang ready. "NO!", screamed White and ran forward.

But he was too slow.

He'd be too late.

He would lose a dear friend.

He should have-

"Lucario Aura Sphere!"

The blue sphere blasted Drapion directly in the face. The whole fight froze and everyone stared to where the attack had come from. Lucario stood atop a pile of rubble, a new Aura Sphere already between his paws. Sir Aaron stood behind him. Both looked drop-dead exhausted, but there was a fire in their eyes that told White they'd fight till this was over. Behind them, to White's shook, was Serperior, Black now chained in her vines. The purple-haired teen struggled strongly, but couldn't get free.

Sir Aaron's eyes focused on the Pokémon and he called: "Stop! Enough Fighting! Why do you fight a battle you do not wish to have?" The Pokémon looked at each other, remorse on White's faces. "You do not wish to fight each other, none of you. I am not an Aura Guardian for nothing. You are friends, close friends at that. Refuse to fight and reconcile with your friends. Maybe", he glanced at Black, "Maybe you can convince your trainer to follow your lead. He might not be lost yet."

Sir Aaron nodded to Lucario, who allowed the Aura Sphere in his paws to disappear. The raven walked up to White with a weak smirk. White smirked back and said: "I'm glad you're okay."

"Thanks to you", answered Sir Aaron. "Your aura and Riolu's helped Lucario and myself to regain consciousness and through this we could convince her", he shot a pointed look at Serperior, obviously having no idea what kind of Pokémon she was, "to do the right thing."

"How?", asked White surprised.

Sir Aaron laughed and answered: "I'm an Aura Guardian my friend. I have my ways, ways I will not reveal to you." Then he smiled warmly and added: "You saved my life, and I will never forget this, but it is time for you to return to your time."

And with that, he held a device out to White. White's eyes widened and he took it. It looked like a DVD, only a bit thicker. "That's the same technology the time-machine had", whispered the brunette.

Sir Aaron nodded and said: "This one, Black I believe, said it were a bridge back to the present…or future in my case." White scanned the device, before he tweaked a few things and it burst out in light. Sir Aaron leaped away and called: "I'll never forget you my friend." "Good Luck and long lives", added Lucario.

That was the last White heard before everything went black.

Blue sky with a few clouds. Pidove, Tranquill, Woobat, Swoobat, Ducklett, Swanna and other Flying-Types soared through the sky. Upon the mountain, the time-machine glowed and white light burst from it.

Once the light faded, the machine was gone, yet two humans and twelve Pokémon, all unconscious, appeared. It was silent for a few more seconds, then a shrill ringing sound echoed through the air. White stirred and opened his eyes slowly, to jerk up when an Unfezant flew right above him. He shot to his legs and looked around, to gasp.

"We're back", whispered the brunette. "This is where it all started."

Again the ringing cut through the air and White blinked, before pulling a sphere from his belt. He pressed a button and it turned back into his helmet. Putting it on, he activated the com and asked: "White here?"

"White it's you", sounded the Professor's voice. "We were so worried. We lost contact with you for three hours!"

Three hours, thought White, weren't it three days?

"What happened!"

White smiled softly at that and scanned their surroundings, before he answered: "It's a long story Professor. I'll tell you when I come home."

"Alright, be careful."

"Roger." With that the connection broke. Scanning his surroundings again, he looked to the sky and said: "I hope you made it home too Aaron, my friend."

The light in the theatre turned on again and there was silence. Ash found Luke nearby shaking with fear, but smirked. If the awe he sensed was anything to go by, they'd won this competition. And then it happened. Thunderous applause rang through the room and he even heard some wolf whistles. "C'mon Luke, stand up and let them see who directed that movie", urged Alexis.

Luke stood up slowly, Zorua in his arms. The applause got, if possible, even louder.

"It wasn't bad", admitted Paul, who sat next to Ash.

Ash grinned at that and argued: "Don't be like that Paul. You're proud of it too."

"I admit, it was an interesting experience", answered the Sinnoh-Native.

Ash rolled his eyes and argued: "You just loved playing the bad guy." Paul simply smirked and looked at the stage.

"Now I would ask all our five directors onto the stage!" Luke got up slowly and walked up to the stage, just like Jules and three others. "I ask the audience now, take the remotes under your seats and please vote. For Joanna's film press 1, for Theo's press 2, for Dora's press 3, for Jules' press 4 and for Luke's press 5!"

Ash pulled out the remote and immediately pressed number five. Call him self-centred, but he wanted Luke to win and in his opinion their movie was the best. A few minutes later, everyone was done voting.

"And here are the results of the audience's votes. The best picture award goes too…" The light turned off and five spotlights moved wildly about the stage. Then they stopped. "…Luke and his wonderful film!"

Ash shared a grin with the others at Luke's awestruck expression, before he let out a relieved laugh. The Pokéstar Studios head himself presented Luke with the trophy that told of his win and said: "I'm glad you didn't give up Luke. You have real talent."

Luke blushed at that and argued: "Maybe…but without my friends I couldn't have done it." He turned to them all and Ash smiled.

Luke's Aura had returned to the state it should be. No longer was it tainted by doubt and fear. It glowed strongly, emitting confidence and greatfulness.

As some of you surely realised, neither Iris nor Cilan own a Bellossom or a Dragonair. Paul's Servine didn't evolve yet either and he has no Eelektrik or Liepard. For the movie, they switched their Pokémon around. Paul needed more Pokémon that matched for Unova and Iris and Cilan some that weren't Unova Pokémon.

Just for the record, those were Alexis' Pokémon:

Dragonair

Bellossom

Eelektrik

Liepard
