Hi guys!
Thank you all for the reviews! I love them so much! I'm glad that you guys are happy I started up again. I also plan on working on some of my other stories too now, like The Bond that never breaks, as well as It's the Little Things that Count.
So I will be listening to prompts and ideas that you guys have. Whatever pairing you want, whatever genre, I'll be happy to do. Drabbles aren't long and are fun to do, so variety is good!
I will do a Two/Three for tomorrow and then a nix afterwards. They'll appear in the order they were asked to make it fair :D
Thanks for reading and please read on!
At Peace
Eight
War and peace. You can't experience once without knowing the other.
I spent my whole childhood in war; I grew up preparing and training for it. I was ready for it when the time came. I was prepared. I wanted to kill the mogs and make them pay.
I spent my teenage years actively involved in fighting and killing the mogs. I had no life, no purpose but to kill. Every battle was another obstacle and the worst thing was, I enjoyed it. Every moment was filled with fear of dying, fear of pain, fear of losing someone you loved. I almost died but Marina broke the prophecy and saved me. We lost our Cepans, we lost almost everything we loved.
But we won. So I deserve my peace.
And even though it took years, I have it. Lying in bed, Marina asleep next to me, I'm happy. My friends are all alive, I have Marina and there's hope for the future. All the fighting, the fear, the pain was worth it.
I'm finally at peace.
Ok, so I changed the fact that Eight died for the sake of this. There might be a few changes in the drabbles but most of them should stick to the plot.
Please review!
