After the last 5 years, the Uchiha family women were used to delivery rooms. Akina more so than others. So when her water broke after they had finished putting away groceries, she knew where they were going.

And she was not happy about it.

"Ah!" Akina exclaimed as she flinched.

"It's okay, Aki babe, we're here now." Yuki said calmly, shooting Riki an anxious look over her shoulder. Akina nearly growled, yanking herself away from him.

"You…" She began, reaching behind her for Sasuke, "You did this. You're never touching me again, you greedy, horny, mother fucker!" She screamed, Sasuke yanking her into his arms when she went to hit her spouse in the face.

"Akina, hon, you're not in your right state of mind. Yuki, go get the kids in the van. I'll call everyone." Riki said, gripping her hand before he grabbed Yuki's arm and tugged him out of the room. Akina sighed, leaning back against her brother. His warm body distracted her from the pain of her latest contraction.

"Sorry about that." She finally said once the pain had subsided. Sasuke's hands squeezed her shoulders in response.

"Don't worry about it. I'm guessing you want me to keep Sakura in the dark until you're settled into the hospital." He said, helping her over to the couch. She glared.

"No shit. I don't need your princess at my bedside. Though the horrified look she'll get when she realizes that she'll be there in a few weeks might be amusing." She added, thanking her twin when he handed her the slippers she got for her hospital stay. Sasuke rolled his eyes, turning to get her coat.

"I don't know why you guys are so hard on her." He grumbled. Akina dropped her slipper, floored by this statement.

"Whoa. I know you did not just defend her. What the fuck, Sasuke?" Akina asked, shaking her head as she resumed her activities.

"I agree. Do you still love that witch?" Riki asked as he and Yuki entered the room. Sasuke stiffened, and then deliberately turned away.

"The kids?" Akina asked her spouse as she noticed their absence. Yuki nodded and helped her up.

"Mom is getting them into the van with Hitomi and Ginkai. Kane and Itachi are on their way here." He explained, wrapping an arm around her waist. Akina nodded, and then turned her gaze to her twin. Sasuke sighed.

"And if I do? What then, Akina?" He asked softly.

"Suke baby…" Riki whispered sadly, his dark eyes studying his brother's stance. Sasuke sighed and shook himself lightly.

"Sasuke?" She asked, still wanting his answer. He shook his head, turning to her. She was shocked to see his business face on…and maybe a little hurt.

"Today is my future nephew's day, Akina. Let's bring him into the world." He said. Akina pouted, but then she noticed the look in his eyes. The agony in his eyes was heart breaking. She nodded, her face scrunching up in pain as another contraction hit her.

"Fuck, okay, I agree. Let's go." She insisted, gripping Yuki's hand.

"Okay, let's. Come on boys, we can't keep my lovely lady waiting." He teased, pressing a kiss to her cheek. She swatted at him, annoyed.

"Stuff it. Let's go." She agreed. Yuki nodded, grinning.

"We're having a baby!" He laughed. Akina nodded, leaning against him.

"Number three." She agreed, smiling up at him. Riki cleared his throat, sending Sasuke a grin.

"Okay, love birds. Let's go get us a baby!" He exclaimed, opening the door. His brother rolled his eyes.

"Way to make it sound like we're stealing one, you social reject." He teased, following him outside. Akina chuckled, sharing a look with her husband.

"Boys will be boys?" He offered. Akina nodded, wrapping an arm around his waist.

"We'll find that out soon enough." She said. Yuki nodded, expression softening.

"Guess we will."

"Ah, look at that face!" Mikoto cooed at the baby in Akina's arms. Akina smiled, wiping a stray tear off her cheek.

"Yeah. He's so beautiful, Mom." She murmured, kissing his forehead. Mikoto nodded.

"When can I hold him, Mommy?" Ren asked around a yawn. She was in Sasuke's arms, with Yuki (holding Yukio) standing beside them. Minato was standing beside Mikoto, a sleeping Hitomi in his arms. Riki, Kane, Itachi, and Ginkai were sitting on the couch. The room chuckled.

"When he's a little older, sweetie." Akina promised. Ren nodded, and then turned her attention to Sasuke.

"Is Aunt Sakura coming to meet the baby, Uncle Sasuke?" She asked. The room filled with tension. Even the little hour old baby seemed to be outraged by this question. Sasuke sighed, breaking the tension.

"When your mother is at home." He replied. Ren nodded, excepting this answer.

"So…what's his name?" Kane asked, smiling slyly at her sister. Akina sent her a half-hearted glare, and then returned her onyx eyes to the baby. Her new, beautiful baby boy. Her son had green hair, like his father and siblings, but luckily enough, he was not a carbon copy of his father, as L would say. He had black eyes.

"Zinan Isayo." Akina murmured happily.

"Zinan?!" The family asked. Akina blushed, frowning.

"I thought it was cute and practical." She snapped, cradling her child closer.

"It's a fine name, babe. It's just different." Riki said, pulling out his phone when it began to vibrate. His dark eyes widened as he read the name and message.

"Riki?" Kane questioned as he stood.

"Sorry to cut this short, guys but I need to get back to my hotel room. I'll explain later, Akina." He said, and then all but ran out of the room.

"What the heck?" Yuki asked, frowning. Yukio yawned in his arms.

"So that's the baby?" Hitomi asked, yawning as well. Minato nodded, kissing her cheek.

"It is. Now Aunt Hitomi, go home with Mom and Uncle Minato and go sleep." Akina teased, signaling Minato towards her so she could kiss her baby sister. Minato complied as Mikoto moved towards her as well.

"Bye honey. I'll be back tomorrow." She assured her. Akina nodded, smiling.

"I love you guys. Thanks for coming to see us!" Akina said, waving to them. As they left, she returned her attention to her baby.

"We're gonna take the kids home, 'Kina." Kane said, walking over to her sister. Akina nodded, looking up as Kane brushed back her hair.

"Thanks for being here." She said softly. Kane smiled, wrapping an arm around her shoulders.

"Anything for my little sis." She replied, pressing a kiss to her temple. Akina nodded, waving Zinan's hand for him.

"We love you, Aunt Kane." She said in her baby voice. Kane chuckled.

"I love you too."

Riki looked at the area around him before slipping into the black limo pulled up in an alley by the hospital. He was barely in the car before a warm hand had turned him to face the other occupant in the vehicle and a pair of warm lips settled over his.

"Mh…" Riki moaned, his hands going around a strong neck. As he returned the kiss, he felt the now familiar feelings of lust spread throughout his loins. "I love it when that happens." He murmured, resting his head against a strong shoulder. His companion chuckled, kissing his cheek.

"I do enjoy kissing you." Riki looked up at that answer, smiling slightly at Iason.

"You're such a sweet talker. You should have been a politician." He said. Iason simply shook his head.

"Your sister had her baby?" He asked. Riki nodded.

"A little boy named Zinan." Riki replied. Iason nodded, his hand going to the back of Riki's neck.

"I have to go home for a few weeks, Riki. For the holidays." He said eventually. Riki nodded.

"I figured as much. Our last night together for a while, right?" Riki asked. Iason nodded. Riki shrugged.

"Then let's make the most of it." He decided, and then pressed his lips against Iason's.
