It was Father's Day. Dib and Gaz wanted to do something for Professor Membrane, but like always, he was busy.
"Man. Dad's so busy." Dib said.
"I know." Gaz replied.
"I'm going to make something for him."
"Shouldn't you be with your friends?"
"They'll be fine without me." Dib explained.
At Zim's base, Skoodge was pacing around.
"Okay. Can you tell me why you are pacing around like a nut?" Zim asked.
"I think dogs do that." Gir said.
"Yes Gir. They do, but Skoodge isn't a dog. He's an alien. Skoodge, why are you acting like a dog when they have to go out?"
"I haven't seen Gaz in a while." Skoodge explained.
"Well you know how Dib is when you're with his sister."
"I know. I'm so close to being with Gaz, but Dib always ruins it."
"I understand. When I was an invader, Dib kept ruining my evil plans."
"I know! What's with that kid? Hey, how about we ruin his day?"
"What? No! I told you not to attack each other."
"I still don't understand how you are friends with that weirdo."
"Well unlike you, I quit invading and I'm not in love with his sister." Zim explained.
"You got the easy life when it comes to Dib."
"Well we're not attacking each other."
Dib and Gaz went to the Membrane Lab. "Dad!" Dib called out.
Professor Membrane turned around. Hello kids. I'm almost done and then we can hang out for Father's day."
"Sweet."
"Dad, this is for you. It's from me." Gaz gave Professor Membrane a card. Professor Membrane looked at the card, smiled, and picked Gaz up. "Thank you daughter."
"Dad, my idea is to go to a nice restaurant and not Bloaty's like Gaz always wants to go." Dib said.
"Thank you son."
Dib smiled and Gaz growled.
Meanwhile at Zim's base, Skoodge took out a device.
"What's that?" Zim asked.
"A tracking device." Skoodge said.
"A tracking device? Oh no. Not happening. You are not going to track Gaz down."
"Oh come on Zim."
"No!"
"Fine. Then I'll do something else to find her."
Zim groaned. "Can't you just leave them alone?"
"Wow Zim, you changed. You went from crazy invader to rebel against empire irken."
"Okay that makes no sense and I'm not invading."
"Don't worry Zim. I'll do the invading for you."
"No Skoodge."
"Let's find Gaz."
"No!"
Dib, Gaz, and Professor Membrane were in Professor Membrane's car.
"This is a nice day right kids?" Professor Membrane asked.
"Yep." Dib answered.
"Sure. Why not?" Gaz mumbled.
Professor Membrane looked at Dib. "Son, I'm glad you're not focused about the paranormal."
"Yeah." Dib said, but he wasn't going to give up being a paranormal investigator.
Skoodge, Zim, Gir, and Minimoose were outside. Skoodge was using the tracking device. "She's close."
"Tell me one reason why I had to come." Zim said.
"Zim, we're getting your mojo back. You'll be an invader soon as I help you." Skoodge explained.
Zim sighed. "I don't think you understand what rebelling is. I don't want to invade Earth anymore."
"Oh. Well let's find Gaz. Come on Gir!"
"Yay!" Gir yelled. He and Skoodge ran off.
"Can't you just leave the Membrane's alone for one day? Today is father's day and both Dib and Gaz just want to hang out with their father." Zim grabbed Minimoose and they both followed Skoodge and Gir.
The Membrane's went to a restaurant and both Dib and Gaz were dressed up.
"Son, thank you for taking me here." Professor Membrane said.
"Anytime Dad." Dib answered.
Gaz sat in a chair and mumbled something. Dib smiled at his father.
Then Skoodge, Gir, Minimoose, and Zim walked into the restaurant.
"Now watch this." Skoodge put a waiter's outfit on and walked to the table where the Membrane's were. Gir followed.
"Oh no." Zim said. Minimoose squeaked.
Skoodge went over to them. "Good afternoon. My name is Koodge and I will be your waiter today."
"Hello." Professor Membrane said.
Dib was suspicious. "Hmm. You look pretty short for a waiter. What did you say your name was?"
"Koodge." Skoodge replied.
"That sounds a lot like Skoodge."
"Who?"
"Skoodge. He's an alien who is trying to win my sister."
"Really?"
"Yeah. He's short and plump just like you. Wait a minute. You are Skoodge!" Dib yelled.
Then Zim ran over. "Dib!" he yelled and tried to catch his breath.
"Zim! Help!" Dib yelled.
"I tried to stop him."
"What are you doing here Skoodge!?" Dib asked.
"I want to hang out with Gaz." Skoodge explained.
"How many times did I tell you? Stay away from Gaz! You alien!"
Professor Membrane sighed.
"There he goes again." Gaz said.
"I know you were up to something!" Dib yelled.
"Wow Dib. Just wow."
Professor Membrane stared at Dib.
Gaz looked at her father. "Dad, I'm so sorry about this."
"It's alright daughter. Skoodge, you can join us if you want."
"Really? Thanks!" Skoodge yelled and he sat next to Gaz.
"Dad, this is supposed to be a nice father's day without aliens getting in the way." Dib explained.
"I know son, but there are no aliens and Skoodge wanted to join us." Professor Membrane said.
Dib stared at Skoodge. "You're trying to fall in love with Gaz aren't you?"
"Calm down." Skoodge said.
"I'll explore the back. Come on moose." Gir and Minimoose went to the back of the restaurant.
"Don't destroy the back room." Zim ordered. "I should get out of here."
"Zim? Want to join?" Professor Membrane asked.
"No thanks. I don't need Dib to get annoyed at me."
"Zim, I'm fine with you, it's Skoodge who is the problem." Dib explained.
"No. I'm not supposed to be here. I've got to go. Bye." Zim left the restaurant.
Skoodge smiled at Gaz.
"What do you want from me Skoodge?" Gaz asked.
"You just look so pretty." Skoodge said. Gaz growled.
Dib facepalmed. "No! This is horrible! There goes our father's day restaurant plan."
"I don't know son. This still looks great." Professor Membrane said.
"But Dad! This alien here is ruining everything!" Dib explained.
"I'm not an alien." Skoodge said.
"You are and you're in love with Gaz."
"No."
"Shouldn't you be with Zim? Where is he?"
Zim was on his way to the Almighty Tallest's apartment.
Tak, Mimi, and the tallest were watching TV until Zim broke in.
"Tak! We meet again filthy irken." Zim said.
"Zim?" Red asked.
"What is he doing here? I thought we made him dumb." Purple said.
"Dumb!? You're the dumb ones you filthy irkens! You shouldn't have come to Earth in the first place." Zim explained.
"Well you should have still been banished." Red said.
"That's not English."
"Zim, I mean it. Purple and I talked to Sizz-Lorr and you escaped again, for the third time."
"Right and your friends saved you the last time." Purple said.
"No. He got out himself last time."
"I mean this time."
"Oh yeah."
"Try to stop me all you want, but that won't happen because I will stop you first!" Zim yelled.
"You couldn't even conquer Earth."
"Instead, you destroyed Mars." Purple explained.
"You are a defect Zim."
Zim growled and started to attack, but Red and Purple pushed him down.
Purple laughed. "He can't even defeat us!"
"You're too short and small to defeat us Zim." Red said.
Then Zim started thinking something. 'Okay. What's their weakness? Ooh.' Zim grabbed something from his PAK. "Oh look. I have snacks."
"Where?" Purple asked.
"Stay strong Purple. He's just tricking you." Red said.
"No really. I have donuts." Zim explained.
"Donuts!?" Red and Purple asked.
Zim waved the food around. "Come and get it."
Red and Purple grabbed the food and Zim trapped them.
"Yes! Victory for Zim! Now I just need Dib here and he'll expose them."
Tak was shocked and then annoyed. "You might have fooled the tallest, Zim, but you won't fool me."
"I can just use my PAK to attack you."
"I'm surprised that you can stop the tallest."
"I did and they're filthy liars! Also their main weakness is snacks."
Back a the restaurant, Dib was annoyed at Skoodge, still.
"Skoodge, can't you just go bother someone else?"
"No way. Not when Gaz is here."
"She doesn't feel the same for you."
"I know that's not true."
"It is true!" Dib yelled.
"Wrong!"
Zim was waiting just in case Dib came in. "I just need to get Dib over here."
Before he can think of something else, Mimi zapped Zim and kicked him out of the apartment. Zim screamed.
"Good work Mimi. My tallest." Tak freed her leaders.
"Thank you Invader Tak." Red said.
Zim fell to the ground and growled.
The Membrane's finished eating at the restaurant. "Thank you for that time son." Professor Membrane said.
"Well it would've been better if Skoodge didn't join us." Dib explained.
"Hey!" Skoodge yelled.
"Don't even think about it you two." Gaz mumbled.
"Fine. Short invader!" Dib yelled.
"Big head boy!" Skoodge yelled back.
"Oh come on you two." Gaz said.
They were causing a scene and Professor Membrane was embarrassed at Dib. He sighed. "We'll take a check."
Gaz looked at Professor Membrane. "Dad, I'm sorry about Dib. I'll make it up to you."
"It's alright daughter."
"Are you mad at me?"
"No."
"I'll make it up to you. We'll go to Bloaty's tomorrow."
"Thank you daughter."
