My thanks to hex (It's a format I wanted to explore. I think it's fun!) and MajorCartooniac (Well, you know how friends are. As for the reviews, that's not the total yet, but I figured maybe I could do something once it gets there. Perhaps an extra update? I dunno. Tee hee, you're sweet)!
And time for some self-consciousness. I really tried to get her out of this, but oh, well. She chose to. Let's hope that makes her believable. . . .

She looked right at Nightwing, all intent but seriousness dropping. "You won't want this to be overheard or recorded. It's more than confidential." This information was life—Wally's if she gave it, and the end of hers if it fell into the wrong hands.
The two heroes exchanged a glance, and Ari threw in one last request. "If the mental link is still up, please turn it off. You can tell your friends everything I'm going to say, but please, let me tell you in private."
Nightwing nodded, and he led the way to a small, bare alcove of a room with a really fancy lock. Ari powered down her phone. Of all the devices in this building, hers was probably the least secure. More importantly, it was the only one she could be certain about.
"Whenever you're ready," Nightwing said quietly.
Okay. "All the news is talking about right now is aliens. No one knows what to think. And I forgot until a few minutes ago, but there's a satellite connection to Mars going up soon. I didn't think much of it." Ari's eyes darted up to meet Artemis's, then fled to the floor. "Except . . . you're here."
