(Sorry for the short AN)
Hotch had ordered the team to take a couple of hours off to rest at a nearby hotel. He was pacing the lobby as he was still trying to find a way to get Reid out of this mess. He knew Reid wouldn't go to prison, but an asylum for the criminally insane. Hotch decided to ignore the fact that Reid admitted to murdering Birsha. Hotch knew he could get that admittance expunged due to the fact that Reid was under heavy medications. The serious problem he had at the moment was that Reid had killed two cops, Prentiss shot at them, and Rossi actually wounded one.
Sure those cops disobeyed orders and tried to fight with him, but they didn't deserve to die. They were not with Birsha. Then again, Reid didn't see it that way. Reid saw that they were a threat. In a way, they were. They shot at Reid first. An FBI agent nearly handed Reid a weapon. Hotch knew he better make sure that Prentiss fills out that report. It could definitely take some of the heat off of Reid. Then he'd need the psych evaluation to get the heat off of Prentiss by proving that Reid was delusional. Rossi was in the right. He only shot to disarm, and if he hadn't their suspect and agent could have been dead. He would still have Rossi do a full report on what he witnessed just in case.
Hotch sighed as he heard someone come up behind him.
"Hey Hotch," He heard Morgan's voice.
"You should be sleeping Morgan," Hotch chided gently. Morgan looked around before sitting down on one of the lobby chairs. Hotch took a moment and studied Morgan carefully. He knew Morgan wouldn't be able to sleep with Reid being where he is. Hotch knew Morgan was trying to stay positive that Reid wouldn't have worsened. Hotch hated seeing Morgan lose hope. Hotch sat down across from Morgan. Morgan finally looked at him.
"Sometimes I wonder if I did enough," Morgan admitted shaking his head slightly.
"For Reid?" Hotch questioned to be on the safe side. Morgan nodded slowly.
"Should I have been more involved, should I have tried to figure out what goes on in his head," Morgan shook his head. "I promised myself that I'd do everything I can to keep him safe."
"Morgan, it's not your job to protect Reid—"
"I know, but it was an unspoken job I gave myself. I noticed that when Reid first joined the team he was pretty edgy. He watched for everything and he tried to keep us out of his personal life those first few years. I mean, I thought he was just introverted, but I understand now," Morgan admitted reluctantly. "I just wished he would have said something before we went on this downwards spiral to hell."
Hotch listened closely and understood where Morgan was coming from.
"Morgan, don't forget, he wasn't the first agent who found himself in trouble due to lack of trust," Hotch said gently. He didn't want to bring up that part of Morgan's life, but maybe Morgan needed a reminder of maybe how Reid was feeling when this was all taking place. Maybe Morgan can get through to him.
Morgan nodded tensely.
"True, but you would think he learned from my mistakes," Morgan said running a hand over his face.
"Reid…" Hotch thought for a moment. "Reid understood that everyone had their secrets that were meant for only themselves. Reid learns from books and experience. You had your experience, this is his. The only thing we can hope for is that maybe he will take me up on the offer. Reid needs a lawyer," Hotch sighed. Why did Reid have to be so stubborn?
"If he's declared delusional, does he have the right to make that decision?" Morgan asked.
"No promises, but it's possible that I can override his decision," Hotch nodded. "Now you really should get some sleep," Hotch pointed. Morgan shook his head in disagreement.
"No disrespect Hotch, but I had enough sleep during the night when I was brought to the hospital," Morgan shrugged. Hotch nodded.
"Reid should be waking up anytime soon, hopefully," Hotch said looking at his watch.
"Do you think he'll be doing better?" Morgan asked hope growing in his stomach.
"We won't know until we see him again," Hotch admitted.
"Well, okay, but one thing I forgot to mention—" Morgan trailed off as Hotch gave him a look. "Garcia is on her way, and has been for the past couple of hours," Morgan stated standing up. "I'll be back," Morgan smiled before leaving Hotch to mull over the last minute news.
Reid wasn't sure what day it was…or the time… He barely knew where he was until the faint sounds of beeping rang into his ears. He was still at a hospital, and he felt heavy and slow. Opening and closing his fist caused a significant amount of pain as well as staring into the light. He was going to have to learn to stop doing that. It wasn't healthy.
He heard a slight cough and Reid slowly turned his head into the direction of the sound. His vision was blurry and he secretly wondered if he was going blind.
"Hello Spencer," Came a rather calm voice. Reid was sure he recognized the voice, but the slight fog just pushed away the thoughts.
"Hi," Reid said to the blurry object.
"I see you're calm," The voice noted and Reid nodded before wincing.
"What are you?" Reid asked knowing how illogical that question was. It was obviously a person, but at the moment, he hoped the owner of the voice understood exactly what he meant.
"I am Dr. Kenneth Bradley and I just want to ask you some questions," the man said tentatively.
"Only if you answer mine," Reid bargained.
"Okay, you first," Dr. Bradley stated knowing it was better to start off with the patient's questions.
"My vision sucks. Tell me why," Reid demanded. Dr. Bradley nodded slowly.
"I took out your contacts. There's an optometry building nearby and I asked them to see if they can get your some glasses as soon as possible. I didn't want to take a chance if your contacts were disposable or not," The doctor informed. Reid nodded once in satisfaction. He knew he'd be annoyed that the doctor threw away a good set of contact, but he noticed that he couldn't even get too upset.
"You're turn," Reid muttered not liking the silence.
"How do you feel?" Dr. Bradley asked slowly and Reid's eyes widened slightly at the question. Dr. Bradley almost sounded like a psychiatrist.
"I feel drugged," Reid admitted. "What did you do to me?" Reid asked as his head lolled over to look at the other wall.
"I put you on Thioridazine," Dr. Bradley said as naturally as possible. Reid frowned slightly and looked back at the blurry blob.
"That's an antipsychotic medication," Reid said feeling the agitation in him rise.
"But you've calmed down. It seemed to help with your delusional capabilities," Dr. Bradley noted as Reid heard him scribble something on paper.
"I'm not crazy," Reid said shutting his eyes. He wasn't crazy. It was impossible. He was too old to be crazy. Why did this man think he was crazy? The man drugged him. The man wanted to prove that he was crazy.
"Is that you're question or are you just disagreeing with my prognosis," The doctor stated. Reid gritted his teeth.
"Dr. Bradley, what are your credentials?" Reid questioned in a clipped tone.
"Uh, well, I did my BA in psychology at Stanford, I got my medical degree at Princeton, and then I went straight for my Doctorate's degree at Rice University," Dr. Bradley said in a calm voice.
"You only studied psychology?" Reid questioned even though he knew it was the doc's turn.
"Yes," The man said calmly. Reid scoffed and shook his head.
"Unbelievable. You don't exactly have much credit to be calling me crazy. You haven't run any test and you definitely hadn't seen my recent behavior. You can call me crazy when you learn more about me. If anything I just have a massive headache from being hit in the head one too many times. One does not need a PhD in psychology to know that, but it doesn't matter. You want me to be crazy. You want to treat me. You want to cure me," Reid ranted. "But I'm not crazy and I know more about your field than you do. I knew more about it since I was five. I refuse to be cooperative," Reid finalized looking straight back up at the ceiling. He heard the doctor humph in either annoyance or resignation and he heard the footsteps leave the room. Reid sighed. He couldn't just kill a man and go to jail? Nope, he had to be deemed crazy and end up on antipsychotics that makes him feel like he's high, but not high. He's drugged, but it doesn't feel good at all.
As if he couldn't get a moment of rest he heard the clanking of heels against the floor and he looked towards the door to see a blob of colors that just made his headache worse.
"What is that?" Reid called out to the blob.
"Hey Reid," He heard her voice and Reid froze. Garcia.
"Garcia?" He questioned.
"Yes, boy wonder it's me," She said walking closer. Finally she was close enough to morph into an actual human being. He can't believe how much he actually missed her. Sure he's seen the team, but he hasn't seen Penelope as much.
He took in her sad eyes and forced smile. It didn't fit with the clothes she was wearing and it bothered him slightly. Why was she hurt? Did he do something wrong?
"Garcia—"
"Reid why did you let yourself get this bad? You could've escaped, you could have come back to me and I would have hugged and kissed the pain away," Garcia panicked breathing deeply not bothering to hide her tears. "And I know you're a grown man, and men don't generally think things through like us women do, but I expected you to be a bit different—"
Reid frowned unsure of what she was talking about.
"Then you just hurt that evil screwed-up man and now you're supposed to be going to prison because you also shot at some cops and people think you're insane, but you're my angel cakes, you're not some evil genius, well, you are, but no one was supposed to know that!"
"Garcia," Reid said hoping to stop her confusing rant.
"Then Derek's dead and I'm kept out of the loop and then you go missing, but then Morgan's found and you just get tortured I mean I read the doctor's report—"
"Penelope!" Reid said a bit louder causing her to stop talking and look at him.
"Baby I just want things to go back to the way they were! I want my family back," She sobbed. "I want you back."
Reid stared at her trying not to say anything that would only make things worse for the woman.
"Garcia, I want you to understand that I did what made me happy. I'm sorry that Hotch and them didn't tell you. I'm sorry that I didn't tell you," Reid mumbled as he thought back to Morgan.
"They told me you went back for him," She whispered.
"I went back to make sure I knew who was my next victim," Reid said softly.
"I can't believe they kept it from me. You? You didn't even have a phone, so I couldn't expect much from you. That's why I came straight here. I don't exactly want to see them at the moment," Garcia explained. Reid nodded.
"I don't trust them either. I think that Birsha hired them to kill me," Reid admitted shyly. Garcia frowned. Did she hear Reid correctly? Did he just say that the team was trying to kill him? "They think I'm crazy, the doctor has me on antipsychotics," Reid continued.
"They have you on antipsychotics?" Garcia gasped. She didn't see that on the file when she had left for the airport.
Reid nodded slowly.
"Sweet cheeks, I don't think the team is out to kill you. I think they only want you to get better," She said as she took in the covered head wounds. "Do you know who did that to you?" Garcia asked referencing to his head. Reid shook his head.
"It wasn't Birsha. He had someone kidnap me. It wasn't one of Don's girls either," Reid shrugged. "You don't think they're with Birsha?" Reid frowned. Could he trust her?
Garcia shook her head with a frown.
"They're jerks, yes, but will they try to kill you? No," Garcia finalized as she wondered if Reid remembered the face of the person who had hurt him. She wanted to find the person who decided to lay their hands on her baby. After all the same person could have also touched her chocolate thunder.
"It doesn't matter. I guess I get to be in the crazy house with other sadistic psychopaths," Reid shrugged as he accepted his possible fate. Garcia gently took his hand and frowned.
"No Reid, don't think like that. You're going to be fine and you're going to come to work in a month and everything will go back to normal," She said in high hopes. Reid shook his head.
"Things won't be the same. I've changed. I think this—hunt—has made me more… Understanding of our unsubs… Of who I am? I don't know," Reid shrugged. He wondered why he was carrying this conversation with Garcia. He half expected to end up talking to Morgan or maybe even Prentiss, but… Well? Here he was with Garcia.
Garcia nodded slowly trying to understand what Reid was getting at. She had to convince him to fight the strong evidence against him. She didn't exactly want to be by herself with the team. They kept Morgan's supposed "death" away from her. How could they think she wouldn't find out?
"Garcia, I know they kept it away from you, and their excuse was that it was so you can be focused on me. I'm sorry. I should've hid a bit better. I should've just quit earlier and waited until you guys got over my absence on the team before I jumped into this. Morgan was hurt pretty badly when Birsha was through with him. I think—I think he'll need you more than you think. So, just try to stay calm when you think about what the team did," Reid offered. It was the only advice he could give. He didn't trust the team's intentions, but they wouldn't harm Garcia.
"My cute little criminal, you're always looking out for my Chocolate Goddess," She smiled. Reid half-smiled back.
"Someone has too, he thinks he's invincible. So when he starts falling, I want someone to be there to help him feel invincible again," Reid shrugged. "I don't think Birsha ever convinced Morgan to kill me."
Garcia smiled sadly. Reid was really delusional, but he was calmer—he also looked drugged out of his mind, but he did admit that they gave him antipsychotics.
"You're not a bad man after all," Garcia smiled as she heard footsteps come in behind her. She turned around and frowned at the sight that greeted her.
There, with a gun pointed at her, was a man who looked around Reid's age.
"Reid?" Garcia said grabbing Reid's attention.
"Hmm?" Reid questioned as he looked towards another blurred figured at the now closed door.
"Garcia, I don't have any contacts in, so I can't really see anything, who's there?" Reid questioned trying to sit up. Goodness, it was like staring into a fog and trying to solve a puzzle.
"This is it, Dr. Reid," Reid immediately recognized that voice. He wouldn't forget it in a million years.
"What are you doing?" Reid questioned as he finally managed to sit up, but siting up only made him feel heavier.
Garcia took a step closer to Reid and tried to discreetly pull out her phone.
"Go ahead, call them by the time they get here, I'll be done killing him and torturing you," The man growled angrily. Reid heard Garcia gasp and Reid simply smiled as he leaned back into his seat.
"You should have waited until these antipsychotics wore off. I'm too calm for this situation," Reid said softly.
"Do you want me to shoot you?!" The man shouted.
"Please! Just leave us alone. He's going to prison! What more do you guys want! You already took him away from us!" Garcia said nervously as she continued to dial Morgan's number as discreetly as she could.
"No one is leaving here alive. I mean, you saw my face. I have to kill you too," The man said taking a step closer. Reid tried to focus on the man's face. He was handcuffed to the bed. It's not like he could do much for anyone.
He watched as the man came closer and Reid was able to distinguish certain features of the man. Garcia prayed that Morgan would pick up as the man calmly took off the safety.
"I'm just retuning the favor, Dr. Reid," The man smirked.
Morgan smiled as he saw that he was getting a call from Garcia. By this time he was eating a small lunch with the team.
"Guys it's Garcia," Morgan announced as he put the phone to his ear.
The team watched as Morgan's smile slowly disappeared as his face seemed to lose some color. He listened carefully and looked directly at Hotch.
"Hotch, we need to get to Reid and Garcia fast!" Morgan said standing up kepping the phone to his ear as he left the dining area and headed to the black SUV. The team was following confusedly behind him and once they all piled into the SUV, Morgan put the phone on speaker.
"You did good, Dr. Reid, but I have to make sure that the truth never gets out. You're the only one left who would know," They heard a voice say darkly. They shared glances as Garcia said 'please put the gun down.'
"Hotch step on it!" Morgan shouted despite the fact that Hotch was going as fast as he could. Morgan felt like he should have just ran to the hospital. He felt like it would have been faster. His heart was racing. He couldn't lose the two people he cared most about. He couldn't lose both of his best friends.
They listened and jumped as a shot rang. They heard Garcia shriek in fear.
"Oh my god!" Prentiss gasped wishing that Hotch would just ram everyone who was in their way. Reid was already hurt. She wanted him to get better. She didn't care if she had to take him herself. She had hope for Reid despite the situation. It was all falling apart. She thought it was over!
Morgan could hear Garcia sobbing, but he couldn't hear a damn thing from Reid. Was Reid dead?
"Hotch are we almost there?!" JJ shouted.
"Yes! Two more minutes!" Hotch shouted as they heard another shot fired. This time Garcia didn't scream. Morgan felt his blood run cold. Was Garcia dead? The coolness was replaced with adrenaline as the SUV stopped and Morgan practically ran into the hospital. The staff was trying to keep all patients safe while the security guards started running towards the sounds of the gunshots. Morgan ran past them. He knew exactly where to go, and damn-it, he didn't care who's in charge. For this moment, Morgan considered himself the ruler of them all. He was almost there and he would kill that son of a bitch with his bare hands!
No more child's play. No more of these idiots that Reid had met. They went too far when they involved Garcia.
Morgan ran into the room and almost gasped as he saw the color drained from Garcia's normally rosy cheeks and Reid was dead still.
He heard the man chuckle and Morgan turned around to face him.
Without a second thought, Morgan allowed himself to lose control. Punching the man relentlessly, causing him to drop the gun and fall to the ground. The team came in a minute later, Gideon and Prentiss automatically ran to Reid and Garcia. Morgan continued the assault. The man was just a bloody mess under his body.
He felt hands grab him. Trying to pull him away, but Morgan refused. He wanted this man dead.
Finally Hotch got a good shove and nearly pushed Morgan back into the wall.
"Stay," Hotch demanded although he had to admit he sounded like an annoyed dog owner. He would have to apologize for that later. Hotch checked for a pulse as JJ kicked the gun, Rossi pulled out his hand cuffs, handing them to Hotch.
The man was alive. He was unconscious, but alive. Hotch slipped the handcuffs onto the man. He was bloody beyond recognition. They'll figure out who the man is after the man gets cleaned up. The security guards as well as a couple of cops came running in. They finally had the place secure, but noted that the problem had been taken care of.
"This man just attacked a federal agent," Hotch stated as a medic came to take care of the unconscious man. Hotch noticed that the man looked oddly familiar. Maybe when they clean up his face they'd recognize him. The cops started working on the man and Hotch turned his attention to the rest of the team.
Morgan did the same.
Morgan stood up shakily, as the adrenaline was pumping through his veins. He walked towards Garcia and Reid. Garcia still looked stark-white, but much to his own surprise. She didn't seem hurt in any way. She seemed to be in shock. Reid on the other hand, was very still. He looked dead. There was no blood anywhere.
Finally Reid shook his head and his eyes focused.
"I missed it," Reid pouted confusing the rest of the team. Gideon had gotten Garcia to sit down and Prentiss started rubbing her hand gently on Reid's only good shoulder.
"What did you miss?" JJ asked gently.
"The final showdown! I missed how you guys got him! They have me on this stupid antipsychotic medication and I zoned out the one moment things started getting hot! If I wasn't handcuffed I'd rip out this IV," Reid ranted as he wanted to cross his arms, but was only reminded that he was still chained to the bed.
The team frowned at hearing that they have him on antipsychotics. There wasn't even an official diagnosis yet. Where was Dr. Mitchel? She didn't think Reid was crazy.
Morgan turned as he heard Garcia's voice float up to them.
"Reid he wanted to kill us," Garcia whispered.
"I know," Reid said but he bit his tongue. Things were either going to get worse or better. He didn't want to manipulate the situation whatsoever.
The team turned as the cops walked back in. One walked over to Hotch. The other towards Reid. Reid looked away from the blurry face. He knew that Birsha may have more dirty cops. He was afraid that the cop would shoot him right then and there. What surprised him, was when the cop sneered, but undid his cuffs.
"What's going on?" Garcia asked standing up, although she still felt a little light headed. She didn't like all this violence and cops and guns, and crazy people. She needed to be back in her technical happy dome.
"He has an alibi," The cop sneered. "Apparently that man, who's been identified as Dylan Thain, claimed that he murdered Remo Prigioneiro, and forced Dr. Reid to hold him hostage until he got away. He came back to kill Dr. Reid in hopes to keep it a secret. The man also admitted to kidnapping you Dr. Reid, back in Arizona. It's out of the blue and a lot of evidence points to you," the cop said suspiciously.
Reid gently rubbed his wrists.
"Of course it does, I still touched his weapons," Reid admitted shyly.
"Reid? Why didn't you say anything?" JJ asked in shock. What the hell just happened?
"He said he would hurt Henry," Reid said allowing tears to come to his eyes. "I couldn't let him hurt Henry. I didn't care if I ended up in prison for something I didn't exactly do. I mean, I still feel like everyone's a threat. So, the only good I'd get was that maybe I'd get some help," Reid said his eyes widening slightly. He looked so innocent, so young. He looked like he was confused.
"That's why when we were on the phone, you heard screaming in the background. I was hoping you'd get here before he made a run for it, but..." Reid shook his head. "I was just surprised at the way he turned out. I tried my best to keep him on the right path," Reid pouted pathetically. The cop nodded slowly. The man was sympathizing with Reid.
"I'll make sure you get to tell your side of the story. He confessed, so I think you won't have to worry about the murder of Mr. Prigioneiro too much," The cop said giving Reid a soft pat on the shoulder. Reid nodded slowly and the cop left.
The team shared confused glances. Reid had said he killed Birsha. Now someone else claimed it too.
"Reid, is that true?" Gideon asked walking over to Reid.
"I'm sorry, please don't be mad at me," Reid said wrapping his arms around himself.
Prentiss felt her heart go out for Reid. No matter what, Reid was protecting someone. Here Reid was trying to protect Dylan Thain from getting in trouble once again. Both men had admitted that Reid often took the fall for Dylan's mistakes. How could she not remember that?
Hotch walked back in and looked at Reid with a frown.
"Reid, I will need you to elaborate about Dylan Thain on paper. All of us are writing what we remember from when Dylan was in the hospital in Ohio. Reid, don't lie to us, is it true. Did Dylan Thain put you up to this?" Hotch asked in a sharp tone. This is what he needed to protect Reid. It was out of the blue and it worked in their favor. It was almost too good to be true. Reid nodded slowly.
"Yes Hotch," Reid said shamefully. "It's true, I should've said something," Reid admitted. Hotch nodded and looked at the rest of the team.
"Let's head to the police station. Garcia, are you okay with staying with Reid?" Hotch asked in a gentler tone. Garcia nodded slowly and grabbed Reid's hands.
"Okay, let's go. This changes everything," Hotch stated and they quickly walked out.
There was a moment of silence and Reid casually ran his eyes across the room briefly taking in the camera.
"Does that camera have sound?" Reid questioned. Garcia looked at it and could tell that the camera was a little outdated.
"No my sweet misunderstood genius, it doesn't. In fact, it shouldn't have good quality either," Garcia said quietly. She was ecstatic! Reid wasn't going to jail!
"Okay, well… I know you're still mad at the team," Reid said softly and Garcia looked at him questioningly.
"Yeah, I am sugar plum," Garcia said softly.
"Well, I don't want you to not be able to trust me either, but I did kill Birsha. Dylan is just returning the favor. I always took the fall for him. This time, he took it for me," Reid smiled fondly. "Some people you can trust. Some people have your back. I knew he wasn't going to shoot us," Reid said looking at the broken medical equipment. Garcia looked at Reid in shock.
"No!" Garcia gasped.
"It's up to you if you want to tell the team, but I wasn't planning on it," Reid shrugged as he forced himself to sit up again.
"Wait, let me get this straight. Dylan Thain, lied and said that he killed Birsha. Then you fed that lie by saying that Dylan threatened to hurt Henry if you didn't hold the team back and stay quiet?" Garcia asked.
Reid nodded.
"Yup, and now I'm almost innocent. I mean I still killed two cops and I threatened Dr. Brent, but I have a feeling that Dr. Brent won't press charges and the cops' thing involved two other FBI agents," Reid admitted.
"So… Are you really crazy?" Garcia asked.
Reid frowned. He was never crazy.
"Okay, Garcia. I'm not crazy. Those cops were with Birsha. I still have that feeling that the team is in with Birsha. I did feel that everyone was working with Birsha—" Reid froze as he took in his own words. Maybe he was going insane.
"Oh my gosh Garcia, I'm insane! I'm delusional! I—I can't end up in a sanitarium! Garcia!" Reid felt himself panic. This had to be on file. He had to escape before they tried to lock him up with his mother.
"Spencer," Garcia said hoping to calm him down, but she was shocked in herself. Reid's mental health was not too good, but he just manipulated his own murder onto a willing participant. He had shared that information with her of all team members. He knew she had the biggest mouth, but why did he still tell her. She knew it was because he knew that she would never tell. He knew she didn't want him in jail. He was too smart, he had all the right connections. He made all the right friends. She frowned.
What was his main goal? He was still looking at her waiting for her to continue speaking.
"I'll take care of you. If you promise not to try and kill any of us, then we can see about getting you to stay at home. I don't know. Let's just see what happens when your head heals," Garcia smiled sweetly.
Reid nodded suspiciously. She wanted him to stay at home with them. What if that's when they make their move. It's like a deal. If he promises not to hurt them, then he won't end up in a sanitarium. He sighed. Was he being delusional? Paranoid even? He needed to clear his head, but every thought he was thinking never seemed to focus too long on a subject. Now, his mind was rambling just as much as he generally spoke. For now, all he'd have to do was lay low for the next few months. Deal with his injuries and get back to business. He was pretty sure that he still had a court date anyways.
"Reid?" Garcia said getting his attention. "Just so you know, this confession, is between you and me. Just promise me you won't go back to murdering anyone, please," She begged. She couldn't help herself. She wanted her family back, and Dylan Thain obviously gave Reid a second chance.
"I won't kill anyone... Unless they try to hurt you or the team. I mean, unless you guys are secretly plotting my death-You know? How about we just stop talking about death," Reid offered. He felt crazier each time he thought about it.
"Yeah," Garcia agreed. "How about we talk about getting you up to date with Twitter. I'm sure Rossi gave up that speech," She smirked.
Reid smiled back, but his thoughts were on his former team. Would they try to get him to work with them again? Could he really trust them? Was Birsha really trying to use them? He felt that those cops were a part of Birsha's plans. Was he being delusional? Was his suspicions necessary? Were his suspicions true or false?
Reid didn't know, but he decided to worry about it later… After all, he technically had a second chance, and he knew exactly what he was going to do with it.
I hope you all remember Thain from Ch 13 (or 12)
I know I did, so I put him to good use!
Sniper I hope I answered a good amount of your questions here!
And I do plan on tying up any loose ends! Whoot whoot!
Okay, I only have until July 1st to finish this... So... Yea... Horrible!
I don't know if anyone would prefer a bit of a time lapse in the next chapter like a couple weeks later or just like a day later... Idk, but if someone tells me, then I may get this done faster! (I hate time crunches... Sorry.. )
But thanks for Reading and Reviewing and Following and Favoriting!
I hope I finish strongly!
Have a nice day/ night!
I have writers block soooo... I failed to meet that whole deadline. I apologize greatly and I'll be out for approximately 7 weeks! (Basically until august..)
I'm sorry once again! Especially for the super long wait...
