Hey everyone,
Like I said at the end of my last chapter, I have plans for England. And surprisingly, while planning this chapter, I suddenly desired to go back there. However, I am not entirely sure if this will be just a quick trip back or if it will be an entire chapter in and of itself. I do think it will be the latter, but that will depend on how I get to adapt what I have planned for the sake of this chapter.
Let's find out,

Chapter 51
Lady Destiny Speaks

31st of January 1996
Quarters, Hogwarts
James' POV

The girls, Lily and Axel are all hard at work with their little routine, which they hope to present to Sirius, Sora and Riku alongside Jessica the next time we get a chance to visit the Haven. Lea and I are watching and both of us are smiling broadly at the display when suddenly the portrait hole opens and Ron and Hermione step through, the girl shocked to see her older year mates.
"McGonagall gave them permission, but only until they are brought back to the Haven and only if they also study under Lils and I. We were happy to comply and the girls are really working hard to get this routine memorized to a t." At this Lea sends me a raised eyebrow look, but I only roll my eyes at him in return, loving the fact that, while I may not be with my family, I do get to spend time with someone who is close – in one case, very close – to my family.

"Greetings, my lovelies." An ethereal voice suddenly interrupts us all and we look up shocked to hear it. "Milady, what brings your presence here?""I have been speaking with my sister, who you call under many names such as Amore, Venus and Aphrodite, and have discussed many things, both of what has happened and what will likely happen. I feel the need to share this with you."
At this, for some reason, do I walk over and sit down on one of the chairs that is set in the room, the girls, sweating slightly from their exercise, and the others following my example and Lady Destiny continues: "Allow me to give a few explanations before I tell you everything. Yes, I am Lady Destiny, one of the Powers that Be. But, like you have your Headmaster and Mother, I have someone above me as well and so do they."
This really intrigues me. "Every power has one that tops it, it is a form of balance. And just like yourselves, we Powers can also pass on. I have seen this happen with one other Power many millennia ago, though I never saw the realm that they passed on into. I do, however, believe that it will be one day my time to do so as well and then I will pass on the torch of my title.

No, not to my precious Jessie, don't you worry. Mortals are not capable of becoming immortal in the sense that they can take over where a Power left off." This makes the lot of us sigh in relief. "There is also one other thing you all need to understand. Every century has one Significant person. Dumbledore was this for both the last century and part of this one, but this stopped when he defeated Grindelwald."
"And the role passed onto Jessie when she was born as Harry, which is why you're currently so focused on her, right?" Hermione asks and Lady Destiny answers: "Precisely, my sweet. However, unlike Dumbledore, I don't just focus on Jessica. I also put my focus on Sora and Riku, thus taking them and bringing them back. I also focus on James, thus my little messenger at the start of all this and on Lea, thus his role as the messenger boy for the Haven."

We all nod in understanding at this, me smiling at the fact that, just because Jessica is this century's Significant Person, Lady Destiny doesn't believe everything in regards to a prosperous future depends on her. "There is one other thing. You all recently learned that there are more worlds with life on them than you previously knew. I won't, however, call them different universes.
Why not? Because you mortals do sometimes create things that we Powers take over. One such thing is what you mortals call the Butterfly Effect, though in this case we only took the name. It already existed long before that name can into existence, we just never truly named it until you mortals came with the idea. Yes, the Butterfly effect is very much a thing."
"Uhm, what's the Butterfly effect?" Ron asks and Lily answers: "It's called this because of the saying that's attached to it. It has been said that something as small as the flutter of a butterfly's wings can ultimately cause a typhoon halfway around the world. It basically means that the smallest choice can have the largest of consequences." She looks up and asks: "And this even counts for universes?"
"Yes, Lily dear. Every choice, mostly every choice made by Significant People, can create a different kind of universe. There are universes where Harry is the son of Lily and James and meant for Lea and universes where he is the former, but not the latter. There are universes where he is born Jessica and meant for Lea and universes of, again, the former, but not the latter.
There are even universes where, brace yourselves, the Weasleys are in Slytherin and where Grindelwald is Minister for Magic." At this most of us shudder and Lea mutters: "I like the first and the third Universe best, the others not so much." Which breaks the tension created by the last two examples and makes us laugh as I hear the teen mutter: "I'm going to keep those two memorized." Making me shake my head at him.

"Now that you are aware of all this, I can begin my story. As I said, Jessie is a Significant Person. I had Sybill create that Prophesy, because Albus was the last and I believed he could benefit from knowing who would be next. Yes, I actually visited him once in a dream, a few weeks before his great fight against Grindelwald and told him this; it is what inspired him to take the fight. Though I am not sure if he remembers this dream."
At this I think: "I might as well go ask him after dinner.""However, Albus took the prophesy completely wrong. He focused more on it and what he knew and learned about Voldemort than really his knowledge or his bond with Jessica, even when she was still Harry. Thus, I felt compelled to change that, to save the Significant before things could go out of hand.
Amore told me that now was the best time and while I could have done this half a year ago, when the Keyblade War ended – ask Lea – did Amore tell me that now would be more beneficial. And one event that happened this very month proved it. Can any of you tell me what this event could be?" At this I can't help but ask: "Sora's birthday?" But Lady Destiny says: "No, it happened on Earth."
This befuddles me and I think: "I got nothing. Nothing other than me resigning really happened at Campbrina this month." And yet then Neville says: "Voldemort broke his Death Eaters out of Azkaban." And my eyes widen as the voice of Lady Destiny speaks and says:

"Exactly Neville. You see, Significant people; there is a crux to them, something that is both a benefit and a hindrance. They are the kind of people that bring out either the best or the worst in others. They can either inspire people to the most amazing of creations, such as Campbrina and Hogwarts, or the greatest of destructions, such as Auswitz and the Atomic Bomb.
Yes, like Jessica and Albus, there were also Significant people in the Muggle world and Adolf Hitler was definitely one of them; one sadly enough more influenced by the being you know as Death, Hades, Pluto, etc. than any of us. And as much as I hate it, that too is important to maintain the balance of both the universe and the multiverse. There were, at that time, too many universes where he wasn't like that, so Death motivated him and he became what you know of him."
At this I shudder alongside Hermione, Katie and Lily, the others looking at us with mixtures of confusion and concern. "Back to Jessica. She has two significant people who she inspires to do greater than he'd normally be able to, namely Sirius and Riku, but she also has two people who she inspires to be the worst they can be. One of them is very much Voldemort; the other – I'm truly sorry, Neville – is Bellatrix Lestrange.""Wait, how is that possible? Those two haven't even met yet?" Hermione suddenly intervenes.
"They don't need to." Neville mutters and instantly Hermione gasps, while Lily and I are this time the one sharing looks of confused concern. "Exactly again, Neville dear. Bellatrix attacked a family that was known to be close to the Potters, close to Harry, when Harry conquered Voldemort. And upon their next meetings, Bellatrix will continue to do so – as Lily is already aware." And at this my sister whitens before nodding to confirm this.

Instantly I am upon her, both concerned for how white she now is and fearing what she might know and already sure she hasn't shared it yet because it hurts her just that much. "And that is exactly what was on my mind when I told Angelina, upon her first visit to the Haven, that she'd be allowed to stay for the chapter she read – as long as no others would visit for the next five.
I was under the presumption that they would read all of the books first and then move onto the movies. So when they went from the first book to the first movie, did I decide to just throw that decision out of the window. And then, earlier today, Amore told me that I had made a mistake, one even she had forgotten about. And that mistake concerns Lea."
This intrigues the redhead, but my eyes also widen and I mutter: "Of course. They are born worlds apart and Jessica is coming into her heritage early. Combine that with the fact that, even now, they are dimensions apart and – she's already at that stage?" I ask this directly to the deity, even if I can't see her as her voice just seems to come from every corner of the room.
"Not yet, she will reach it tomorrow. And Amore told me that, in every universe where Harry/Jessica and Lea are meant for each other, the same thing happens, regardless of Harry or Jessica reaching their heritage at the right age, too early or too late. She even showed me a universe where Harry – Harry – and Lea are meant for each other – and start dating when Harry is only at the tender age of eleven."

Ps. Yeah, I went there. Sorry, not sorry.

Instantly we all turn to the lad in shock, but he instantly retorts: "That is not me. It might be another version of me, but it is not who I am. I am me and he is him. We – Ugh, this is just as much of a brain-ache as that reunion back at the Master's Tower before our fight against Xehanort." At which, even though I worry about that fight, I can't help but snort.
"Quite right, Lea. Remember, there are Universes that might, bar one or two minor differences, as well be twins of each other, but there are also Universes that are almost complete opposites of each other or that only have an acceptable amount of differences. One such universe, for example, is one where Earth is actually a world in Lea's universe, though they are still born on Earth and Radiant Garden respectively.
Now, I will leave the reason as to why this separation is so important to Jessica/Harry to James to explain to you all, but because of it – and because I managed to convince Sora, Riku, Jessica and Sirius to watch the finale of the first movie tomorrow – did I decide on a little treat, however, I want to keep a bit of the restriction I told Angelina earlier. Therefore, only four groups of my choice will be taken alongside Lea tomorrow.
And Ron, Hermione, dearies, I'm sorry, but you two have had Harry for over four and a half years and were so close to him he started having less and less privacy, so I will exclude you, but only for now. I might change my mind at another visit, but for now I would like you two to just continue where Harry left off, especially when it comes to DA." This confuses me, but seems to make sense to all of the teens and the two just mentioned nod in acceptance.

"Now, I have three groups in mind that will definitely be taken to the Haven tomorrow, but I am still debating between two last as I think they both have equal merit in joining the finale, but there are also downsides to them both. The groups that will definitely go are the following. The first group is James, Lily and Remus." This makes me and my sister smile and Ron says: "Makes sense." At which the others nod.
"The second is the twins, Chasers and Lee." At this Hermione seems to frown, but Ron whispers: "They really only hang out with Harry during Quidditch. And seeing both last year and Umbridge." And while he leaves this sentence hanging, does it seem to convince Hermione, who nods in understanding and acceptance. "The third group is Isa, Axel, Roxas and Xion." This confuses and befuddles me and Lea says: "Friends of Sora and me." Which makes me smile in excitement.
"Though the last two, the two groups that I am hesitating between, are Donald, Goofy and Mickey on one side and Terra, Aqua and Ventus on the other. Lea, I will leave it to you to explain why. Just – don't spoil the finale too much, will you dear?" At this the lad smirks and says: "I'll do my best, Milady. And let me just say I can understand why you are debating between those two."

"Really, why?" Katie asks, while I suddenly feel as if a very pleasant sense of power has left both my person and the room around me and I realize that it must have been the presence of Lady Destiny. "Okay, allow me to start by explaining this. The history of all that Sora, Riku and I have learned over the last few years is nothing more than the brain-ache that I just talked about.
There are many hardships, forms of manipulations and crazy as heck adventures that the three of us went through and because of that, do I just know that there are going to be a lot of movies that Sora and the group are going to be watching. Now, I am going to count both adventures that Sora himself went on and adventures that he played some form of a part in, alright? Got that memorized?"
We all nod at him and Lea tilts his head backwards while I also notice him counting on his fingers as he mutters: "There's Ven, Aqua and Terra's journey, Sora's first journey, which they are currently watching, Castle Oblivion, Roxas' adventures, Sora's second great journey, the datascape, the dreamscape, the war – and Aqua's journey through the Realm of Darkness."

He then looks down and his eyes resemble ours as they widen at seeing nine fingers extended. "Yeah, that sounds about right." Lea mumbles as a response and instantly Hermione asks: "Wait, how old was Sora when all this started?" And Lea answers: "Well, that's just it. Sora was only four when he met Aqua, but his first journey started when he was fourteen, ten years later, and the war – the Keyblade War, which I will explain later – ended half a year ago.
Though I wouldn't really call it a war, just one huge clash between my friends and I and Xehanort and his men. Oh, before I forget, Xehanort is the original self of the Heartless who is, in the movie Sora and the others are watching, working alongside Maleficent. And he is also the reason I won't show in the movies until the one with the dreamscape."
"Wait, why is that?" Ron asks confused and I sigh as I say: "Look, I'm not going to go into too much details, brain-ache, remember, but basically Xehanort was an old man when Sora was four and he fought against Terra, Aqua and Ventus, causing Ventus to go into a coma, Aqua to end up in the Realm of Darkness and for Terra – well, his body – to become Xehanort's new vessel. This made it so that I, when I was a youth myself, met a younger Xehanort.
And he tricked me into believing that I should revoke my heart, give into the darkness that he was offering me and the others. And so – Axel, my Nobody, was born. And he is the one that Sora will meet in Castle Oblivion, who will work alongside Roxas while Sora is in the Castle and who will, sort of, work against both Sora and Xemnas, Xehanort's Nobody, on his second journey. But my Nobody and Heartless were also destroyed and so, I was reborn. And here I am. Got it all memorized?"

We all look at the teen, gaping and with our eyes wide as he taps his temple while saying his usual catchphrase and then the teen leans back and says: "Like I said, trying to explain our adventures just creates a mayor brain-ache." And I notice Ron and a few others nodding in agreement before Hermione asks: "So why is Lady Destiny so at odds with herself over those two groups?"
Lea sighs and answers: "Okay, please remember that I won't spoil the finale too much, seeing as how most of us will be seeing it tomorrow. Though I will talk about the two events in that finale that, I think, are the reasons behind this. First off, upon their arrival there, do they get confronted by Riku – who takes the Keyblade from Sora, making it so that Sora won't be able to use it anymore."
Instantly I fear for my little boy, yet Lea grimaces and he says: "However, that's not the reason. You see, Sora, Donald and Goofy originally met, because Mickey had told his friends that finding the Key would help them find him. So when Riku left, with the Keyblade, Donald and Goofy followed him, even though losing the Keyblade temporarily broke Sora emotionally."
"THEY ABANDONED HIM!" Lily shrieks and Angelina mutters: "Now I get why Lady Destiny is hesitant to send them. I doubt those two are going to be happy having to relive that." Lea nods, while I personally work my hardest to focus on my surroundings and not let my mind wander and imagine ways to get back at these two for betraying my little boy like that. "I know what you're thinking and they made up. They even saved and protected Sora later on."

Lea then says, looking directly at me and this calms down my building anger, making me sigh relieved and give the teen a thankful nod. "The other event – well, Sora, Riku and Kairi left the islands, because Darkness claimed it. And when that happened, did Kairi see this coming and did she decide to protect herself – by merging her own heart with Sora's." This really astounds me, but then Hermione shrieks and says:
"So that's how! When we watched their return journey to Traverse Town and they first entered Merlin's home, Kairi was there as well. But she wasn't, was she? Sora only saw her, because her heart reacted to something familiar. Wait, we met her on our last trip back to the Haven. How was that possible? Did Sora manage to return her heart to her?" And again I notice Lea grimacing, making me know that I am not going to like this bit either.
"Yeah, he did – by stabbing himself with Riku's temporary Keyblade, freeing both her heart and releasing his own. That is how Roxas was born. Though because Kairi is a Princess Pure of Heart – aka someone who has a heart so filled with Light Darkness cannot affect it – was she able to return Sora from the Heartless he was formed into, though this also meant that, unlike Axel, Roxas never got the chance to have Sora's memories merge with him.

And trust me, Xemnas, Xehanort's Nobody, took ultimate advantage of that, let me tell you." And just the tone of his voice makes me know that my son's Nobody is going to suffer under this other Nobody. But then my own mind catches up with me and I cross my arms as I say: "Lea, I have a message for you, one I want you to deliver to both Axel and Roxas."
The Ginger looks up, intrigued yet also confused and I say: "You told me that Roxas is Sora's Nobody and that Axel is your Nobody. You are, by contract, bethroded to my daughter and Sora is my son. Therefore, tell Roxas and Axel that I count them just as much family as I do you, Sora and Jessica. They have a home here, if they ever need one. They are part of you two, so they are family." And while the others smile and cheer for this, is Lea this time the one to gawk at me.

A little while later
At the Clocktower, Twilight Town
Lea's POV

"Wait, say what now?" Roxas asks shocked as we are having a bar of ice cream a few hours after I received the message from my new – as he told me to call him – mother-by-bond. I shrug at the blonde and say: "Yeah, I was a bit surprised too, but it does make sense. Axel is my Nobody and you are Sora's. I'm bonded and bethroded to Jessica, you'll meet her tomorrow, and Jessica is James daughter and Sora James' son. And if there is one thing that family shares, it's having a heart, a big one."
"Huh, so that's where Sora gets it from. And Master Yen Sid keeps calling it a talent and a gift." Axel laughs and I retort: "Yeah, one inherited from his mother." At this Roxas looks down and he says: "I don't get that. The whole calling him mother thing. I mean –." Yet the lad seems to have trouble expressing himself, making Axel pull him close and say:

"Yes, Roxy, James Potter is a male. But it's not about genders here. James Potter is the one who carried Sora and Jessica full term, the one who gave them life." At this I nod and say: "And I met both Sirius and James. James is definitely the more caring and nurturing on the two, while Sirius is the more strict and protective one.
And while some folks might disagree, I do think that those are their instinctual traits, traits that became such for them when they had Sora. Being protective is, in my eyes, more something a father would do and being caring more something a mother would do."
"I – I guess that makes sense, but – what about you, Lea? I mean, what if Harry stayed Harry. Would the same have happened between you two? And what about Axel and me? Or Sora and Riku?" These questions actually silence me, yet luckily Axel reacts and pulls his boyfriend even closer as he whispers: "Let's just leave that to Lady Destiny and her sister, shall we Roxy?" And to my utter relief, does the blonde nod, sharing a kiss with his boyfriend.

Well, that happened,
And for the record, I grew up with a single mum, who was very much both. I AM NOT voicing my own beliefs here, just general beliefs for the sake of this story. I DO NOT mean to offend any protective mothers or caring fathers. Just letting you all know.
Well, now that all of that is out of the way, some of you might be wondering: why won't you just go back to the Haven and have Jessica watch the next part of the movie. The answer; the next world is ATLANTICA! That world, at least in KH I, is massive and I am going to need an entire chapter, by itself, if I want to both give that world the justice it deserves and cut out the parts that are just plain needless and pointless, which is a task in and of itself.
Also, now that this chapter is up and Lady Destiny has most of her mind made up, is it going to be up to you all. Who of those two choices will be the final group. Will it be Terra, Aqua and Ventus or Mickey, Donald and Goofy? I know some of you voted the other night on Ginny, Luna and Neville, but that is ENTIRELY on me. I should have changed the poll - or better said put up a new poll - when posting this chapter. However, I just did the latter, so please go vote.
So yeah, that's going to be next chapter, which will be followed by two more Haven chapters, one for Halloween Town and one for Neverland. Also, when it comes to Halloween Town and Oogie's Mansion – I am REALLY not sure if I want to go and describe that or just put a disclaimer down telling you guys to look it up on YT or Google. Both versions, before and after the fight in the Green Room, are just a descriptive nightmare.
Wow, how fitting,
