…Mother and Son…
My dearest little child
They'll love you, yes they will
The truth is, I'm unwanted
And for that, I'll be killed.
Don't ever join the alley
It's evil, it's not good
I'd rather join the alley
Than become crow-food.
You're safe, my darling kitten
As long as you're with me
But I've left, and I'm frightened
Of what might come to be.
I've always loved you, Tiny
You can always come back
I can't though, and I'm lonely
Lost on this broken track.
A/N: Requested by AutomnFall. This one's different for my other poems; it's the first one in first person, and not only that, it has a second person in it.
