"Think she's awake?" Ei heard Hunny little voice on the morning they were suppose to go to the amusement park. She could more or less feel the presence of each of her fathers standing near the door. She decided to keep her eyes close and see what they'd do next.
"Ei's a responsible girl. She knows when to get up for something important," said Kyoya.
"It doesn't look like she's getting up though," said Hunny
"Do you think she's toying with us?" Hikaru asked
"Ei, toy with us?" said Tamaki, "Excuse me but some of us have raised our daughter to be more mature than that!"
"Yeah and some of us have taught her to know when it's okay to have fun and play around with her fathers," said Hikaru, "Let's just see if she's up and simply refusing to get up out of spite."
Ei hope Hikaru didn't see her face turn into a smirk as she heard him walk slowly across her bedroom floor and over to her bed.
"Hikaru, don't do anything to hurt her!" said Tamaki.
"Relax Boss, I know what I'm doing," said Hikaru leaning over the sleeping girl, "Ei are you up?" Ei didn't respond and did her best to not move around too much to tip Hikaru off that she was awake.
Hikaru however didn't seem to be fooled.
"Ei, if you don't wake up you're going to be tickled!" he said suddenly attacking her. Ei jumped up screaming and laughing.
"Knew it, you were up!" said Hikaru with a smirk.
"Hikaru, stop! You'll hurt her!" said Tamaki pulling him away.
"She's fine," said Hikaru, "Aren't you Ei?"
"Yeah," said Ei nodding her head.
"Ei, you shouldn't have been fooling around like that. We have a big day and we don't have time for you goofing around now," said Kyoya.
"Sorry," said Ei, "I was about to get up but then I heard you coming and well...,"
"Say no more," said Hikaru, "You had the opportunity and you took it. I'm so proud of you!"
"I'm not!" said Tamaki "Ei I thought we were teaching you better than that."
"You did but a girl's got to have fun once and while," said Ei.
"That's my girl," said Hikaru.
"My girl too and I don't approve!" said Tamaki.
"And I don't approve of keeping Ei from getting dressed," said Kyoya, "Do you agree Mori?"
"Yeah," said Mori as he reached over and managed to start dragging Hikaru and Tamaki out.
"Please hurry Ei so we have time to eat and meet up with all of the guests you invited to the park today," said Kyoya.
"Right," said Ei as she climbed out of bed, "Hey where are Kaoru and Alice?"
"Last time I saw they were on Kaoru's floor," said Hikaru.
"Let's just get going," said Kyoya.
"Yes Kyoya," said Ei.
"...and sunscreen. I think we're going to be all set for the park today," said Alice packing a to-go bag.
"You sure are acting like a mother in all of this," said Kaoru watching her pack.
"Thanks I guess. I have had experience being a director of an orphanage," said Alice, "By they way, about today, are you still going to try and have Ei spend most of the time with us?"
"Oh yes," said Kaoru.
"What did the others say when you said you were going to do such a thing?" asked Alice.
"I didn't say anything to them," said Kaoru.
"You didn't? asked Alice.
"Nope, I'm letting the ladies that are coming with us today help with keeping them busy," said Kaoru with confidence.
"Oh you seem so sure of yourself," said Alice.
"This is a good chance for us and Ei to really feel like one big happy family. I know she's made some progress but there's still a par of her that I'm sure jut sees you as someone trying to replace her real mother and not as a mother in genera. I want it to work for the both of you," said Kaoru.
"I understand, believe me," said Alice, "I'll go my best to help with this too."
"Thanks," said Kaoru.
"Kaoru, Alice?" the two suddenly heard Ei walking into Kaoru's apartment.
"Oh hey," said Kaoru.
"Everyone's ready and waiting for you," said Ei, "Are you ready to go?"
"Oh yeah," said Kaoru, "Right Alice?"
"Right," said Alice grabbing her bag, "Let's go!"
The three road down in the elevator to the building lobby where the five other fathers were waiting for them.
"Took you long enough," said Hikaru.
"What are you talking about?" asked Kaoru, "We've been ready since early dawn. We were just waiting for you to get ready. You guys were just rude and headed down without us to the lobby. Except for Ei, she was nice enough to come and find us. And just for that we'll b going in our own car with her! Come on Ei, Alice!"
"Weren't we all going in our own cars for various reasons?" asked Tamaki.
"Yes, buy it looks like Kaoru made up his mind to take Ei himself and in a way saving us all from arguing about it," said Kyoya calmly, "Well let's get going."
"It's not fair though! I wanted to take Ei!" said Tamaki.
"Let's just get to the garage," said Kyoya.
By the time the hosts, Alice and Ei all arrived at the park, they found the other girls Akira, Mikasa, Gin, Ryoko and Jun, all waiting at the entrance.
"Took you long enough," said Jun, "You boys sure know how to show a girl a good time."
"You seem as charming as ever," said Hikaru, "I thought you're suppose to be acting more lady like."
"That's not until tonight at dinner dumb-ass," said Jun, "I got to get all my "bad girl" attitude out of my system while I can."
"Yeah sure," said Hikaru.
"I made sure to bring some candy from my company to enjoy as well," said Gin holding up a clear bag she had flung around her shoulder like a purse.
"Oh those look yummy," said Hunny, "I'm still looking forward to our date tonight too!"
"As am I!" said Gin, "I even made sure to back a special cake we can enjoy afterwards."
"Oh now I'm even more excited!" said Hunny.
"How many of you guys are going out tonight after the park?" asked Akira.
"We are too don't forget," said Tamaki.
"Yes I remember that," said Akira blushing, "But what about you Ryoko or Misaka?"
"No for some reason," said Mikasa looking over at Mori.
"Uh," said Mori actually turning red.
"Oh-oh I-I'm not going out with anyone," said Ryoko.
"You mean Kyoya still hasn't asked you out?" asked Hikaru.
"M-Mister Ohtori?!" said Ryoko, "Why would Mr. Otori want to hang out with me?!"
"Do you think of me as that shallow?" asked Kyoya.
"Oh, no-no sir!" said Ryoko.
"Yes," said Jun.
"I beg your pardon?" asked Kyoya.
"Now's our chance," Kaoru whispered as he started to push Ei and Alice towards the ticket counter.
"Aren't the others coming?" asked Ei.
"Oh yeah," said Kaoru, "I'm paying for everyone." He made sure to tell that to the girl at the booth as he pulled out his wallet, "When they're ready to come in their tickets will be ready. Now let's go. We got a lot of rides to check out! What are we going to do first?"
"We could try looking a this map to find out," said Alice holding one up, "Oh how about the sawn boats?"
"The sawn boats? That sounds boring," said Kaoru, "Let me see that. Ah now here's something worth doing, the sea serpent!"
"The What?" said both Alice and Ei.
"Is this cool roller coaster that has a head of a sea serpent and it's on the water. Look there it is now," said Kaoru as the trio came to a bridge that over looked the water. There they saw a huge green coaster with the head like Kaoru explained moving along. There were times it looked like it would hit the water and even splash the three as it came close to it.
"Man that looks like fun!" said Kaoru
"No way!" said Alice, "I am not getting on that for love or money!"
"Ei wants to go on it though, don't you Ei?" said Kaoru.
"Uh," said Ei, not sure
"Ei don't you want to do something simple like the sawn boats?" asked Alice.
"Um," Ei tried hard to decide. Both seem to have both their merits and demerits
"Hey where's Ei?" said Tamaki in a panic, "Ei, Ei?! Oh god someone's stolen Ei! You know it can happen at a place like this! There are creeps all around!"
"I think she just went inside with Kaur and Alice," said Akira.
"How do you know that?" asked Tamaki.
"Well they're not here either and I thought I saw Kaoru standing next to the ticket booth a while ago," said Akira.
"Why would they go in on their own like that?" asked Tamaki.
"Probably because they thought Ei had better things to do then standing out here where's a lot there's nothing to do but listen to adults talk," said Akira.
"You're probably right. Let's go in and find them," said Kyoya . He walkd over to the ticket both himself and spoke to the girl at the counter, "Come on everyone, Kaoru's already paid for our entrances."
"Oh that was nice of him," said Hunny as they all walked in.
"Where is he?" asked Hikaru.
"Ei is something else you'd rather do?" Alice asked, "You don't have to pick one of the rides Kaoru and I want."
"How about the bumper boats? They don't seem as boring as the sawn boats, no offences or anything," said Ei.
"None taken," said Alice smiling.
"And they're not as scary as the roller coaster," said Ei.
"Do you really want to do the bumper boats Ei?" asked Kaoru.
"Yeah," said Ei, "Is that okay?"
"Well," said Kaoru. He looked past her and realized the others had finally made it into the park, "Yeah that sounds like a good idea. Let's do that! Come on let's go!"
"Do you see them anywhere?" Tamaki asked looking around.
"Hey cool, the sea serpent," said Jun looking towards the water, "I've been dying to go on that again!"
"You think you can handle it?" asked Hikaru.
"Come with me and find out," said Jun.
"Hey Jun and I are going on that roller coaster," said Hikaru, "If we see Ei we'll let you know."
"Very well," said Kyoya looking over the map.
"Oh look at that ride," said Gin looking at a map as well, "A train through Candy Land. That sounds like fun!"
"Yeah it does!" said Hunny "Let's go on that together Gin!"
"Isn't that ride meant for little kids?" asked Mikasa.
"I'm sure those two can make it on there no problem," said Kyoya.
"Hmm, hey what's that silver tiger ride that's near that train ride? Mikasa asked looking at the map herself.
"Why don't you and Mori simply go with Hunny and Gin to find out? Mori will want to follow Hunny anyway," said Kyoya.
"Yeah," said Mori.
"Alright let's go," said Mikasa.
"And we'll keep an eye out for Ei-Chan while we do it," said Hunny as the four all walked off.
"What about you Akira? Where would you like to go?" asked Tamaki.
"I want to go on that whale ride personally," said Akira, "That looks like fun."
"Oh it looks peaceful enough! Let's go on together," said Tamaki
"Uh okay," Akira agreed.
'I just thought we were going to dinner. I didn't think this was going to be a part of the date!' she thought, 'Why did I even agree to go on a date with my boss in the first place?!'
"Well Miss Kandazume, what will you be doing today?" asked Kyoya once thy were alone.
"Uh!" said Ryoko caught off guard, "I-I uh know this is kind of weird but most places like this I like to see if there's a haunted house personally."
"Really?" said Kyoya looking at the map, "Well lucky for you there's a ride that's called the haunted school. Perhaps you should look at that."
"Oh yes," said Ryoko without stuttering.
"And maybe I'll go with you," said Kyoya.
"Eh?!" said Ryoko.
"I have to look for Ei somewhere don't I?" said Kyoya.
"What makes you think she'd be in a haunted house?!" said Ryoko.
"Well the thing about being raised by six different fathers and still having a lot of her very wonderful mother in her, you never know what that girl is going to do. She's a very interesting young girl in general even before we adopted her," said Kyoya.
"Ye-yeah, that is true," said Ryoko, "I would have liked to met her mother. She sounds interesting and she's so lucky to have a daughter like Ei."
"Yes, she was and she is," said Kyoya softly, "Well then, the haunted school?"
"Oh, you-you don't have come with me sir," said Ryoko.
"Do you not want me to go?" asked Kyoya.
"We-well," said Ryoko.
"Let's go, I don't care for long lines," said Kyoya.
'I'm hanging out with one of the powerful men in the country, no the world! I know I'm going to make such a fool of myself!' thought Ryoko as the two walked off. As they walked past the bridge Kyoya happen to glance over to the bumper boats line and saw what looked like Kaoru, Alice and Ei in line.
'Sneaky Kaoru,' Kyoya thought, 'I don't know if I care of you being sneaking around so you can Ei all to yourself so we'll see if I let you keep her to yourself. After I'm done enjoying some time with Miss Kandazume of course.'
