NO new update on Dollar and a Dream or Unexpected Guest tonight, it will be posted later this week, to avoid that question. Lol
There is however a new update on Our Love, or as most people call it the "poor Brittana" story. Lol'
Guest Amanda - it's not possible for them to have an unexpected baby, that would mean Brittany cheated, and that won't happen in this story.
Thanks for your reviews on the last chapter.
Enjoy! ;)
"Hey pretty girl." Hannah cooed to her daughter as she picked up the screaming baby from her bassinette and began rubbing her back. "I know you're hungry." She added while quickly sitting down and opening her shirt. "Give mommy one second, sweetheart." She added as she leaned back in the rocking chair and brought her daughter close to nurse her, after kissing her softly on the forehead. "There ya go." Hannah said softly.
The tiny red head quickly latched on and began to calm down while she ate hungrily. Hannah stared at her daughter with a huge smile while she ate. "I can't believe you're finally here." She whispered out as someone knocked on the nursery door. "Come in." She called out while looking towards the door.
"Hey Han." Brittany smiled as she walked in with Santana and Mackenzie; she went over to Hannah and kissed her on the cheek as she smiled at her niece. "Hey, sweetheart." She then smiled at the baby, who stared back at her.
"Hi Aunt Hannah, hi Dani!" Mackenzie said quickly while running over to Hannah to stare at the baby, she instantly leaned on her aunt's legs.
"Hey Mackey." Hannah replied cheerfully while smiling at her niece, who was staring at Danielle with bright eyes.
"Hold on Mackey." Santana said quickly as she picked up the little blonde. "Let's let Danielle eat first, then you can look at her, ok?"
"Ok." Mackenzie smiled as Santana set her down. "Why don't you go tell Uncle Jackson about Disney Land." Mackenzie's eyes lit up as she ran out of the room quickly.
Santana then leaned down and kissed Hannah on the cheek. "Hey Hannah." She then ran her fingers through the baby's curly hair. "Hey Red." She winked at the little girl before walking over back by Brittany.
"What are you two doing here?" Hannah asked while rubbing her daughter's back. "Shouldn't you be at Disney Land?"
"We're heading there after we leave here, we're just having dinner tonight, and letting the kids play in the pool." Brittany explained while sitting down on the couch in the nursery.
"Yeah, we'll tackle the park tomorrow when we have a full day." Santana smiled as she sat on the arm of the couch and rested her arm around Brittany's neck. Brittany glanced up at the Latina and scooted closer leaning into Santana's embrace.
"We wanted to come see and Danielle before we left for a few days." Brittany smiled.
"How excited is Mack?" Hannah asked. "It's her first time right?"
Brittany nodded. "She's super excited, she's been bouncing around all day, she'll probably fall asleep as soon as we get to the hotel." She then laughed while glancing up at Santana.
"I can see that, and Brit, you've been super excited right alongside her." Santana smiled. "So I'm apparently going to Disney Land with 5 kids." Santana playfully rolled her eyes.
"I can't wait, we haven't taken a family trip to an amusement park since Noah was probably 10, even then Grey and Carter were so little, they probably don't remember much about it." Brittany smiled. "We are going to pig on all the classic amusement park food, cotton candy, funnel cakes, fried pickles, hot dogs…." Brittany started to list off while licking her lips.
"Oh God." Santana laughed out. "Can we eat at a normal restaurant sometime in the next couple days, so I keep my sanity, and my weight down?"
"Maybe." Brittany said teasingly as Santana smirked and leaned down to kiss her softly on the lips. "Your body is perfect, but if you gained 100 pounds, there would just be more of you for me to love." She winked.
"Sounds you'll have an awesome trip." Hannah laughed as she lifted Danielle from her breast and rubbed her back to burp her.
"Let me help you, Han." Brittany smiled as she stood up and covered Hannah's chest back up and buttoned her shirt for her.
"Thanks, how have you been Brit?" Hannah then asked her sister.
"Why don't I give you two a little privacy and a chance to talk?" Santana suggested. "I'll make sure Mackey brings you a pair of Mickey ears back." Santana teased before walking over and peppering kisses to the back of Danielle's head softly. "Bye Red." She gushed before locking eyes with Brittany, and smiling at her wife before bending down to kiss her softly once more.
"I won't be too long." Brittany told her.
"Take as long as you want, baby." Santana smiled at her and left the room.
"I can't believe I'm a mom." Hannah smiled as she stood up and walked Danielle over to her bassinette and laid her down gently. "This is so weird."
"You're doing an amazing job." Brittany praised her sister.
"Thanks." Hannah smiled shyly. "Well, I learned from mom, Santana, and you. You two are such amazing mothers."
"Thanks." Brittany nodded as she sat back down on the couch.
"So, how are you doing?" Hannah repeated. "You didn't answer, should I be nervous?" She added as she sat down next to her sister.
"I'm doing ok." Brittany shrugged. "Still trying to get used to taking medication, I hate that I'm always so tired, but I'm ok. Santana is sure to stretch my legs often, I'm managing it so far."
"Why didn't you tell me Brit?" Hannah asked. "How long have you and San known?"
"We found out officially when we got back from Jamaica, but the symptoms have been around for a while. I've been super tired but I would just push through it. I was taking long naps in my office at work with the door locked, the pain in my knee; I think I kind of knew something was wrong, and San did too, but we tried to just ignore it." Brittany said softly. "We had the mindset that if we don't talk about it, it's not real."
Hannah nodded as tears filled her eyes.
"Santana knows my body inside and outside, just like I know hers. She knew something was wrong, I could see it in her eyes, the way she would stare at me some times the fact that she would give me an extra hug some days before she would leave the house. I know some nights she would wake up and check on me." Brittany added. "She knew, just like I knew, but we were both terrified of exactly what it could be, so we avoided it."
"Santana would die of a broken heart if something ever happened to you." Hannah whispered. "You know that right?"
Brittany nodded. "Yeah I do, which is why I'm not going to let Lupus win." She smiled weakly. "I want to grow old with her, while our grandkids run around our backyard. I have to watch my gorgeous niece grow up, and my future nieces and nephews." She winked while resting her hand on Hannah's stomach.
"I need you Brittany." Hannah then said through tears. "I can't lose you, you're my big sister and my best friend."
"Oh Han." Brittany said while quickly reaching over and hugging her sister. "Come on now." Brittany breathed out while sniffling herself. "I'm managing it, and I feel really good today. I'm not going anywhere."
Hannah leaned back and wiped her eyes. "Ok."
"So, let's talk about something happier." Brittany suggested while wiping her sister's tears away.
"Well, I do have something pretty big to tell you." Hannah said shyly.
"Oh yeah?" Brittany asked with a smile.
"Jackson and I picked a date for the wedding." Hannah gushed.
"Oh my God!" Brittany beamed. "Seriously?"
Hannah nodded quickly. "August 23."
"This year?" Brittany asked.
"Yeah, do you think it's too soon?" Hannah asked quickly.
"Not at all, you two have been together since high school." Brittany smiled.
"Can you and Santana help me plan it?" Hannah then asked.
"Of course." Brittany smiled. "Did you tell mom yet?"
Hannah nodded quickly. "Yeah, I think I want Noah to walk me down the aisle and give me away."
"Really?" Brittany asked.
Hannah nodded. "I talked to mom about it already, and she thinks it's a great idea."
"I'm sure he'll be honored." Brittany nodded before hugging her sister tightly. "You're a real grown up now Hannah." She laughed out.
"I know right, creepy." Hannah laughed.
"Do you need a lay down for a few minutes, Brit?" Santana asked as the family pulled up to the hotel.
"No, I'm ok." Brittany replied quickly.
Santana smiled and kissed her on the cheek as the boys ran out of the limo quickly. "Noah, watch them please, it's a lot of people out here."
Brittany stepped out of the limo and picked up Mackenzie right away as Santana tipped the driver and waited for their bags to get unloaded.
"Look at the castle Mack." Brittany said while pointing to a castle across the street.
"Cinderella there?" Mackenzie asked quickly as her eyes widened.
"Maybe." Brittany smiled as Santana walked up to the pair.
"Let's go get checked in, B." Santana stated as she grabbed Brittany's hand.
Once the family was checked in, they gathered in Santana and Brittany's suite.
Brittany sat down with Mackenzie in her lap on the couch, with Ashton and Carter cuddled close in her side. Noah sat on the opposite couch with Santana.
"Ok, me and momma are going to stay in this suite with Mackenzie, you boys will be right across the hall." Santana stated. "You are absolutely not to leave the suite after 10pm, if you aren't with Noah." She said quickly to Ashton and Carter.
"In turn, Noah, don't leave them alone in the suite." Brittany said quickly. "We have Sam and Tom with us, they'll be patrolling the hall."
"The suite has two bedroom, Noah gets one, you two can share the other." Santana told them.
"Cool." Noah shrugged as he pulled his phone out and began texting.
Santana reached over and grabbed his phone. "I'm talking Noah." She said with a small glare before putting the phone on the table.
"Sorry." Noah replied while leaning back into the couch.
"Now even though this little trip is supposed to be super fun, and we will have all the fun in the world." Santana smiled. "Keep in mind that momma is a little sick, so if we need to stop and let her rest for an hour or so, we will and we won't complain, ok?" Santana stated while locking eyes with Brittany.
"Ok," Ashton said quickly.
"Now, why don't you boys go get cleaned up for dinner." Santana said while standing up and handing Noah their room key.
"We see Cinderella now?" Mackenzie asked after the boys left the room.
"Ummm, maybe baby girl." Santana smiled. "I promise you'll see her before we go home."
"Ok." Mackenzie smiled happily while picking up Shelley.
Midnight
Santana walked in their bedroom in the suite and set down the baby monitor they brought with them to keep in Mackenzie's room.
"She's out." Santana told Brittany as she crawled in bed next to her wife.
"Dinner was fun." Brittany smiled.
"Yeah, it was." Santana smiled. "We are going to do a lot of walking tomorrow, mind if I work on your legs a little?"
"Sure." Brittany smiled. "Thank you."
Santana sat up and pulled the covers back. She began to stretch Brittany's legs slowly.
"I made us breakfast reservations at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel." Brittany said while wincing slightly when Santana stretched her sore leg.
"That hurt?" Santana asked softly.
"It's ok." Brittany smiled. "Keep going."
Santana nodded. "Ok, what time?"
"8am."
"Whoa, why so early baby?" Santana then whined.
"There's a character show at 8:30am, and I want to make sure Mackenzie sees it." Brittany told her.
"Character show in the restaurant?" Santana frowned.
"Yeah, look at this video." Brittany smiled while handing Santana her ipad.
Santana watched a clip from YouTube and instantly smiled. "That is so cute, so the characters walk around while you eat and surprise the kids?"
Brittany nodded. "How awesome is that?"
"Pretty damn awesome." Santana smiled as she leaned forward to set the ipad down; as she leaned back she kissed Brittany softly on the lips. She then leaned back and continued to stretch her again.
"And I bought us tickets for the Indiana Jones show for Carter." Brittany explained. "The show is at 5 tomorrow afternoon, so we can do dinner after that."
Santana nodded. "Ok."
"You riding some rollercoasters with me tomorrow?" Brittany asked.
"Nope." Santana said quickly while rubbing Brittany's knee.
"Why?" Brittany frowned. "You love rollercoasters."
"This trip is supposed to be about the kids Brit." Santana smiled.
"So…" Brittany countered quickly. "I want to go on rides and stuff too. I thought my awesome wife would win me a stuffed animal." She then pouted.
Santana laughed and kissed Brittany's knees before crawling up her body and straddling her. "Of course I'll win you a stuffed animal, it may take me close to $100 to win the damn thing, since we all know those games are rigged so you lose." Santana rolled her eyes. "But I'll win you whatever you want." She smiled as Brittany rested her hands on her hips and slowly moved down to her butt and rubbed there slowly.
"Good." Brittany smiled before leaning up and kissing Santana. The Latina deepened the kiss and moaned softly as she tangled her hands in Brittany's hair and leaned on her wife.
Brittany pulled Santana closer and rocked her hips up into her wife while breaking their kiss and moving over to her neck.
"Brit…" Santana moaned out when she felt Brittany slip her hands under her shirt and rest on her lower back.
Brittany swiftly flipped them over so she was on top of Santana and hovered over her deepening the kiss as Santana wrapped her legs around Brittany's waist and locked them.
Santana cupped Brittany's cheeks and broke the heated kiss to pepper soft kisses to her lips as Brittany rocked into the Latina. Santana started to roll Brittany's shirt up when they heard Mackenzie calling them from the other side of the door.
"Mommy?"
Santana sighed. "I love you." She whispered to Brittany as the blonde kissed her on the forehead and rolled off of her and trotted to the door. Santana sat up against the headboard and turned on the TV while pulling the cover over her legs.
"What's wrong Mackenzie?" Brittany asked as she opened the door and kneeled down so she was eye level with her daughter.
"I sleep with you." She replied while hugging Shelley tightly and walking into Brittany's open arms.
"Ok." Brittany rubbed her back and picked her up and carried her over to the bed. "Ready San?" Brittany smiled.
Santana quickly grabbed the pillows from behind her and placed them on her lap and nodded. Brittany then softly tossed Mackenzie in her lap. Santana quickly caught her and began tickling her while peppering kisses to her face.
"You should be asleep Mackenzie, what's wrong?" Santana then asked as Brittany slide in bed next to them.
"I sleep with you." She said softly.
"Ok with you Brit?" Santana asked knowing Brittany needed to get a certain amount of sleep each night, and with all the events Brittany planned for the family the next couple days, Santana wanted to make sure she got enough rest.
"Yeah, it's fine." Brittany nodded as she shuffled down in the covers.
"Lay down, silly rabbit." Santana said softly to Mackenzie as she turned the TV back off.
"Cuddle with momma." Brittany said softly to Mackenzie while pulling her closer. "Let's go to sleep."
Mackenzie yawned and nodded as she wiggled closer to Brittany. Brittany wrapped her arm around her little waist and kissed her on the top of the head softly as she closed her eyes.
"Night loves." Santana smiled as she turned the lamp out and laid down. She leaned over and kissed Brittany quickly before kissing the back of Mackenzie's head and going to sleep her self.
6am
Mackenzie stirred and woke up with a big smile on her face. She sat up and looked at Brittany, who was in a peaceful sleep on her stomach, her hair covering her face and blowing softly in the air every time she exhaled. She kissed her on the cheek and then turned to look at Santana, who was lying on her back, one of her hands under Brittany's neck, the other hanging off the side of the bed.
Mackenzie attempted to climb on Brittany's back when Santana rolled over and grabbed her instantly. "No climbing on momma." Santana rasped out. "Remember what we talked about." She added as she lifted Mackenzie to lay flush on her. "Let's go back to sleep." She said softly.
"But we have to go see Cinderella." Mackenzie said sadly.
"We'll see her." Santana yawned as she closed her eyes and carefully moved her arm from under Brittany, causing the blonde to stir and turn her head to face the pair, still fast asleep. Santana opened her eyes again to glance at Brittany before she hugged Mackenzie tightly. "What numbers are on the clock?" She then asked as her eyes involuntarily closed again.
Mackenzie lifted her head. "A 6, a 1, and 2."
Santana exhaled softly. "Ok, can you go pick out a pretty outfit to wear today?"
"Sí." Mackenzie nodded.
Santana laughed softly. "Gracias." She said while opening her eyes and setting Mackenzie on the floor. "I'll come help you brush your teeth in a few minutes."
Mackenzie smiled and ran out of the room. Santana then picked up the room phone and called Noah to wake up the boys so they could make their breakfast reservation. She then snuggled close to Brittany and rubbed her back while kissing her softly on the temple.
"Brit Brit, wake up baby." Santana cooed softly in her ear.
Brittany slowly opened her eyes and smiled when they focused on Santana. "Good morning." She said sleepily.
"Good morning baby." Santana smiled before pressing their lips together briefly. "We need to start getting ready to make our reservation."
"Ok." Brittany nodded while blinking slowly.
"Why don't you get in the shower first, while I get your pills ready, and I'll get Mackenzie dressed." Santana suggested.
"Sounds good." Brittany smiled before kissing Santana again.
"Do you need me to stretch you again?" Santana asked as she began to run her fingers through Brittany's hair.
"No, my legs feel okay." Brittany told her. "But thank you."
"You're welcome." Santana smiled and rolled out of bed. She went to the ensuite and turned on the shower for Brittany and laid out a towel for her. She then came back in the room, where the blonde was still lying down seemingly asleep once again. Santana opened the blinds and called the boys suite again, to make sure they actually got up.
"Brit, do you want to move the reservation to a later time?" Santana asked while sitting on the edge of the bed and resting her hand on Brittany's back.
"No." Brittany replied while opening her eyes and smiling. "We get to meet Cinderella today." She laughed out as she sat up slowly. "I'm ok, Santana, just a little groggy, the shower will wake me up."
"Ok." Santana smiled as she leaned down and connected their lips briefly.
As the family walked in the restaurant, fans asking for autographs and pictures immediately swarmed Santana. The Latina slid her sunglasses over her face and on the top of her head.
"We have a reservation, but I promise to sign a few autographs and take pictures after we eat." She said to the small crowd before grabbing Brittany's hand once again and walking into the restaurant.
"This is cool!" Carter said while looking around at the beach themed restaurant.
Santana smiled politely at the waitress as she set down glasses of water for them all. "Can we have a child lid for our daughter please?" She asked. "And a cup of fresh lemon and lime wedges on ice, make sure to wash the entire lemon and the lime with gloves on before cutting it. Please don't touch it with your bare hands or set it on anything aside from the cup of ice. Also we would like a pitcher of water for the table, a pitcher of apple juice and one of orange juice, fresh squeezed, no pulp. Thank you."
"Whoa, diva much?" Brittany raised her eyebrow after the waitress nodded and walked away.
"What?" Santana shrugged.
Brittany shook her head and rolled her eyes. "Ok, you kids are going to eat the buffet. Noah you can order an entrée if you don't want the buffet."
Noah yawned and nodded. "The buffet is fine."
"You've been yawning the entire morning, why are you so tired?" Santana asked as the waitress brought out the items the Latina requested.
"He was up all night on the phone." Carter stated quickly while reaching for his glass of orange juice Brittany just poured for him.
Brittany smiled. "Talking to Madison?"
Noah nodded. "Yeah, we wanted to spend New Years Eve together, but I'll be here with you all, my moms and younger siblings."
Santana raised her eyebrow at Noah while taking a sip of her coffee. "Would you rather be with Madison than us?" She asked while placing a lid on Mackenzie's water and another one on her glass of orange juice.
"Don't answer that Noah." Brittany laughed. "I would rather pretend than my teenage son would rather hang out with his awesomely cool moms, than his girlfriend."
Ashton laughed. "I like hanging out with you momma."
"I love hanging out with you, Grey." Brittany winked at him.
"Ok, let's head to the buffet." Santana smiled. "Grey, you can fix your own plate right?"
Ashton nodded quickly as he pushed his chair in. "Don't get all junk, please." Brittany called after him as he walked to the buffet line.
"Can I fix my own?" Carter asked with a smile.
"Oh no, you're coming with me, mijo." Santana laughed out as she grabbed his hand. "Mackenzie, grab momma's hand, it's a lot of people in here."
"Ok." Mackenzie quickly grabbed Brittany's hand tightly as they made their way to the children's buffet line.
"That's Santana Lopez!" A teenage girl called out loudly.
"Awwww snaps and Brittany Pierce!" Another girl added.
"Ask for her autograph."
"I don't have anything to write with."
"Have her sign your plate."
"That's stupid."
Santana laughed softly to herself as she locked eyes with Brittany. "Grab a plate Carter." She then said as she pulled her phone out of her pocket. "Would you two settle for a picture?" She asked as she turned around with a smile. "I'll post it to my Instagram and you can save that copy."
"Oh my God! Oh my God!" One of the girls screeched. "Really?"
Brittany smiled. "I'll take the picture for you San."
Santana stood in the middle of the two girls and smiled brightly as Brittany took a picture. "Looks awesome."
Santana grabbed her phone back and uploaded the picture to her Instagram account right away. "What are your Twitter names?" She then asked as Brittany picked up a plate for Mackenzie; Carter, who hated when his mom's entertained fans wrapped his arms around her waist resting his head on her side, and began to scowl at the girls. Santana made sure to include their Twitter name in the post before she hugged the girls loosely and turned back around to Carter.
"I don't like your fans." He grumbled quietly while slamming the plate on the buffet counter.
Brittany quickly looked down. "Carter." She snapped.
Santana bent down she was eye level with him. "What's wrong Carter?"
"You're fans get in the way." He sighed out. "This is our breakfast."
"You're right, I'm sorry." Santana said softly. "This is our family time, but my fans are important, but absolutely not as important as you. I promise the rest of breakfast, will just be us, okay?"
"Ok." Carter nodded as Santana kissed him on the forehead. "Sorry for slamming the plate." He then whispered.
"Thank you for apologizing." Santana smiled.
"What do you want on your parfait Mackenzie?" Brittany asked with a smile as she bent to point out the items to her daughter. "Do you want raspberries or blueberries?"
"I think those ones." Mackenzie said while pointing.
"Use your words Mack." Santana said from behind them as Carter scooped fruit on his parfait. Santana was desperately trying to get Mackenzie out of the habit of pointing for things.
"I want the raspberries momma." She then said happily.
"Ok." Brittany smiled as she stood up and sprinkled some on her bowl of yogurt, she gave the little blonde a scoop of granola as well before moving on down the line.
She added two sausages to her plate, and a small scoop of potatoes. "Do you want a Mickey waffle or a Minnie pancake?" Brittany asked her.
"Goofy!" Mackenzie screamed out excitedly.
"No, sweetheart, only Mickey or Minnie are the options." Brittany said softly to her.
"No, there's Goofy behind you, Brit." Santana laughed while pointing to the character who was waving at Mackenzie.
Mackenzie waved happily to Goofy, as Donald and Daisy Duck came running over and waved at her too.
"Cool!" Carter said excitedly while watching the characters all come over and wave to Mackenzie. He handed Santana his plate and ran over by Mackenzie who was now dancing with Donald Duck.
Brittany picked up her phone and began to record the two while Santana took pictures when Carter began to dance around with Daisy Duck. Soon more kids ran over and began to dance with the characters, so they grabbed Carter and Mackenzie and led them over to the table to eat their breakfast.
"I want to see Cinderella now." Mackenzie said happily as Brittany cut her waffle up for her.
"I'll grab our food, Brit." Santana said while standing up. "What do you want?"
"Surprise me." Brittany smiled.
"So what rollercoaster are we riding today?" Brittany asked the kids.
"You're going on rides?" Noah smiled.
"Of course." Brittany laughed.
"Cool, I have a riding partner now." Noah added while eating. "Grey is too short for some stuff."
"Is mommy going to ride too?" Ashton asked while eating a strip of bacon.
"Hmmmm, maybe we can convince her to ride something." Brittany smiled.
"She's scared to." Carter stated.
"How do you know?" Noah asked his younger brother.
"I know these things." Carter nodded with a smirk, causing Brittany to laugh.
"I love that you all have your mom's smirk." Brittany laughed out as a small girl came to the table and tapped Brittany on the arm.
She looked down at the little brown skinned girl and smiled brightly. "Hi cutie."
"I dance because you dance on TV." The little girl said with a big smile.
"Really?" Brittany asked. "Wow, that's so cool, I bet you're really good." She added as the girl's mother came over.
"I'm so sorry Mrs. Lopez-Pierce." She rushed out while grabbing her daughter's arm. "Come on Melanie, she's eating with her family."
"It's ok." Brittany smiled as she stood up. "What kind of dancing does she do?"
"She's in ballet." The girl's mother stated.
"Cool, do you live in LA?" She asked. The woman nodded while picking up her daughter. "What school do you have her in?" Brittany asked as she reached in her purse and pulled out one of her business cards.
"Just at the YMCA around the corner from us." The girl's mother smiled.
"Bring her to Fierce Pierce." Brittany started while handing her the card. "Give me a call next week, this is the number to my office, she looks like she is the same age as my daughter."
"Great, thank you." The woman smiled.
"No problem." Brittany smiled before sitting back down as Santana walked over with two plates.
"I got you an omelet, Brit." Santana stated while setting the plate down.
"Thanks baby." Brittany replied as she started to eat.
7pm
"We didn't see Cinderella yet." Mackenzie said sadly as she looked up at Brittany with tears in her eyes. "We saw Mickey, and Minnie, and Goofy, and Donald, and Daisy..." Mackenzie began to list off as Brittany held her hand tightly and tried to stifle a yawn, which Santana caught.
"I'm fine, Santana." Brittany said quickly before Santana could even ask.
Santana nodded and led the family over to a lemonade stand. "Noah, get everyone a lemonade, make Mackenzie's a small, and get a large for me and your mom to share." She said while handing him her credit card.
"But when are we going to see her?" Mackenzie asked as Brittany sat down on a nearby bench and lifted the blonde in her lap and gently wiped Mackenzie's tears.
"I don't know sweetheart." Brittany yawned again while briefly closing her eyes.
Santana walked over and handed Mackenzie the small lemonade and sat next to Brittany and held up the drink to her mouth. "For a little energy, Brit." Santana said softly to her.
Brittany took a few sips. "Thanks."
"Why are you crying Mackenzie?" Santana asked.
"We didn't see Cinderella." She said while handing Santana the lemonade back.
"Mommy promised you would see her right?" Santana asked her as Carter and Ashton walked over with their lemonade.
"What's wrong with Mackey?" Ashton asked as he sat next to his little sister.
"We didn't see Cinderella and mommy promised." Mackenzie said while leaning back on Brittany's chest.
"Why did you promise that San?" Brittany asked quickly.
"I have a surprise." Santana smiled. "Noah, why don't you take Carter and Ashton to the Pirates of the Caribbean area we passed earlier. Sam, can you go with them please?"
Noah nodded. "Ok, let's go."
"Stay with Noah." Brittany said quickly.
"Do you need a few minutes?" Santana asked Brittany as she took another sip of her lemonade.
Brittany shook her head. "No, I don't want to stop and get too tired."
"Ok, come here baby girl." Santana said softly while opening her arms to her daughter. Mackenzie crawled over in Santana's lap. "Let's go find Cinderella." She smiled while standing up and peppering kisses to her face to get her to smile.
Brittany smiled and stood up; she stretched her arms a little as Santana set Mackenzie down to let the little blonde walk between them. They both tightly held her hand as three walked through the park.
"Keep your eyes open for her Mack." Santana told her while locking eyes with Brittany.
"What do you have up your sleeve?" Brittany whispered to her wife.
"A little magic." Santana smiled as she led them over a small footbridge and walked into Fantasy Faire where Snow White quickly greeted them.
"Look Mackenzie, who is this?" Brittany asked the little blonde, who was now star struck.
"Is Cinderella here?" Mackenzie asked.
"Shit…" Santana mumbled. "Sorry, Cinderella is her favorite." Santana sympathized.
"No problem, why don't we find her together?" Snow White smiled while extending her hand to Mackenzie.
Mackenzie shook her head and looked up at Brittany. "It's ok, baby, I'll still hold your hand too."
Santana let Mackenzie's hand go and smiled when she hesitantly grabbed Snow White's hand and walked with the Disney princess further into the princess area.
"Whoa….." Mackenzie breathed out as they entered the Royal Hall, where tons of little girls were wearing tiaras and getting the complete royal treatment.
"This is so cute." Brittany gushed while looking around. Santana walked on the side of Brittany and grabbed her free hand.
"I believe Cinderella is right this way." Snow White smiled while knocking on a door.
Mackenzie looked up at her with wide eyes. "Promise?"
Snow White winked at Santana. "I promise."
"Wait….did you set this up?" Brittany leaned over and asked Santana.
"You can say that." Santana smirked.
Snow White opened the door and revealed Cinderella who was sitting in a lavish regal style living room.
"Cinderella!" Mackenzie screamed excitedly as Snow White waved good-bye and left the room.
"Are you are princess too?" Cinderella walked over and asked Mackenzie sweetly.
"Mommy calls me princess." Mackenzie said shyly.
"You're my princess." Santana winked at her.
Cinderella looked around her room and a grabbed tiara adorned in faux jewels and danced her way over to Mackenzie and set it on her head. "You're an official princess now." She smiled.
Mackenzie turned red from excitement and joy and quickly hid her face in Brittany's leg while hugging her tightly.
"We are going to have a show in a few minutes, would you like to be my special guest?" Cinderella asked Mackenzie.
"Momma can I?" Mackenzie asked quickly.
"Absolutely." Brittany smiled as Cinderella pulled out a replica costume dress and slipped it on Mackenzie.
"Let's go get ready." Cinderella smiled as she led Mackenzie over to the Royal Theatre.
"You are so getting lucky tonight." Brittany yawned out to Santana with a smile.
"I have you, I'm already lucky." Santana smiled while winking at Brittany and following the pair to the front row of the Royal Theatre, where Cinderella sat right next to Mackenzie as the watched shortened versions of Tangled, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, and Beauty and the Beast.
Mackenzie sat with wide eyes while she watched her favorite Disney movies come to life. She would excitedly point out different things on the set to Brittany, who she was sitting next to.
After the shows were over, they took Mackenzie to the Fairy Tale Treasures Shop where they splurged and bought Mackenzie every thing she wanted from the gift shop.
After dinner at the Rainforest Café, which left Santana with a headache from all the jungle sounds, more specifically the special event they had where staff from the restaurant led kids on a safari around the tables making different bird calls, they were finally back at the hotel. Ashton and Carter were passed out on the couch in the living room of the girls suite, Noah was back in his room on Skype with Madison, Santana was taking a shower, while Brittany sat in Mackenzie's bed with her and read her a story from her new princess book.
Santana was washing her hair while she attempted to put together a song in her head.
Oh, So sweet, so deep, so real, oooh we God damn
That's some powerful stuff
Oh, How you do it? D-d-do it
Keep it coming baby
I can't seem to get enough
Santana leaned back and rinsed the shampoo out of her hair when she felt a cold breeze across her body.
"It's me, getting in with you San." Brittany said sleepily.
"Ok." Santana replied while continuing to rinse her hair out. She then went over some more lyrics as Brittany snaked her arms around her waist and hugged her tightly, resting her head on the Latina's shoulder as the water cascaded over them.
So rare they swear that you just don't exist
And It's only one person I can think of makes me feel like this
And I'm a fool, such a fool for you!
"What are you singing?" Brittany asked as Santana finished her hair and wrapped her arms around her wife moving them under the stream of water.
"A new song I'm working on." Santana stated as she kissed Brittany's shoulder. "I can't get the lyrics the way I want them though."
"Sounds good so far." Brittany said softly as Santana reached over and grabbed her loofah and began to wash her wife's back soothingly.
"I think it sounds better as a duet." Santana replied.
Brittany shrugged. "You don't do a lot of features on your albums, maybe a duet would be nice."
"I know you're tired Brit, you didn't get a chance to lay down and rest at all, and we've been up since 6." Santana said softly.
"The smiles on the kids faces today are worth me being exhausted right now." Brittany stated. "Your princess surprise for Mackenzie was everything and more."
Santana blushed. "I like making you all smile."
Brittany pressed their lips together softly and allowed Santana to momentarily break the kiss. "Let's get in bed." Santana suggested. Brittany nodded as Santana quickly finished washing her before they rinsed off together.
Once they were out of the shower, Brittany laid down and fell asleep almost instantly in bed after putting on a pair of yoga pants and a long sleeve tshirt. Santana kissed her on the lips and left the room. She saw Ashton and Carter on the couches in their suite fast asleep in their pajamas. She smiled at the two before picking Carter up and laying him next to Ashton on the couch. She then pulled out the sofa bed and quickly made it up before lifting Carter again and laying him in the bed.
"Grey, wake up." Santana said while rubbing his arm. "Get in the bed."
Ashton slowly woke up and nodded. "Get in bed, baby." She said while pulling back the covers for him. He laid down quickly and exhaled softly as he fell asleep. Carter cuddled close to him, causing Santana to smile.
"I love you boys so much." She whispered before kissing them on their forehead.
She then went to the room Mackenzie was in and peeped in. She saw the little blonde holding her new Cinderella doll tightly; she still had her tiara on, and her Cinderella costume over her pajamas. Santana attempted to take the tiara off but Mackenzie quickly woke up.
"No mommy." She whined out.
"Ok, ok, ok." Santana said with a smile.
"Thank you for helping me meet Cinderella." Mackenzie mumbled as she fell asleep.
"I'm going to give you the world, Mackenzie." Santana smiled softly as she kissed her on the forehead. She dimmed the lights in the room and left out.
She then went across the hall to the other suite. Noah was sitting on the couch with his headphones on while he wrote on a notepad.
Santana sat down across from him. "Hey." She waved to get his attention.
"Hey mom." He said while taking his headphone off.
"Ashton and Carter are asleep in our suite." Santana told him. "What are up to?"
"Writing a song." Noah sighed out. "I'm stuck on some lyrics."
"I'm stuff on my song too." Santana smiled. "Let's switch and see what we come up with."
"Really?" Noah smiled.
"Yeah, I have it on my phone, I'll email you the lyrics I have." Santana told him. "I email you the instrumental too, and email me and send me your instrumental. I'm not tired but I want to stay close to your mom so I'll listen to it in bed."
"Is she okay?" Noah asked.
"She's fine." Santana assured him. "I just want to be close to her as much as I can."
"Ok." Noah nodded.
Santana stood up and hugged him tightly. "Good night."
"Good night." Noah replied as Santana left the suite.
She tiptoed back in her suite and locked the door behind her. She turned out the lights in the living room and went to the bedroom. She saw Brittany was still asleep so she slipped in bed and picked up her ipad, emailing Noah the lyrics and beat she was working on, as Brittany stirred slightly. She glanced down at her wife as she picked up her headphones and plugged them in.
Brittany woke up slightly and moved closer to Santana. "You're not going to sleep?" She rasped out.
"Not yet, am I too loud for you?" Santana asked.
Brittany lifted her body and laid across Santana's lap. "No." She replied while wiggling to get comfortable as Santana stroked her hair.
"Doesn't your head hurt?" Brittany asked while looking up at her wife.
"Not that much anymore." Santana shrugged.
"Don't stay up too late, I don't want it to turn into a migraine." Brittany said while kissing her on the thigh and closing her eyes.
"I won't Brit." Santana assured her as stared at the lyrics to her song and closed her eyes as she listening to the beat and tried to visualize the rest of the song.
