TADAAAA another chapter.

Using the advice given to her by Tomoyo, Sakura looked in her wardrobe. The dresses she had worn from seven years ago sill hung neatly on their hangers, making her smile. They were much too small for her given that back then she was fifteen and her present age twenty two, but one thing still stood out to her-her tastes hadn't changed. She noticed, though, that Tomoyo had been adding to the collection of clothes-probably guessing measurements. There were dresses and tops and skirts of all sizes. There were a few dresses that were around her size, and she pulled them out to have a look at. One had a corset sewn into the bodice, so she wasn't going to be wearing it at any point. The others were a little too restricting at the back-not what she was looking for. But there was one that was of the empire line style made of red and black velvet. It had a square neckline with black cording beneath the bust. "This will do for now…hopefully it fits." She said as she pulled it over her head.

The dress indeed did fit, and quite well. It was hardly restricting in any way, so Sakura was quite pleased. "It looks good on you." Syaoran commented. "Red always did suit me…" She smiled. Syaoran got up and also got dressed, pulling on his black t-shirt and tucking in the necklace he always wore. "Is that necklace you wear around your neck from your mother?" Sakura asked curiously. "Actually, it was a present from my father." Syaoran replied as he pulled on his boots, tying them up. Sakura smiled, "Yet you still refuse to wear the ring with your family's seal on it?" she laughed, playing with the pendant around her own neck. "You want me to start wearing that thing-no way." He snorted. "You're going to have to anyway once this is over-people should know who you really are, Syaoran." She said. "What-I have good looks." He smiled innocently. Sakura looked at him and shook her head. "Come on, Chii's waiting." Sakura muttered, walking out of the room and ignoring his laughter.

Chii looked up as Sakura entered the kitchen and smiled. "Morning Sakura; how are you feeling?" She asked cheerfully. "Not too well to be honest." Sakura smiled sadly. "Here-I made you something; it should hopefully ease the nausea and dizzy spells. It's a type of special tea-and it smells like peaches! Mainly because I used peaches for the flavouring…" Chii laughed awkwardly as she placed the cup down in front of Sakura. "Thank you Chii; it certainly smells lovely." Sakura smiled as she took the cup into her hands and brought it to her lips. "It tastes lovely too." She said. "Thank you!" Chii beamed at the praise she received from Sakura. "Tomoyo taught me a recipe as well…I made it for you but you don't have to eat it if you don't want…" the blonde fidgeted. "Please, I'd like to try it." The princess smiled. She didn't know if eating would make her feel any better, but it was better to eat something than walk around with an empty stomach and pass out later in the day.

Chii brought the bowl over and set it down in front of Sakura; it was a type of vegetable soup with a tomato base. "Your fiancé can get his own food." Chii muttered. Sakura turned her head to see Syaoran walking in. She laughed and turned back to her meal as Syaoran sat down looking a little confused. "What are you two going on about?" he asked. "I said you can get your own soup." Chii replied snobbishly. "You'll serve the princess but you won't serve the prince-fine friend you are." He muttered as he stood up and made his way over to the stove. "Oh hush fiend." The blonde muttered. "You know we're all waiting for little blondes to start running about any day now." Syaoran said as he sat down next to Sakura who nearly choked due to his words. Chii turned bright red. "You know what?! I don't think you're ready to be a father!" She snapped. Syaoran shrugged, "Hey, I'm just saying it like it is." He said as he took a mouthful of soup. "I'll make sure to poison your next meal, ranger." Chii muttered loudly enough so that Syaoran could hear. Little did Syaoran know that Fai had just returned and was standing behind him; he received a hard whack over the back of the head. Both Chii and Sakura burst into laughter as Fai gave Syaoran the fiercest glare possible.

After eating breakfast, Syaoran and Sakura headed out to buy supplies for their travelling; they had enough fruit to last them for a while, but they still needed to pick up a few groceries and medicinal herbs. Sakura wanted to pick up a few of her own wants, most of which were just a few fabrics and a rather expensive gold ink.

The sun was hot on her skin and bright in the blue sky; it was only going to get warmer during the day. Sakura looked over at Syaoran who was rubbing the back of his head and noticed she was wearing the earring that was another symbol of his family. "Damn Fai hits hard." Syaoran muttered. "You're the one who made the immature comments." Sakura snorted. "I was only teasing." He said as they walked through the market place. It was busy, and brought memories back to Sakura. "I remember I used to come here on weekends and buy these little jars of hardboiled sweets." Sakura smiled. "I'm interested now." Syaoran said as they headed for the fresh produce. "Well you already know I'd like to buy some more thread, material, and have a look around for some more ink…or I might have to get Anna to special order it for me…I've only ever been able to find it in Ainz and my cities. As I was saying, I'm sure the stall owner is still around, so we can probably go have a look." Sakura smiled. "If that is what you'd like to do." Syaoran smiled.

They picked up the medicinal herbs and the few groceries they needed and then Sakura looked around for the area to do with sewing and textiles. She picked up several different threads, two in gold, two in silver and several other colours, and then she looked at the different dress materials. She chose light material since it was summer; a light soft silk. It was expensive, but nothing Sakura hadn't been saving for.

They found the ink-strangely enough it was being sold at the sweet stall. "What a strange place to be selling ink…" Sakura murmured as they were walking back to Tomoyo's. "That's what I thought." Syaoran laughed. "Well, I got everything I wanted, so I'm all set for travelling." Sakura smiled up at him cheerfully. "That's good." He smiled. "Chii's stocking up-I wonder why; we have plenty of everything…" Sakura wondered curiously. "Hmm, I think I know why. It's nothing to worry over, but it is best to make sure you have a lot of the medicinal herbs, that way you don't run out." Syaoran explained. "Oh-that makes sense." Sakura said.

When they got back, Tomoyo was sitting in the lounge room sewing a dress for Sakura just like she said she would. "You're both back-wonderful! Sakura, I've finished with your sword; I'll give it back to you shortly." Tomoyo said as she thread her needle through the burgundy material. "Thank you for your help Tomoyo-is there any way I can repay you?" Sakura asked. "Just being able to see you again was enough. I definitely want to see you again though-so promise you'll come back for a visit once you have defeated your enemy and settled things down, alright?" Tomoyo smiled kindly at Sakura who smiled back. "I promise I'll come and visit you again." She said.

After all-she was never going to allow herself to die now that she had a family to consider.

YAY.
