Oh my God, hey guys! Oh my, it's been two months since I last updated I feel like a piece of shit. Sorry for keeping you guys waiting for such a long time I hope you guys won't get pissed off at me I'm so sorry. Upper form is super tiring it's a surprise that I can still breathe. And I've been having a lot of difficult times these days so when that happen I can't get myself to do anything productive. I want to apologise again erghh I feel so guilty. Thank you for being such loyal readers that are willing to wait. I love you guys and I just want to hug you right now D'':

I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. I don't think it's that good, it's sort of like a filler chapter, wait is that what you call it? Uhh, yeah...

By the way, I've never went to Starbucks so I don't know what they have on their menu I just looked it up on the internet and if I get it wrong, yeah, I've never went to Starbucks bye.

'I want to apologise for throwing such a tantrum the other day. And leaving just like that.' Hermione said, looking at Margaret as she did so. All of them were seated in the living room, a tray of tea and biscuits was placed on the table in front of them. Charles sat next to Hermione while Margaret and Eric rested comfortably on the couch opposite them. 'I was in shock. And at that moment, I felt like I never belonged. And I had this urgent longing to get back to England, to be back with my friends, to be back with my lover, that for whatever reason Bellatrix sent me here, I forgot everything you've done. I forgot that you've taken care of me so well, so perfectly and I didn't appreciate you for that. But now, I regret my decision and I really couldn't thank you enough. For whatever reason I was sent here, I couldn't wish for a better family. I'm sorry that I was so rude before.'

'You will always be the daughter that I love so much, much more than I do with myself.' Margaret said softly, giving Hermione a small smile of reassurance. 'I guess that you would want to know what happened the last four years.'

Hermione looked at Charles, unsure if she wanted to or not. She didn't know if knowing what Bellatrix actually did to her would make her feel better or worse. But, how bad can it be? Taking a deep breath, she turned back to Margaret and nodded. 'Yes. Yes, please.'

The door was banging loudly when Margaret jerked awake from her peaceful slumber, and then she realised that the banging was the cause that woke her up. She reached out to her night stand and turned the bedside lamp on, filling the room with light. Eric was up too, the light from the lamp woke him just as easy as the banging on the front door woke her up. 'What's going on?'

'There's someone at the door downstairs.' She said, getting off of the bed and quickly headed out of the bedroom, knowing her husband would be tailing behind her. Charles was awoken by the noise too, as he was already going down the stairs.

'Who's that, Mother?' Charles asked as all of them were downstairs.

Margaret frowned. 'I don't know, nobody said they were going to visit.'

'I'll open the doors.' Eric muttered, tightening his bath robe before moving to walk towards the front door. He reached for the handle and unlocked it before pulling it open to reveal Bellatrix Lestrange standing in front of him. 'Bellatrix?'

'Hello, Eric dear.' She replied, smirking at him. Levitated behind her was a girl, Eric failed to recognise the girl as her face was covered with wounds, blood and dirt. Her clothes were torn and messy. He can't help but wondered what had happened to the young girl.'Are you going to invite me in?'

'Oh, oh yes. Sure, come in Bella.'

Bellatrix scoffed and entered the house. She grinned at Charles, all the while the bloke shifted uncomfortably on his spot. 'I've come to ask you for a favour.' She said, turning to Margaret.

'What is it that you want us to do, Bella?' Margaret asked with a sigh. 'If it's one of your dirty job, I don't want to be involved. We don't want to be involved.'

Bellatrix stared her up and down judgingly. Then she burst out laughing loudly, shocking Charles that he flinched when her maniacal laughter filled the hall. 'Are you sure, Margaret?' Bellatrix questioned, cocking an eyebrow. 'Cause this time I'm giving you what you have always wanted and all you have to do is take care of it.'

'What do you mean, Bella? What do you want us to do?' Eric asked, his face showed that he didn't understand what Bellatrix was trying to convey.

Bellatrix took her wand out and pointed at the Levitated girl that was still floating behind her. 'Finite.' The girl fell on her face on the floor with a loud thud. Bellatrix used her foot to turn the girl around so that the Hyders can see her face. 'This, is Hermione Granger.'

'Merlin's beard! What happened to her?' Margaret asked loudly, kneeling by Hermione's side and checking her face. 'Did you do this, Bella?'

'Maybe yes, maybe not.' Bellatrix shrugged. 'That's not the point. I want you to keep this bitch.'

'What?' All of the Hyders asked in unison.

Margaret gave out a sigh of desperation. 'What is wrong with you, Bella?'

'Look, you've always wanted a daughter. I'm giving you one.'

'Yes, we do. But not like this, never like this.' Eric shook his head in regret.

Bellatrix huffed in annoyance. 'I want you to change her identity, give her fake memories, change her face, whatever. Just make sure no one would know about her. Everybody knows Hermione Granger is missing, but I want them to think that she's dead too. So, do your job.'

'Doesn't she have a family, Bella?' Margaret asked, stroking the unconscious girl's hair.

'Honestly, nobody fucking cares, Margaret!' Bellatrix yelled, pissed off. 'Do you want to keep her or not? Cause if you don't, I'm going to find someone else who can.'

Margaret was silent. So was Eric. Charles knew he didn't have a say in this matter. He didn't want to. It's up to his parents, really. He saw his parents exchanged looks and then with great reluctance, his father responded to Bellatrix's question.

'Alright, we'll do it.'

'What about my friends, who are they?' Hermione had to ask, her face was covered in an unreadable expression. It worried Margaret that she can't predict what the girl was feeling at this moment. 'What about Rachel and Danielle?'

Margaret sipped on her tea and placed it back on the table before answering. 'They are Muggles. We know them from a friend of Eric. They were given fake memories about you, just like you were. But we never harmed them or anything. It's just a little touch of memories.'

'What about everybody else? Your friends? Your magical friends. Didn't they question anything about how you've never had a daughter before and then suddenly they meet up with you and you have a full grown up girl in your house claiming to be your daughter?'

Margaret looked at her husband, as if questioning whether or not she should tell the girl about that matter. Somehow, it took some time for him to respond but then he just nodded and smiled at Hermione. 'Well, we told them that you were Eric's niece, daughter to Eric's Muggle cousin and you've lost your parents in a car crash along with your memories. So to make it easier for us, we told our friends that we're raising you up as our daughter.'

Hermione frowned. Her mouth opened a few times as if she was about to talk but then no word came out and she sat there gaping, thinking of what she should say, what she should respond. 'It's just really a lot to take in.' She finally said. 'What you guys did was pretty fucked up. I mean, living with all these lies… I just.. Did you know my parents, my real parents died in a car crash, just, how ironic, that is?'

Margaret gasped softly. 'I'm, I'm really sorry to hear that. I'm so sorry.'

Hermione just shook her head.

'I don't know how you are feeling right now but I hope you're not mad at us. Although what I did was really wrong…., but I just wanted to have a daughter for once.' Margaret confessed, tearing up a little.

Hermione focused to breathe properly. She still wasn't over the fact that her parents were gone. And the tears were pricking at her eyes, threatening to fall and although she did a lot of crying in her life, she hated crying. It made her feel weak, it broke down her courage. A tear escaped and ran down her cheek but she quickly wiped it away and managed a smile on her face. She felt sort of desperate, but the chance was right there in front of her eyes, so she's going to take it. 'I'm still your daughter…., Mother.'

Draco was sleeping peacefully on his bed when the doors burst open and slammed loudly against the wall, jerking him awake. His eyes widened in alarm as he quickly reached for his wand, holding the stick tightly in his hand. Pointing it at the figure emerging at the door, he was confused when he saw who it was. 'Ginny? What are you doing here?'

'DRACO MALFOY!' Ginny screamed, glaring at him as she sauntered to where he was.

'Oh shit.' Draco gasped, discarding his plan to go back to sleep. Instead, he had to jump off of his bed to try to escape from the furious Ginevra Weasley. No one wants to face the wrath of Ginny.

'Oh no, you don't, Malfoy! Incarcerous!' The redheaded pointed her wand at him and he groaned when the ropes magically appeared and tightened around his body, making him fell face first on the floor.

'Ginny, if you ruin my beautiful face, I swear I would kidnap James. You will suffer!' He mumbled against the carpet, struggling with the ropes as he did so.

'Don't be kidding, Malfoy. The one who's going to suffer right now would be you.' Ginny said smugly, stepping over to where he was lying. 'I swear to God, Malfoy.'

'Why me? What did I do, you stupid bitch?' His muffled voice asked in exasperation. Honestly, he just wanted to sleep. He didn't deserve this. He deserved sweet dreams, the comfortable mattress and the warmth of the blanket surrounding him. Not having terrible ropes tightened around him, while he had to kiss the floor and have Ginny's foot on his back. He never deserved this.

'How dare you didn't tell me that Hermione fucking Granger is fucking back and she's fucking alive? How could you keep this information from me? Out of all people, me?' Ginny asked, sounding hurt and angry at the same time. It made Draco feel a little guilty about the situation but right now he just needed to get up cause his nose hurt so bad from being pressed too long against the carpet.

'I forgot, sorry, Gin.'

Ginny's face scrunched up into a shocked expression. 'Forgot? You forgot? Draco Malfoy, by the end of this day, there would be no more you for I am going to kill you and bury you myself! In the stomach of a shark!'

Draco's eyes widened in horror as he quickly rolled away from her and into under the bed. 'No, Ginny, no!'

'Come back here, Malfoy! I'm going to hex your arse to Alaska!' Ginny shouted, kneeling by the bed and reaching out to grab him out but he avoided her hand, grimacing.

'WHY ALASKA?' He questioned, still trying to escape from the ropes. It's hard to do so when he had to avoid Ginny too. 'I really forgot, I swear!'

'What the fuck is going on here?' A small voice at the doors suddenly asked. That can't be his mother. So who was it?

Draco peeked out from under the bed and saw that it was Hermione. She had a deep frown on her face and Draco pursed his lips. How confusing it would be to see Ginny Weasley in Draco Malfoy's room of all people and kneeling beside the bed while the Draco Malfoy himself was tied up and wriggling under the bed. It's not some weird kink or roleplay for sure. Well…

'Hermione? Oh my God, Hermione!' Ginny was running even before she was really on her feet, and somehow Draco felt like it's safe to breathe in relief. If he's lucky, maybe he'll escape Ginny's wrath this time. Hermione wasn't prepared for the blow so she was thrown backwards when Ginny hugged her. 'Oh my God, woman. I've missed you so much. I thought you were dead.' Ginny said in a cracked voice, tears were pooling in her ears. Though Hermione would appreciate if Ginny would stop choking her to death.

'Ginny, stop choking my girlfriend, I'll hex you.' Draco called out.

'I'm not your girlfriend.' Hermione replied to him. Then, she turned to Ginny. 'I've missed you too, Ginny. But I'm sure you miss me more than I you.'

'Wha- what was that about you not being his girlfriend, what happened? What's going on?' Ginny asked in shock, looking at her and Draco.

Hermione didn't answer her question. Instead, she smiled and said. 'Why don't you wait outside for a second? I'll explain everything later. I just need to give something to Malfoy for a second. Then, maybe we could go out and have lunch. What do you think?' She casually suggested, as if she didn't just come back after missing for 4 years.

Ginny still had the shocked look on her face but she nodded her head and made her way out nonetheless. When Hermione sure it was only her and Draco in the room, she walked over to where he was and crossed her arms.

The blond bloke smirked, as if he wasn't all tied up by those magical ropes and was lying under the bed. Pathetic. Hermione thought. 'Stop looking up my skirt, Malfoy.' She said when his eyes darted over her legs. He pouted.

'A little help eh, Granger?' Draco said, gesturing at the ropes with his eyes. Hermione rolled her eyes but reached down to take out her wand before pointing it at him. 'Finite Incantatem.'

Draco quickly got up, stretching and flexing his muscles as they had become stiff. His hand went up to push his hair back and Hermione blushed when she realised he was only in his boxers. She blinked and turned back to him, her eyes avoiding everything below his head. 'Put something on, Malfoy.' Hermione scolded.

'Why?' He asked, smirking as he stepped closer toward her, invading her personal space. 'Does it make you uncomfortable?'

Hermione rolled her eyes. 'You've gotten all flabby over the years. It's displeasing to the eye.' She quickly turned around to avoid looking at him anymore and went over to his closer to find a shirt for him. After digging around for a minute, she came across that one particular shirt she had always worn when she stayed over at his house. It literally made her pause to take a deep breath.

Finally, she just decided to pick a random blue sweater with a pair of black trousers and threw them at him. He caught them mid-air and smirked at her before moving to put them on.

As she watched him get dressed, a small smile crossed her face as she remembered the countless times where it was exactly the same except she would be in his bed and questioning why he had to leave.

'Do you really need to go?' Hermione had to ask, bringing the blanket with her as she moved to sit on the bed. Draco was a few metres away from the bed, buttoning his trousers and putting on his belt. He chuckled at her question, grabbing the white shirt on the edge of the bed, he put them on but left it unbuttoned.

'Yes. If I don't, Father will question my absence when I don't have a perfectly relevant excuse not to go.' He sighed, stepping over to the side of the bed where she was sitting and kissed her on the mouth. 'Could you put this on for me?'

'I could take them off.' Hermione said instead, tugging the hem of his shirt. His laughter rang through her ears and maybe she'd have to reconsider to let him just go. She'll try not to miss him too much for the day. Her fingers moved to put them on for him but her lips kissed every single bit of his skin on his stomach before they were covered up. 'You really can't stay?'

Draco got on the bed, pushing Hermione gently to lie down on her back as his body smothered hers. She giggled when he kissed her nose. 'It won't be long, I promise.' He said softly, stroking small circles on her cheeks with his thumbs.

'You say that every single time you go. And everytime you do, it's always past midnight when you come back so I have to spend all day with Cissy and the house elves instead of you.' She pouted.

He laughed again, kissing her pouting lips. 'Alright, let's do something about that. If I don't come home by 2, why don't you go and visit the Burrow or something?' He suggested with their lips still connected.

'Hmm, sounds great.' She mumbled lazily. 'Though I really would appreciate if my boyfriend would spare some time with me during this holiday.'

His face showed regret then, and he pulled her into another kiss. She hummed in content, her arms and legs wrapped tightly around him, as if she never wanted to let him go. 'Come on, let's put your tie on.' She said when they pulled away.

She pushed him off of her and got off the bed, leaving the blanket to stay and letting him enjoy the view of her bare body as she went to reach for his tie on the rack and turning back to face him. Her face showed obvious mischievousness as she looked at the tie then back at him. 'We could really use this to tie up something else.' She said innocently.

'You really don't want me to go, do you?' He asked, holding back laughter.

Hermione shook her head. 'Nope.'

'Granger, what are you thinking about, huh?' Draco's teasing voice brought her back to present and she blushed scarlet when she realised what she really was thinking about. The blush deepened when she looked at him and literally had to take a deep breath. He frowned and stepped forward, grabbing her shoulders. 'Hey, are you okay?'

She blinked. 'What? What, what? Uh, no, no, I'm fine.'

'Alright, then.' He replied, his face doubting her words. Taking a step back, he eyed her warily as he kept his hands in his pockets. 'So, why did you come?'

'I need to give you something.'

'What is it?'

Hermione reached into her pocket and took out the necklace she had received from Draco before, the one embedded with the emerald gemstone on the locket. She didn't say anything, she just reached for his hand and put the necklace on his palm and wrapped his fingers around it. Hermione couldn't look at him in the eye as she retreated back her hands to her side.

'Hermione, don't you dare give this back to me.' Draco hissed, his jaws clenching as he stared down angrily at her. He took her hand and gave the necklace back at her. 'You might want to throw everything away, but don't you dare throw this one away.'

'I'm not throwing it away, Draco. I need time. And I don't want to keep anything that would remind me of you for now. Cause it hurts and I'm not ready to take you back just yet. But I know you know that this isn't really over between us cause you don't want it to be and neither do I, but in the same time I can't just get on with you again after what you did. So, please, give me time.' She muttered, her voice weak and shaky. 'I need you to keep it for now. That is, if you're willing to wait for me.'

'Until I die.' Draco promised. 'Don't take too long, though. This Malfoy needs a Granger in his life.'

'I'll try not to.' Hermione said, laughing through her tears. When she looked back at him, he was staring at her, literally not blinking. 'What?' Asked Hermione.

'I want to kiss you.' Draco said in a low voice, it was obvious that it was a request.

Hermione laughed again. 'Nobody's stopping you.'

He was shocked to hear her say that but then he smirked, and his lips were on hers and she was in his tight embrace with his tongue in her mouth, caressing hers and she was clinging to his arms. In a matter of seconds, she was slammed against the wall and he was sucking on her neck.

'Draco…' She sighed when he sucked harder on her sensitive spot, her hand grabbing at his hair and pulling him closer. 'Stop..' Her fingers dragged at his back, gripping the edge of his shirt.

'You don't mean that.' He muttered against her skin, breathing hard. And then he was kissing her again and she had missed it so much, the passion, the burning sensation that she can't bring herself to stop him or herself at all. Her hands clawed at his face, wanting him to be so much closer although there wasn't any space between their bodies.

Suddenly, his lips were torn away from her and when she opened her eyes, he was being thrown back by an invisible force into the middle of the room. Hermione looked around to find the cause and realised Ginny's presence in the room, wand pointed at them.

'Let's go, Mione.' Ginny casually said, spinning on her heels and heading out of the door.

Hermione blushed, not sparing Draco a glance as she straightened her clothes and fixed her hair before leaving the room. When she walked out, Ginny was holding out her arm at Hermione, ready to apparate them away. 'Ginny…' She said weakly, a smile barely tickling the edges of her lips as she looked at her redheaded friend.

'We're going to Starbucks and you're going to tell me everything.' Ginny said sternly, going to grab Hermione's hand and before Hermione could protest or ask any question, they had apparated away into a dark alley.

'Why Starbucks? How? When?' Hermione asked in a loud voice when they landed, a horrified expression on her face. 'Since when are you into Starbucks, into Muggle things?'

Ginny laughed quietly. 'Oh my dear Hermione, you forgot how my dad is. Besides, Harry introduced it to me. Well, he didn't actually directly introduce it to me. I just saw the sign and asked him if we can try it when we were walking around Muggle London the other day.' She tucked her wand in her boot and straightened her blouse, smiling brightly as she looked at Hermione. 'Let's go.' The redheaded called, already walking towards the end of the alley.

Hermione huffed, quickly catching up with Ginny and crossing her arms as she walked alongside her friend. 'So, how are you, Ginny?' She asked, trying to make a small talk by the time they approached the main road. Ginny didn't reply, her eyes were searching the town. They were in Muggle London, the noisy surrounding finally felt familiar and reassuring. Somehow, she's finally home.

There was a Starbucks at the end of the road, so she tugged at Ginny's arm and gestured at the shop. Ginny shrugged and then they were walking along the busy street. When they finally reached the shop, Hermione opened the door and Ginny trailed behind her as both of them made their way inside.

'You go find a seat and I'll buy something for you. What would you like to have?' Ginny said, putting a hand on Hermione's shoulder as she looked around.

Hermione shrugged. 'I don't really mind, Gin. Get me anything.' As Ginny went to the counter, Hermione searched for an empty spot. She found one near the windows so she immediately took a seat, letting out a heavy breath as she landed on the cosy cushion. She looked around, observing people and she found Ginny giggling at the counter. What's the girl going on about?

Ginny came back afterwards, sitting excitedly in front of Hermione. 'What happened? What did you tell them? What's so funny?' Hermione scowled as Ginny won't stop smiling. 'Did you fall in love with one of the workers? I'm telling Harry…'

'No, no, just wait.' Ginny reassured, tapping her hand on the table as she stared at the workers, waiting for the drinks to be ready. When she saw one of the workers placed two cups on the counter, she slapped Hermione's hand excitedly. 'Listen, listen.'

Hermione frowned in confusion but turned to look as the worker called out the owners for the two drinks in her hand. 'Vanilla Latte and Mocha Frappuccino for Bellatrix and Voldemort!' Her eyes widened as she looked back at Ginny who was cracking up in front of her.

'Ginny! What did you do, oh my God!' Hermione scolded, almost freaking out.

Ginny was seated in her seat, clapping like a retarded seal as she held on her stomach. Hermione didn't know whether to laugh or cry. Ginny wiped her tears away, still laughing. 'Relax, Hermione. Harry and I do this all the time.' She said, waving her hand at Hermione as she stood up and went to take their drinks.

'I can't believe Harry got you into Starbucks.' Hermione muttered in disbelief as Ginny came back with two drinks in her hands.

'Nah, he didn't. He was against it, actually, can you believe that?'

'Actually, I can.' Hermione pursed her lips as she reached for her drink and started sipping.

'What? Why?'

'Well, how many times do you go to Starbucks in a month?' Hermione questioned, raising an eyebrow as she stared challengingly at Ginny.

Her friend squirmed, smiling awkwardly as she sipped on her drink too. 'Well… Hmm.. Sometimes everyday….'

'See?' Hermione shrugged.

Ginny pointed out her tongue at Hermione, showing that she didn't care. 'Are you even going to tell me what's going on between you and Draco?' She finally asked, her face showed that she was trying her hardest to figure out the deal between Hermione and Draco.

Hermione hummed for a second, wondering where to start. 'I was sent to a family called Hyders in Australia by Bellatrix and she took my memories, along with my identity and gave me fake ones..'

'Wait.' Ginny cut her off. 'What does that mean? What do you mean she took away your identity?'

'Well, she sort of put a spell on me that changed the way I look and my voice, basically I wasn't Hermione Granger at all when I was there. But, then somehow I woke up and I was Hermione Granger again. I remembered everything, well, except the war. Mother said the spell Bellatrix had put on me had start to worn off when Bellatrix died, but because there was too much darkness and power in that spell, it took two years to completely wear off. And that's why I came back after I remembered, and..' She scoffed, reliving that moment when she saw Draco and Astoria and she had to squeeze her eyes shut before she could continue. 'And I saw Draco snogging with someone, no, if I didn't say a word they would probably be shagging at that time.'

Ginny stared at her, disbelieving the words Hermione said. 'Who? No, wait, don't tell me.'

'Come on, Gin. Guess.'

'Astoria?'

Hermione laughed. 'Yeah, who else.'

Ginny gasped loudly. 'OH. MY. GOD. No way, you're lying!'

'Yes. Yes, Ginny. That's why I left Britain again. I went back to Australia.' Hermione sighed, her drink was half full.

'Why can't Draco, Pansy and Blaise find you? I mean, I think Blaise and Pansy were in Australia for some moment. No, Pansy was the one who stayed in Australia to find you.' Ginny put her index finger on her chin as she tried to recall the facts.

'What? What do you mean?' Hermione asked, scooting closer to the table to listen closely to what Ginny would say.

Ginny looked weirdly at her. 'Well, didn't you know? Draco sort of teamed up with Blaise and Pansy to go look for you. I think each of them chose a continent of their own, but when Bellatrix died, Draco sort of gave up. I don't know.'

Hermione didn't reply, she just finished her drink. She never knew that Blaise and Pansy were involved in the project of searching her too. She never knew that she was that important to everybody. And when she come to think of it, she never did meet Pansy since she came back about two months ago. She didn't know what to feel.

Seeing the look on Hermione's face, Ginny decided to drop the topic. 'So, really, what's the deal with you and Malfoy?'

Hermione shook her head, not knowing about it herself. 'Well, I'm not really sure about that. It's just, I felt betrayed.'

'Because of Astoria?'

'Yes. I don't know, it's just. I just know I shouldn't forgive him that easily. It would be too easy. And it just hurts that he won't know how much it hurt me seeing him with her.' Hermione said softly, her face showed how stressed out she was with that.

'So, you don't really want everything between you and Draco to be over but at the same time you still don't really want to give in that easily?' Ginny questioned, putting Hermione's words into her own conclusion.

'Well, yeah, sort of.'

'Don't you think that's quite absurd?' asked Ginny.

'What?'

'You know, when you think about it. What if you took too long to get over what happened with Greengrass and Malfoy and when you finally do, he's over you too? He's moved on with life, and meet someone else?' Ginny said, trying to make sense of the situation but questioning Hermione's decision at the same time.

Hermione just shrugged cause honestly, she didn't know what's right and wrong anymore.
