"Molly," a voice called out. She was making the trek up the mountain path towards Ozari and Chase when she heard the voice calling her name. She had never heard this voice before. It was deep and intimidating, and almost sounded angry with her. For a brief moment she thought she was just hearing things, until the voice spoke again. "Molly you are the chosen one! You possess a very part of me! Use it wisely young one!" she looked around her for the source of the voice, but it seemed to be coming It was strange to have that feeling. But the more she thought about it, it
seemed to be coming from within her. "Molly, defeat him! You must defeat
him at all costs!"

She knew then that this was the Harvest King. She couldn't explain how she knew, but there was a clarity in the way she was thinking. What she possessed was a tear from him, a vessel of his power. It was something that only she could use. She knew that with the same certainty that she knew it was the Harvest King speaking to her. It struck her as odd how normal it seemed to have a deity communicate with her in such a way. Especially one that she hadn't even known had existed until a few months prior. But life had changed extraordinarily since she had moved to Castanet. She continued moving forward with more determination. she wanted this to end now. Ozari had made it more personal by including Chase.

She continued her arduous climb up the mountain with more determination than when she had started. After what felt like an eternity she finally reached the top. A small cabin stood with puffs of small white smoke coming out of it's chimney. This no doubt was where Ozari was. Molly took a deep breath then walked into the door.

Claire felt the strength sapping from her. She knew now that the friendly face the girl had presented had merely been a mask of her true intentions. She couldn't allow this girl to do what she intended. She lay very still, summoning all of her strength. Maya towered over her an ominous look on her face.

"How easily you were fooled," Maya scorned. She laugned. It was a scraping sound against her frayed nerves. Maya bent down to get her face close to Claire's. Claire waited for the right moment. She knew right now Maya thought she had the upper hand. But Claire still had some of her strength left. When the girl who was balancing in a precarious squat looked around the room, Claire jumped into action. She pushed the small girl over, and summoned her strength to make her way to the open door. She didn't bother to look back to see if the girl was coming after her. Crawling on all fours as fast as she could go, she exited the room and made her way for the back stairs that led down to the bar. She once again summoned her courage, and threw herself down the stairs. She tumbled like a rag doll down the steps, each stair impacting a different part of her body. When she landed at the bottom of the stairs, she felt the little grip she had on her consciousness slip from her.

The impact Chase was expecting never came. Instead he felt a gust of wind as the door opened. He looked up to see Molly standing in the doorway. Her hair was windblown, and she looked weary, but he had never seen her look more beautiful in his entire life. Her eyes scanned the room, and quickly locked on his. A worried crease made its way onto her forehead. He wanted to say he was fine, but words seemed to elude him.

"So you arrived," Ozari cooed. His voice was filled with a bitterness that he did not even attempt to hide.

"You knew I would," Molly answered. She sounded strong, confident, and assured. Something had changed within her since his capture. He could hear it clearly. Her steps drew closer to where he lay.

"If you destroy me, you destroy him!" Ozari shouted. Ozari pointed in Chase's direction. "Right now I have him in my world!"

"Destroy him Molly!" Chase shouted, finally able to speak. "Don't worry about me!" Ozari's hand waved over his head. More pain. He groaned.

"Chase!" Molly shouted. It sounded muffled and far away. Everything was hazy and Chase could hear sounds of a struggle. Ice was around him, encasing him.

Kathy heard the noises of Claire tumbling down the steps. She ran over to the steps as quickly as she could. She looked up the steps to see Maya, who quickly dashed away. Had Maya pushed this woman down the stairs to get back at Molly? Kathy knew that Maya was unhinged at times, but was she really capable of physical harm? Kathy gently bent down to examine the woman. She appeared to be breathing.

"Father come help!" She called out. She didn't want to leave her alone in case Maya came back. He came out of his bedroom and looked confused for a moment. His eyes went wide with surprise.

"What happened?" He asked. A concerned look washed over his face. Kathy shrugged. She wasn't sure herself. Hayden was hesitant to touch her, he didn't want to injure her even more. "Watch over her, I'm going to call the doc."

Maya was panicking. In her room she paced back and forth. Kathy had seen her at the top of the stairs after Molly's mother had thrown herself down them. She had never imagined that the woman would have done something like that. She had thought the medicine she had given her would be enough to make her pass out. She had stolen her mother's sedatives that were prescribed by doctor Jin. She had miscalculated, and now was going to pay for it. This was Molly's fault! Chase was rightfully hers! Maya picked up one of her porcelain jars that she collected and threw it hard against the wall. It shattered with a finality.

"No!" She shouted. She started to sob. This was not how it was supposed to happen. Her mother who had heard all the commotion came rushing through her door.

"What's going on in here?" Colleen asked. Maya looked at her mother shaking. She bent down to the shattered pieces of her jar. This one has been her favorite. She grasped them in her hands causing them to bleed.

"I'm sorry mama!" Maya cried. "I'm so so sorry!"

Within twenty minutes of Maya throwing the jar, there was a sharp knock on her door. Her mother entered followed by the FIA agent who had come to the island when Molly had been attacked. Maya had said nothing to her mother about the incident with Molly's mother. Instead she had just cried. Colleen had finally left the room sighing. Now the look on her mother's face was stern. The agent looked even more intimidating.

"I need you to come with me young lady," he stated. "We have some questions to ask you."

"You can't prove anything!"Maya screamed. She jumped out of bed, lunging for the agent. In a flash of a second, a sharp electric current ran through her body. She realized distantly she was being tazed. All she could do was cry out, and tears flowed down her face.
