With a flash of yellow light, Scarlet was back on the TARDIS. She felt a light groan come from the old girl as she landed.
"I know Honey, I've been gone for a few days, but I'm back now." Scarlet cracked her back and dusted of her outfit as she exited her room. After arriving back at the bar, her and Past Jack enjoyed the hardest liquor she could find. Flying through the Past Doctor's mind really took a lot out of her, and what better to numb the pain then alcohol. Past Jack quite enjoyed watching Scarlet drunk, making sure she always had another drink when her cup was empty. Of course she didn't remember much of it, but by the way Present Jack acted when he picked her up, it didn't seem like she did anything awful, like snog a fish king. She spent the night at Present Jack's place and then slept for another to get rid of her hangover. She never wanted to get drunk again.
Upon entering the control room, she saw that the Doctor had already picked up Clara. She sported a red collared dress and her hair in a tight bun. Typical. Her and the Doctor seemed to be fighting over where they were heading next. Like always, they dragged her into their fight.
"Scarlet, tell him! We've been going to the future way too much, we should go to the past!" Clara cried.
"No, the future is way more fun, did you know they founded a planet just for haberdasheries?" The Doctor fought back. None of them seemed to look at her. Scarlet just smiled.
"It doesn't matter where you guys want to go." She said. Clara replied with an aggressive "Hmm!?" while the Doctor replied with an ever more aggressive "What!?"
"Yeah Doctor, I lost the bet. I have to go find your bowtie museum and hand-wash them all." She smiled wider. "Oh yeah, and I'm taking Clara with me."
"So I just have to wait for you guys to get back?" The Doctor groaned.
"Well yeah, unless you want to go to your haberdashery planet by yourself." Scarlet said.
"No, I'll save that for another day, I'm going to go to Palm Springs."
"Palm Springs? California?" Clara asked.
"Yeah, I heard its a nice place. Its got lots a pubs and beaches... I bet you guys couldn't resist a trip there." The Doctor smiled.
"Actually I could. It's not my fault you placed the bet." Scarlet said.
"Yeah, me too. I seriously want to see your bowtie museum." Clara added. The Doctor frowned.
"Fine, but I'm going anyways." He flipped some switched and pushed some buttons, quickly landing the TARDIS. He strode off, still wearing his goofy purple polo shirt and khakis. As soon as the creaking door closed. Scarlet smiled.
"Really, a bowtie museum? How did you manage to lose a bet like that?" Clara asked, half laughing and half-confused.
"Let's just say it involved British accents, fake planets, and some really annoying guys in black suits. I'll tell you the story on the way, but first we need to get to my room."
"Why's that?" Clara asked.
"I've been in these clothes for days." Scarlet looked disgusted as the short shorts and white blouse, still confused why she had worn them that day.
In a couple of minutes, Scarlet walked out of her room wearing red plaid skinny jeans and a black t-shirt. It felt more comfortable and more...her. The two girls took off into the hallway to start their trek.
"So how are we going to find this? This TARDIS is infinite right?" Clara asked.
"The TARDIS will show us, won't you Honey?" Scarlet cooed. Hoping something would happen. Unfortunately, nothing did.
"Was something supposed to happen..." Clara half asked.
"She's still mad at me because I left for a few days."
"You left? Where did you go?" Scarlet smiled nervously.
"Oh, just to visit Jack. Nothing important or anything." Scarlet said. Not like she could remember most of it anyways.
After about an hour or so of searching, they had created a method for looking for the museum. They would remain on either side of the hall, yelling out whatever the room was that they just looked into.
"Swimming pool." Clara called.
"Lounge." Scarlet said.
"Kitchen."
"Gym."
"Wardrobe."
"Movie theater."
"He has a cinema in here?" Clara asked, quickly adding, "T.V studio."
"Yeah, it looked like it was playing The Lion King or something." Then she added, "Church."
"Football field."
"Do you mean American football or British football? " Scarlet asked, then added, "Hotel."
"Which do you think?" Clara said. Then quickly added, "Bakery."
"Good point." Scarlet paused, the hallway becoming blank of rooms. "Hey, do you think that bakery has some soufflés?"
"Maybe. If we ever find this museum then maybe we can treat ourselves."
"Sounds good." Scarlet smiled, "Oh and Clara?"
"Yeah?"
"Thanks for doing this with me."
"Well I just had to find out how you ended up losing a bet, and I've got to tell you, that story was-" Clara was cut off do to the shaking of the TARDIS. At first it was light, but then it felt like how rough it was when the Doctor drove. Then it got worse. The two girls were knocked off their feet and quickly stricken unconscious, their bodies being dragged along with the movement of an out of control TARDIS.
