Chapter 53: Freedom Cry (2)

Previously:

'This small boy…must be a member of a tribe close by.' Rito deduced. The assassins all stood still, looking at the threat all over. Mea red braid begun to dance behind her, but a subtle hand gesture from the Yuuki signaled her to halt. The human stepped forward slowly.

The assassins were in no danger. Everybody knew that, including Rito. The little boy with the boy was nothing compared to the adversaries they had faced. The little boy was nothing. He was of no threat, and there was no reason to harm him.

"Who might you be?" Rito asked, his golden brown eyes flickering back and forth between the boy and his blue tipped arrows.

"…Descendent of the god of the skies, I am…"

"Th-The Lone Eagle!"

Chapter 53: Freedom Cry (2)

"Th…The Lone Eagle?" Rito seemingly blurted out, completely flabbergasted. The same dumbfounded expression could be seen plastered on everyone else's face as they looked back and forth between the small boy and the earthling. Yami and Nemesis faltered, Mea's lollipop dropped from her hanging mouth. Even the sleeping Black had woken up, his ears perked at the developing situation.

"…" Golden Darkness remained silenced, though an anime sweatdrop rolled down her face, despite their rather queer predicaments. 'Well… at least he's got the hood right…'

"So you're the great Lone Eagle heeeh…?~" Nemesis whistled out, an impressed look on her face. "I admit; you have balls kiddo." The dark matter Trans weapon folded her arms together, nodding approvingly with a knowing smile.

"Y…You're the… the Lone Eagle?" red haired Mea asked, her face crept into one of amusement as she glanced at the orange head. 'Just to fuck with him.' The girl saw this as an opportunity to get back at the Yuuki, for all the times that they had argued. "I…I must've misheard you, child. W…Who exactly did you say you we-were?..." Mea asked in a tone of uncertainty, faking her evident fear in her shaky tone. This earned an annoyed glare that Rito shot her.

'What are you doing?' Rito silently mouthed out to Akane no Mea, who smiled sweetly.

But the 'Lone Eagle' was not anticipating the mixed responses from the cave dwellers. Here he was, mighty and menacing, bow drawn and arrows pointing, yet the victims seemed not at all phased. In fact, it was as though they were… relaxed, questioning and playful looks lingering on their faces. The boy's resolve began to falter. "I…I'm n-not kid-kidding around-d!" The hooded figure called out as he took a small step back, bow drawn even further, lining it up with his sight.

"What could possibly an assassin want from us travelers. We're merely passing by this planet." Rito tried to dismiss. But the 'Lone Eagle' won't have it.

"He-…I'm not just an assassin!" The boy clumsily yelled, looking straight at the orange haired boy with his sharp, grey eyes. "The mighty Lone Eagle is our deliverance from evil. I am here to bring peace u-upon these troubled lands."

"Sounds familiar." Yami said with the tiniest of smirks as Rito rolled his eyes.

"Alright 'Lone Eagle', you're good, you beat us. You win." Rito sighed in defeat, looking at the boy with curious eyes, concealing his amusement.

"So what is it that the Lone Eagle wants?" Nemesis wondered. "If its money you want, then I'm afra-"

"-Money won't feed my tribe." The boy muttered under his breath. "But food…" The hooded boy then sniffed the air, looking around the small cave. And there by the fire, he was drawn to the aroma of slightly burnt fish, amongst other meats. The others heard a hearable 'gulp' as his hands trembled on the boy.

"Better hold your bow firmly and don't shake, it'll decrease accuracy and you might end up shooting where you're not supposed to." Rito offered plainly, looking somewhat bored and interested at the same time. He gave it to him. He had courage, standing up for himself even though he was outnumbered five to one, brave enough to take what he wants.

"Shut it!..." The 'Lone Eagle' hushed as he snapped back into reality. He gave a nudge to the kebabs leaning by the fire with his bow. "The food." The boy ordered, or tried as best he could, coming out as a weak and almost desperate plea.

Rito's golden brown eyes widened in realization, he dropped his guard entirely and offered a smile. "Well, if you came for food, you should've asked right from the get go!" The Yuuki told, walking to the fire, bending down as he picked up the skewers of food. This had earned a perplexed and slightly amazed look from his assassin companions.

'Well he's taking the news about his imposter better than I had imagined.' Yami established from within.

'Just who is this kid… and why is he playing as the Lone Eagle…?' Mea thought.

'He's good with children?' Nemesis asked rather excitedly. 'He turns me on to no end, this earthling…~'

"Is this what you want?" The Earthling asked, offering the skewers up to boy, who's bow hand became unsteady. And slowly, the 'Lone Eagle' undrawn his bow, stuffing his three arrows back to the side of his leg strap. "Oh I like that storage choice." The orange head cooed. "The color of your pants camouflages the arrows strapped to your thighs and calves. Also a convenient location which allows for quick draw. Might I suggest storing arrows around your forearm instead-" But the boy's compliment was cut short when the hooded boy swung the bow around his body. He then snatched the skewers of food from Rito at an alarmingly fast pace and retracted away from him. Unable to contain his hunger anymore, the 'Lone Eagle' took off his hood.

He was a young boy, couldn't have been past fifteen years of age (relative to Earth). Under that furry hood, rest an equally fuzzy pair of dog ears, sitting atop of his ashen disheveled short hair. The pelts that embroiled on his fur clothes were plentiful. Anyone could recognize him as a hunter. He was currently indulging himself into the fish, wolfing hunks of meat down his throat greedily, gnawing with his sharp and pointy teeth.

The assassins watched in fascination as he finished up one skewer of meat. But then he stopped, stowing the sticks of meat in a sack behind his back. "…I must save some for the tribe…" He muttered lowly.

Without warning, the boy froze, eyes fully widened.

They had seen his face.

The Lone Eagle's face.

"Yo-You saw n-nothing!" The dog-eared boy exclaimed as he pulled the fur hood back up, once again concealing his head.

"H-Hai…" The Wild Hunt collectively sweatdropped, watching the small boy fussing over his appearance.

"You've all seen too much…" The boy said, now backing away from the fire. "Do not approach the Lone Eagle. Ever again." He said, before bolting away from the cave.

Then, there was silence.

'That… just happened…' Rito told himself, a headache already threatening to form.

"You let him go?!" Mea demanded, looking at the boy and the cave entrance back and forth. "Just like that, you let him go?"

"For Christ's sake look at him! He was just a small boy." Rito reasoned. "I can't justify hurting a little kid who's of no threat to us. Sure he had a bow. But you can tell that's he's never fired it at people before. He wasn't dangerous."

"He was just hungry, from the looks of it…" Yami pointed out dryly, staring at the absence of food by the campfire. Her food.

"Well in any case, it's best to rest up and put this behind us. We have a long day ahead of us tomorrow." Rito told them as he walked over to the back of the cave, and slid into his bedroll, facing the cave wall.

"…Who knew you were this famous…~" Nemesis smirked, knowing full well that the boy was embarrassed. "Descendent of the god of skies, I am the Lone-" She announced with a loud voice.

"-No another word!~" The boy hushed, folding his hood up to cover his head, and embarrassment. 'They're not going to let this go….ever…'

'No we are not.~' Nemesis's voice sung in his mind, a big red tick mark on his head.

*Next day…*

The rustling of leaves traversed across the canopy, what initially started as an exploration of the planet Yrden soon became a race against amongst assassins. The Wild Hunt had woken up in the crack of dawn, already on their journey to Toro's Mining Complex. However, in light of the rather awkward situation that they were put in last night, out of curiosity, they had decided to pursue the trail that the 'Lone Eagle' had left behind.

"Why exactly are we doing this, following that poor boy?" Rito asked, exasperated. After minutes of convincing to no avail.

"Come on Yuuki Rito, aren't you at least a little curious about this famed 'Lone Eagle'?~" Nemesis frowned mischievously. "I mean, wouldn't you of all people be interest to know who you're pretending to be?" She added jokingly.

"I'd like to think it's the other way around…" The Lone Eagle replied dryly, much to the giggles of Mea, and a smirk from Yami.

"Help me out here. Shouldn't we focus on the mission, Black?" Rito turned to the eldest of the group. 'Knowing him, he'll want to stick to the mission. He'll back me up for sure-'

"As professional curiosity is concerned, I believe it wouldn't be entirely out of line, to momentarily pursue this tangent of finding your imposter." The black clad hitman replied, much to the boy's surprise, so much so that he almost missed the next branch.

'Not you too Black…' Rito begged in his mind. He sighed and shook his head, knowing that they aren't going drop it anytime soon. "Fine… alright… as long as we don't fall out of schedule…"

Soon after, the orange head activated his vision. But he didn't see what he was expecting.

"Hold up." Rito said holding a fist up, signaling the Hunt to halt. "There's something over there, nine-o-clock, about half a klick away."

"Smoke." Yami pointed at the same direction.

"Souls." Rito identified. "A lot of them. Frightened ones…"

"You think the boy is there?" Mea asked.

"Let's find out!~" Nemesis cheered, already hopping over branches.

*Roughly same time… jungle clearing…*

"HELP! ASUKA-NII! ASUKA-NII!" The voice of a young girl yelped out in desperation.

"Get over here and stop struggling!" The werewolf ordered, putting his arm around the small girl, dragging her back. "Stop resisting…" The wolf-man grumbled, clenching his grip as he pulled the girl back, much to the amusement of the pack of werewolves behind him.

The pack of werewolf mercenaries had once again invaded the tribe. Vehicles blatantly parked over the destroyed huts and the burnt straw houses stood aflame. The line of trees that once stood around the tribe lands, now but a ring of frightened people, their ears drooped and tails sulking under them.

"NO! DON'T TAKE HER! PLEASE DON'T TAKE HER!" A young boy with a furry hood yelled out, breaking the line of petrified people, running into the ring of wolves. "I-I won't as-ask again!" The boy unhooked his bow from his body with one smooth swoop, and in a matter of seconds, a green tipped arrow pointed at the werewolf, jagged and stony looking.

The werewolf with the little girl stopped in his tracks, sensing the threat from the boy. "…And who are you, to threaten me?" He asked, clearly unimpressed with the boy's threats.

"I'm the Lone Eagle!" He yelled, releasing the arrow. The projectile flung to the wolf with great speed. However, the werewolf caught it with ease, crushing the arrow in his paws like a twig.

"Such arrogance…" The wolf snarled, tossing the little girl aside as he reached for his whip. "I think I'll take you instead, Lone Eagle." He growled, crackling his bone whip. The boy pulled out three arrows from his boots as he readied his bow. But in a matter of seconds, the wolf flung the whip, its ends coiling around the boy before he could draw the bow back. The whip's untamed ends wrapped around the boy's neck tightly.

"ASUKA-NII!" The bunny-eared girl now called out from the sidelines, but was restrained by the tribesmen around her.

"You mustn't, Usugi-chan…" The old tribesmen said, a firm hand on her shaking shoulders.

"Stay back Usugi-chan!" The other hushed.

"Aggg…leugh…!" The boy struggled to untie himself as he dragged across the muddy ground. He could feel the blood within him gather around his face, blocked off by the whip around his neck. The boy tried his hardest, but could only hold on the rope for his dear life as his thick pelts were torn against the ground, his hood now ripped.

"Now… Lone Eagleyou really are alone now..." The werewolf mocked, stepping onto the boy's neck.

*Treetops…*

"LET HIM GO!" The screams from the distraught girl reached the heavens as the birds flocked away from the vicinity. But five remained, silently perched above the tree lines, out of sight. "ASUKA-NII!"

"…" Nobody spoke, instead, the five assassins observed the horrific scene below. The smoke from the burning pyres of huts reached to them.

"You…won't take my sister…away…" The boy from below gurgled out, but not before receiving a kick into the stomach from the wolf.

"...Yuuki Rito-" Yami began worrisomely, but was briefly cut off.

"-We have to do something." Rito told his companions, a deadly serious face worn. Somehow, the boy's words seemed to click into his mind. '...But you will NOT take my sister!…' He recalled himself saying.

"This is not out fight; we don't have to interfere." Mea added.

"No deviations from the mission, Yuuki Rito." Black whispered authoritatively.

"No." The earthling defied icily. "Help me or not, I'm going to save him." And in an instant, gone was the orange haired boy, now nothing but a wisp of wind and leaves.

"Well the fun has just begun!~" Nemesis said, swinging her legs in the air from the branch that she sat on.

(Music for Mood: The Greatest View – Flume INSTRUMENTAL)

The Lone Eagle landed, just outside the ring of tribesmen. He grabbed the hem of his hood, but stopped and contemplated for a short while, before briefly leaving the hood alone behind him.

He marched calmly through the thin crowd of people, gently pushing aside the people in his way. The tribesmen around him now took noticed of the silent figure, each either flinching or stepping away in fear and fascination. He had a head of orange. No pelts, no tail, small ears, and a shadowed look on his face.

"An outsider…"

"What is a foreigner doing here…"

"I hope he's not with the wolves…"

Murmurs and whispers spread like a plague as Rito soon moved pass the little girl with the bunny ears. The boy took his brown cowl down and draped it over the girl's head without looking, much to her protest and others around her. Rito made his way out into the field.

The pack of werewolves soon took notice of the outsider as they turned to him.

The werewolf stepped off of the Lone Eagle's throat, looking at Rito a curious eye. He gave a few sniffs. "You don't smell like these mutts." The boy under the foot of the werewolf gasped and reached for his sore throat, rubbing and coaxing it as he breathed normally once again.

"…" But the earthling gave no reply, continuing to step forward to the werewolf, a dark look on his face, hidden by his hair's shadow.

'…He's…The foreigner from before…!' The dog eared boy thought in realisation, recognising the physique.

'He smells like danger... better take him out fast!' Acknowledging Rito as a threat, the wolf once again snarled as he dropped his whip, reaching out his baton from his belt. He snarled and approached the Earthling.

Rito walked past the boy on the ground, who could only watch in silence, awed by the earthling's composure and uncanny calmness against adversary. The orange head gave the slightest of twitches as two thin blades flickered out into existence under his wrist. The boy from the ground flinched as the small blades shot out with a silent ring.

"How dare you interrupt me…!" The werewolf growled as he swung his baton at the small human, diagonally downwards. In response, the Lone Eagle calmly walked towards his foe, expertly leaned back and spun his body around anticlockwise, avoiding the swing whilst simultaneously cutting the werewolf's armpit with his right hidden blade. And as he finished his rotation, he swiped his left blade up to neck height beside the wolf, slicing the right side of his throat. Silent and efficient. With the wolf incapacitated and gurgling on the ground, the boy retracted his blades at lightning speed, and once again resumed walking calmly, hands by his sides.

The brief sounds of shearing of metal against flesh threw the crowd surrounding them into shock, screams and cries emanated from every direction as all backed away in fear. But Rito paid no heed, only slowly walking towards the remaining pack of wolves.

"Shit!... T-Take aim and fire!" One of the wolves hollered out as the pack whipped their rifles out.

The boy on the ground was about to warn Rito when he stopped, seeing the assassin looked up to the tree lines, and gave a subtle nod. The wolves could only frown in confusion.

In an instant, four figures descended on the pack of wolves as pained howls were heard. Each figure landed upon each wolf, incapacitating with transformed blades and spokes through the bodies. The last figure landed onto the final wolf standing a tad later, the figure stepped atop of the wolf. A handgun pointed to his head.

Execution.

Bang!

Screams and cries followed as the gunshot reverberated around the forest, ring in the ears of all those untrained. But the dog-eared boy sat frozen, with the bunny eared girl by his side, a post-sobbing expression on her face.

*later on in the day… Large hut…*

"As temporary tribe leader, I wish to personally thank you for what you all did today for all of us today, for me…. And for my sister, Usugi." The boy said, bowing his head. "You saved our tribe."

Gathered within a sizable straw hut were the Wild Hunt and the dog eared boy and the bunny eared girl. A warm and welcoming fire by their side.

"You're…" Mea pointed.

"…That gaki from before!" Nemesis exclaimed comically, an accusing finger pointed at him. "The one that took our delicious fish kebabs!"

"Well…yes." The boy replied with a lowered head, a slightly guilty look then twisted into resolution. "But how else was I going to feed my Tribe."

"…Your Tribe…?" Rito wondered, staring at the young boy.

"Allow me to formally introduce myself." The boy replied. "Asuka is my name. And I am the current acting leader of the Tribe of Yrn." He announced. "And this here is my baby twin sister, Usugi-"

"-Don't call me that baka!" Usugi yelled in annoyance, punching his brother on the head, causing a sizable and sizzling lump. "Besides, you're only older than me by half a minute." Usugi grumbled.

"You two are… twins?" Yami asked, noticing the difference the dog ears and the bunny ones.

"Hai." Usugi answered.

"You're not from around here I see." Asuka said, taking a sip from his cup by the fire. "Our Tribe takes pride in our animalistic traits. Most noticeably out ears and tails-"

"KAWAII!~" Nemesis squealed as she latched onto Usugi's bunny ears, rubbing her cheeks against the fur. "So soft… and cuddly…~"

"S…Stop… not there…~" Usugi moaned, melting to the Trans weapon's touch.

"Ak-em!" Asuka cleared his throat, clearly unimpressed, once again grabbing everyone's attention. "I've told you my name. Now what are yours?" The tribe leader asked.

"Nemesis here!~" The dark matter being cheered.

"Kurosaki Mea...mmm..." The red head mumbled, a lollipop already in her mouth.

"…" Black remained silent, not even remotely interested in the conversation.

"And yours?" Asuka glanced at the orange haired earthling.

"…" The Lone Eagle contemplated whether or not to give his name. "…Yuuki Rito." He carefully replied.

"Well," Asuka began. "Please accept my apologies for intruding into your hideout last night. Those were our hunting grounds and territories. And with the recent increase in recruiting, we have to take precautions."

"Recruiting?" Yami asked. "Then…"

"Those wolves… that you people k-killed. They work for the benevolent Tyrant, Toro."

"Toro?!" Rito interjected. "As in the one with the mining complex on the other side of the forest Toro?"

"How do you know this…!" Asuka hissed abruptly, a suspicious glance to the boy. "How do you know him… if you are…!"

"Relax Asuka-san." Nemesis waved off casually. "Toro isn't our friend. In fact, he's pretty much the opposite~" She said, leaving the bunny eared Usugi alone.

"Th-Then…" Usugi exclaimed. "You have to help us! Please!" The bunny eared girl begged. "More and more of us are taken for slavery-"

"-Usugi!" Asuka called out, calming his sister. "We will not discuss this issue now." The group then went into silence. "But for now, let us celebrate the victory that you all have brought us today. Please join us at the banquet by the campfire tonight. We owe you for that." Asuka announced standing up. Usugi soon followed after, holding her brother's hand as they disappeared outside the lit straw hut.

It took several moments for the assassins to process the news.

"We have a mission to complete, Yuuki Rito." Black frowned, not impressed with the boy's action. "We have no reason to be here and should keep all outside interactions to a minimal-"

"Oh come on lazy, what's the harm in having food with the locals?" Nemesis teased.

"I'm with Master." Mea replied with conviction.

"The boy still owes me food." Yami added.

"…I…" Rito considered the decision carefully. "…I…don't think it's such a bad idea…" He began, but seeing Black's frowning reaction, he continued. "And before you say anything, Black. We might be able to help each other. We need access to Toro and they need him gone, our objectives are aligned from what I see."

"…You're crazy…insane, all of you." Black has had enough as he stood up, leaving the hut. 'Helping people, cooperating. What has the world come to?...'

*That night…*

The sounds of silence dawned on that side of the planet. The what was once the lush and vibrant forest was now dimmed and reduced to the dark and still greenery. The occasional buzzing of insects rummaged through the forest and into everyone ears. But amidst the buzzing silence, there existed a flame, teeming with life.

The large bonfire was surrounded by cheers and chatter of people. The sparks and crackles of the fire replied joyously as the people of the Tribe celebrated their long awaited salvation. The people gathered all around the fire, some more than others. But amongst the clutter of animals were the assassins.

"GATHER AROUND EVERYONE!" Asuka yelled out, standing on a makeshift wooden stage before the fire. Complying, the tribesmen all huddled around the warmly lit fire.

"Fellow tribesmen," The boy announced. "What we had experienced today has proven that the Tribe of Yrn, our great Tribe from which we inherited from our fathers of old!, is capable from rising up from the tyranny of the Mining Tyrant!" The ashen haired boy announced grandiosely, gesturing for the giant skewers of meat to be hauled over the bonfire. Rito's eyes widened when he recognised the skinned faces of the meat to be of resemblance of a wolf. "WHAT HAPPENED THIS MORNING, MARKS THE BEGINNING OF SOMETHING GREAT! WE WILL RESCUE OUR YOUNGLINGS! AND DAY BY DAY, A RIVER OF HOPE WILL FLOOD!"

"HOPE!" The tribesmen responded, fists pumped in the air.

"LET'S SEE IF THOSE WOLVES DARE TRY TO TAKE OUR YOUNGLINGS AWAY AGAIN!" Asuka rallied, a fist raised up.

"YEAAA!" the tribesmen yelled and cheered.

"AND IF ANYONE STAND AGAINST THAT TIDE…our tide…" Asuka trailed off, his voice quivering ever so slightly, glistening eyes looking at his fellow clansmen. The tribesmen all looked up, emotions swelling and clenched fists. "THEN TONIGHT! WE WILL BECOME,"

"A REVOLUTION!" Asuka yelled, both fists up in the air.

"REVOLUTION!" The sparks of tribesmen around the fire exploded. The Trans weapons and Rito who hung back the sidelines stood steadily, slightly wincing by the vibrating grounds and trees. Even the lazy hitman Black, who was napping on a branch atop of the tree, was shaken to reality from the force of the cries alone. Leaves feel along with tears. Rito stared at the boy before the fire in fascination. To take responsibility of an entire tribe is no small feat. And being able to rally the entire community together, is most impressive to him. But one thing had stayed on his mind ever since he met him. Why impersonate the Lone Eagle? Why impersonate him?

That night, chants of tribal songs reverberated through the area. The people, old and young, dancing and eating in joy, knowing for a fact, that there's hope in the revolution against the Tyrant Toro. For the very first time. And without much convincing needed, the animal eared people have soon accepted the assassins into their community as their own, offering them their gratitude and plenty of food.

"Don't pull so hard~" Mea said playfully at the children, who have decided to play with her long red hair. The same could be said for Nemesis. Yami however, remained reserved and almost unresponsive to the fascinated children around her.

Asuka soon noticed that there was one person missing. 'The man with the orange hair.' He reminded himself as he sat up from the piles of leaves on the ground, excused himself, and wondered away from the bonfire.

*Not far away, Jungle canopy…*

"I told you not to disturb me. Yuuki Rito." Black mumbled out with a sigh, laying upside on a branch, an arm over his eyes. Feeling the frown from the boy, he could only sigh and yawn again. "Whatever it is you want, we can do it tomor-"

"-This has to end now, Black." The Lone Eagle reasoned, lying on the branch opposite side of the trunk. "Whatever it is that you have against everyone else and working together. It has to stop."

"In this universe, every action, is a political action. And I refuse to take any sides. And certainly not for Deviluke." Black growled lowly.

'Of course! 'This entire covert mission for Ougi Tsunaru is sanctioned by the Devilukean government. And by completing the mission, this will undoubtedly brand the Devilukeans as the powerhouse of the Universe even more so than they already are.' Rito took a while to process this. 'But the question is, why doesn't he corporate with the Devilukeans?...'

'Does this have anything to do with Zastin?' The Lone Eagle asked himself.

"…You fought in the Galaxian Unification War correct?" Hearing silence, the earthling took it as a positive. "…Did you ever carry missions with Zastin?"

"…I did." Black finally opened his eyes, staring up into the starry night sky, watching the enormous blue moon spinning by. "For and against."

'Black is a troubled man… but even more so…he's a friend.' Rito wondered. "…Why?"

"…" Black stayed ever silent, listening to the meows of the black cat that sat on his stomach. He ran his hand down the furry animal, hearing it purr in response. "Are you willing to take the risk, just to hear about my past missions? My deeds in the war for and against Deviluke are classified information to even entire governments, unauthorised possession of said information will result in not only your immediate persecution, but mine."

"Like you give a shit, assassin." Rito quipped with a smile. 'Well this longest I've ever heard him talk, which is a good start…'

"…" Black stayed quiet as he placed his hands behind his head, the black cat on his stomach leapt off of him.

The two assassins stayed silent for a couple of minutes.

"Maybe another time then-" Rito sighed as he begun to stand up.

"-Project BlackBullet." The hitman stated simply, surprising the boy, who nearly fell of the branch.

"N-Nani?" He wondered, sitting back down.

"Project BlackBullet is a string of independent black-op missions sanctioned by the Devilukean government at the critical times of the Unification War." He explained.

"…...Tell me more." Rito requested.

Author's notes: Where are the reviews for last chapter guys? Surely we can do better than 5 at this point, right?

This chapter was inspired by the assassin's creed unity river trailer. y'all should check it out! Arno's kill was smooth as sh*t!

I want to dedicate at least another chapter to black's character development, considering how underdeveloped he is in the manga/anime. his character has tons of potential.

Hope y'all still engaged with the story, I'm humbled to have so many supporters, truly! :)

So as always, more chapters still to come!

Reviews are highly appreciated!

Criticisms are also accepted.
