The next morning, Law woke up without Nami by his side. He went down to his table in the dining room and saw a note.

"I'm very sorry, Law. Please forget everything we did last night. I had a lot of fun though." -Nami

The note stung Law in the chest. Why? Just when he thought that he could finally steal her heart.

Robin opened her eyes as the sun shine hits her pale face. She's been having bad dreams about things but unfortunately, when she woke up she forgot about it. Yet, the feeling is still there. That scary feeling.

She chuckled at the sight of her friends snoring and sleeping on the floor while some papers are scattered around. Well, she don't blame them. They were up until dawn, searching for some clues. They were devoted to help their nakama; Nami.

Robin carefully stand up from the sofa and silently walk passed her sleeping friends. She used her abilities to gather all the papers. She made sure not to wake them up. It's only 6:30 and she doesn't want to bother them first thing in the morning.

"Robin. I have something to tell you." -Nami

Robin's eyes widen as she read a text from the orange-haired woman. Maybe talking to the main key will lessen things up. She grabbed her bag and walked outside the door.

"You're up early, lady." Yasopp greeted as they saw each other on the path walk just outside the house. "Going somewhere?"

"Just to meet a friend." Robin smiled. "Thanks for having us last night."

"Yeah sure. Makes my house lively again." Yasopp chuckled. "By the way, about Roger-san and the talk last night, what are you plotting?"

Robin said nothing. "Didn't Bachina-san told you about women's privacy." She chuckled playfully and walked towards him.

Just before Robin could walk passed him. Yasopp whispered to her ears.

"You're a friend of Roronoa Zoro, right?" Yasopp said, making Robin stop in her tracks. "Beware of him. He's a son of an enemy."

Robin narrowed her eyes. "What ever you mean?"

"I'm thinking that you're coping up with things, Nico Robin. I must applaud you for that. If you want to investigate things, I must advice you to start looking what is NEAR you before you start looking from afar." Yasopp said as he entered the door house. Robin watched as Yasopp entered his house.

"Son of an enemy?" Robin murmured and started to walk towards the school. "Mihawk?"

"Belliemere-san. Is your head alright?" Hancock asked the woman laying on the bed.

They're in a motel somewhere called YUBA OASIS near the Alabasta Area in the New World Island. Hancock and her manager planned to bring Belliemere somewhere Arlong won't find her.

"It hurts." Belliemere clutched onto her aching head. "It freaking hurts!" She screamed.

"Alvida-san!" Boa called for her manager. "Have you contacted the hospital where that crazy with doctor recommends?"

Alvida came on rushing to the room. "We shouldn't go outside."

"Why?" Boa asked while grabbing Belliemere's hand in order for her be calm.

"Some fishy looking guys are roaming around the area." Alvida said. "They were searching for someone."

"Did they realized that Belliemere is not yet dead?!" Boa panicked. Then what's the point of hiding in the place?!

Belliemere stopped moving. Her eyes went blank, as if remembering something. She slowly touch her head and a lone tear escaped her eyes. "Ar-long?"

The two women looked at the blank woman beside them. "Belliemere-san? Are you remembering things right now?"

"No! No! No! No!" Belliemere began to trash around, making Boa pushed her down and pinned her on the bed using her strong arms.

"Shut up for a bit, you crazy woman! You and your daughter is so stubborn!" Boa gritted her teeth in annoyance.

"Daughter?" Belliemere choked out. "Arlong? Daughter?" Another pang of pain hit her again in the head.

"Wha-?! Alvida-san!" Boa hissed. Alvida quickly searched for an injection in the drawer.

"Shit. We ran out of tranquilizer." Alvida cursed.

"There's an ANESTHESIA in my damn bag. Hurry!" Boa plead. Anymore than this would result some scratch on her skin. Wouldn't want that on an idol now, right?

Alvida ran back to the bed and injected Belliemere with an anesthesia. "Sorry." She whispered as she wiped with cotton where the patient had been injected.

Boa sighed in relief and sat beside the bed where Belliemere was calming down. "That was tiring." She wiped away some sweat off her. Are they looking for Belliemere-san?"

"No. They're looking for Nami." Alvida sat on a chair. She looked at Belliemere who is looking at her with teary eyes. "I'm guessing someone's memory just came back." She slumped on her chair. "Should we contact Kalifa?"

"Already working on it." Boa said with her phone on hand. "Yet, we're stuck here. If we get out right now, they might see Belliemere-san"

"We'll leave tonight. If the worse has come and they chase us, we'll create diversion alright?" Alvida put out her phone and began to text someone.

"Who are you texting?" Boa asked while the phone is on her ear.

"Someone I know near this area." Alvida answered. "They might help us."

"Who?"

Alvida grinned. "Ever heard of the Revolutionaries?"

"No." Boa shook her head.

"It's your love guy's pops." Alvida laughed.

Boa dropped her phone. "EH?!"

x-x-x-x-x-x-x

"Hello? Hello?" Kalifa yawned while answering the phone. The call is still connected yet no one is answering on the other side. Nevertheless, .she could hear them talking. "I'm hanging up if you don't talk to me, Snake Queen." She rolled her eyes. Who would dare to prank her up first thing in the morning. Kalifa sat up and reached for a glass of water to drink.

"Luffy's father?!" Boa's voice screeched.

Kalifa spurted out the water on the sheets. "What the hell?! Dragon-san?!"

"Yes. The Revolutionaries are around this area. It's quite convenient for us to help Belliemere-san ran away from here. Who would've thought that those fish guys are roaming around here. It's dangerous." Alvida calmly explained. "Oh wait. They answered my call. Alvida here."

"Geez. How come she knew about Luffy's father." Boa pouted. "Oh, hello Kali-"

"WHAT THE HELL?!" Kalifa shouted for the whole hospital to hear. "Hancock! Hancock!"

"Whoa. Calm down, bitch." Boa said.

"Hey, watch your damn mouth." Kalifa felt a tick on her forehead. "What do you mean by the Revolutionaries?"

"Ah. About that.."

Kalifa listened carefully when Boa explained about Belliemere's memory is coming back, Arlong's men are looking for Nami and how Alvida is contacting the Revolutionaries like they're just neighbors. She should beat the information out of that Alvida soon.

"Alright, update me as soon as Alvida ends her call." She hung up. She bit her nails worriedly. She's so damn useless in this damn hospital room.

"You want me to kill that girl?" Mihawk sat on a dark room. "I thought she was the key to these things."

"Yes. But if she dies, those little bugs won't be bugging anymore. She may be a key but I've got tons of duplicate to replace her." Akainu said.

Mihawk's eyes narrowed. "Isn't she a precious tool to Arlong and Shiki? If they find out that she died, they'll kill you."

"That is why I want YOU to dirty your hands on her." Akainu looked at Mihawk. "The boards are getting suspicious of me and Arlong. They focused on the fishman and found info about that Nami. They didn't know that her goal is to kill someone in the academy. If you leaked out that kind of information, the cat will be viewed as a dangerous cat and will eventually rot somewhere."

"Kill that girl inside out, huh." Mihawk glared at the darkness.

"Find evidence that the girl is rotten. She'll eventually dig her own grave by her own fish master." Akainu laughed. "What idiots. I only have one goal and they are my pawn. No one will get better of me."

'Goal?' Mihawk thought. "If it's about "presenting devil fruit users to the world" and making them feared by others, can't you just leave the new girl alone?"

"Weren't you listening, you stupid son?" Akainu glared. "That girl is trouble to me the moment she came into my academy. I need her guardian's power for the perfect time, I don't care about the fame and money."

Mihawk stands straight, not showing any facial reaction.

"Oh yeah, my grandson is..." Akainu stopped when Mihawk quickly brought his huge sword on the desk.

"He is NOT your grandson." Mihawk glared. "He is my son but not your relative. Even though I am your son, I will never consider him accepting you as his grandfather."

"Why so harsh, Mihawk?" Akainu evilly grinned. "So you allow Perona to have me as her grandfather but not of Zoro's? Even though he is adopted, I might as well consider him being his grandfather. After all, his swordmanship is remarkable."

"If I ever know that you dragged Zoro into this mess, I will personally cut your head off. Do not forget that I betrayed my friends just for that." Mihawk gave his father a good glare.

"Just when I thought I can use him to lure the cat out." Akainu stood up, ignoring the sword that was pointing at him. He threw a picture on top of the desk. The lamp light show the picture. Mihawk's eyes widen at the picture of Nami and Zoro walking together in the campus. Zoro was smiling secretly while Nami was nagging at him.

"Talk about irony." Akainu laughed. "You can make use of your "son" to make your job done fast." He walked out of the darkroom while his laugh echoed.

"Damn it, Zoro. Why her?" Mihawk cursed as he look at the picture. Now he have to kill the girl who makes Zoro smile peacefully in the picture.

"Zoro~ Are you going home already?" Luffy whined.

"Yes, and I suggest that you better head home too." Zoro said as he put on his boots. "Tell your mom I said thanks for having a bunch of weird guys here." He said to the long nose. They were outside the front door, seeing Zoro off.

"Trust me, she's used to it." Usopp answered while drinking coffee. "Where's Robin, by the way?"

"She left early." Franky sighed.

"Don't state the obvious, damn cyborg." Sanji felt a tick on his throbbing forehead. "I was supposed to wake up with an angel in sight! But NO~ What I saw is a bunch of guys drooling over me!" He shouted as he remembered the horror of waking up as a pillow for the guys. "Shame on you, guys!"

"Ignoring the idiot there..." Franky rolled his eyes. "She left early as she received a certain text from someone."

"An affair perhaps?" Brook joked.

"Robin wouldn't do that." Zoro defended the woman.

"How would you know that?" Sanji looked at the green haired man. Could it be that the old feeling that Zoro bear for Robin is coming back? If so, what about Nami? Is he finally giving up on Nami when he realized that he has no chance of her now that the two captains from other gangs are aiming for her. Tons of question charged through Sanji's head at the short amount of time. "What the hell, marimo."

"What?" Zoro looked at the blonde man. "Anyhow, I'm going on ahead. Perona's been bombing me with texts saying that she's been alone the entire night."

"What about your father, Mihawk?" Chopper asked.

"Who knows. Probably drinking the night away." Zoro said.

"He's not you." Luffy pouted.

"Whatever." Zoro scoffed. "Aren't you guys going home yet?"

"Nah. I'm going to borrow long nose's kitchen and cook something for them." Sanji lit up his smoke and turn around. "Tell Perona-san I said hi." With that, he entered the house.

"Ah! Sanji! Don't smoke in the house!" Chopper shouted. "It's bad for long nose's mom!" He followed the cook inside.

"Long nose?!" Usopp gaped.

"We're intruding once again, long nose-san~" Brook sang and patted Usopp's head as he walk passed him.

"I'm going to get cola in the fridge long nose." Franky laughed and entered the house.

"WHO THE HELL ARE YOU CALLING LONG NOSE, YOU BUNCH OF UNGRATEFUL IDIOTS!" Usopp shouted and ran after them inside, leaving Zoro sweat dropping and Luffy, laughing.

"They're too lively in the morning." Zoro put out his phone from his pocket to text Perona and a piece of paper was dropped without him knowing.

Luffy stared at the paper but didn't say anything about it. He was snapped out from his daze when Zoro called out to him.

"Luffy, I'm going." Zoro walked away while waving his hand in the air with his back turned. Luffy nodded and picked up the paper.

"See ya later, Zoro." Luffy grinned. He opened the paper in his hand and his forehead crunched. He saw a picture of Nami with a red cross on her face with a KILL word. "What the hell is this.." He uttered. "Zoro wanted to kill Nami?!"

x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x

Perona was eating breakfast in the table. Somehow, the house seems too lonely with her alone. Mihawk couldn't be contacted since last night and she bet that it somehow involves Nami. After all, she's the one who found out that Mihawk is planning something with the woman who Zoro fell in love with. Life sucks.

Oh yeah, where the hell did she put the paper where Nami was targeted again? Damn, she should remember things more often, especially when it involves a matter of life and death.

"Zoro-niiiiiiii~~" Perona whined like a drunk woman. "Poor Zoro-nii~"

Nami sat on the chair in a certain coffee shop. She texted Robin in the morning saying that she wanted to talk. She has no one to talk to aside from her manager but seeing Kalifa's situation, Nami doesn't want to give any more stress to her. After the talk, she plans to go to the Yuba Oasis to visit Belliemere-san. She heard the information from Law's cellphone,at the same time from when she heard about Kalifa's situation. Everything is just complicated. She just wanted to get things done.

Robin spotted her on the edge of the coffee shop. She waved at Nami and Nami smiled slightly as she nods.

"Sorry for calling you out this early." Nami stand up to show respect.

"No, don't be so formal." Robin chuckled. "We're already a family, remember?"

"Family?" Nami blinked.

"Of course, the moment you joined the Strawhats, we are a family." Robin smiled at the young woman.

Nami bowed her head, she couldn't express such happiness but at the same time, sadness. "Thank you." She sat down, followed by Robin.

Robin eyed the young lad in front of her. The shop was silent, only the sound of a ticking clock was heard. It was now 10am. Nami ordered juice and Robin ordered coffee. What does Nami wanted to talk about anyway? Robin knows that she knew a lot of things and she wanted to confirm it. But she wanted to let Nami tell about it herself.

Robin cleared her throat to clear the awkward atmosphere between them. "It's exam week next week right? Are you having a hard time studying? I can tutor you if you want."

"No thanks." Nami smiled. "I can manage next week. I had my time with the guys."

"So you're opening up to them." Robin chuckled. "That's one step forward."

"What do you mean by that?"

"You seem to be so distant with the boys in your class. It's a good thing that you're somehow getting used to them."

"It's been a crazy week since I transferred here." Nami laughed slightly. "They're all idiots."

"Do you find them fun to be with?" Robin asked. Nami's facial mood changed. She looked sad and lonely.

"Robin, I'm having troubles right now." Nami looked at her hands on top of the table.

"I'm all ears." Robin smiled.

"If you have a hard life and you want to be free but you couldn't because of the chains weighing you down, what will you do?"

Robin looked at Nami with soft eyes. "What are you feeling right now, Nami?"

Nami looked at Robin with confused eyes. "I'm feeling confused and my chest aches. It's all so heavy for me to handle." Her tears are gathering up in her eyes as she gather up the hard life she's been.

She spent her entire life according to Arlong's instruction in order for her family to be safe. She has been keeping her pace with her chains all along but it all change when a sudden gust shook those chains, making it all rusty. When she move in the New World Island, she felt something she shouldn't have. She did something she shouldn't have. She met someone she shouldn't have.

Transferring in the Black Building makes her want to feel free with them. She remembered the times during her past week with the Hell Class. Laughing, giggling, chatting, and arguing. She felt those things in just one week. She felt free, it makes her want to forget everything about Arlong.

Robin looked at the crying lady in front of her. She understood how Nami feels. She wanted to asked her but she prevent herself from stepping any bombs that would lead things into a complicated situation.

"What should I do, Robin-san?" Nami hiccuped. "I'm scared."

"Scared of what?" Robin held Nami's shaking hand.

"I'm scared of Arlong." Nami cried silently. She couldn't take it anymore. Arlong has hurt her foster mother, then what was the point of staying in her chains. She was scared. She wanted to fight back but she couldn't because of the stupid chains.

"Nami, let me ask you this." Robin calmed Nami down. "Look at me." She put her finger on Nami's chin and made her look at Robin's eyes. "Everyone have choices in their lives. If you're scared, you were given two choices."

Nami had her attention to Robin's blue eyes. She was beautiful and kind.

"Either you want to face it or take a blind eye." Robin said. "What do you want to do? Tell me and I'll help you." She smiled.

Nami paused for moment. If she run away and continue her pace right now, nothing will happen. But if she face it and be strong, something will probably happen. Will she gamble everything again?

"If I decided to face everything, will you please help me?" Nami wiped away her tears. Her sad and teary eyes were replaced with strong and determined ones.

Robin smirked inwardly. "I'm not alone on this, Nami."

"Huh?" Nami blinked confusingly.

"Every Strawhat is on your side." Robin smiled, making Nami's face beaming with happiness.
