Kurt wasn't going to sugarcoat anything. Some might be enjoying it but to him, pregnancy kind of sucked. It was truly a gift for being a carrier and getting a chance to experience pregnancy. He truly loved being able to carry somebody he love's baby but he hated feeling like a frigging whale all the time. Even though Blaine had been assuring him that he was looking great, Kurt really didn't believe his fiancé. Blaine was trying to appease him, nothing more. He would enter his twenty-seven weeks of pregnancy soon which meant he was roughly over six months pregnant right now and he was sore all over. His feet and back ached and everything was swollen. He certainly despised the current state of his body.
To Kurt's horror, he had also been spotting hideous stretch marks on his protruding stomach. His once beautiful, flawless porcelain skin was now tainted with the ugly scars. He had pre-ordered all kind of skin products for him to remove them all. He definitely wouldn't let anything destroy the body he had worked so hard to get, not even his own baby. Since Blaine liked to sleep without his shirt on, Kurt found himself constantly glaring at Blaine's perfect body in envy every single night. The way the vampire's toned abs were insulting him drove him crazy.
There was no doubt after he had given birth, Kurt Elizabeth Hummel would go straight to the gym to get his physique back.
Kurt rolled over on the bed. He was ready to wake up and face yet another agonizing day of his life. He loved the baby he was carrying with all his heart but pregnancy was a tiring task. But he had a nice dream last night which meant he would be in a good mood for the rest of the day. Blaine undoubtedly would be pleased. Kurt's right hand instantly wandered on the mattress in search for Blaine and he sighed contently when it landed on a clothed figure next to him.
"Rise and shine, fellow Americans!"
Kurt's eyes opened wide instantly when he heard the voice that definitely didn't belong to Blaine. He knew the voice nevertheless and instantly shrieked, impulsively grabbing the duvet closer to his body. "What are you doing here, Sebastian?!"
"Blaine had emergency stuff to settle so I was asked to babysit you." Sebastian replied with a dull tone. It was obvious he didn't want to be there.
Rustling on the bed, Kurt attempted to sit up. "I can take care of myself."
Sebastian snorted. "Blainey didn't think so. That's why I'm here."
"Well, I told you I can take care of myself so you can leave now. Goodbye." Kurt demanded.
"No can do." Sebastian simply stated.
Kurt huffed. "I'll call someone else. I don't want you here."
Sebastian laughed which annoyed Kurt even more. "Who are you gonna call exactly? You don't have any friends here. It's your own fault for latching to Blaine's side like a leech all the time."
"There's Sam." Kurt answered with a sense of pride.
"Sam Evans, the driver?" Sebastian asked. "He's not your friend, he's your employee. You should learn to tell those apart by now."
"Sam is my friend whether he's working for Warbler Productions or not. I don't discriminate people like you." Kurt uttered firmly.
"Ah, I forgot that Blaine picked you from that same ditch himself. An ordinary employee turned employer for getting into the boss' pants…a real life Cinderella. No wonder why you like to be friended with losers." Sebastian chortled. "Anyway, Evans is with Blaine right now so you're out of options."
"I could always call Wes. I'm sure he'd be delighted to help." Kurt formed a fake, sweet smile.
"Wesley, really? That asshole over me? Ouch." Sebastian clicked his tongue.
"He's your father." Kurt felt dismayed.
"He's my maker." Sebastian was quiet. "Get the facts straight next time, Hummel."
Kurt fiddled with the duvet, torn. He felt grungy and he would like to be clean. He desperately wanted to take a bath but he couldn't even move without help and he surely didn't want to be helped by Sebastian Smythe. He was a man after all, he still had his ego. A part of him sought Blaine to be there with him. It was a nice gesture really for Blaine to ask someone to keep him company while the vampire was gone but he didn't approve of Blaine's choice. Of all people Blaine had chosen Sebastian and of course Kurt was upset but he was willing to let that go because he was the one who forced Blaine to go to work instead of babysit him at home. Kurt knew no matter how much Blaine loved him, the vampire loved his job as well.
Besides, Sebastian wouldn't dare to do anything to him even in this fragile state or that criminal chipmunk would definitely have to face Blaine's wrath.
Kurt glowered at Sebastian when a memory suddenly hit him. It made his earlier comment about Wesley Montgomery not matter anymore. "I know you tried to seduce Blaine a few weeks ago."
"Fun." Sebastian's sullen expression was gone instantly. "Did Blaine tell you how much he enjoyed that moment?"
Kurt scoffed. "Grab the clue word here. Tried. You tried but Blaine rejected you. I saw it with my two eyes. Don't you know shame at all?"
"Why should I? We've been playing this game since Blaine hit puberty. I was his first." Sebastian affirmed smugly. "Blaine was seventeen…a little bit late for my liking but my patience was finally rewarded and it was sweet."
Kurt's shoulders stiffened but he didn't reprimand. It honestly hurt to learn that fact. He knew about Blaine and Sebastian's rendezvous before he got into the picture but to learn that Sebastian was Blaine's first sexual encounter, it broke something inside him. Blaine had lost his virginity to Sebastian while he himself had given Blaine his.
How ironic their situation was.
"It meant nothing." Kurt said meekly as response.
"It meant everything." Sebastian's eyes glinted in glee. "We will always remember our first. It was the beginning of everything after all. We won't remember our tenth or hundredth unless you're keeping names and scores but that first person, that first time…will be forever remembered. Speaking of which, who was your first time with, Hummel? Was it some tramp by the river? Or was it a skank you met at school?" He derided.
"It's none of your business." Kurt responded dryly.
"It's not but I'd like to know. Maybe after this we can chat about our times with Blaine…you know, since we both have boned him." Sebastian said openly, without a hint of embarrassment. "And maybe, we can have a ménage à trois."
"You're disgusting." Kurt spat, scrutinizing Sebastian closely. His back was throbbing sitting in the same position for too long but he needed to let it all out. He probably wouldn't get this chance to be alone with Sebastian again. "I don't get it why Blaine keeps accepting you back, keeps forgiving you for all the things you have done even though you unquestionably don't deserve it."
"I'm adventurous." Sebastian uttered without a single hesitation. "You might understand Blaine well…perhaps better than his own family ever did but you'll never understand my relationship with him. It's out of your limit."
"But I—" Kurt unexpectedly coughed, interrupting his sentence.
"Here." In a split second Sebastian snatched the glass of water on the nightstand and gave it to Kurt. It even had a straw in it to make it easier for Kurt to drink.
Kurt gaped at Sebastian in disbelief but drank the water nonetheless. "Why are you being nice? Blaine isn't here to observe your every move so you don't have to pretend. I'm not telling about you either."
Sebastian sneered. "I'm not doing this for you. I'm taking care of that precious little thing inside you."
Kurt's brows furrowed. "Why?"
Sebastian shrugged. "Although it's unfortunately a part of you, it's a part of Blaine as well. It's practically my nephew or niece. Blaine probably wants me to be his child's Godfather."
"The baby is not an it, he's a he!" Kurt grumbled. He was really sensitive regarding that matter. He had been nagging Blaine to use the proper word when describing their unborn child and now it seemed he would have to do the same with Sebastian. "And keep on dreaming about having my son as your nephew or Godson because you'll never get a chance to even touch him."
Sebastian smirked. "We'll see about that."
A/N 2: How's the chapter? Was it worth the wait? What do you think of Sebastian? :)
