First off all I can say is WOW.. your reviews blew me away on how much you are really invested in this story. I knew people read it, but I had no clue so many people are in love with it. I have put some hard work into this and I try my best to update twice a week only for you, so that was nice to know you ALL want it to continue. And with that being said, here is to 44 more chapters! (Okay, I don't really know if I have that many chapters left in me for this story, but here's hoping.) So.. lets bring on the romance... and the drama! :) Enjoy the ride.

This chapter is shorter than usual, but if I didn't the break it up the chapter would have went too long, plus it gives an extra chapter for the story. :)

Chapter 44

Man did they celebrate that night. After finding their wedding dresses Callie and Arizona celebrated multiple times until collapsing in bed from exhaustion in the wee hours of the night. After a long night of love making, they agreed to abstain from each other again until the wedding night. The weeks following up to the wedding flew by for both woman, work kept them on their toes and so did the last minute wedding preparations. Coming home after long hours at work they would immerse themselves into wedding details which paid off, because now with only a few days to the wedding, everything was set for the big day.

Waking up early, Callie crept quietly to the bathroom so to not disturb the sleeping beauty by her side. After using the toilet, she ran downstairs to let the dogs out to roam in the back yard a while, she made her way back upstairs to her bedroom. Climbing in the warm bed, she couldn't take her eyes off Arizona. Staring at the blonde before her, Callie thought back to her life before her fiancé entered it. Her life was simple, fun, at times a disaster, but you couldn't show her one persons life that wasn't at some time or another in their life. Even though she was happy with the direction her life was headed, she was missing something. For the longest time she thought that missing something was a stable man in her life. But after a stem of failed relationships, she realized she didn't need a man in her life to make her truly happy. She had great job, great friends, a family who loved her and as long as she had them by her side she was happy. The same rings true today but now she also needed Arizona. With her by her side her happiness quadrupled. It's not the sex.. Okay it's not just the sex, but it was a huge bonus because sex with Arizona is beyond anything she had ever experienced before. It was just being unconditionally and utterly loved by someone and loving them just as fierce. She had a way with Callie. Somehow she got her to believe in everything that she could be, she gave her faith to find her dreams.

Taking advantage of the moments, she has she took a notepad out of her nightstand. She had been trying to put her thoughts to paper for a surprise for Arizona for a while now, but nixed the idea when she couldn't express herself the way she wanted too. Callie had never been the greatest at putting her feelings into words, much less on paper but something was different this morning. Seeing the blonde that she would call her wife in just two days lie next to her sound asleep, her words flowed freely onto the book. After spending around thirty minutes writing, she finally placed the pad back in her stand. Laying back down, Callie snuggled in to the blonde. Placing gentle kisses on pink lips until she began to stir. "Wake up my pretty lady." She whispered.

"No, I'm sleeping." Arizona whined, burying herself deeper into the mattress when she felt the bed shift as Callie snuggled closer. She was having the best dream, her head was buried in her favorite spot between writhing caramel thighs.

Laughing, she brushed Arizona's hair out of her face. "Wake up." She said planting several more soft kisses all over the face before her.

"But the alarm has not even went off yet."

"Umm actually I turned it off before it sounded. You were just to precious to wake, so I let you sleep a little longer."

"But I was having the most amazing dream ever." The blonde huffed, scooting closer to Callie. "Hold me. I'm cold." She said, nestling her face into her fiancés neck.

"Awe, come here my baby. I'll warm you up." Callie said, pulling Arizona flush to her and intwining their legs. "Tell me about your dream." She said holding her close.

"I can't." She mumbled.

"Why not?"

"Because if I tell you about how I had my head being buried between a certain someone's legs, I'll start thinking about it again and I'll have to take care this aching need that I've tried on many occasions to extinguish, but just can't seem to satisfy."

"Oh.. well we can't have that now can we." She said, kissing the blondes forehead. "How come you're so pretty?"

"Callie." She sighed, with a laugh. "I look like crap." She said, combing her fingers through her hair.

"You never look like crap." She said, laying her head down closer to Arizona's.

"You're such a suck up, you know that?" Arizona laughed, pressing their foreheads together. "Do we really have to get up yet? I'm so exhausted." She whispered.

"Yes, we have to get to work." Callie replied.

"But we don't have patients, that's all on Jacksons shoulders for the next two weeks." She pleaded. "We only have to go in to finish paper work. Please." She asked, pouting her lip. The only thing they had to do today, barring emergencies, were to finish their paper work. It wasn't a must to get it finished, but if they didn't do it before they left on their honeymoon, they would have to spend days after their return catching up on it.

"Arizona, tonight's our bachelorette parties. We need to get back in time to get all dolled up."

"All the more reason to go back to sleep for a while. I need to rest up for my strippers." Arizona grinned, pulling the cover up over her more.

"Umm.. No. You're not having strippers." Callie protested.

"Umm.. yes I am." She said, propping herself up on her elbow and looking down at Callie whom was still lying down. "I'm about to become a married woman, so I want to go out and have fun at my bachelorette party and if I want strippers I better get them. I want to get white girl waisted and have them dancing all over me. Teddy better follow through."

"You're serious?"

"Yeah." She shrugged. "It's suppose to be a fun night, Callie. A night to let loose."

A little taken back by Arizona's comment, "And just how loose are you wanting to get?"

"I want to have fun." She said, a look of shock in her fiancés eyes "No, that is not what I meant and you know it." She said, knowing what Callie was thinking.

"But I don't like the thought of anyone dancing on you like that." She said, rolling onto her back.

"Don't be jealous, it's not like I won't be imagining it's you anyway." The blonde said, laying her head on Callie's should.

"That's what I'm afraid of, you getting a few drinks in you and then getting handsy." She didn't want to picture Arizona's hands on any other person except her or vice versa.

"Calliope, stop." Arizona said, rolling on her back. "I would never do anything that would jeopardize us, so don't act like I would." She said, rolling over to face to the wall. "Because, frankly that pisses me off that you would even think so."

"I'm not acting like that."

"Yeah, but a little bit you are. I just wanted to have some fun, to do something that I've never done before." She said, fluffing her pillow before laying back down on it.

"Don't." Callie said, pulling at Arizona's arm. "Don't turn away from me."

"I'm going back to sleep, Callie. You can go to sleep with me or you can go into work. I don't care." She mumbled with her eyes closed. She was finished with this conversation. Callie could be mad or not, she was going to let loose and have some harmless fun tonight whether she liked it or not.

"Arizona, come back over here." She whined. "I'm sorry okay? You just caught me off guard. I never expected you to want strippers and when you said you did, it just caught me off guard. I'm sorry."

"Are you really sorry or are you just saying that because you pissed me off?" Arizona asked, not moving from her position.

"I won't lie.. maybe a little of both." she said, getting her hand underneath her lovers body. "You know I can't handle you being pissed. Come back here." She said, pulling her back into her front. "If you want strippers, I won't be mad. And you are right, it's a chance to just let loose and have fun. I've went to see Chippendale strippers before and it's just harmless fun. Besides we don't even know what's in store for us tonight."

"That's true, you have Aria in charge and I have Teddy.. All I can say is it's going to be a wild ride."

"That it is." Callie laughed. "Take a little nap and then I'll take you out to get some breakfast at that little omelet shop you like."

"Can I have pancakes?" The blonde asked, excitedly.

"Yes," Callie laughed at Arizona's childlike behavior.

"With extra whip cream and syrup?"

"Depends.. Do you love me?" Callie teased.

"When there is extra whip cream and syrup involved...absolutely."

"That's good enough for me." She snuggled into Arizona's back, nestling her nose in the blondes hair and inhaling her scent. "I Love you, battleship." She said placing a kiss on the back of blondes head.

"I Love you too, my sexy Latin lover." Arizona purred, pulling Callie's arms around her tighter.

"Such a moron." Callie laughed. "Get some rest so you can enjoy your strippers tonight."

"Oh I plan on it." The blonde said, turning around in Callie's arms and wrapping herself around the brunettes. "Nite, Callie."

"Morning.. actually." She laughed, kissing pink lips. "Sleep tight."

A few hours later they were walking down the street towards the clinic hand in hand after their late breakfast. Enjoying the commotion on the busy streets around them with huge smiled plastered on their faces as they were lost in their own thoughts.

Callie had been putting a lot of thought into some things and even though they had already made a choice, she was beginning to have second thoughts. Not for herself, but for her future wife, she's really thought long and hard about this as of late and she felt the need to voice her opinion before it was too late. "Can we.. walk down to the park before we head into the office? I want to discuss something with you I've been thinking about." She asked.

Lost in her own thoughts, she didn't even hear her fiancé. Arizona's eyes were fixed on an older couple sitting at a bench under a small tree on the street holding hands lost in each other's presence. "Do you think we will still be like that in forty years?" She asked, never taking her eyes off the elder couple.

"Like what?" Callie asked, looking over in the direction of her fiancé.

"Like grandma and grandpa over there under the tree." She pointed.

"I hope so. Don't you?" Callie asked, looking at the couple who were laughing and whispering to each other.

"They're who I strive for us to be. I want to be like that with you."

"How come I sense a but in there?" Callie asked, stopping in her tracks.

"No.. I just.." Sighing, "I'm scared Callie." She said, finally voicing her thoughts for the first time that's been plaguing her mind a lot recently.

"Scared of what Arizona?" Callie asked, letting go of the blondes hands. "Scared of being with me? For the long haul?" She asked, turning to face her fiancé.

"What? No.. I want to be with you forever and a day." She said, turning away from her fiancé. "It's just.. I've not said anything before, but I'm scared Callie. We've been so happy since our engagement and everything's been going so perfect, except Erica Hahn trying to steal you from me, but she's besides the point." She said, turning back towards her. "I'm scared that we're living in this beautiful pink bubble and once everything settles down with the wedding and honeymoon, I'm afraid something will happen."

"Arizona, Erica isn't going to steal me away from you, baby. I. Choose. You." Callie said, trying to convince Arizona that nothing would come between them when she saw the tears in her lovers eyes.

"I'm not scared of her taking you away from me or anything. It's just that... I want this, Callie. I want you..so much." She breathed, placing her hand over Callie's heart. "And I'm afraid that, because I love you so much you're going to be stolen from me. And I know it's probably just me inside of my head thinking about what's happened in the past. But I'm scared that something will take your life away and if that happens, I won't make it, Calliope." She said, as Callie placed her hand over top Arizona's that was laying on her chest. "I want to be like them so much, I want to grow old with you and sit out in our back yard counting the stars with you when we're older, and I want to show our grandbabies the star that's named after us."

"Arizona, no.. Shh... don't cry, baby." Callie said, hugging her tight. "Come on," she said, hugging her fiancé. "Let's go to the park down the street and talk. Okay." She said, kissing the blondes head.

Walking, to the park a few blocks away, Callie bought them some coffee from a street vender before leading the blonde to the bench near a water fountain.

"Callie.."

"No, please let me talk." She said, turning towards her fiancé on the bench. "Arizona, baby." She sighed, taking her fiancés hand and resting it with hers in her lap. "I think it's kind of natural to worry like that. I really do, because I'm scared that one day I will wake up and get a call from someone saying that something happened to you. I think it's common to feel like that. But we can't live our lives scared.. every second of ever day. We need to live them to the fullest to ensure that if something does happen, the other knows that you loved them fiercely and so deeply. I can't promise you things will never go wrong, that terrible things won't happen to you or I. But I can promise that if something were to happen to me... I will fight Arizona. I will fight to come back to you.. to us okay?" She said, caressing the blondes cheek.

"I'll fight for you too, Calliope." She said, kissing her palm then leaning her face into her soft touch.

"Good, because I wouldn't be able to make it without you either, Ari." She said, leaning into a kiss. "I love you sweetie."

"I love you too.

"You okay?"

"Yeah, I think maybe it's just a little pre-wedding jitters." She smiled. "Let's go get that paper work done so we can enjoy our night." She smiled.

"Wait. Before you got upset, I had asked you if we could discuss something that we've discussed and already agreed to. Don't freak out and just hear me out. Okay?" She asked, seeing Arizona nod her head. "I'm starting to have second thoughts on you taking my name."

"Oookay may I ask why? Because I thought we..."

Placing her index finger on pink lips. "Shh.." She laughed. "I know we agreed to take my name. But I've been thinking about it alot recently and there is two reasons why I'm having second thoughts. The Torres name will be carried on throughout my family, plus my parents know they had two girls and didn't expect us to keep the name when we got married. But the Robbins name won't live on. Tim was the only person to carry that name and I want that for you. I want our kids to have the Robbins name, I don't want you to look back some day down the road and regret not keeping your name and... I really want to be Robbins, if that's okay with you?"

"You'd really do that for me?" Arizona had not thought of it that way, she never gave it a thought that she was the last one to carry the Robbins name.

"Of course I would. I would do anything for you, Arizona. I want the world to know that I am yours." She said, pulling Arizona close. "Don't get me wrong, I love the sound of Arizona Torres, but I think Callie Robbins has a much better ring to it. What do you think?" She asked, resting her forehead on the blondes.

"Arizona Torres... Mrs. Torres. Callie and Arizona Torres..." The blonde repeated getting a feel for the name. "Calliope Robbins.. Dr. Callie Robbins.." She mummered, getting a feel for the name on her lips. "Mrs. Robbins.. Mrs. Calliope Iphigenia Robbins." She said, causing the brunette to giggle. "Arizona and Calliope Robbins."

"What are you doing?"

"Tasting your name on my lips." She laughed, pecking red lips.

"Well.. how does it taste?"

"Pretty damn good." She smiled. "I never thought of it like that, I'm not sure if I would regret it down the road or not, I can't say. But if you want to be a true Robbins, who am I to say no to that."

"Really?" Callie smiled.

"Really! I'd be so honored to have you as a Robbins, Calliope." She said pulling her fiancé in for a hug. She wanted to pull her in for a searing kiss, but she refrained from that because a hot kiss with Calliope Torres would only kickstart her arousal. And with it being a very long long dry month for her, she was trying to avoid that ache for the next fifty some hours. "I really want to kiss you."

"You just did." Callie laughed, embracing her fiancé.

"No, I mean really want to kiss you.."

"Well, by all means. Really kiss me." Callie said pulling back slightly to meet blue eyes.

"I can't. Because it's been a long month and if I kiss you the way I want to kiss you I'd have to touch myself right here in this park and I'm not too keen on that right now." She pouted.

"Only two short days baby. Then you can kiss me whenever and however you like." Callie smiled, giving her a tender kiss on her cheek.

"Can I tell you a secret?" The blonde asked, leaning her forehead on Callie's again.

"Umhmm.."

"I really really really.." She emphasized, slowly gliding her fingers down Callie's blouse gently. "...want to kiss you..." She said, stopping her roaming hand on Callie's Jean covered center. "..right here." She said, seeing Callie swallow the lump in her throat. "Will you let me? Because I really miss you." She purred.

Nodding her head enthusiastically, "Ye..yea.. Yes." She breathed, melting at the sensation of Arizona's hand on her. "I miss you too, so much."

"Well, we better get some work done before tonight." Arizona said, standing up from the bench and walking in the direction of the clinic.

"Damn it, woman. That's not fair. Remember this was your dumb idea to wait." Callie whined as Arizona turned and threw a wink at her before she started walking away. "This is going to be the two longest days in history." She groaned to herself as she caught up with her lover.

"Why do Aria and Teddy insist we get ready separately? This is ridiculous." Callie huffed, when Arizona told her fiancé that the two were on their way over to 'help them get dolled up'.

"I don't know." Arizona said, pouring them a glass of wine. "I don't see what the big deal is with not being able to have joint parties. I was really hoping to be able to spend the evening with you and all of our friends."

"Aria insisted that we wouldn't let loose and have fun. She thinks we would just constantly.. 'Dry hump' each other in the corner all night." Callie said, rolling her eyes as she quote her sister.

"That's ridiculous."

"I know. Little does she know, I'd do it out in the middle of the dance floor." The brunette winked at her fiancé.

"You're bad." Arizona giggled. "But oh so right." She winked. "Come on, they can't stop us from taking a shower together right now."

"Nope.. Nu-uh.. We are just forty some hours away from our goal and I am using all the power I have inside me to not take you right now. So no, I can't take a shower with you. I can not see you all wet and soapy." Callie insisted, turning her head away from the blonde.

"But, Calliope.." She whined.

"No.. You don't get to 'but Calliope me', this was your idea."

"Fine." She said, taking the glass of wine out of her fiancés hand she had just poured. "If we can't share our bachelorette parties together..." She said, walking to the sink and pouring both glasses of wine out. "..and we can't share shower together..." she said, walking to their liquor cabinet and pulling out a bottle of patron. "..then damn it, we are going to pre party together." She said, taking the cork off the glass bottle and taking a straight drink of tequila. "Those two don't know what their in for tonight." she laughed.

Watching Arizona saunter over to her with the tequila in her hands, "You know what tequila does to you as soon as it touches your lips." Callie laughed and took the offered bottle and took a big swig herself.

"I know.. and the same thing happens to you." she smiled. "But I can do something about that." she said, unbuttoning and unzipping her pants before taking the bottle and swallowing another drink.

"Arizona.." Callie warned as the blonde slipped her hand into her panties.

"I'm not asking for your help, Callie. Just letting you know, I don't mind an audience." She said, taking another drink.

"So you're just going to walk around here in the kitchen touching yourself?"

"Umm.. Yep. I'd prefer your tongue, but sometimes.. ones got to improvise.. don't worry though lover." she winked as she circled her nub. "This doesn't satisfy my need. It just makes it a little tolerable for a few more days." she said, leaning in to kiss red lips. "Mmm.." she moaned, breaking the short kiss.

"Noo.. no moaning." Callie said, pushing her away. "I can't handle the moaning." she said, taking the bottle from Arizona and swallowing the burning liquid in three large gulps.

"Easy there killer, you're going to be trashed before the party even gets started." Arizona laughed, taking the bottle from her fiancé with her free hand. Contemplating how to break Callie from her own no sex rule, because lets face it, right now she didn't care any longer about abstaining until their marriage was official. She already felt like Callie's wife and sex today wouldn't ruin sex in two more days with her wife. Biting her bottom lip, she let a large moan escape her mouth as she bucked her hips into her hand. "Oh Callie.." Arizona said, rolling her head back on her shoulders, the alcohol already starting to take affect on her.

"Arizona… please?" Callie whined, crossing her legs to dissipate her need between her legs.

"I need you, Calliope. Can't you help your sweet loving soon to be wife when she's in need." She said, batting her eyelashes at the brunette. "Screw the no sex rule." she said, softly caressing her clit. "I want you to taste me."

Biting her lip and turning from Arizona, Callie tried her best to block her fiancé out of her head, but the soft moans and whimpers had her center throbbing with so much need. "Fuck it." Callie said, pushing Arizona against the counter and sinking to her knees. "I have been dying to taste you for a month." she said, jerking Arizona's pants down quickly. Grabbing her by the hips Callie brought her face close to Arizona's center. Inhaling her sweet smell of arousal, Callie slowly began to pull down the blondes black lace panties. Placing soft kisses on her hip bones before slowly creeping down further meeting soft curls. "Are you sure?" she asked, looking up.

Looking down at her fiancé with hooded eyes full of lust and want, "Yes." she nodded, feeling Callie's hot breath on her center.

Callie placed small kisses down the creases of the blondes thighs before she decided to stop with the teasing and placed a gentle kiss on the throbbing nub before her.

"Oh fuck.." Arizona moaned, her legs shaking at the feel of her lovers lips on her where she needed her most. Looking down, she saw Callie's tongue peak out between two plump red lips just as the doorbell rang. "Goddamn it." she whimpered, almost a cry. In their haze, both women forgot about the two unwanted guests coming over.

"Save by the bell, huh?" Callie laughed, sending vibrations through Arizona's center.

"Can't you just.. Hurry?" Arizona said, tangling her hand in the brunettes hair, trying to push her to the place she needed her most. "I promise it wont take thirty seconds.. tops." She breathed.

"Arizona.." Callie laughed, she loved seeing Arizona like this, but she took this as a sign that they should continue to wait. "The door is unlocked, and I don't want my sister to see my head buried between your legs." She said, sliding her fiancés panties and pants back up her legs. "I'm sorry baby, but imagine how amazing it will be in just two days." She winked, getting up off the floor.
