Couple: Oliver x Rin

Rated: K

Holiday: Sea Cadet Month (September)

Not necessarily a 'sea cadet' thing, but when I read that, the first thing I thought of was Oliver xD

"Isn't it fun out here, Rin?!" Oliver lifted his arms into the air as he twirled around excitedly.

Rin smiled softly, her gaze lingering on her golden-haired boyfriend as he danced about on the back of the boat, causing it to rock back and forth slightly, but not enough for it to completely tip. She was sitting in the driver's seat, her small hands still gripping the black wheel, but she'd twisted her body around to look at him. A light breeze ruffled through her short blonde hair, her bangs falling into her eyes.

"Rin, you should join me!" Oliver laughed again, and this time, he extended his hand.

She blinked up at him to see him gazing at her with a joyous golden eye, a big smile on his lips. "W-What?"

"Yea!" Oliver took a small step forward and reached for her, lightly touching her bare shoulder. "Wanna get in the water?"

Rin grinned and stood up, placing her hand over his. "I guess so." She climbed onto the back of the boat with him, her hands immediately trailing along his smooth chest to his shoulders.

Oliver beamed at her, quickly snaking his arms around her waist and pulling her to him. Inwardly, he cursed himself for being so short - he knew that a girl like Rin would probably like someone who was taller than her, not a few inches shorter. But she seemed comfortable with him, at least. Her eyes glowed every time she gazed at him the way she was doing right then. Their bodies swayed side to side in a gentle dance with their only music being the swishing sounds of the water as it rippled and hit against the bottom of the boat.

He pressed his hands firmer into the small of her back to force her closer to him. The action only made her smile even more.

"Rin..." Oliver leaned forward to whisper in her ear, his warm breath tickling her skin. "I've always wanted to try this."

Her cheeks darkened significantly, and she held tighter onto his shoulders. Was he finally going to make a move? He'd always been too shy before! Rin stared at him quizzically as he pulled away to meet her gaze again, and they shared a few moments of intense passion in just staring at each other like that - and it quickly came to a stop when she felt the hard boat beneath her feet disappear only to be replaced by water, sending up a spray that splattered on Oliver's skin.

He only pointed and laughed. "Gotcha!"
