I was walking around the village when I saw Darren sat at the fountain.

"Darren..." I called, and I saw him get up to leave "Daz mate, please..."

"Please just hear me out" I said, and I saw him sit back down, so I sat down beside him.

An awkward silence fell between us.

"It's disgusting" he said, breaking the silence.

"I love her" I sighed, putting my head in my hands.

"She's your sister" he shouted.

"That does change anything..." I said quietly.

"It's wrong" he looked at me "She ruined my life" he spat.

"I know, and she's sorry..." I said, looking up at him.

"Sorry, SORRY, she's sorry, oh well that makes it all alright then" he shouted.

"No of course not, but please, we're mates aren't we?"

"We were" he said.

"We still can be, Daz, you're my best mate" I told him.

"No, you two disgust me, you're welcome to each other" he said, getting up and walking away from me.

"Don't tell anyone, please" I called after him, causing him to stop and turn around.

"What? You want me to keep your dirty little secret?" he asked sarcastically.

Silence fell between us for a moment before he spoke again.

"I won't tell anyone about your incestuous little affair, don't worry" he said in disgust, before walking off.

I let out a heavy sigh before getting up and walking back in the direction of 'College Coffee'.

...

"What did he say?" Sienna said, as I entered the kitchen through the back door.

"He won't tell" I told her sadly.

"He won't?" she asked, sounding shocked.

"Nope" I said without emotion.

"Why aren't you happy about it?" she asked me.

"Because he was my friend, and any chance of us ever being friends again has gone" I told her "He thinks it's disgusting, he doesn't understand"

"But he isn't going to tell anyone, right?

"No" I said simply.

She walked over to me and put her arms around me and gave me a gentle kiss on the lips and then pulled away.

"Good, because I don't want to lose you again" she said, smiling brightly at me.

"You won't" I told her, reaching up and stroking her cheek tenderly. "Love you"

"I love you too Mark" she said, reaching up and kissing me hotly on the lips.

"Forever" she said, pulling away from the kiss and hugging me.

"Forever" I mirrored, as I returned the hug.

We stayed like that for a few minutes before I pulled away.

"Don't you need to go back to work?" I asked her.

"No, someone's covering me" she told me.

I let out a deep sigh "People are going to find out eventually, you know?" I told her, referring to us.

"No, they don't have to" she told me, shaking her head frantically "Not if we runaway, just me and you"

I looked at her in question.

"Please Mark, I can't lose you" she said and I could see tears forming in her eyes.

"You won't" I said.

"Promise?" she asked weakly, as I saw a few tears roll down her cheeks.

"I promise" I said, reaching up and wiping her fallen tears away with my thumb "Come on, you can come back to the boat, Dirk's out"

"What about Liberty?" she asked.

"She's there, but it's fine, she knows and she's cool with it" I said and I could see her looking back at me anxiously "Don't worry"

She smiled at me and I lead her to the door.

We made our way to the boat, hoping Dad or Darren didn't spot us.
