TRYING TO TAME THE RIVER
Even as the Corsair held Dorothy in his arms and threatened her with that mournful, regretful look in his eyes, I smiled because I could see what he couldn't. Dorothy's clothes were already starting to lightly glow.
That meant that one of the security precautions that I had put in place long ago in order to protect her was finally working.
The Corsair however still had absolutely no idea what was going on as he said in disbelief, "Why are you smiling? Do you think that I'm bluffing? I really wish that I were. I will kill her without hesitation if Amaya wishes it. I won't want to but I'll have no other choice. You have to understand that. I'll have no choice!"
I continued to smile as I said, "Actually there is another choice and I've just made it for you."
The Corsair now finally realized what I was trying to say at last as he looked down just in time to see Dorothy already beginning to fade away while he held her. He could do nothing but watch in mute fascination as Dorothy completely vanished without a trace right in front of him!
"You hid a portable teleportation device in her clothes?" The Corsair guessed.
"I always sew a miniature one into the lining of each and every piece of her clothing. They're triggered to activate within minutes if she's being held by someone who isn't programmed into its genetic database. Then it automatically takes her to the one place that I know that she'll always be safe," I said in triumph.
Donald looked at me in complete surprise now as he said, "That is . . . Now that is brilliant. It's absolutely brilliant . . . even if it is bordering on outright paranoia."
I glared at him as I said in a cold voice, "Did you really think after the life that I lived that I'd ever, ever take a chance on anything like that happening to my own daughter?"
He immediately gave me a sympathetic look as he said in a gentle, understanding tone, "I didn't say that it wasn't justifiable, Melody. I know why you did it. I just don't understand why you never told me about it."
I gave him a stern look as I said, "Because I thought that you might think that I was overreacting and being too paranoid."
"Kind of like I just did a minute ago. Sorry," Donald said with a wince.
I smiled as I said, "It's alright. Up until now I almost believed that myself to be honest."
Donald smiled back at me as he said, "When it comes to protecting Dorothy, I don't think any kind of paranoia could ever be considered to be too much. You know I'm actually starting to think about giving her a sonic rattle now that she can use to protect herself."
"You would," I said with a laugh as I rolled my eyes at him.
"The two of you act as if you're still actually going to have a future after coming here but you're very much mistaken. You're far better than I had heard, River Song, but even you're not good enough to escape from an entire planet filled with Brethren. Don't think that you can use your TARDIS either. I disabled it while I was inside of it by removing its dematerialization circuit. It's not going anywhere now," The Corsair said as he suddenly pulled a staser out of his pocket at lightning speed and aimed it at me.
I smiled despite this as I said, "You know I'll never understand why the Brethren or most Time Lords in general actually prefer those useless old stasers. Yes, they'll kill a Time Lord instantly and immediately prevent any sort of regeneration but they're so clumsy and ineffective. They take far too long to fire again for a second shot, and they're not very good when it comes to long distance attacks. They also don't do anywhere near as much damage as . . . this does."
Suddenly I instantly had my trusty meson blaster in my hand and pointed at him before he could even blink. The Corsair immediately stared at me in shock, and I could tell that he had absolutely no idea how I had just done that.
I always love it so much when they react like that.
My smile grew now as I said with undisguised pleasure in my voice, "Now this on the other hand is specially designed to create a massive hole in anything or anyone unlucky enough to be within range of it. It can also fire several shots a minute in the right hands and has incredible, almost flawless accuracy. Or maybe that's just me. I never miss after all. Now what were you saying about my chances of escaping, dear?"
To my surprise, the Corsair actually smiled at that as he said with a chuckle, "Now I see why he likes you so much. Theta always did go for the mad ones."
I actually found myself feeling sorry for him in that instant. That was the true Corsair peeking out at us for just a moment there. This was the Doctor's good, trusted friend that Donald had told me so much about once we discovered from the others that he was still alive, and I wondered if I'd ever get a chance to really get to know who he was for myself now.
Told you I was getting mellow these days. Sad, isn't it?
Just as soon as the old Corsair showed himself though, he immediately vanished once more as a grim look came over his features. This grimness only intensified as he pointed his gun right between my eyes now.
"Even if you kill me, I'll still take you with me as I die. I promise you that so you might want to think twice before you fire that gun," The Corsair said in a completely emotionless tone.
"Kill you? Now whoever said that? Not me. That would be messy in more ways than one actually since you're not the latest version of the Corsair, are you? Not judging by Rose's description of you. Amaya's plucked you from an earlier point in your timestream hasn't she? That would definitely create a major paradox if you died here and now then wouldn't it? Not that I'm really averse to creating a little paradox or two at times, but I'd much rather not if I don't have to since Donnie seems to like you so much for some reason. He always did like the completely insane ones as friends after all. How else do you explain the Master?" I said with a smirk.
Then I turned my head to look at Donald quizzically as I said, "No, actually I still have absolutely no explanation at all for why you like him. Not a clue."
"Really? Are we really going to talk about this now?" Donald asked with a sigh.
"Melody, I really hope that you have some kind of plan in mind and aren't just stalling for time until you think of one later like Donald does. Melinoe can't possibly hold all four of the Brethren off by herself forever, and I'm still looking for those other members of the Brethren to show up at any time now," Megan said in an anxious voice.
"Don't worry, Megan. You don't have to worry about them because they aren't coming. Are they, Nabu?" Matt said with a smirk as he gave the Corsair a pointed look.
"How can you be so sure about that though? All he does is keep mentioning them every five minutes," Megan said skeptically even as the Corsair's poker face revealed absolutely nothing to us at that moment.
"And yet they're still not here yet despite the fact that we've escaped, and there's currently a very angry not to mention extremely deadly Weeping Angel on the loose. What does that tell you?" Matt said.
Astrid smiled as she suddenly realized, "He's bluffing. Where are they though? Why aren't they here?"
"Good question. Care to give her an answer, Nabu?" Matt asked with a smug look because he already had it all figured out of course.
The Corsair said nothing as I interrupted and said, "The Brethren don't live here. They haven't lived here in a long time in fact. They're just visiting at the moment because they wanted to take us to someplace far away from their real home just in case we weren't as easy to handle as they hoped. Their real home is mobile I bet and currently nowhere near here. The Corsair and his friends are all alone here with absolutely no chance of having any back-up come to help them any time soon. Why else would you need to attempt to use Dorothy against me, Corsair? It's because you were desperate to try to stop us before we realized that. If you really had overwhelming numbers like you claim, you would never have needed to do something like that."
"It doesn't matter. Even the Weeping Angel can't last forever against the others or at least one of them in particular. Haven't you realized the real reason why Amaya's still alive after all of this time yet?" The Corsair said with a wicked smile.
"Excuse me, but I actually can answer this one if you don't mind," Astrid said in an eager voice as she raised her hand.
"I'm glad someone knows what he's talking about. I'm still feeling more than a bit lost right now," Tallulah said.
"No, you're not. You're just nervous. Hopefully you'll get over that someday though. For now, I get to finally show off a little for once which unfortunately isn't often in a group with Melody and two Doctors in it. You see I can already tell what Amaya's secret is from having watched her in action against Melody and by being able to detect exactly what kind of energy field that's surrounding her thanks to my powers. Being able to identify different types of energy is a little trick of mine that I came across by accident while practicing with my abilities and now it's finally come in handy at last. This is such a great feeling to finally be the center of attention for once. Just let me enjoy it for a minute," Astrid said with a proud grin.
"Just say it before I steal your thunder and say it for you, dear," I said with a groan.
Astrid frowned as she said, "Fine. Be that way. She has Vortex energy abilities just like Rose and Ace do. She wasn't given the ability to have infinite regenerations like Rassilon and Lily. She has the power of the Vortex so she never ages like Rose plus she has phenomenal cosmic powers. In a nutshell, that means that not even a Weeping Angel is going to last against her for long."
As if right on cue, Melinoe came sailing past us with a furious look on her face as she hit the ground hard. Amaya meanwhile stood just a few feet away with an enormous smile on her face as her body glowed with energy while her three Brethren cronies all lay unconscious behind her in the background.
"You don't say," I said with a grin.
"Uh, is anyone going to help me or are you all just going to stand around talking all day? Yes, I realize that I threatened to kill all of you earlier, but I really think that we'd all have a much better chance of survival if we worked together," Melinoe said in an annoyed voice as she quickly got back to her feet.
"But you were doing such an excellent job against them all on your own," I joked.
Melinoe muttered a few choice Gallifreyan curse words in that moment that made both Donald and Matt turn bright red before she said, "I don't like this any better than you do, but either we work together or we die."
Amaya now suddenly darted forward in the blink of an eye and stood right in front of us with her hand around Melinoe's throat as she smiled evilly and said, "Actually you'll still die either way no matter what you do. That's why I didn't bring anyone else here with us by the way. Who needed them with me here?"
"Do you think that your little parlor tricks are going to scare me? I've fought Vortex beings before and I've even killed one of them. Not that I'm proud of that," I said with a brief feeling of shame.
Amaya nodded as she said, "Yes, I know. My son told me all about your fight to the death with Rose Tyler. He watched the whole thing from his imprisonment in the Void just as he has watched all of Arkytior's life. Between you and me, I think he's become just a bit obsessed with her over the centuries. It's very disconcerting."
"Yes, I know the feeling. Believe me. I honestly don't see what all of the hoopla is about myself," I joked as I briefly smiled at both Donald and Matt who both looked extremely irritated at that moment.
Then Amaya turned to look at Melinoe as she said with an especially evil grin, "In fact, I've grown worried that he's developed a bit of a crush on her."
A look of pure rage came over Melinoe's face in that moment that instantly made gears start to turn in my head. Maybe there was another reason why Melinoe had protested Erebus' banishment so much beyond just simple altruism.
My suspicions were confirmed a moment later as Amaya said to Melinoe, "You're pathetic. Did you actually think for one moment that he actually cared about you? Did you actually believe that you were worthy of someone like him? You were nothing then and you're nothing now, child."
Interesting. This whole thing just got curiouser and curiouser.
What were the odds that the Brethren would choose to make a deal with the exact Angel that had once had a connection to Erebus? Was this a case of getting rid of two birds with the same stone since Amaya obviously loathed her with a passion or had they simply picked her entirely at random?
I immediately stopped pondering those questions as Amaya suddenly poured a massive amount of energy straight into Melinoe's body through her hold on her neck making her instantly cry out in agonizing pain. As soon as Melinoe went limp, Amaya dropped her to the ground with a sickening thud and started to slowly move closer to me.
"Melody, be careful," Donald warned as Amaya now stood within arm's reach of me now while I was forced to keep my gun trained on the Corsair in order to keep him at bay.
"Stay away from her," Astrid said in a threatening voice as she turned into her plasma form.
Amaya laughed as she said, "You humans always amuse me so much. You actually think that you matter in the cosmic scheme of things when you're all so inconsequential even in your own pathetically short lifetimes. You're even more useless than that Angel over there. At least she used to be a Time Lady once even if she wasn't much of one."
"You really don't care much for anyone do you? You're just a rotten person all the way around, aren't you?" I said with a deep frown.
"I've lived for a very long time now and in that time I've learned a very important lesson as I've watched legions of beings throughout the universe live and die. Do you want to know what that was? Ultimately no one else matters but me. Me . . . and my son. My husband dared to brutally imprison and punish him most of his life for something that was beyond his control and then exiled him to the worst prison of all when he rightfully sought revenge against him for that later on. Erebus has suffered long enough, Melody Pond, and I will see him suffer no more no matter what I have to do in order to accomplish that . . . or who I have to kill. Either you join us in allowing him to take the body of Rose Tyler in order to escape the nightmare of the Void or I will destroy you without a second thought. It's your choice. Make it now and make it quickly. I will no longer tolerate you."
I immediately became filled with anger now as I said, "Tolerate me? I don't know who you think you're talking to, but I'm definitely not one of those ordinary people that you've trampled upon over the centuries, Amaya. Unlike them, I can and will fight back and I'll win."
Amaya smirked as she said, "Do you actually think that because you could defeat Arkytior that you can stop me?"
Suddenly before I even realized what she was doing she had her hands around my throat and started to twist my neck violently once more as she said, "What you don't understand is that there's a huge difference between her and me, Melody. Care to know what that is?"
"Get off of her!" Astrid screamed as she attacked Amaya with a massive burst of plasma that would have instantly incinerated anyone else.
A completely untouched Amaya only laughed however as she looked at Astrid and then snapped her fingers. Astrid was immediately disintegrated in one awful moment with a single horrible scream!
"No!" Matt shouted as tears ran down his eyes.
"Does that answer your question? At her basic core, Rose Tyler is a decent, caring person and I'm not. She always subconsciously holds back her full power because she doesn't want to kill and destroy. It isn't in her nature. I'm completely different however. I. Just. Don't. Care!" Amaya said in a cold voice as she now began to start pouring deadly Vortex energy into my body as she had Melinoe's earlier.
"You will care though. You'll be begging me for mercy before I'm through with you," Matt said in a furious voice as he pointed his screwdriver at Amaya.
"Little boys with their little toys hold no fear for me, Doctor. Go point that thing somewhere else won't you? How about in deep space? Or better yet, the nearest black hole? Yes, I like that idea much better," Amaya said with a sinister smile as she snapped her fingers once more and Matt instantly disappeared.
Maybe it had happened a little too instantly in fact.
As I began to scream from the pain Amaya was inflicting on me both physically and emotionally, I finally put in motion the plan that I hadn't told Megan about earlier. I just wish that I had done it just a little bit sooner and maybe both Astrid and Matt would still be here.
It couldn't be too late to save them though. It just couldn't especially if what I already suspected was right.
That hope filled my mind as I suddenly pointed my own sonic screwdriver (which I rarely used because I tended to favor using things that weren't basically just made for putting up shelves) at Melinoe and activated it. A moment later, Melinoe began to glow with power as I used the sonic to complete a circuit between her and the Heart of the TARDIS.
I was now feeding her all of the TARDIS' energy at once.
Melinoe began to smile with anticipation now as she quickly regained consciousness and started to slowly sneak up on Amaya from behind. Amaya was so intent on killing me though that she didn't even notice Melinoe there.
And that turned out to be her biggest mistake.
As soon as she got within reach of her, Melinoe immediately turned into her Angel form and touched her. Amaya screamed as Melinoe instantly fed off of her and sent her back to somewhere in the distant past.
I immediately fell to the ground and lay there in immense pain as I quickly cut Melinoe's connection to the TARDIS. I couldn't help but wonder if I had just landed us into an even worse trap however since Melinoe still had managed to drain incredible power from it before then.
What would she choose to do with that power? That was why I had hesitated to use this plan in the first place because I had absolutely no idea if I could trust her or not.
"Pathetic, huh? How's that for pathetic, witch?!" Melinoe said as she switched back to her Time Lord form.
Then she saw the Corsair aiming his staser at her and smirked as she said, "Please. That useless thing isn't going to do anything to me. I'm an Angel. I could eat the energy that weapon gives off for breakfast. Right before I kill you of course."
"Melinoe, now's not the time. We have to find a way out of this place right now before anyone else is lost today," Donald pleaded as he looked at me with worry.
Melinoe seemed to look uncertain for a moment as if she were struggling with herself to come to some kind of decision. Then she nodded and smiled at Donald reassuringly.
"Okay, I'll do it for my number one fan," Melinoe said.
Donald actually sighed in relief as he said, "Good. Now do you think that you could take care of the Corsair without killing him and causing a major paradox?"
Melinoe grimaced as she said, "I love paradoxes though. What's wrong with creating just one?"
Donald gave her a withering look that instantly made her say, "Okay, okay. If I didn't enjoy having a fan so much . . ."
She immediately trailed off as she turned to stone in front of the Corsair who began to fire on her because he knew what she was about to do next.
"Everyone, close your eyes," Donald commanded.
"Are you sure that's such a good idea, Donnie?" I asked in a weak voice as I finally got up off the ground.
"Yes. She's Melinoe Oakdown, Melody, and she was a hero once. I think that she could be one again too. She will do the right thing in the end. I know she will. I believe in her," Donald said with a hopeful look that I could only hope that the Angel deserved.
Melinoe actually seemed to look touched for a moment as I closed my eyes. I think she truly liked however someone see her as something other than a monster for once.
I wasn't sure if we could gamble our entire future on that feeling however.
Nonetheless though we all did as Donald asked a moment later, and Melinoe was now free to slowly advance towards the Corsair every time he involuntarily blinked at her. Within minutes, the Corsair was knocked out cold by a single punch of a stone fist.
Melinoe then took the TARDIS' dematerialization circuit from the Corsair's pocket and switched back to her original form as she said, "Okay, you can all look now."
Donald immediately smiled as soon as he saw that the Corsair was still there and said, "Molto bene! I knew you would do the right thing. Just stand right there because I'm going to give you a hug now."
"What?" Melinoe and I both said at once.
"It'll just be one quick hug. Surely you're not afraid of a little hug are you, Melinoe?" Donald said in a reassuring voice.
"The question is shouldn't you be afraid of one, Donnie?" I asked him as I looked at him as though he were even more mad than usual.
"Nonsense. Melinoe's not going to hurt me. Are you, Melinoe?" Donald said as he now put his arms around the surprised Angel.
Melinoe smiled now as he hugged her and said, "No. No, of course I won't."
"Thank you for your help, Melinoe," Donald said in an earnest tone.
Melinoe began to cry now as she said, "No, thank you."
I realized now with a start that she was thanking him not just for believing in her but also for actually touching her. She probably hadn't had anyone trust her enough to do that for a very long time now.
No wonder she was so angry.
"Come on. Let's go. Just leave him there," Donald said as he finally pulled away from Melinoe and started to take the dematerialization circuit back to the TARDIS.
"Wait a minute! What about Astrid and Matt? Can't we do anything to save them?" Megan protested.
"If I'm right, we don't have to," I said with a grin.
"What are you talking about? Right about what?" Megan said in confusion.
It was Tallulah who answered her instead though as she said, "I think she means that Astrid wasn't disintegrated as she had appeared to be. She probably just teleported away before Amaya could kill her. Then she did the same thing for Matt. At least that's how it appeared to me anyway since neither of them seemed to take as long as it would usually take to be completely disintegrated based on how I've seen Miss Tyler do it before in the past. It happened far too quickly."
"Seen her do that a lot have you?" I said with a smile as she seemed to confirm my own beliefs now.
"No, just once . . . to a Dalek. She didn't really seem to enjoy it though and kept insisting that she didn't do that sort of thing usually," Tallulah said.
"Yes, so she continues to say," I said with a smirk.
"Are you sure about this, Melody?" Megan said in a worried voice.
"Stop worrying so much, Megan, or you'll rust. And, Melody, you stop picking on Rose. You know you secretly love her," A familiar voice said from nearby.
"Well, she certainly has a funny way of showing it. Doesn't she, Cook?" Another familiar voice said.
Megan immediately let out a huge scream of delight and rushed forward to hug both Astrid and Matt tightly. Was it a trick of my imagination or did I see Melinoe actually smile about that for a moment?
Maybe we were beginning to rub off on her after all.
"Well, what's everyone waiting on? Come along. Back to the TARDIS," Matt said with a huge smile on his face as soon as Megan pulled away from him and Astrid.
We quickly returned to the TARDIS where we were about to escape after Donald replaced the dematerialization circuit. That was when time finally ran out for us at last as something that I had been afraid would happen from the very start finally did at last.
Just before Donald would have dematerialized, the TARDIS was immediately caught in the pull of a massive tractor beam from somewhere up above. As we were instantly pulled upward, I quickly caught a glimpse on the monitor of exactly where we were going.
It was a huge planet the exact size of Gallifrey that was now currently hovering just outside of Acheron's gravitational pull.
"What is that?" Stephen said in fear as we rushed ever faster towards the planet's surface by the moment.
Donald sighed as he said, "Yeah, I was afraid of this happening actually. It's the Brethren and that's their constantly moving homeworld, the one that I had always heard that they had. They've finally found us at last. They came back to pick Amaya and the others up and found us on the loose instead and decided to bring us to them."
"Can't we escape?" Stephen asked as he looked at Megan with worry.
I liked how he was far more worried about Megan than he was about himself.
"No, I'm afraid not. That's Time Lord technology, Stephen. Not even the TARDIS can get free of it," Donald said with a frown.
"Well, I'm not sticking around to find out what they do when they discover what I did to Amaya. See you all later. Hopefully," Melinoe said as she started to vanish using the energy she had absorbed from the TARDIS.
"Melinoe, no!" Donald said looking extremely disappointed.
Melinoe actually looked properly ashamed now and suddenly stopped. Just as I thought that she might actually stay with us however, she quickly grabbed Donald and they both began to vanish together now.
"What are you doing?!" Donald screamed in surprise.
"What do you think? Saving my number one fan," Melinoe said as the two of them vanished.
"That did not just happen," Megan said in disbelief.
"I'm afraid that it did, dear. She saved Donnie and left the rest of us here to die I'm afraid," I said with a smile.
"Why in the world are you so happy about that?" Astrid asked in amazement.
"I finally get to see if I can match my mother and take on a whole planet and win or not like she did on Telos. I've never done that before and I really look forward to the challenge," I said with a mischievous smile as I aimed my gun at the TARDIS doors.
The TARDIS finally came to a stop at that moment and its doors opened at last. They opened to reveal at least forty stasers all pointed at me at once by as many guards who all looked extremely eager to use them.
Then behind them a voice said, "Hello, Melody. It's so very nice to see you again. I see you didn't get very far after all did you?"
Even I gasped in shock as we saw Amaya standing behind the guards with a massive grin on her face.
"How am I not dead somewhere in the distant past you ask? It's a simple answer really. My power makes me immortal. I don't die. I just lived long enough to get back to the correct point in time one day and presto! I'm b – a – a – ack. And so are two more of you that I thought that I killed before I see. I'll just have to see what I can do about that and believe me I've had a very, very long time to think about exactly what I'm going to do to all of you. Welcome to the World Ship, River Song. Welcome to Nibiru. Enjoy its beauty while you still can because it will be the very last place that any of you will ever see," Amaya said in a hard voice.
I immediately started to come up with a plan to escape even as I carefully sat down my gun and surrendered. Even if nothing else worked, maybe I could at least count on my last-ditch contingency plan.
If I knew a certain goody two shoes (and I knew them well) then I knew that that person would be appearing on Acheron any moment now to look for us. Hopefully the trail to follow wouldn't already be too cold when she did so.
True enough and unseen by me at the time Rose appeared on Acheron with a worried look on her face as she immediately started searching for us. She had known exactly where to find us by tracing Dorothy back to her place of origin with her power.
That's right. I had sent Dorothy to Rose.
What?
Just because I have an occasional disagreement or three with her doesn't mean that I didn't realize that she was probably the safest person for Dorothy to be with at that moment. I knew that no one else probably stood a better chance of protecting her from Amaya and her group of petty little pirates.
Instead of finding us, however, Rose only found the Corsair instead. Only now the Corsair had been completely freed of the Brethren's control thanks to Rose altering his entire timestream to remove their corruption from it. The Brethren had immediately decided to leave him behind because of this.
Why couldn't that have happened just a little bit earlier is what I'd like to know?
"Nabu, what's going on? Have you seen River and Donald lately?" Rose asked with concern.
"Yes, unfortunately," The Corsair said with a heavy heart.
"Something tells me that I'm not going to like the rest of this story too much," Rose said.
"You don't know the half of it, Rose. They've all been taken to Nibiru and now we're probably never going to find them," Donald said as he suddenly reappeared with a very ashamed looking Melinoe.
"I'm sorry, okay? I wasn't thinking. I was just focusing on you because you're . . . You believed in me. I should have tried to help the others too I know," Melinoe said in a repentant tone.
Then she immediately brightened up as she said, "I can still help them though. I know exactly where Nibiru is going after all."
Donald's jaw instantly dropped now as he said, "How could you possibly know that?"
Melinoe smiled evilly as she said, "Oh, didn't I tell you? I have a Vortex Manipulator that can track the World Ship. I ripped it off of Amaya during our fight. She was never going to take a chance on being left behind anywhere after all since she's the head of the whole group. So what do you think of me now, huh?"
"I think you're wonderful," Donald said as he hugged her tightly and caused Rose and the Corsair to both look at him in surprise.
Melinoe smiled at him warmly now as she said, "I know. I'm just so glad that someone else finally knows it too now."
"Oh, believe me, mate. Everyone's going to realize it soon enough now. Maybe even Erebus himself, yeah?" Rose said with a knowing smile.
That was when Donald glared at her in surprise as he said, "No! Did you . . . Did you have something to do with the Brethren picking her out of all of the Angels to contact to go to the Library?"
Rose's smile widened even more but she said nothing.
I know. Annoying, isn't it?
Next: Donald, Rose, Melinoe, and the Corsair all go to Nibiru to rescue River and the others. Will they actually be able to free them or will Amaya finally get her wish after all and have Rose delivered to her on a silver platter?
Not if River has anything to say about it and believe me she definitely will. She has to live up to her mother's legend after all.
