Just letting you all know...Sandor did not freak out as bad because he knew it was coming. Plus, he has to be strong for the kids. The ending for this story is near. Maybe about 20 more chapters, not even. Enjoy!
We will see Sansa's arrival in Kings Landing, where Roose went, and more.

My life
…...
"They will be celebrating you for years to come, your grace."
Sansa looked up from her needlework and smiled at the Maester, "I doubt that. Once I grow old, I will be forgotten." The Maester smiled and handed her a vial, "Drink it. You lost a lot of blood due to your infection." Sansa drank the dark liquid and then continued her needlework,
"It was just two days ago you died and now you are alive. The King has been informed as well as your family and no doubt when you arrive in Kings Landing the people will treat you as though you were a goddess. It is not everyday that a Queen dies and comes back to life only minutes later." Sansa sighed and looked to her children, who were playing on the cabin floor before she looked to the Maester, "I do not want to be celebrated for such a thing; dying." He chuckled and grabbed his things, "You will be celebrated for something that has never happened in the history of Westeros."
Upon his departure from the room, Sansa placed a hand on her belly and placed down her needlework, "It is time for your naps, children." Baelfire groaned as he stood and walked to her, "Mama, when will we reach Kings Landing?" Sansa smiled and lifted him onto the bed, "Within a few days. Marian, come here." Marian ran over and jumped on the bed and Sansa slowly stood to cover them, "Sleep now and when you wake, your father will fish with you."
Sansa left the cabin and slowly made her way up the steps and to the dock of the ship. For two days after her death and coming alive, the sea was calm and the winds were sharp and bringing them closer to Kings Landing by the minute. As she reached the top, Sansa saw Sandor sitting on a barrel, carving a piece of wood with his dagger that she got him for his name day. She walked over and placed a hand on his shoulder,
"I didn't know you could carve."
Sandor looked up at her and smirked, "I didn't know either." He looked at her belly and leaned over, kissing it through her gown. He next stood and kissed her cheek, "You alright? No pain?" Sansa shook her head, "I feel as though I had been reborn. Like I shouldn't be here but I am." Sandor nodded in understanding and grabbed her hand, "Come. We will talk more about what happened."
He knew talking about her dying helped Sansa clear her head. She was frightened it could happen again and did not want to leave Sandor or the children. They entered another cabin and Sandor closed the door, "You have barely slept the these past two nights." Sansa snorted, "With good reason, Sandor. Every time I close my eyes I see him over me and I feel the pain all over again. Plus, the baby has been so active and-"
She stopped talking when Sandor walked to her and grabbed her face with his hands, "We'll be in Kings Landing within a few days. You'll be safer there and will be able to sleep." Sansa smiled and closed her eyes as he leaned forward to kiss her lips. She sighed as he continued and wrapped her arms around his neck to pull him closer. It had been nearly a month since she last was able to touch him intimately, and they still had to wait before they could make love again. But Sandor lifted Sansa up under her arms and placed her on a table, making her pulled away from his kiss, "No. We cannot do anything as of now, Sandor." He growled and bit her shoulder, "I can't wait any longer, Sansa."
Sansa sighed from her seat on the table, but then smiled, "I have an idea." She slowly removed herself from the table and had him sit on it before she pulled a chair in front of him and sat down. He frowned as she began to unlace him, "What are you doing?"
With a giggle, Sansa whispered, "Something I don't do too often." He watched as she grabbed his member and put her mouth around it. Thirty minutes later, Sandor laced himself back up and as Sansa cleaned her mouth, she mumbled, "Good thing I can't fuck you or I would until we got to Kings Landing." Her husband bent down and kissed her before leading her to the bed, "You don't know the things I can do, little bird."
…...
Roose Bolton slowed his horse and halted his men at the gates of the Twins. He dismounted and walked to a soldier, "Tell your Lord Frey I am here as promised." The soldier nodded and mounted another horse before leading them in. Roose was met with Walder Frey on the steps, "Lord Bolton. Not quite the party I was expecting." Both men chuckled as Roose walked to him and they shook hands, "My men were burned alive in my Dreadfort. Sandor Clegane gave the order and watched it burn to the ground, so I am told."
"They got away?"
Roose nodded and the old man growled, "She was to be brought here for hiding." Roose nodded, "Sansa Clegane became ill. Whether she is dead or alive, I do not know." Walder hummed in response as they walked inside the castle, "What do you propose? If the Queen is alive, she is a threat to not only myself but you as well. Sandor Clegane does not forget hurt that comes upon his family." Walder brought Roose into his chamber and showed him and map on the table, "The North is large and full of land that both you and I want. More land equals more money. Work with me and I shall give you half."
"I intend to make Sansa Stark my Queen. But first, her husband must die."
Roose looked down at the map and saw the Stark sigil where the Northern lands were. He smiled and took his wooden marker and placed it next to Frey's. Roose held out his hand, "We split the lands if I become King." Walder looked at the offered hand and took it with his own, "You have yourself a deal, your grace." Roose smiled at that and grabbed the Clegane wooden sigil before tossing it into the fire.
"Prepare yourself, Walder Frey. There is a war coming."
…...
Two days later as the sun was rising, Sansa and Sandor stood on the deck of the ship with the children, watching as Kings Landing came into view. It was officially past her seventh moon with child and her large belly was beginning to make it difficult to sit down and stand up. As they were slowly pulling up to dock, Sansa fixed Marian's dress, "Gods, we look like we crawl through the dirt to get here, Sandor." He shrugged and stopped her hands from fixing the children's clothing, "Ain't nothing we can do. We were locked in a dungeon for a month, Sansa."
It was truly a homecoming Sansa would remember. Although Kings Landing was never really home, she felt safe knowing she was there with the King and no one would harm her. The children were the first to run off of the ship and jump on Tommen and his wife Margaery. Sansa cried as she hugged Tommen and Margarey. She thought she would never see them again and knowing she was there in person with them once more was a blessing. But as they mounted their horses and Sansa entered the carriage with the Queen and the children, she shook her head, "Do not go through the city." Tommen frowned, "But Sansa, the city is awaiting you to give you well wishes and-"
"Pardon me, Tommen. I am tired and only wish to rest as soon as possible."
Sandor nodded, "Leave it at that. We'll go through the back near the stables." Sansa nodded in relief and as the carriage turned, Margaery look at Sansa and whispered, "Why not go through the city?" Sansa sighed, "I have been told the people know of my coming back to life. I do not wish to be celebrated for such a thing." They rode in silence for the rest of the way as Sansa looked out the carriage window and thought to herself, "I am not the immortal Queen they think I am. I am just Lady Sansa Stark. A stupid girl who was turned a Queen by the death of a self-proclaimed King."
After entering the castle a short time later, Sansa was greeted with the guards and handmaidens who would be in her presence for as long as she was there. Tyrion walked to her and took her hand, kissing it, "You do not know the joy I feel seeing you here and alive." Sansa gave a weak smile, "Alive, yes. My short death has been the talk of everyone around me since it has happened." A voice came out of the shadows,
"And they call you Regina Vitae."
Sansa turned around and saw Stannis come from the dark hall, "Stannis." Her smile became stronger as she walked to her once foe and wrapped her arms around him in a hug. She moved back and he smiled, "When we heard of your capture we were terrified for you and the others. How are the children?" Sansa smiled and motioned the children over and Stannis lifted Marian, "As good as gold. They act as though nothing happened." Sandor walked forward and took her elbow in his hand, "It is time for you to rest, Sansa. You look as pale as the moon." She nodded and the nursemaids took the children and carried then to their room. After her and Sandor were brought to their own chamber, Sansa laid back on the feather bed and groaned, "Do not wake me."
It was the last thing she said before she passed out. A handmaiden walked in to undress her, but Sandor stopped her, "I will undress my wife. You may go." The girls bowed and left as he began to remove her gown. It was just after he placed her naked body under the covers that a knock on the door came. Behind it was Tyrion, "I know you may want to rest, but it is important that you come to the throne room and speak with Tommen and myself." As they walked through the halls, Tyrion looked up at Sandor, "We've all been through a long and hard journey, Sandor. I hope you know that my nephew will do everything in his power to make sure your son or daughter is born in the safest environment."
"It's going to be a boy."
Tyrion frowned and they stopped in front of the throne room doors, "How do you know such a thing?" Sandor snorted, "Sansa says she can tell it is a boy. She claims it is because of his fast movements inside of her belly." Tyrion chuckled, "Maybe she's been eating asparagus?" Sandor shrugged and he opened the door, letting Tyrion in first. He sighed, "I have a feeling we'll be here for a while."
