Hey guys! Here's a new chapter for you, I hope you enjoy it. I like reading and writing light and happy chapters so hopefully this will be like that for you. Thanks for reading

The tension in the room could be cut with a knife. Though only seconds had passed by before either woman said a word, to Callie it felt like hours. She studied Arizona intensely to try and judge what her response would be based on her facial expressions and what she realized was that Arizona would be a great poker player.

"Yes."

Callie didn't expect such a straight foreword answer. "Y-yes? Like yes yes? You want to do this?"

"Yes Calliope, of course I do!"

"I was worried you were going to say no when you didn't respond right away. I thought maybe you had changed your mind about wanting kids."

"You've always known that I wanted kids with you," Arizona said with a wide smile. "The thought of a mini Calliope running around makes me so happy."

The image of a perfect little family popped into Callie's head, but in her mind it was a mini Arizona and not a mini version of herself. Blonde curls and curious bright blue eyes, the cutest little girl in the world.

"So we're going to do this then? You and me…and a baby," Callie said.

Arizona scooted closer to Callie and cupper her face. "We're going to have a baby."

They shared a kiss and Callie slowly inched Arizona backwards until she was laying flat on her back on the couch. Callie was hovering above her and peppering her neck with kisses.

"What happened to being too tired for this? I thought I had worn you out…"

"Mmm, you did. But since we decided to have a baby, I thought it'd be fun to try the old fashion way, like everyone else gets to."

"Oh you did huh? Well I feel like taking a shower…can we try the old fashion way in the shower?"

Callie sat up and without saying s word, headed off in the direction of the bathroom.

"I'll take that as a yes," Arizona said to herself as she got up and followed Callie.

They ended up moving from the shower to the bed and didn't stop until they heard the door to the apartment open and slam closed. Callie put her hand over to Arizona's mouth so the room would be silent for a minute. She figured it was Aria but wanted to wait and see if she was needed. Footsteps moving towards their bedroom door let them know that Aria did want something from them.

"Callie?" Aria asked and then knocked on the door.

"Y-Yeah uh one second Aria," Callie replied and moved from being on top of Arizona.

"Callie….really? Can't this wait?" Arizona asked. They were right in the middle of something and didn't really want to stop.

"Hey, you've already got more then what I said you'd get tonight so be grateful."

Arizona pouted. "Fine, you're right. Go and be sisterly."

Callie got off the bed and pulled on a robe. She opened their bedroom door slightly to find Aria standing in the hallway with tear stained cheeks.

"What's wrong?" she asked and slipped out into the hallway and closed the door behind her.

"My boyfriend broke up with me," Aria said.

"He did? I thought you guys were doing really great? What happened?"

"He said he couldn't do it anymore. He said all I cared about was the hospital and my illness."

Callie had seen a lot of relationships end at the hospital because of someone being sick but Aria wasn't sick the way she was before. She was better and she couldn't imagine someone just giving up on her like that.

"I'm sorry sweetie. Come here."

They went into the living room and sat down on the couch. Aria was crying again and Callie put her arm around her shoulders.

"It's okay," Callie said and smoothed her hand over her sisters hair. "It'll be okay."

"I don't think it will Callie. I've got nobody and I don't like being alone."

"Alone? Aria, you're not alone. You've got Arizona and me, and us? We both love you. And everyone at the hospital loves you too. You're a beautiful girl and you will find a guy who loves every part of you and will support you in everything you do. You don't need the jerk that broke your heart."

"You really think so?"

"Absolutely. I know it hurts now, but it'll get better."

Aria wiped some tears off of her face and took a deep calming breath. Callie hugged her close and kissed the top of her head.

"I think I'm just going to head to bed," Aria said.

Callie nodded. "Of course, if you need anything? You know where to find me."

Aria got up, leaving Callie alone on the couch. The sound of a door closing told Callie that her sister had gone to be sad in solitude. Arizona walked out into the living room and glanced around.

"Where's your sister?" she asked.

Callie looked back at Arizona then just pointed in the direction of Aria's room. "She's in there."

"Well…what happened?"

"Ah, well her boyfriend happened. He broke up with her and she's taking pretty hard."

"He broke up with her? What an asshole," Arizona said and walked to the fridge. She suddenly felt like alcohol and she didn't care that she had to work early the next morning. One glass of wine, or maybe something stronger, wouldn't hurt.

"Red or white?" she asked and pulled out both bottles.

"I don't remember asking you for wine," Callie said with a cheeky smile on her face, "but red. Always."

Without realizing, Arizona poured them both red wine and she brought the glasses over to the coffee table and set them down. Callie eyed her curiously because her wife always chose white wine.

Arizona brought the glass to her lips and took a sip then made a face and put the glass back down. "Why did I pour myself this…"

"Aw honey, you must have been distracted."

"Clearly. I've just got so many thoughts swirling around in my head right now. We've got so much to figure out."

Callie reached for Arizona's hand and linked their fingers together. "But we don't have to figure it all out tonight. We've got time."

"Yeah but people say that all the time Callie. I don't want us to run out of time."

"And we won't."

Arizona smiled and leaned in close and captured Callie's lips in sweet kiss. She pulled back and rested their foreheads together.

"Okay. Now as much fun as drinking wine with you on the couch is, I'm exhausted so I'm going to head to bed."

"You go ahead, I'm just going to check on Aria and I'll be there in a minute."

A few minutes later, Callie went back into her bedroom and found Arizona completely passed out in the middle of the bed. She sat on he edge of the bed and brushed some stray strands of hair off of her face. Arizona scrunched her nose up in the most endearing way, making Callie smile. She laid down on the bed and cradled up against her wife. Despite not having that much room, she was comfortable and content and before she knew it, it was morning and they were both making coffee and heading off to work.

In order to prepare for girls that night, Arizona had stopped on her way home from the hospital to pick up extra food and alcohol, and some cleaning supplied because work had been so busy that she hadn't had time to really tidy up the apartment. They were just her friends and even though they had been in her house many times, she still wanted it to be clean. Callie was going to come home with Aria who they had asked to join them that night with Teddy and Addison. Aria was still pretty broken up over what happened and some time with good friends and family would be good for her.

Just as Arizona was finishing up cleaning the washroom sink and mirror, she heard Callie and Aria come in. To her surprise, Aria was laughing about something and it was nice to hear. She and Aria had grown fairly close over the months that they had lived together. She never had a sister growing up and it was nice to have some sort of sibling bond. Since she lost her brother, she had never really had any relationship come close to the bond they shared.

"Hey guys." Arizona said as she walked into the kitchen and put her cleaning supplies in the cupboard under the kitchen sink.

Callie pointed at the rubber gloves she was wearing. "What's with those?"

"Oh…" Arizona took them off and put them in the cupboard too, "I just didn't want to get anything on my hands. Things were looking a little grimy around here."

"Very serious cleaner huh?" Aria asked.

"Arizona? Oh yeah, she's always been a little bit of a neat freak. I'm actually surprised that the apartment's been so cluttered lately, usually she's on top of a mess right away."

"Well Calliope…things have been pretty crazy lately. But you and I both know that you've got two very, very capable hands. Ones that could help out with the cleaning every now and then."

Callie narrowed her eyes, knowing Arizona's words had a double meaning.

Aria noticed the way they were looking at each other and frowned. "Ew. I don't need to know what that sentence really means so I'm going to go change. You two keeping talking about…whatever it is you're actually talking about."

Arizona laughed and rolled her eyes and sat down at the kitchen table. "I love your sister."

"She is quite the character sometimes huh?" Callie asked and sat down across from the blonde.

"Hey, have I told you how much I loved you lately?"

"Hmm…you have. But I'm not against hearing it again."

Arizona got up and moved around the table and sat on Callie's lap. "I love you."

"I love you too," Callie replied and leaned in to press her lips against Arizona's. It was meant to be a quick peck but Arizona deepened the kiss and the clearing of a throat interrupted them.

"Me leaving the room wasn't an invitation to do it by the kitchen table you know…" Aria said.

There was a knock on the door and Aria just shook her head at the two of them and went to let in Teddy and Addison.

"Well hello ladies," Teddy said as she walked into the kitchen with a bottle of wine in her arms.

"Girls night can officially begin!" Arizona said excitedly and jumped up off of Callie's lap.

"Wow someone is in a good mood," Addison said.

"Of course, why wouldn't I be? Life is pretty great right now."

"I agree," Callie said as she got out the corkscrew and brought down wine glasses from the cupboard and set them out on the counter.

Teddy took the corkscrew and opened the bottle she brought with her. "What's the plan for tonight?" she asked and filled a glass for herself, "aside from drinking wine, which of course I enjoy doing, but do we have any other plans?"

"We could watch a movie maybe?" Addison asked.

Their was a unanimous round of no's to that question so they all just started drinking and talking about work. The topic of Aria's breakup somehow came up and everyone had something to say about it but her. She wanted to change the subject but couldn't think of anything until an idea for a game popped into her head.

"Poker."

"What?" Arizona asked.

"Let's play poker. We're all grown ups, we know how to play. No offence but sitting around just drinking wine is a bit stale."

"That's not a bad idea," Addison said. "I'm in."

"Okay…so poker then?" Callie asked. "But I don't really have any poker chips though."

Aria quickly got up and disappeared into her bedroom. The other four women sitting in the living room looked at each other with confused looks until Aria walked back into the room with a poker set in her hands.

"I've had this thing forever," Aria said.

Arizona took the box from her and read the side of it. "Texas Holdem. I'll be honest…I've never played poker and I have no idea what this means."

Callie lightly squeezed Arizona's shoulder. "It's okay. And since Aria is the one who provided the poker chips, why don't we let her explain the rules?"

"Take it away Aria," Addison said.

Aria emptied the box's contents and spread them all out on the table. "Alright then ladies…let's get started. Come to the kitchen table and we'll really get the night going."

An hour later, they were knee deep in the game and completely invested in it. Arizona had taken the surprising lead, causing Teddy to say 'beginner's luck' under her breath, making everyone laugh.

"So we never actually decided if we were playing for real cash, because I'm up for it if everyone else is?" Arizona asked.

"Uh yeah right, you're just saying that because you're ahead right now," Addison replied.

"Exactly. So whose in?"

Callie looked at Arizona and shook her head. "No one. We're not playing for real cash, just for fun."

"Bunch of wimps," Arizona muttered in response.

They were already down two bottles of wine and were all feeling happy and having a great time. Callie forgot how nice it was to get to spend quality time with the important people in her life. It reminded her just how lucky she had gotten. Her sister, and her wife, and their friends, they all reminded her just how incredible her life really was.

All five women were silent as they focused on their game strategy. A fun girls night game had become slightly competitive for a certain person and everyone was making their moves very carefully.

"I'm all in," Arizona said.

"What?" Aria asked, shocked at how quickly Arizona was willing to put everything on the line.

"I said I'm all in. And I mean it." She slid all her chips into the center of the table and leaned back in her chair with a smug look on her face.

"You sure about this Arizona?" Callie asked.

"Absolutely. Let's do this thing."

Teddy and Addison looked at their hands, then at each other and raised their hands in defeat.

"I fold," Teddy said.

"Same. I fold too," Addison added.

Arizona smiled smugly and figuring she had the game in the bag, picked up her glass of wine and quickly finished the white wine in it then got up from the kitchen table to open another bottle on the counter.

Callie laughed quietly to herself then double checked her cards and slid her poker chips into the middle of the table beside Arizona's. "I'm all in too," she said.

"What?" Arizona asked, turning around to find Callie smiling proudly back at her. "No way your cards can beat mine."

Aria shuffled the deck of cards in her hand and looked between the two women. "Well there's only one way to find out…"

Callie and Arizona both nodded and watched Aria put the cards down on the table. Arizona sat back down and took a deep breath then flipped over her cards. She watched Callie's smile fade and knew she had won. Callie sighed and flipped over her cards then smiled again.

"I was not expecting that," Teddy said.

Arizona stared at her wife's cards with a scowl on her face. "You beat me," she said.

"I did. I did beat you," Callie replied.

"How did you beat me?!"

"Easy. I'm good at poker and kept getting really great hands."

"But you looked so disappointed!"

Callie reached across the tabled and grabbed all the poker chips and pulled them towards her. "It's called a poker face Arizona, and I've learned to have a good one."

"Well I'm slightly disappointed," Arizona said and crossed her arms.

"Aww babe, I'm sorry I beat you," Callie said and leaned over to kiss Arizona's cheek.

Arizona smiled and shrugged her shoulders. "You're not sorry, but it's okay. Bet you wish we were playing for money though now, huh?"

"Uh…you know we're married right? Your money is kind of already my money."

"This feels like it's going to turn into a sappy love fest," Teddy said.

A cell phone started to ring and Addison recognized the ring tone as her own so she got up to retrieve it from her bag. She went down the hallway to answer it and Aria started to pack up the poker game.

Addison walked back into the kitchen just as she ended the phone call. "Looks like the hospital needs me," she said.

"You really have to go?" Arizona asked with a pout on her face.

"Sadly, yes. Plus, I'm the most sober out of all of us so it's a good thing I'm the only person they paged."

"I should actually get going too," Teddy said. "We came right from the hospital and my car is there."

"Well thanks for coming guys, I had a lot of fun," Callie said.

Arizona jumped up and hugged Teddy. "I wish you didn't have to leave. This is fun."

"Is she drunk?" Teddy mouthed to Callie. Callie smiled and nodded back at her.

"I'm sorry Arizona, but you'll see me tomorrow okay? You'll see me and Addison tomorrow."

Callie grabbed Arizona's arm gently and pulled her off of Teddy. "Come on, let's let them go. Besides, I wouldn't mine some more time for just us," she said.

"I'm still here you know…" Aria said.

"And I'm so happy you are!" Arizona moved from hugging Teddy to hugging Aria. "I'm so happy that I have a sister."

"Uh…yeah me too Arizona, well a second one at least," Aria said.

Teddy and Addison both laughed and said their final goodbyes. All that remained in the apartment was the Robbins-Torres clan. Callie had cleaned everything up and Aria had gone to bed. Arizona was lying down on the couch, slowly beginning to feel the aftermath of the wine she had.

"I don't feel to great Calliope," she said.

Callie sat down on the table in front of the couch and gave Arizona a sympathetic smile. "I know, and you're not going to feel that great tomorrow morning either but why don't we get you to bed now?"

"Mmm yeah, bed sounds good," Arizona replied then sat up and reached out and pulled Callie onto the couch with her, "and bed with my hot, hot wife sounds even better."

"Nope, sorry. Not going to happen tonight, you're drunk Arizona. I'll come to bed with you but we're going to sleep."

"Aww come on Calliope, you know I can't resist you."

As much as Callie found drunk Arizona completely adorable, she knew the blonde was going to crash soon and so she used all her strength to pick her up in her arms and carry her to the bedroom.

"Woah, someone's eager," Arizona said and giggled. And giggled was the perfect word to use because it was silly drunk laugh that Callie had hardly ever heard come from her wife's lips.

"Shh, bed." Callie picked up a blanket and draped it over Arizona who surprising stayed laying down in the bed.

Arizona's eyes started to droop and Callie tucked her in. "You're the best wife in the whole Calliope, I'm so lucky," she said.

Callie kissed her forehead and turned off the light. She went back out into the living and got out a book from her purse that she had gone out and bought on her lunch break. It was a baby names book and even though they had only just decided that they were going to have a child, she was too excited to think about anything else.

"Okay baby, let's find a name for you," Callie said to herself and settled into the couch for the rest of the night. She had really started getting into reading until Arizona changed that.

"Caaaallie…" Arizona called out.

Suddenly Callie realized that Arizona was a needy drunk. It was going to be a long night.
