Chapter 53: Start Over
The white space Bulma found herself in was serene and calming. No noises could be heard. Bulma could feel her body float softly in the nothingness she was in.
Is this heaven?
'Trunks?'
Her voice was quiet in the emptiness, making it disappear immediately after she said it. No-one answered her. She wondered why it all had to happen so drastically. Like everything in her life had been so far, destructively quick. It always happened so brutal and unfair. Ripped from her bare hands and no matter how hard she struggled or screamed, she was never strong enough to stop it from happening. A choice was always a sacrifice. It was never both, never easy and never ending.
Her thoughts made her suddenly realize she was stuck in some sort of a loop. As if she herself had to change in order to get out. But how? Was it wrong to choose for your loved ones? Did she have crave power and other things in order to get out? It had always felt as the right thing to do. To love. To believe. To fight back.
Yet all she did was lose with that state of mind.
Her friends, her planet and eventually she had even been stripped from her freedom until there was nothing left for the universe to take. Or so she and the universe had at least thought that, until…
Trunks.
...Vegeta.
She never thought she could lose herself in a man such as him. She had loathed the him, hated him and had even thought of killing him. But underneath that cruel layer, that had been placed upon him unwillingly, lay a man she deeply loved. It was strange how distance and time could make you realize such things. Make you feel things you never thought of feeling when you were around them. Yet their time apart had brought them closer then ever…
'I…'
She didn't know why she was crying. Was this all even real? Were the tears on her cheeks real?
'I love you.'
But he wasn't around to hear her. She realized she was still all alone. It made her feel desperate and miserable. The thoughts of her son, lost forever, was more than she could bare.
His bright eyes. The shape of his small nose. The mischievous smile he would give her.
If things had only gone differently… If certain decisions had not been made…
But, she didn't blame Dende. She couldn't. Because in all honesty, if she was him, would she have thought otherwise? Would she have believed a liar? To take the risk of trusting people that had said whatever you wanted to hear just in order to get what they want? She had done it before, in the name of ambition and justice. Labeled it as proud and fiery but in the end, she was no better than the enemy. Both she and Vegeta were the same underneath it all. She was just using different excuses but it didn't truly justify anything.
I have been greedy and I have been cruel.
I lied to my only friends, myself and my son. I'm a fraud.
So had she broken the loop now?
No, the results had stayed the same. The problem was her. Maybe she was just a mistake. Maybe it was finally going to end now that death was here to break it.
But why aren't you here? Or Trunks? Or my parents? Why am I here alone?
…Is this hell?
'Vegeta?' she muttered his name out loud, while her eyes searched for a sign of him.
What did you wish for!?
The question triggered something unexpected and instead of floating, she suddenly felt herself falling down. Fast and uncontrollably. Inside she felt fear build up for some reason, as if she was having an anxiety-attack of some sorts.
Memories and thoughts of yesterday and days before that flood back. As if she was reliving her life.
Was this what people had been talking about? How your entire life passes you by when you die?
She could see Trunks smile at her and she wanted to smile back at him but hardly had the time to do so. He grew smaller and smaller and she could find herself back on planet Vegeta, holding on to him for dear life. Surrounded by Saiyans and explosions while her parents were blur in the distance and she could hear muffled conversations about plans and schemes she had thought of. Even Sok passed her by and she couldn't help but feel the same anger she had felt the first time they met course through her body. For some reason still feeling it had felt as if he was still nothing but a pretentious old man. Even though her mind still labeled him as a friend and she deep inside she didn't feel hate at all, it was more of a glimpse of what she had felt during that that particular time in her life. Where she had felt confusion and sadness but also the passion and fiery she had needed in order to survive.
The arms of Vegeta around her, his breath tickling her skin while muttering hollow threats in her ear and at the same time not wanting to let go of her.
Feeling herself fall faster, deeper into the past, she felt the razor sharp teeth of Frieza in graze her neck. Her heart pounded loudly in her chest and she felt a cold come over her, remembering how afraid she had been when first meeting him and how she had thought life couldn't get worse. The feeling stayed until she felt an arm snake around her waist, familiar now but back then it had been foreign and unwanted.
Vegeta.
She felt the strangest sensations go through her body, her mind telling her it was only a memory now. Though again she saw herself in the small space-pod, while seeing the universe for the first time, in all its glory. While being held captive by a man she had then thought was nothing but a monster. The vision disappeared and the heartbreaking memory of the death of her friends appeared before her eyes. Feeling a painful stab in her chest while, seeing her friends fall one by one. And though their deaths ached her heart, the further she went back, the more warmth and love she felt coming back. As if the pain was undoing itself, though she had to feel it one more time in order for it to be gone.
Her body trembled and when she stopped falling and she stood completely still. Also stopping the all the emotions she had been through, she stopped seeing all the memories she had made. It all ended abruptly.
Now she truly began to fear what was coming next. Was it the other side, waiting for her?
Was this the end? The final stage?
Realizing she had closed her eyes in the process she opened them again. This time she was surrounded in darkness. Oblivion. Slowly she was starting to lose feeling. She couldn't tell if her eyes were open or closed anymore, she couldn't feel her hands anymore. She didn't hear her heartbeat in her ears and fear washed itself out of her body as did every other emotion. She felt a heavy weight upon her, making her feel as if she was about to fall to sleep. Into a heavy, intense sleep she couldn't fight off.
Then there was nothing.
Hearing a loud thud in the distance, Bulma took a deep breath. As if it had startled her in some way.
I'm breathing, she absent-mindedly noted to herself.
She could feel her lungs fill with air and she could feel a mild pain in the back of her head. Had she bumped her head? Her eyelids felt too heavy to open them and check to see where she was. She didn't want to know. What if she was in hell?
Why would I be in hell? She asked herself confused, Because of the Saiyans, you destroyed planet Vegeta, remember? You let Namek get destroyed, twice!
'I am to blame….' She muttered to herself, though she could hardly remember any of the things her mind was telling her. Hearing her own voice sound softer and younger than before, it made her realize she suddenly felt a lot lighter. As if a heavy burden had been lifted from her shoulders. It was nice warm feeling to have, one she had been craving after for a very long time and had even forgotten there was a time where she had lived without the heavy feeling. Realizing only now how the weight had actually been holding her down all her life.
She suddenly felt free.
'Bulma?'
'Hm?' She answered confused. She had heard that voice somewhere before. It was very familiar… Who was it? It was as if she hadn't heard it in a very long time… Mom?
'Bulma, are you okay?' another worried voice asked.
'Why that thing caused Bulma to collapse! And where is my son!?' a high-pitch female voice asked, angry and feisty as always.
As always? She knew the woman that was talking?
'My poor baby!' She sniffed, followed by a dramatic sob. 'Calm down, honey!' a gruff but kind voice interfered. He softly hushed the woman, trying to calm her down.
'It isn't my fault! It's because of the high doses of energy caused by the fight! Now my crystal ball is broken!' an old voice nagged.
'Bulma is still out of it.' Oolong pointed out.
'Hm… You think I should touch her boobs?'
'Why would you do that!?' Puar hissed angrily.
'It could wake her up… That's how I would like to wake up!' an old voice answered, cheery and completely oblivious to how inappropriate the perverse comment truly was.
'Getting your boobs touched!?'
'No, getting up with a nice pair of ti— OOF!'
'Shut up, you pervert!' Chichi yelled giving him a well-deserved punch while menacingly shaking her fist in the air. Obviously she was venting her anger on Master Roshi, who in a way deserved what had been given to him.
Bulma's eyes snapped open. Her eyes stared at the wooden ceiling above her. Getting up too quickly, making her dizzy and nauseous at same time, she looked around in the room she found herself in. Puar gave her a worried look, while Oolong gave her a peculiar stare to her strange behavior. The steam coming out of Chichi's nostrils slowly disappeared and made room for her motherly concerned expression, while Master Roshi, bleeding out of his nose because of the well-aimed punch, still lay unconscious against the wall.
'Hey there, Bulma, you were kind of out of it, huh?' Ox-King laughed at her, the giant man gave her a kind smile.
'I hope everyone is alright!' Puar whined desperately, tears filling his eyes. Oolong rolled his eyes in respond but couldn't help but give a hesitant sigh, knowing his friend had a point in worrying about the others.
'You're all here…' Bulma muttered confused, not being able to believe her eyes.
'Of course we are!' Ox-king smiled.
'We should go check on them!' Chichi yelled, getting up and ignoring the protest that followed. She passed Master Roshi, who groaned in pain. It was his usual cry for attention and as always it got completely ignored by the others. Bulma couldn't help but laugh at the sight and scene displaying before her. It was just like it had always been.
'You are all here!' she laughed again, not being able to believe her eyes. She felt so joyous, so happy.
'Oh, Bulma! What if Goku loses!?'
'What?' Bulma asked confused, abruptly losing the carefree feeling she had been feeling. What was she talking about?
'Have you really hit your head that hard, Bulma?' Chichi yelled annoyed, mostly because of how everyone was being so passive while her husband and son were out fighting to save the Earth! 'You are such an airhead!'
'Hey!' Bulma yelled back, 'I don't know what the hell you're talking about but I am pure genius, you hear!?'
'Well then, genius,' she hissed sarcastically, 'how can you forget about Goku and that guy Vegeta!?
'What!?'
'Are you going mad or something?' Chichi asked, this time slightly more serious and concerned about the girl before her. 'The Saiyans are here! That big guy has been taken out and my Goku is fighting that other awful man! Did you really forget all that?!'
Bulma just gaped at Chichi, trying to understand the words she was saying. Was this some type of joke of the cruelest kind?
'My crystal ball broke because of the huge doses of concentrated energy of their mutual attack… I wonder who won…' Baba thought out loud, while giving the glass pieces a sad look in the process. Her poor crystal ball…
'Fight? You mean this real?' Bulma asked, not really sure what this exactly meant. 'And Vegeta hasn't won yet?'
Master Roshi shook his head and gave Chichi a glare before answering Bulma, he clearly did not appreciate her violent temperamental demeanor. 'I hope not.'
'You could be little more positive, Bulma. Gee, have some faith in Goku, will you?' Oolong said, giving her a disappointed look, though the coward himself inwardly feared the same thing. It was almost as if he was trying to convince himself to think more positive while scolding Bulma.
It took Bulma a moment to comprehend what they were saying, what this could be meaning and why this was happening. She found none of the answers in her mind and it seemed that her friends were equally confused, though it was more because of her behavior than anything else.
'Are we dead?'
The question only made them raise their eyebrows and exchange worried glances while none of them truly knew what to answer her. For them, this was clearly reality. Perhaps this was an illusion of some sorts? Her mind playing tricks on her?
'Do you guys remember what happened?' she then asked, only getting an eerie silence as answer.
'I don't know if this is real…' Bulma muttered to herself. This couldn't be heaven. Nor hell. Could it?
They looked real, it felt real. It seemed real.
…But it was simply not possible was it?
'I guess there is only one way to find out!' she said to herself, while getting up.
Without thinking further, she got up and ran out of the house. Not being able to believe she was walking on the ground of an island that held so many memories, out of the house of her dearest friends.
'Where are you going!?' Master Roshi yelled, watching her run out without giving an explanation.
'Battlefield!'
'Wait! I'm going with you!' Chichi yelled, while getting up herself.
'No, dear, that is too dangerous!' Ox-king yelled while stopping his daughter with all his might. She had quite the power for such small person.
'I agree! Bulma, you should stay too!' Master Roshi yelled at her.
Bulma ignored their calls and found the keys to her airplane and jumped in and put them straight in the ignition, her mind was chaotic and she felt a little anticipating tremble rush through her.
'Bulma!' Chichi yelled again, trying to get rid of her father, who was weighting her down with all his might and Master Roshi, who was trying to do the same thing, though it held some perverted undertone to it. Puar started to cry much to Oolongs dismay and he simply yelled at Baba, saying she should fix the damn ball instead of moping.
'I'll check on Gohan, Chichi!' Bulma yelled at her, for some reason she understood the feeling. The worrying feeling and the overwhelming feeling of loving someone.
Trunks.
Her son's image just flashed before her eyes.
Did I just forget about you? My mind is a blur… I can't seem to remember everything clearly… Some of the things… the memories… they can't be real, can they? I just don't know…
Vegeta.
He was a clear image in her head, the only clear image she had. And she felt the need to go to him, to go look for him.
As the ship rose up, a blank expressionless Chichi got left behind, no longer struggling to get lose as her friend took off without her. Perhaps it was for the best and had Bulma left just in time before the others could stop her too. She could catch a glimpse of the waterfalls that were coming out of Chichi's eyes and when she took off, she could still hear an angry dramatic cry in the distance.
Racing at a blinding speed towards the battlefield, Bulma's mind suddenly became clearer. It had been a blank spot for a moment but now she could remember everything again. And it dawned on her that Vegeta was responsible for this. And though she had an idea, it was almost too surreal. She still wasn't sure what exactly it was he had wished for.
Was this some alternative reality?
The past?
Or an illusion of some sorts?
Only he knew the answer.
At least that was what she hoped. She hoped he remembered everything as clear as she did. Her friends obviously didn't. At least not the ones she had just left behind in Kame House. What about Goku? Krillin… Gohan…
Yamcha and the others… they're not alive… at least not if history had repeated itself…
She looked in the mirror of her ship and saw pair of clear blue eyes looking back at her. Not dull, not saddened, not anything. No wrinkles or striped of worry on her face. She looked young and beautiful again. Her heart sped up at the idea that this was real. Or perhaps I'm just wishing that this is real and it's all an illusion, she pessimistically thought.
Seeing the field come into sight, she looked around, in search for anyone or anything that could indicate a sign of life. Suddenly seeing Gohan and Krillen, she landed the plane immediately on the ground. Practically jumping out of it, they both gave her a surprised look. But then Krillen immediately smiled at her, glad to see his friend. 'Oh, hey, Bulma!'
'M-miss Bulma!' Gohan stuttered, surprised of seeing her here. He looked defeated but fine. She gave him a smile, which he hesitantly returned. A tinge of redness spread on his cheek and she couldn't help but laugh at the adorable reaction.
'What happened?' She asked, it felt as if she wasn't really here. As if she was outside of her body watching herself. It just felt all too surreal. This couldn't be possible happening, could it?
'Goku won!' Krillen laughed joyously, he nodded his head towards the weakened man on the ground next to Gohan. Goku opened one eye at her and gave her his trademark smile, proving that he was alright, though he did not look like it at all.
Bulma's smile fell when a thought hit her. He gave her a small frown in confusion. 'What's wrong, Bulma?'
'Do you remember?' She asked quietly. His frown only deepened at her words and both Krillen and Gohan gave her an equally confused look.
'Do you remember being Kakarot?' she then asked, hoping it would trigger his mind in to remember the memories they had shared. Though, a part of her wanted them to stay buried along with planet Vegeta, she never wanted to meet Kakarot again.
'Why are you calling me that too? I am Goku!' he answered desperately, giving her glare at calling him by his Saiyan name. He was no Saiyan, he was an Earthling, no matter what his true heritage was!
'Yeah, you are.' She smiled triumphantly at him, happy to hear him answer that. 'Where is Vegeta?'
'Hopefully gone.' Goku answered, letting out a sigh of pure exhaustion. He looked pretty beaten up, there was no way he could fight further.
'Over there!' Krillen suddenly yelled, watching the figure fall from the sky down to the ground. 'Oh, no!' Gohan screamed.
Bulma gaped at the man on the ground, for some reason her body found it hard to move. What if he didn't remember her? What if he wasn't the man she had left behind? Or rather she had unwillingly parted with?
'He looks defeated, alright…' Krillen said, now warily looking at the alien man at his feet. His body trembled, probably out of fear and tiredness. Bulma could tell it must've been quite the fight and she wondered how they had managed to win.
Vegeta had won in her memories…
'Now the world won't have to look at his ugly face anymore…' Krillen commented.
'Who are you calling ugly!?' Vegeta snapped, startling Krillen. She could hear her friends gasp but she still couldn't move a muscle nor say anything. 'You and your friends are going to regret this!' he hissed angrily.
Bulma gasped at hearing him speak. She stared at his face. He looked so much younger too. He had no scars. No sign of him having to endure regenerating his own body, the price he had paid of having immortality. Though the sight made her incredible happy, a part of her still worried. Could this truly be him?
Bulma opened her mouth, letting out a hesitant sigh. '…Vegeta?' she whispered.
'Bulma, stay away from him!' Goku yelled, 'Get out of here!'
Gohan couldn't get up from his seat and gave a fearful look at the predatory man he had been fighting this entire time and who seemed to remain undefeated, no matter what they tried.
While Krillen got startled he did determinedly stayed put, willing to use his last strength to protect his friends. Goku obviously couldn't move anymore but seemed to fear where this the situation would lead to, he was horrified at seeing the man again.
Vegeta stayed on the ground and slowly turned his head when hearing his name being called. He gave Bulma an appreciative smirk. His usual menacing expression staying in place.
'Stay away from her!' Krillen hissed at seeing his reaction.
But Bulma started to smile, laugh even out loud. Her friends gave her a bewildered look and looked at each other in complete confusion at what was going on.
'He's not ugly.' She said out loud. 'He's rather handsome, if he wants to be…'
'W-what?' Krillen stuttered in confusion, his eyes widened when hearing her say that. He gaped at her, clearly being in some state of shock.
'Miss Bulma?' Gohan asked, giving his father a horrified look. Did she just really say what he thought she had said? Did she just complimented their enemy, this awful man?
'Bulma, are you insane?!' Goku gasped, a little startled to say the least but at the same time he knew her well enough that she kind of had a nag for doing weird and airheaded things around certain men. Vegeta being one of those men, did surprise him though.
Vegeta slowly got up, making Krillen take a step back and while the others yelled out the agony that this beast still wasn't defeated.
'Who is this girl?' He asked nonchalantly.
He received no answer from any of them but Bulma only kept smirking at him and then she saw him smirk back. His eyes held something playful and a little menacing. But there was this sparkle in them.
And then she just knew it. The moment their eyes had made contact.
This was real.
Ignoring their looks, she ran pass Krillen, who hardly had the time to react or understand what she was about to do. Throwing her arms around his neck, her mouth met his and just like she expected she found the same warm fire in their kiss that they had always had. It washed all the doubt out of her mind.
If her friends were shocked before, they now were probably in some state of comatose. It took a full five seconds for them to get over the trauma they were witnessing and to actually react and yell at her for what she was doing.
'B-Bulma! What are you doing!?' Krillen gasped, staring in pure shock at the two.
Gohan turned beet red and looked at his dad, 'Dad, is Miss Bulma alright? Is she ill or something?'
'Bulma! Don't make out with him!' Goku screamed in anger, giving her another bewildered look at what she was doing.
'Nice try…' she whispered, looking in his eyes and finding their shared memories in them. She could feel his lips curl up against her mouth that had yet to leave his. 'So this was your wish?'
'To start over.' He muttered to her, being serious now. His arms had snaked their way around her body and she couldn't' remember him ever holding on to her so closely as now. It was a tight embrace, one where neither ever wanted to let go again.
'You choose me.'
'Don't make me regret it.' He answered sternly, though while trying to act indifferently.
'What made you think…?' She muttered, lost in her own emotions and this strange surreal situation she found herself suddenly in.
'You said it. You said if you could… go back into time…' he answered softly, 'We…' He didn't know how to finish that sentence. But his confusing words and vague answers was more than enough for her to understand. 'I figured it was the only way for the both of us…to win.' He muttered. 'I know Trunks isn't here but...'
'You chose to not gain immortality… to instead lose to someone you loathe… changing the course of our lives…' Bulma cut in, saying the words in her head out loud while at the same time understanding what this all meant. What he had just done… for her.
'Don't get all emotional, woman.' He answered, while giving a grunt of annoyance. He looked beyond her and saw the still confused looks of her friends, staring at them with disgust and repulsiveness. It was actually a rather humorous sight. Smirking at them to then grab Bulma's chin and give her a long deep kiss. He heard them gasp in shock. He then let go of her, relishing on their reaction.
'See you on Namek, woman.' He smirked at her while letting go of her face.
'What!?' Bulma asked confused, not understanding why he would say such a thing.
'Frieza… We still need to take care of him… Also, don't you want those other weaklings to get revived?'
'Vegeta…' Bulma gaped at him in shock, not believing what she was hearing.
'Doesn't mean I won't try to get what I want… I'll just try differently…' he said, pushing away the few lose strands of hair out of her face, 'I'll think differently.'
'I'm coming to Namek too…' She answered determinedly.
'No, you're too much of a distraction to come along on my ship… ' He snickered, while saying he actually grabbed the remote for his ship to come to him so he could depart.
She laughed in response at him, suddenly understanding that not everything was going to be different.
'I am going to have to chase you then?'
'A weakling woman as you chase me? Don't make me laugh!' He answered, faking his proud undertone.
'I'm really stubborn, you know.' She pointed out playfully, 'I don't give up easily.'
He nodded, agreeing on the matter and knowing all too well how stubborn she could be. 'Trunks wouldn't appreciate it if you did.'
'He wouldn't.' She nodded with him, thinking of the memory of their son. 'After Namek?'
'After Namek.' He agreed. Turning around to see his ship land and see the panicking expressions of her friends, he then let go of her. He snickered at them one more time before walking, at slow pace, off to his ship. He too was defeated and no fight could actually be held place anymore. It was over.
'Stop!' Krillen yelled at him but it was Goku who told him to let him walk, though probably because none of them were in a state to keep on fighting. He, just like Bulma and Vegeta, knew this fight was over too.
'Let him go…' Goku muttered, giving Bulma a peculiar stare when she watched him go with a strange look in her eyes.
They watched his ship take off and disappear into the distance, all of them staring at the small dot until it could no longer be seen.
'So…' Krillen started, cutting the eerie silence that lingered between them. 'Have you gone crazy, Bulma?' he asked on a serious tone.
'Nope!' She smiled, 'But Kami, I missed you guys!' She laughed, hugging her baldheaded friend, who was still completely confused. 'I think she needs to go to the hospital…' she heard him say, muffled by her tight embrace. She let go of him and ran to Goku and gave him the same tight embrace. He groaned from the immense pain he was feeling because of his wounds and she immediately let go of him, muttering an apology. She gave Gohan a pat on the back and couldn't help but smile, feeling butterflies in her stomach at the intense happiness she was feeling.
She was just so overjoyed. Goku couldn't help but laugh too at seeing her so happy, though he had no idea why.
'I missed you all so much…' she said again. She then looked back at her best friend, excited to see him as truly was. Her kindhearted and gentle friend, the real hero of Earth.
'He gave it all back, Goku…'
The whisper confused him as much as her behavior had but he didn't have the energy to question her. 'I'll tell you about it…one day.' She winked at him, picking up on his thoughts through his expressions.
'Everything is going to be alright….' She said to herself, resolutely nodded her head.
Looking up at the blue sky above her and though knowing what lied beyond the barriers of this planet, she still felt at ease. She was home again. Truly home. With her friends and family… Her parents were alive and well! She couldn't wait to see them again!
Everything now was how it was supposed to be. Though not really, she still needed two men in her life in order for it to be complete. It ached her heart because she missed them deeply but at the same time, she knew it was going to be alright.
'Everything is not going to be alright… Master Piccolo is… dead…' The little boy next to her suddenly sobbed. Bulma gave him a surprised look. 'Yeah, we can't use the Dragonballs anymore…' Goku muttered, thinking of the others who were never going to come back.
'Namek… We are going to Namek, home of the Namekians, the only other place where Dragonballs can be found.' Bulma said in response, already thinking of Dende and the others, though they would probably have no memory of her either. The two gave her a surprised look.
She realized that perhaps she really should perhaps confide a little into Goku because at this rate she was going to end up at the asylum. Now that even Goku wasn't smiling anymore, probably thinking she had gone completely mad.
'I'll explain…' She promised, giving him a smile again. He nodded hesitantly but was distracted by Gohan, who was overjoyed at hearing there was a possibility of getting Master Piccolo back. 'Let's go to Namek, dad!'
She laughed at seeing the little boy, that made her think of her own son again. Realizing that she was going have it all this time. Her friends, her home and one day, she was going to get her son back too. Have her own little family. It was all exactly how she once had imagined it, how she had only dared to dream of it. Though life before this had been cruel at times, she was happy to have all her memories still intact, even the bad ones. Otherwise she wouldn't have known how victorious she truly was in this life.
We win…
'….Will someone tell me what is going on here!?' Krillen screamed desperately, obviously not having the same foolish and reckless way of thinking of his friend. In his opinion, Bulma was still completely insane.
See you there, Vegeta.
The End…
Aahh… Well, sort of… ;-)
I know there is no such thing as a perfect ending but I hope you can appreciate it and understand that in the end they choose each other or rather Vegeta makes the ultimate sacrifice and gives everything back to Bulma and choses to eventually stay with her, after their next adventure on Namek. Life seldom gives happy endings, so I thought, let's give this story one, agreed? Either way, I hope you liked it!
