I Will Not Bow Down
Fifty-Five: Cold Shoulders & Championships
The group of friends had noticed that Meloni and Harry were being indifferent to each other. Holmes not talking to each other made them all feel uncomfortable. Harry was trying to ignore that he wasn't talking to Meloni. Meloni was annoyed that Harry had acted that way with Draco. They had made a process in the way he was thinking, and she was worried that he was going begin to fall behind again. To the surprise of the group the one to bring it up was Neville. He also brought it up during lunch. Since the year before they had been mingling together in part of the Gryffindor table and sometimes the Ravenclaw one. To many of the other houses, it was interesting, not unheard off, but it brought a lot of third years coming to them, asking questions.
"You both need to talk about your issues." Neville said.
"I have to go, Oliver, wants us to train." Harry said, but before he could get up Hermione grabbed his hand.
"I think that the library…"
"Right because that is your hiding spot." Harry mentioned, Meloni looked at Harry.
"Unlike you Junior Detective, I have studying to do." Meloni snapped back.
"As I mentioned before, I hope Uncle James is aware of what you are doing." Harry mentioned. Meloni glared at him before kicking him in the chin and walking out of the room. Many students looked at Harry, who got up as well and walked the different direction with Hermione with him, the other three followed after Meloni.
The thing both didn't notice was that Merlyn and Arthur were paying attention and they knew that it was time to intervene.
"Try not to do something crazy." Arthur told her.
"I don't make any promises," Merlyn said getting up.

Zabinni sat on the table next to Draco, who was currently doing his homework, Draco looked at him before ignoring him once more.
"What?"
"I just, you should be proud." He told him.
"Proud."
"You have the Holmes in an all-out war." Zabbini told him. "Which will be great since Holmes is not concentrating and will make us win the Quidditch Cup easier."
"I don't have anyone in war, least of all the Holmes." Draco replied.
"Well you do, Meloni just kicked Harry before he left to practice, just thought you would want to know."
Draco was left alone, and he looked at the side of the desk he had taken in the common room.
"Why are you not with your classmates?" he looked up to see Snape standing there.
"I have homework to do." Draco replied.
"You seem different, your Father seems worried about the fact."
"My Father and I are going through different views." Draco replied to him. He didn't want to mention that his views had turned on his head.
"I would be careful Draco." Snape told him before walking to his office, leaving Draco to his own thoughts.

Harry and Meloni were dragged into their Grandfather's classroom and they were both shocked that they couldn't move out of their seats.
"Really, Grandma?' Harry asked.
"Now, I normally don't do this, but both of you have given me no choice." Merlyn said and she was willing to wait them out for a long time, but Meloni was the first to finally snap.
"Nothing is the problem, Grandma, Harry is just full of himself."
"I'm full of myself, you are the one who happens to be spending time with a Slytherin."
"Since when you do you start making assumptions about people, like Anderson and Donovan." Meloni snapped and that was a blow a very hard blow.
"You…I only care about the fact that Draco has shown he wasn't willing to change and suddenly he is different and it's roses and rainbows."
"He was petrified last year." Meloni said. Harry couldn't say anymore, because he could admit that he was blinded because it was his little cousin.
"I know that Holmes man are known to be protective of their family, but people change." Merlyn told Harry.
"I know, look Meloni I'm sorry." Harry said. "I know he is changing; I've seen it, it doesn't mean I will trust him really fast; I need to be careful."
"We can help him, Harry." Meloni was sure of what she was saying.
"One more person out of the darkness." Harry said.
"Now that everything is solved between the two of you, maybe you can help me with a small…"
"You know Grandma, Mel is right we should be helping Draco." Harry said knowing that his Grandma would try to get them to do something that was not exactly safe.
"He's right."
"Oh, so both of you are suddenly very good friends after two weeks of cold shoulders." Merlyn began with a laugh as she heard her grandchildren groan knowing that they wouldn't be able to save themselves from helping.

Quidditch Day
It was finally the awaited game between Slytherin and Gryffindor. Harry was more nervous that he was letting on. He knew that this would be something big for everyone in the stands. For Oliver, who had just ended giving the speech of his life.
In the stands, Hermione and the rest of their group were standing together trying to keep the nerves at bay.
"Should we be worried that Harry will be attacked?" Neville asked.
"I thought Harry's parents would show up?" Ron asked Hermione.
"They couldn't be to this game." Hermione told them.
"Yeah, Uncle Sherlock and Aunt Joan have been dealing with a case, it turned to an eight.' Meloni told them. Neville and Ron knew not to ask. Meloni knew that she was sort of lying as her Grandparents were present with both Uncle Sirius and Uncle Remus were there as well. Hermione was looking at the stadium and knew that she was not going to be worried.
Harry was looking in the crowd and the Gryffindors were all cheering for them. He had to admit that he was a slight bit nervous, he looked up at the stands to see Hermione and the rest standing there. When he made eye contact with Hermione and waved at her. She smiled back at him and waved back. On the other side, Draco was looking at the stands and he was nervous as well, he had to look at Gryffindor's stand to find her, Meloni noticed a smiled his way and giving a discreet wave. He smiles a bit at that, it was interesting that Holmes could not control his cousin.
The two teams went on the screams of the entire crowd. Harry was looking at the field and knew that this would be a match that he wanted to finish fast. That match began with Gryffindor scoring the first goal and that didn't stop the Slytherins from playing dirty.
The interesting part to many of the spectators was that they were seeing a good match from Seekers. Draco was not cheating, the only thing he did was used Harry's new broom speed against him even using the broom. Its shocked Harry and Draco was even dipping to trying and getting the Snitch. Even Harry had to admit this one was one of the few matches that were interesting, and he was looking forward to seeing who won.
'There you see the beautiful Katie Bell going.' Jordan said. At this point, everyone was to be invested in the game to notice. Harry and Draco were both looking for Golden Snitch.
'It seems both Seeker have caught sight of the Golden Snitch!' Jordan screamed out. "There they go both of them from different sides."
Draco and Harry looked at each other from the different side of the brooms trying to get the Golden Snitch. Harry was so close, and he stretched his hand and he felt the tips of the Golden Snitch when he just speeds up a bit and wrapped his hand on the Golden Snitch and held on tightly.
"Potter has the Golden Snitch!" Jordan said with a yelled. "Gryffindor Wins, Gryffindor Wins the Quidditch Cup!" The crowd went wild. Harry went down and was cheering with the rest of the Gryffindor and he was happy, he could see Oliver crying and trying to hug everyone, it was even better when he was slammed into by Hermione.
"You did it!" she told him.
"I know." He said with a smile which got bigger when she kissed his cheek.

Baker Street
Lucas knew that he shouldn't be here, he was rather surprised that he was able to get into Joan's home. He wondered if she didn't put the defenses on her home at all and it was just a trick on his mind. He opened the door to the famous 221B; when he looked inside, he was surprised and walked slowly in the area as he could see the difference. He saw the dog and he began to bark at him.
"Good boy." He said and he bent down to try and calm the dog down before he got the older woman to come up. What he did not expect was hit over his head taking him down. Lucas went down with darkness.
"Do you think I hurt him?" Clarise asked.
"No, he could take it." Nicholas said with a smile. Gladstone ran over to them and Clarise gave her mother's steel cane to Nicholas before carrying the dog. "Now we can get answers."
"Why would you want answers?" Joan asked walking inside and freezing when she saw the person on the ground.
