Two things are really important when writing; time and inspiration. If you lack one of those, it's nearly impossible. I've lacked both lately. Work was crazy busy, working between 8 and 13 hours a day (and night...), but hopefully it'll be less crazy from now on.

I have just moved to France and uni starts in a week. I've never gone to uni before, but I'm guessing I'll be pretty busy, but I'll do my very best at having regular updates and I really apologize for the really long wait. In return this is a really (really) long chapter, that skips a bit in time, and I hope you like it :)

All mistakes are my own and all feedback will be highly appreciated!

Also a little reminder that I have made a tumblr account, so my username is GreetingsFromNice. Ask me anything on there if you want to (I'm not very active though, haven't been on in weeks really, but I'll get better!)

Thanks for sticking with me!

xo, Em

Santana was wiping away tears from her cheeks, tears from laughing too much.

"And then she finally noticed the horse and her eyes went super wide and she froze on her spot, for a second, before she turned around and ran in the other direction. You'd think she'd seen a ghost or something. It was absolutely hilarious to watch, but she didn't find it as funny."

Taylor laughed hard.

"Kids are absolutely hysterically funny. I don't think I can ever get enough of your Libby stories."

"I keep telling you, you need to find someone and have one of your own."

Taylor shrugged.

"I don't know, I sort of like babysitting yours. I get to be the fun 'aunt' without too much responsibility."

"You can watch her whenever she wants. I swear she won't stop talking about her aunt Tay-Tay. You're probably her favorite person in the world."

Taylor grinned widely.

"I'm glad to hear that. Although, I think that if Brittany lived closer I'd have some fierce competition."

Santana's eyes widened slightly and she nodded.

"I'm quite glad you live on separate coasts actually, she'd be so spoilt if both of her favorite aunts were around all the time. Now you spoil her whenever you're around, and by B whenever we're in New York, or she's in LA, which isn't often. It works out nicely. Don't want her to get a big head, you know."

"I'm honestly not too worried about that, San, you and Quinn will make sure she's a humble human being."

"Your faith in me is astonishing, dear."

"I know you and Quinn were a bit wild in your younger years, I've even heard stories about a Ryan Seacrest tattoo… but I actually think that it's helpful. You both know that you were a handful as teenagers and you'll do anything to make sure she's not."

"Hm. I actually had not thought of it like that. Makes sense though, I definitely know which signs to look for and I'll make sure I knock them down if they ever begin coming up."

"I also hope you realize that you're going to have to keep an eye on her, she's going to be so stunning when she's older, you're going to have so many suitors on your doorstep."

Santana smirked.

"Bring. It. On."

Taylor laughed.

"Oh god, you're going to embarrass her so badly, aren't you?"

Santana shrugged casually, a playful smile on her lips.

"I'm her mom, aren't I?"

Again Taylor burst out laughing.

"Oh, I actually feel bad for Libby already and she's not even two yet."

"You just keep your doors open, so she can come running to you when her moms are being crazy."

Taylor shook her head.

"Nah ah, I don't think it'll be plural! I'm pretty sure Quinn will be just as embarrassed as Libby."

"No way, Swift, my wife will definitely be on my side."

"Don't count on it sweetcheeks. Now come on, we've got a job to do."

"Right, I've got an album to finish."

"To the studio and beyond!"

"No more sugary treats for you, Miss Swift."

Quinn was spinning around the kitchen, preparing a snack for Libby while she was humming some Disney song from a movie they'd watched earlier in the day. She walked into the living room again to get Liberty and Santana, expecting them to have moved onto the next movie, but instead she found them both asleep on the couch. Santana was lying on her back, with Libby asleep on her chest. It was a precious vision, but she needed to wake them up, or they'd sleep for the rest of the afternoon. She picked up Libby, holding her close as she peppered her with kisses and stroked her back.

"Libby, Santana, it's time to wake up."

Both girls groaned slightly and Quinn smiled, loving just how much Libby was like Santana in some ways. She definitely believed that environment played a big role in a person's development.

"Come on you two, there's cookies in the kitchen…"

Libby instantly raised her head from Quinn's shoulder and smiled.

"Morning, mommy."

Quinn giggled and kissed her cheek.

"Good afternoon, sleepy head."

Santana had also perched up at the promise of cookies and she smiled widely.

"Cookies huh?"

Quinn carried Libby to the kitchen while she nodded.

"Yup, home made. But you both need to eat your PB&J sandwiches first."

Again Libby and Santana groaned at the same time, while Quinn rolled her eyes.

"Santana, behave."

"But Quinn."

She dragged the word out.

"No buts."

She raised an eyebrow while she put Libby in her high chair, silently telling Santana to listen, or there would be no butt for her.

"Fineee."

Santana sat down and began eating her sandwich while Quinn filled up Libby's sippy cup with milk.

"What do you want to drink, San?"

"Milk too, please."

Quinn smirked and filled up her glass.

"My two big girls."

Santana grinned.

"Thank you, mommy."

"Oh god, don't call me that."

Libby looked up confused.

"No mommy?"

Quinn kissed the top of her blonde head and sat down next to her.

"You can call me mommy, baby."

Libby nodded, obviously relieved and put another cut up piece of her sandwich into her mouth.

"Good."

Santana shook her head.

"Don't talk with food in your mouth, Liberty."

"Sorry mama."

"Good girl. Now hurry up with your sandwich so we get cookies."

Libby giggled and put three pieces into her tiny mouth.

"San…"

Santana whined.

"But I want my cookies…"

"And I don't want my daughter to choke because of peer pressure from her mother."

Santana pouted slightly, but relented.

"Sorry. Take your time, baby, the cookies will still be here when you're done."

Libby sipped from her cup, before she finished her sandwich. Quinn popped her last piece into her mouth while Santana stuffed hers in. After another eye roll Quinn stood up and got the cookies.

"Chocolate chip cookies. Two for Libby, two for mama and two for mommy."

She placed the cookies on their respective plates and they all dug in. Just as Santana was half way into her first cookie her phone went off and she went into the living room to answer it.

"Santana Lopez."

She sat down on the arm of the couch.

"Mhm, okay."

She frowned slightly, unsure if she had heard correctly.

"What, are you serious?"

She held her breath and let it out when the person on the other end confirmed that they were indeed serious.

"Wow, thank you so much. Yes, that works perfectly, thank you again. Good bye."

She hung up and walked into the kitchen again, falling onto her chair, looking sort of distant.

"Babe, what's up?"

"Um, that was Dr. Brown's secretary…"

She ran a hand through her hair while Quinn looked at her expectantly.

"And…?"

Santana smiled softly and she shook her head, incredulously.

"Apparently they found two functioning eggs on our last try."

The cookie Quinn was holding fell from her hands on onto the table as she rushed around the table to pull her wife into a bone-crushing hug.

"Oh Santana!"

Santana hugged her just as tightly.

"I know right! I don't know what to say."

Quinn closed her eyes.

"You did it, baby."

"We have an appointment on Tuesday to have them inserted."

"We're going to have another baby."

Santana nodded against her hair.

"Hell yeah, babe!"

Quinn laughed and pulled away from the hug, wiping away her happy tears.

"Baby?"

Both of them turned towards Libby, having forgotten about her for a moment during their completely joy.

"Yeah, sweetie, you're going to get a little brother or sister sometime."

Libby nodded slowly.

"'Tay…"

Santana laughed and picked her up, hugging her tightly, and kissing her.

"Nooo, cookie."

Libby wriggled, obviously preferring the cookie to the hugging. Santana just laughed and put her back down.

Quinn sat back down too.

"This is crazy. I can't believe they found some. I mean, it's only two eggs, so it might not work, but still. I just can't believe it."

Santana still had this incredulous look on her face.

"Neither can I. Trust me, I figured that I'd get yet another call saying 'sorry…' and then we'd start looking for other options. And now… like you said, it might not work, we've experienced that first hand, but at least there is a possibility."

"And you're one tough bee, so if anyone can do it it's you!"

Santana laughed.

"Bee?"

"Well, there's an innocent, impressionable little girl here, we need to be careful with our wording."

Santana laughed.

"I know. I'm just so happy, I can't control myself."

Quinn cupped her cheeks in both hands and kissed her passionately.

"Together we can do anything we set our mind to."

Santana's eyes sparkled.

"Together. You, me, Libby and hopefully another little one."

Quinn and Santana were lying in bed, late one evening, with Quinn drawing patterns on Santana's stomach. It had been almost seven weeks since the eggs had been put in and in another week they'd take a pregnancy test.

"Do you feel any different?"

Santana shook her head.

"Nope, not at all."

Quinn kissed just above Santana's belly button.

"That doesn't have to mean anything. It's so early, there's no reason you should feel any different."

"You had morning sickness by this point."

"With Libby, yes, but not with Beth. With Beth it arrived later."

"Just don't get your hopes up, Q."

Quinn sat up and frowned slightly.

"What do you mean?"

"We both know that things happen. You had a miscarriage, I might too."

"The chances of us both having one is probably quite slim, San."

"Yes, but it might still happen. When it happened to you it hurt so much, but in the end we got Libby. This is my only chance. If this doesn't work, then it's over, I'm not going through all of this again."

Quinn leaned down and kissed her quickly.

"I'm telling you though, nothing's going to happen. Just relax and pay attention to your body signals."

Santana closed her eyes and folded her arms over them.

"I just can't let myself get excited about this until I'm way past the 12 week mark, and I can feel it kicking and moving. Although, realistically, I probably shouldn't get too excited until the child is in my arms."

"If you continue with that train of thoughts you can't be excited until you die, because things may still happen."

Santana moved her arms and frowned slightly.

"That's true… Fine, I'll be excited when I'm about half way."

Quinn kissed her again.

"You'll be excited when you pass the 12 week mark. You might believe that you won't, but trust me, you will."

Santana cupped the back of Quinn's neck and kissed her.

"I know, I just don't want to set myself up to get hurt."

Quinn lied down next to Santana and wrapped her arms around her wife.

"You won't. I won't let anything hurt you, San."

Santana wrapped an arm around Quinn and kissed her temple.

"I think we're going to be mommies again."

Quinn smiled brightly.

"Hell yeah!"

"It's been eight weeks now. Do you want to wait until our appointment in two days, or do you want to pee on a stick?"

"Putting it so elegantly, Mrs. Fabray-Lopez."

Quinn grinned.

"I know and you love it though."

"I sort of love all of you."

"Yeah, yeah, I love you too, now make a decision."

"I don't know. Part of me wants to pee on the goddamn stick, but it's not 100% right, which is why the other part of me wants to wait. But I'd like to do a home pregnancy test too, so we can take a picture of it and go all crazy over the lines on it."

Quinn smiled.

"Then I think the solution is that we take a pregnancy test after we've been at the doctors office. That way we will have a correct result, saying if we're pregnant or not beforehand, and if the results are positive, then we'll have the home test for personal reasons."

"Yeah, I like the sound of that. I want to know right away of course, but I'd rather have the right answer than something that may not be right, even though I know that the home tests are pretty secure."

"Only two more days. Well, one and a half to be completely accurate."

"And if it's positive then we'll only have 7 months left."

"I really don't think there's an 'if' here baby, I'm pretty sure you're pregnant."

Santana smiled.

"Why?"

"Well you might not have noticed, but you've been craving certain things that you don't usually eat."

"Really? Like what?"

Quinn smiled.

"Bananas for one. And white chocolate. Sometimes together too."

"No! Oh god, you're right. But I hate bananas."

Santana pouted while Quinn nodded knowingly.

"I know. Which is why I'm telling you, you're pregnant."

Santana covered her face with her arms as she burst out laughing.

"I can't believe I haven't noticed. It's so fucking obvious."

Quinn giggled, obviously pleased with herself.

"Yeah, it is. You don't need to take a pregnancy test, before now you didn't even want to be in the same room as someone who ate a banana because you said the smell disgusted you."

"Let's not forget the shape, dear."

Quinn rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, that's why we have a box of fake ones under our bed."

Santana bit her lip.

"When you're wearing a strap on it's hot as hell Q. A banana reminds me of a grown mans penis and that's just gross."

Quinn shook her head.

"There is really not a lot of resemblance there San, you're just super gay."

"And proud of it."

Quinn kissed her swiftly.

"I know, and I love that. Now lets stop talking about bananas."

Santana got a thoughtful look on her face.

"Actually, I really want banana now. Preferably banana dipped in white chocolate. Oh god yes."

"Who are you and what have you done to my wife?"
Santana curled up slightly.

"I know; it's terrifying."

Quinn laughed.

"Come on baby, let's get you some chocolate covered banana."

She held out her hand and Santana grabbed it, getting off the couch.

"White chocolate, very important detail. Or hold on, maybe both?"

Quinn looked at her with an amused expression on her face and Santana groaned.

"Damn it, I'm going to be so fat. If it had only been bananas I would have been fine, at least that's healthy, but chocolate covered banana is not…"

Quinn laughed and kissed the side of her head.

"Aww, babe, you'll still look amazing to me."

"You better stick around. I stuck around you when you were pregnant!"

"Like I'd leave, where on earth would I go?"

"Who knows?"

"Probably to our bedroom, or the guest room to hide from your mood swings."

"Like I'll have mood swings. I'm moody enough as it is, it can't get any worse."

"Thank God."

"Oh stop it, you were all over the place with Libby."

"I know, I was pretty terrible at certain points."

They walked into the kitchen together, and looked into the fruit bowl.

"Oh, looks like we're out of bananas."

"Will not do, I need my bananas!"

"Fine, I'll go to the supermarket and get you some bananas and chocolate as well as a few pregnancy tests."

"Best wife in the world."

"I consider it my wife duty to get my wife whatever it is that she's craving. If you think about it, it's helpful for me too, maybe it'll make you less moody."

"Love you too, dear!"

"According to the blood test there is no doubt you're pregnant. If you don't mind I'd like to do an ultrasound, mostly to make sure that everything looks good and to see if only one or both of the eggs caught on."

"Knock yourself out, doc."

"Great, just put this on and lay down on that chair."

He handed her a gown and while she changed behind a screen he went and got the instruments. As soon as Santana had changed she got into lying position on the chair, waiting for the doctor again.

"So, again it might be twins."

Quinn sat down next to her and nodded.

"I doubt it though. More than two eggs were inserted into me, and I only had one baby both times. But if it's twins then that's awesome, if not, easier for us."

Santana smiled and pulled Quinn down for a kiss.

"You're pretty awesome."

"I know, Libby and you are the luckiest girls ever."

Santana laughed.

"You're also extremely modest."

"So are you if I remember correctly. Our kids are screwed you know."

"I think they'll be the best kids ever."

"And there's your modesty."

They smiled fondly at each other as Dr. Brown re-entered the room.

"This is your first ultrasound, so you should know that the gel can be quite cold."

Santana nodded and Dr. Brown squeezed some of the clear gel onto her stomach, and used the ultrasound wand to spread it out. He turned on the machine and soon the screen was filled with a black and white picture.

"There we go. You're not very far along yet, close to eight weeks to be precise, but the tiny little black spot you can see in this white area is your baby."

Santana grasped Quinn's hand.

"I know we did this with Libby too, but knowing that that tiny little thing is living inside of me is so awesome. It's almost surreal."

Quinn watched Santana from the corner of her eyes, her lips a shadow of a smile. Santana who had been so nerve wrecked earlier, and who hadn't wanted to be excited until she knew she was across the safety line was now so clearly over the moon with joy.

"It's incredible, huh?"

Santana nodded slowly.

"Gosh… Everything looks good, right?"

Dr. Brown nodded.

"I can't see any abnormalities now. Of course we'll check that closer when the baby is bigger, but as for now it looks normal. The most important ultrasound is between 16 and 20 weeks. We can see the gender then, and if there are any abnormalities they're the easiest to spot around then."

"When is she due?"

"Based on the implantation and the size of the baby now I'd set the due date to October 15th. Santana is just under two months along now."

"So we have one spring baby and then we'll have one autumn baby, I like that. At least their birthdays won't crash."

Quinn nodded.

"Quite practical."

She squeezed Santana's hand and smiled softly.

"Is there anything I need to think about?"

"Well, you've already been through one pregnancy, so you know the basics. No alcohol and cigarettes, and eat healthy and take care of yourself. Try not to stress out too much. There is no reason why this shouldn't go well, you're definitely not a high-risk pregnancy, but if you're worried about something, don't hesitate to contact me."

"Thank you, and don't worry, I will be on the phone within a second if anything feels off."

Quinn giggled.

"I'll try to calm her down first, to make sure it's not just gas or something."

Santana grimaced.

"Gas?"

Quinn laughed at the tone of her voice.

"Yeah, you're probably gonna have lots of gas. No worries though, I'll still love you."

Santana smiled sarcastically.

"Oh thank God, it's not like I stuck by your side through a pregnancy filled with gas."

"Actually, I was much worse with Beth than I was with Libby. I think it depends on the position of the baby, right?"

They both looked at Dr. Brown who nodded.

"It's definitely one of the factors, yes. Now I'll let you clean up and get dressed."

He smiled politely and stood up, leaving the room and Quinn bit her lip as she looked at Santana.

"So, what do you think?"

Santana walked over to the sink and began taking off the gel on her stomach.

"About what?"

"This? The baby?"

"I think that I'm pregnant and we're going to have a beautiful little baby in seven months and I cannot wait."

Quinn walked over to her and took the wet paper towel from Santana's hand, helping her wiping it off.

"So no waiting with the excitement?"

Santana shook her head.

"No waiting. Or, maybe a little waiting."

Quinn smiled. "

I can handle a little waiting."

She snaked her arms around Santana's neck, as the brunette rested hers around Quinn's waist. They both leaned in a shared a short, but sweet kiss.

"Yay, baby."

Quinn giggled.

"Baby! Your baby."

Santana shook her head and kissed her again.

"Our baby."

Quinn kissed her deeper before she pulled back and rested her forehead against Santana's.

"Ours."

"I don't feel the baby yet, obviously, but it still feels different. I can't believe this tiny living organism is going to be inside my tummy for the next seven months."

"It's a very surreal experience, indeed. I think you'll love it though, and if you're lucky the baby will go easy on you."

"I hope so too, but if not, I'll have you there with me to coach me through it."

"If it's something I've been through – and I've been through most of it – I'll definitely guide you through it all."

Santana put on her shirt and hugged Quinn tightly.

"I love you, baby girl."

"I love you too, cutiepie."

"Remember, you have to be quiet baby."

Quinn was talking in a hushed tone as she and Libby walked up the stairs. She was holding Libby's hand in one of hers and carrying a tray between her arm and her hip on the other side. Libby nodded as she held onto Quinn tightly. It was Santana's birthday and she was currently still in a deep sleep in their bed. Normally she'd be up by now, but Quinn had really worn her out last night and right after Quinn had gotten her to put on some clothes she had completely passed out. Usually they'd just sleep naked after a long evening of fun activities, but Quinn knew that Libby would be in their bed the following morning, and she'd rather keep it child friendly. Quinn had gotten up really early in the morning to make brownies from scratch and then she had woken Libby and let her go crazy with the jelly pens on the cake. It had drawings all over and Quinn had helped her write 'mama' on it. Quinn let go of Libby's hand to open the door to her and Santana's bedroom and she ushered Libby in. She placed the tray on one of the tables in their room and lifted Libby onto the bed before she got under the covers herself.

"Okay, wake mama."

Libby snuggled into Santana and kissed her.

"Mama."

She was whispering and Quinn smiled as she stroked her daughter's back.

"A little louder baby."

Libby nodded and moved to Santana's ear.

"Wake up, mama."

Santana groaned slightly and wrapped her arms around Libby.

"Mornin' mama."

"Good morning, munchkin."

Libby giggled and kissed Santana again.

"Happy biday."

"Thank you, baby girl."

Quinn bit her lip as she watched the two and when Santana's chocolate brown eyes finally met hers she smiled brightly.

"Happy birthday, wifey."

Santana leaned over Libby and the two shared a sweet kiss over Libby's head.

"Thank you. Also, thanks for letting me sleep in."

"You're welcome, baby. I knew I needed to completely tire you out last night so you wouldn't wake up at some ungodly hour this morning."

Santana laughed and shook her head.

"Smart move, Mrs. Lopez. But how did you get up so early?"

Quinn smirked.

"I've been with you for 9 years Santana, I think it's safe to say that my stamina has gotten better. Besides, I let you do most of the work last night, so I wouldn't get so tired."

Santana grinned and kissed her again before she cuddled into Libby.

"Smart movie, Missy."

"Libby, why don't you give mommy the present you got her?"

Libby nodded and held her hand out, indicating that she wanted Quinn to give it to her, which she did. Libby handed the wrapped box to Santana with a smile.

"Thank you, baby."

Santana kissed the top of Libby's blonde hair as the young girl mumbled 'welcome'. She carefully unwrapped the present and removed the lid of the box and beamed.

"Libby, it's beautiful, thank you."

Libby looked up and smiled.

"Open."

Santana opened the locket and grinned at the picture of Libby in there.

"I love it baby, thank you."

She gave Libby another kiss and hugged her tightly. Quinn had picked out a heart locket in gold for Santana, and put a picture of Libby in there, with another slot open, where they could put a picture of their unborn child when it came. The front of the locket had a beautiful pattern on the front and on the back a small L was engraved, leaving space for other things to be engraved as well.

"Drawing, mommy."

"Oh, that's right baby, I almost forgot."

Quinn got off the bed and picked up a drawing from the tray.

"Libby drew this for you."

Santana accepted the drawing and smiled. It was their little family and Santana could tell that Quinn had drawn the shapes of them and then Libby had filled in the colors (if you could call it 'filled in', as the colors were all over the place). On the top it said 'To Mama, I love u. Libby'. Libby wasn't even two yet, so she obviously couldn't write yet, but she had held the pencil and then Quinn had held and guided her hand. Santana loved it and she pulled Libby in for a hug.

"Thank you baby girl, I love it. This is going on the fridge."

"Hungy."

Quinn was still standing next to the bed and she picked up a plate that was covered and put it on a smaller tray that she gave to Santana.

"Your birthday breakfast."

"It smells so good."

Santana took off the lid that was on the plate and grinned.

"Chocolate chip pancakes and bacon! Perfect birthday breakfast."

Quinn got onto the bed again and moved Libby so she was in her lap.

"We thought you'd like it. You'll have to share though."

"That's okay, I don't mind sharing, but only if it's with my favorite girls."

"Are you one of mama's favorite girls, Libby?"

Libby nodded as she eyed the pancakes.

Santana grinned and cut a little piece from the first pancake that was shaped like a heart.

"Well then you get some pancake!"

She held the fork towards Libby who ate the pancake happily.

"Yum!"

"Was it good, baby?"

Libby nodded and Quinn smiled.

"Then I want a piece too."

Santana repeated the action, only with Quinn, who hummed slightly as she ate.

"Thank you for the food and the presents, it's really great."

"You're very welcome baby, but there's more to come later today."

"Q, you don't have to do that."

"I know, but I want to. It's only your birthday once a year and I want to make a big deal out of it."

Santana leaned in and kissed her wife, silently thanking her once again for everything.

"Best day ever!"

Quinn smiled.

"It's only 9 am, I think it's a bit too early to say that."

"Spending time with you two always make my days perfect."

"Your mama is so cheesy, baby. Do you know how old mama is now?"

Libby shook her head and giggled when Santana started tickling her stomach.

"You don't know how old I am?"

"No!"

She continued giggling and Quinn pretend to try and fight Santana off to 'save' her daughter.

"Do you know how old you are?"

Santana stopped tickling her for a second and Libby held up two fingers.

"That's right, you're almost two. Only a month and a half to go. Are you excited?"

Libby nodded and looked from Santana to the pancakes.

"Oh, someone wants more pancakes."

"Tates!"

Quinn reached over and took a few pieces of bacon that she ate by herself while Santana fed herself and Libby.

"I don't know about you guys, but I'm stuffed."

"I'd say this breakfast was a success then. Why don't you go take a shower and I'll get this little girl ready?"

"Can I shower for as long as I want to?"

"Definitely, we're not in a hurry."

"I repeat, best. Day. Ever!"

Quinn giggled and got off the bed, placing Libby on her hip and Santana came over to them and wrapped her arms around Quinn.

"Happy birthday, baby, I love you."

Santana hummed into Quinn's neck and kissed it gently.

"I love you more."

Quinn placed her free hand in Santana's hair.

"We're not starting that discussion, because it would never end."

Santana moved her head and kissed Quinn deeply.

"I would win because I love you more!"

And with that she ran into the bathroom and Quinn shook her head as she walked out of her bedroom.

"Your mama is really competitive, Libs."

Libby shrugged.

"Don't know."

"You haven't really seen it yet, but when you get older and start doing sports you're gonna beg me to keep her away from games."

"Otay mommy."

Libby clearly had no idea what Quinn was talking about, she was only two after all, but Quinn liked talking to her like she was older so maybe she'd catch up on the vocabulary.

"Thank you so, so much for watching Libby for us."

"It's not a problem, Quinn, I'm sure she'll be an angel."

Quinn kissed Libby's head and gave Elizabeth a quick hug.

"I've got to go, I left Santana in the car and you know how impatient she gets."

"You better hurry before she comes over here looking for you."

"Call if you have any problems or whatever, both of us are available on our phones."

"Will do, have fun! Say happy birthday to Santana for me."

"She says thanks! Bye Libby, love you."

Quinn kissed Libby's head one last time before she hurried back to the car.

"Okay, we're ready to go. Liz says happy birthday."

"That's very nice of her, now will you tell me where we're going?"

"Most definitely not. Patience is virtue, baby."

Santana took one of Quinn's hands into her own and laced their fingers together, as Quinn was driving.

"I waited a really long time to get you."

Quinn stopped at a red light and looked at Santana with a soft smile.

"You did. But I waited for a really long time for you too."

"We have each other now though, so it doesn't matter. We didn't miss out on anything special."

"We have each other for forever. And I'm glad we didn't get together sooner, high school could have killed us. I kinda liked the unresolved sexual tension we had, got to practice my slapping."

"Yeah, I'm kinda glad too. Of course we would have been amazing together back then too, but by the time we actually got together I knew who I was and I knew that this was what I wanted. Even when I was sort of with Britt it would be you that I pictured with me when I thought about the future."

Quinn squeezed Santana's hand as she turned into a parking lot and stopped the car.

"I knew that I loved you the first time I met you, but young Quinn, high school Quinn and adult Quinn are very different. Young Quinn and adult Quinn are quite similar, we both want you so badly, but high school Quinn was corrupted by religion and was taught that homosexuality was bad. I really don't think I would have been able to be with you in high school, even if I wanted to. And in all honesty I think Beth is part of the reason as to why that all changed. Since dad kicked me out when I got pregnant my vision of the perfect family changed. Sure dad was always strict, but I thought it was what I needed and I loved him, and now that I look at your family and our family I see that what dad did was wrong. Mom changed a lot after dad left and even though she's very distant, she will do just about anything to make it up to me. If I had never gotten pregnant I don't think I would have changed my view on homosexuality, and that's terrifying."

"I think that life is all about a long string of events and if one thing is out of place it can change a lot of things. I'm glad one of your strings was out of place. I love Beth and I would do anything for her, and I hope both you and her know that."

"We do baby. She loves you too you know, I think you might be her favorite person in the world."

Santana grinned.

"Hell yeah! Remind me to get that kid a present."

"Oh please, you think I don't know that you constantly send her things behind my back already?"

"You know?! How?"

"Shelby and I talk you know. An iPhone, Santana, really?"

Santana pouted.

"I asked Shelby first…"

"What about asking me?"

"You would have said no…"

"No, I wouldn't. As long as Shelby was fine with it I would have been too."

"Fine, I'll ask you next time. Oh, and I may or may not have sent her an envelope saying that she and Shelby are going to Disney World. It may or may not arrive early next week."

"Oh San, our kids are going to be so spoilt. And I'll look like the bad mom for saying no."

"Then I'll just buy them something and tell them that they'll only get it if they promise to be nice to mommy."

Quinn shook her head and pulled Santana in for a kiss.

"You're lucky I love you."

"Great, let's have birthday sex in the backseat."

"No. For one we're in a very public place and secondly I have something else planned."

"You're lucky I love you."

"Keep telling yourself that, babe."

Quinn got out of the car and opened the trunk to get her basket.

"Let's go."

They linked their fingers together and Quinn lead Santana into the park they were at. They found the perfect spot and Quinn made Santana stand and watch while she prepared their picnic.

"Okay, you may sit."

"This looks perfect Quinn, you even got my favorite flowers."

"I wanted to do something other than the normal go out to eat thing. I made us a Caesar's salad, I hope that's okay?"

"It sounds delicious."

"What do you want to drink? I have children's champagne, so no alcohol, 7up, and diet coke."

"I think I'd like to start with some champagne, thank you."

Quinn poured them two glasses and they each took a sip.

"How are you feeling today?"

Quinn asked while nodding towards Santana's stomach.

"Really good actually. No morning sickness or anything like that."

"That's good, let's hope it stays like that. I was thinking about when we should tell Libby and the others."

"I hope so too! Do you have any ideas?"

"I was thinking that I want to tell Libby first. I know that she won't understand any of it, but she's the big sister and an important part of our family. I think maybe telling her on her birthday would be a good idea? You're due October 15th, and since Libby's birthday is April 30th you'll be just over three months along. If we're lucky you'll have a slight bump or something that we can show her, it'll probably be easier for her to understand it if she has something visual. Also, you'll be in your second trimester, so I'd consider it safe to tell our family and friends."

"I like that idea, it'll be a nice birthday surprise. Do you want to tell the others the same day or later?"

"As long as everything is going okay with you and the baby I don't see why not, for the same day that is."

"Sounds like we have a plan then. Also, Taylor and Britt are going to freak out."

"You're right, they'll be so excited. We should find some time to go to New York this spring, after Libby's birthday. We can visit our favorite half Asian family and look at apartments."

"Yeah, we need to check on our favorite Asian. I hear he's making progress, which is great."

"I'm so proud of him for making such great progress. Of course it helps that his parents made sure he had the best doctors on the east coast look out for him."

They were taking bites of their salad while talking, but Santana put her fork down and took Quinn's hand into her own.

"I'm even prouder of you, babe. Your condition was much worse and you made a full recovery with very little support. I know that the whole Glee club were at the hospital when we heard about it, and we kept saying that we supported you, but the only person that actually went with you to your physical therapy was Joe, and he probably just wanted to get into your pants. When you first managed to walk Finn was the first person besides Joe to find out and he wanted to push you to tell everyone. It was sort of like when he outted me, he just couldn't handle others being in the spotlight I suppose, or letting them do things in their own time. Mike has so many people around him right now, and you never had that. Even Artie wasn't really much of a help, sure he could help you with the wheelchair parts, but since he was never able to walk again he couldn't really understand how much pain you went through in physical therapy just to be able to stand again."

Quinn kissed Santana's hand and smiled.

"It all made me stronger though. It was really hard, because my mom was hardly there for me too, but I did it. And I really doubt Joe wanted to get in my pants, he was super religious. What Finn did was really terrible, I'll admit that I was slightly selfish in wanting to wait for a little bit longer, but it was also because I was really unsure if my legs were strong enough yet and the last thing I wanted to do was fall over in front of everyone. He just couldn't understand that and just kept accusing me of using the wheelchair for votes."

"Looking back I've gotta say that Finn was sort of a bully in a lot of ways. I don't like it."

Quinn shrugged.

"I suppose he was, but I don't care about him anymore. We're both successful and god knows what he's up to."

"And more importantly, I got you and he didn't."

Quinn laughed.

"Yeah, I'm not so sure he wanted me at all."

"Well he was stupid to pick the dwarf over you."

"San."

"I know, Rachel is our friend now and she's sort of awesome – I'll deny it if you tell someone – but still, no one picks her over you."

Quinn leaned in and kissed Santana.

"I'm glad you didn't."

Santana's hand moved to Quinn's hair and she pulled her closer.

"Never."

Their lips met again and the world fell away around them. It was only March so there was not a lot of people in the park at the moment, no one exactly where they were, so it didn't really mattered. They shared a deep kiss until they both needed air and they pulled back, resting their foreheads together.

"You're definitely the best kisser I've met."

"My tongue is indeed pretty skillful."

"Only you can make a sweet moment into something sexual."

"I like to consider it one of my good sides."

"It depends on the setting and the privacy level. It's not too bad right now, but you should save it for later, we're home alone tonight…"

Quinn pulled back and returned to her salad, leaving Santana completely breathless.

"She's sleeping at Lizzie's?"

"Yup."

Quinn was acting completely casual about it, and it only turned Santana on even more.

"No one's going to tell me that having kids ruin your sex life! God you're perfect."

Quinn smiled, proud with herself.

"Our sex life was never really one of my main concerns when I got pregnant with Libby to be honest. I think that as long as I'm married to you I'll have a very healthy sex life."

Santana shrugged.

"What can I say? I love giving, I love receiving and I'm married to someone who never fails to turn me on. Hearing you moan my name is about the best thing ever."

"I think that me topping you is one of the best things ever."

"You're lucky I let you."

"Oh please, you love it."

"I do. Which is why I let you. Also, you make a mean Caesar's salad!"

"I'm glad you enjoyed it. Are you finished?"

Santana nodded and Quinn cleared up their plates and the salad bowl, placing it back into the picnic basket, before she took out two new plates and dessert forks.

"Dessert time! I made us some cupcakes, I hope that's okay?"

"Definitely, everything you make is delicious"

"You're already getting sex tonight, no need to win me over."

"I was only telling the truth, babe."

"Who would have thought that HBIC Santana Lopez could be so sweet?"

"Oh you knew all along."

"I wasn't sure, but I thought you were a softie deep down."

Quinn put a cupcake on each of their plates and they dug in with their forks.

"So we're actually eating a cupcake with forks, huh? How sophisticated are we?"

"We're ladies, doing it the right way."

Santana got some frosting on her finger and put it on Quinn's nose.

"If you say so, love."

Quinn giggled when Santana kissed it off.

"Would you please hurry up so we can get home?"

Santana, who was still face to face with Quinn, made a low growling sound before she practically devoured her cupcake, not caring about using the fork.

"Done."

Quinn laughed.

"Oh, you looked so sexy just now."

"I know, there's just something about a pregnant lady and a cupcake that turns everyone on."

"Help me clean this up, so I can get you to bed."

"To sleep or to have hot sexy times?"

"I think you know the answer to that."

"Score!"

Santana and Quinn packed up their picnic and drove back home. Santana was impatient to get it on, but Quinn was Quinn, and there was no way she was going to let the leftovers stay in the picnic basket overnight so she quickly unpacked the most important things, leaving their plates and utensils in the basket, before she and Santana hurried upstairs. As soon as they reached their bedroom Quinn took control and slammed Santana into the wall next to the door. She pinned Santana to the wall, holding her arms next to her head and began sucking on her wife's neck.

"Oh god… Quinn."

Santana had begun noticing that she was even more sensitive now than she used to be, and she loved it. Almost everything Quinn did to her was even more intensified than it had been before she got pregnant. Quinn continued sucking and licking on Santana's neck, and she let go of one of Santana's hands, that immediately went to her blonde hair, to remove some of their clothes. With a very skilled hand she began undressing Santana and before long they were both down to their underwear. Quinn took a step back to appreciate the sight before her before she took Santana's hand and led her to the bed.

She stopped them at the foot of the bed and looked her wife in the eyes.

"Santana, I love you more than anything and I know that as long as you're around I'll be complete. Now please let me try and show you how much I love you."

Santana nodded slowly and Quinn placed one hand on Santana's cheek and another on her hip, pulling her in for a soft and gentle kiss. It was Santana's special day and she didn't want to rush things at all. They had all night after all, with absolutely no chance of having a little one interrupting them. Although this wasn't technically true, as Santana was pregnant, the chances of that little one disturbing them was pretty low.

Quinn broke their kiss and gently placed Santana on the bed. She straddled her and took off both of their bras, before she bent down and worked her way down Santana's body, worshipping it on the way. Santana never doubted that Quinn loved her, but it was still nice to have these moments of complete dedication.

Quinn paid extra attention to Santana's stomach, gently kissing and caressing it. There was no sign of Santana's pregnancy yet, but Quinn had a feeling that Santana would 'pop' quite early on. As soon as she reached Santana's underwear she slowly slid them down tan legs before she worked her way up those legs again, until she settled between them, her focus now on what was at the apex of those legs. Santana closed her eyes in anticipation of what was to come and a shudder ran through her when Quinn's tongue first made contact with her clit.

"Quinn…"

Her voice was laced with need and Quinn figured it would be cruel to let her suffer for too long, so she quickly got to work. Even after nine years together Quinn still managed to constantly surprise Santana both on and off the bed, and today was no different. And while Quinn had decided to be nice to Santana and get to work, she was still determined to prolong the experience, and every time Santana was close to coming she'd change her pace and movements, causing Santana to groan in frustration. Quinn did have a purpose with this action however, it wasn't to be cruel, it was just so that Santana's release would be so much stronger when she actually let her come after all this time.

Quinn removed her tongue from Santana's entrance and slid it up to her clit, while two fingers entered Santana. It didn't take long before Santana's walls tightened around Quinn's fingers, and with her back arched and Quinn's name a whisper on her lips she came, hard.

Quite possibly harder than ever before.

Santana was shaking and Quinn was helping her ride out her orgasm. When she eventually came down from her high her body all but collapsed on the bed and didn't know if she would ever be able to move again. Quinn gently removed her fingers, licking them clean, and moving up Santana's body. The blonde lied down next to the brunette, Santana on her back, breathing heavily, and Quinn on her side, cuddling her wife.

"Happy 28th birthday, Santana Fabray."

Santana grinned and turned over so she could kiss Quinn. After the short kiss, Santana was still pretty out of breath; they rested their foreheads together.

"Thank you for the best birthday."

"You have all important phone numbers right?"

"Yes, mija."

"And the number to the hotel?"

"Of course."

"And to her pediatrician?"

"It's on the fridge."

"And Taylor's phone number and address?"

"Santana this is all on the same list."

"And her medication?"

Quinn stepped into the hallway.

"She doesn't take any medication, babe."

"She doesn't?"

"No, and you know that."

"Okay, right."

"Now relax, your parents have everything under control, they raised you, didn't they?"

"Yeah, okay you're right. Sorry mom."

Maribel smiled at her daughter and daughter-in-law.

"You two enjoy your weekend now, okay? No stressing allowed."

"Got it, mamí."

Both of them hugged the older brunette just as Carlos and Libby came into the hallway, Libby running straight towards Santana.

"Mama!"

Santana lifted her up and hugged her tightly.

"Hi baby, I'm going to miss you."

"I miss you too, mama."

"Give me a kiss."

Libby kissed Santana and hugged her one more time before she reached out to Quinn."

"Bye bye mommy."

"Bye baby, I love you."

"Love you more."

"Be good for grammy and paps, okay?"

"Yes, mwommy."

"Give me a kiss too."

Libby kissed her other mother and wrapped her little arms around Quinn's neck.

"Mwommy."

"Yes baby?"
"Miss you."

"I'll miss you too, baby girl, but you'll have loads of fun with your grandparents and mama and I will be back before you know it."

"Pwomise?"

Quinn put her forehead on Libby's and smiled, kissing her nose.

"Promise."

"Good. Now mommies go bye-bye."

Santana, Quinn, Carlos and Maribel all laughed and Libby was handed over to her grandmother.

"We'll see you all on Monday afternoon, take care, we love you."

"Bye parents."

Santana took Quinn's hand and dragged her out to the car.

"Hurry up, we've got a schedule to follow."

"I don't even know where we're going, San."

"That's sort of the point."

"But we'll be there until Monday?"

"Yep."

"Do we need to fly?"

"Nope."

"Is it in California?"

"Yes."

"Long drive?"

"About an hour. Now sit back and enjoy the ride."

Santana pressed a few buttons and her own album began playing in the car.

"Smooth."

"You love my album."

"I do. It's a great album."

"So we're going to listen to it for the next hour."

Quinn smiled and shook her head before getting her book out of her bag.

"I'll just read a bit."

Santana nodded and started singing along to her own songs.

Just over an hour later Santana made a right turn and pulled up to a gate. Up until now Quinn had been completely focused on her book and had not paid attention to where they were going, but she now put her book down and looked over the vast landscape.

"San… where are we?"

"Welcome to the Pelican Hill Resort, Newport Beach."

"This place is huge! Are we staying here?"

"Yup. Now sit back while I find out where to go."

Santana drove up the long driveway, as Quinn watched the golf courses and houses on both sides.

Santana drove a long way, past many bungalows and the hotel/lobby, and didn't stop until she reached a building with a sign that said Villa Arrival. A young lady came over to the car and smiled at her.

"Good morning Mrs. Fabray-Lopez. Your villa is ready, here is your key, and your villa is the last one down this road. There is a butler waiting for you there, and he will take care of all of your needs during your stay. I hope you have a wonderful stay and don't hesitate to ask anyone if you have any concerns or questions."

Santana thanked her while Quinn sat back in her seat, slightly shocked.

"Baby, you didn't have to do this! This must have cost a fortune and it's just my 28th birthday, it's not even an important date or an important anniversary."

"Every birthday or anniversary with you is special, Q. We've been through a lot of the last few years and since Libby came we haven't had too much time alone together, and it will be even less when this little one joins the family. I wanted to do this for you to show you how much I love and appreciate you."

Quinn looked at her wife and took her hand.

"I will be showing you how much I love and appreciate you a lot over this weekend."

"I can't wait!"

They reached the end of the road and saw a relatively young man stand in the driveway. Santana drove up to him and rolled down the window.

"Hello Mrs. and Mrs. Fabray-Lopez. My name is Matthew and I will be your butler during your stay. Here is the garage door opener and if you'd like it you can park in the garage and I'll bring your luggage inside."

"That sounds wonderful, thank you Matthew."

Santana pressed the button and drove into the garage, before she and Quinn both hopped out of the car. Their fingers intertwined and they walked inside the villa, both of them pretty amazed.

"You are insane!"

"It's the love. It gets to my head."

"Crazy, crazy wife. I'm going to go check this place out."

They wandered off in different directions and met up quite a while later, in the kitchen.

"So, what did you think?"

"Santana, this place has four bedrooms… we're two people who share a bed. This place is huge, not as big as our house of course, but for the two of us for a few days it's huge."

"It's the biggest villa they have. I know it's a bit overboard, but I wanted this. I want us to have fun and have sex in all the rooms possible, and cuddle in all the rooms available."

Quinn leaned in and kissed Santana passionately.

"You are amazing and I love you."

"Phew, I'm relieved. I love you too though, endlessly."

"Stop being so damn cheesy and go give our butler some money."

Quinn smacked Santana's ass, and Santana winked in response and walked off to find Matthew. Quinn picked up her phone and called her mother-in-law.

"Hi mija, how's it going? Have you arrived yet?"

"Hi mamí, yeah we arrived a few minutes ago. Your daughter has gone mental; she's got us staying in the largest villa here, which has four bedrooms and a two-car garage!"

"I know dear, I tried getting her to pick a smaller place, but she wouldn't listen."

"I guess I shouldn't complain too much, the view is astonishing. How's Libby behaving?"

"I wouldn't know, Carlos stole her."

Quinn laughed.

"He stole her?"

"Yes, he insisted on having a grandfather-granddaughter day and took her to Disneyland right after you left. Based on the photos he sends me every ten seconds I'd say she's having a great time though."

"Aw, he's so good with her! I'm glad they're having fun at least. Make sure you get some time with her too though."

"It won't be easy, but I'll try my hardest."

"At least try to enjoy the California sun."

"Now that will definitely not be a challenge."

"I'm glad, now Santana's back so I've got to go, but keep me updated."

"Most definitely. Enjoy yourselves."

"You too, bye, love you."

Quinn hung up the phone.

"My mom?"

"Yeah, your dad took Libby to Disneyland."

"Without me? Aw man!"

Quinn smirked.

"Where's Matthew?"

"He left, told me to call if we needed anything."

"Good, then I'll show you that we'll have a much better time here than you would've at Disneyland."

Quinn led Santana to the main bedroom, and Santana did a little cheer.

Quinn sat up and stretched, feeling her muscles move under the skin, still slightly tense from her hours of 'exercise', before she stood up and heard Santana let out an appreciative sound. She turned around and smiled at her wife who was still under the white covers.

"I'm taking a bath, want to join me?"

"An actual bath or a continuation of our previous activities?"

"Bath."

"Then yes please!"

"So it would have been a no to our previous activities?"

"Most definitely. I'm so exhausted and sore all over, I don't even know if I can make it to the bathroom."

Quinn smirked and lifted Santana off the bed, so her legs were wrapped around Quinn's waist.

"Mission accomplished then."

"Most definitely."

They got to the master bathroom and Quinn sat Santana down on her feet on the floor so she could start the water to fill up the tub.

"Do you think you're going to be as horny during this pregnancy as I was?"

Santana smirked and shrugged.

"I don't know, but I'm hoping so!"

Quinn cupped Santana's cheeks and leaned her forehead against her wife's.

"I can't believe you're actually pregnant."

Santana smiled and wrapped her arms around Quinn's waist, pulling her close.

"Neither can I. It feels so different in a way, even though I'm not that far away yet and not even showing, but I can't believe that I'm carrying our baby."

"After the doctor told you that you might be infertile, did you think that this would ever happen?"

Santana took a deep breath and bit her lip.

"Not really. You know how I am, always a bit pessimistic. I hoped, of course, but after a few tries the hope sort of fell too. When we did the last one and I got the phone call I was so sure it was another no. When he said that he'd found two eggs I didn't know what to do with myself. I wanted to be excited, but I know that even if he did insert those two eggs they'd still have to begin growing, and after what happened to you I didn't want to get too excited."

"If it helps, I felt the same way."

"Really?"

Quinn nodded as she looked into Santana's eyes.

"But you seemed so excited?"

"I was, I really, really was. I couldn't believe I was going to have another baby with you. But I knew that it was our last chance for you to conceive one 'naturally' and I just didn't want anything bad to happen to us. We've been through so much already."

Santana broke the contact for a moment to turn off the water, before she turned back to Quinn.

"I really appreciate it though."

"Appreciate what?"

"You acting all strong. I really needed that, sometimes if I feel really down about something, but you're still happy as can be, it makes me feel better because I know that I'm being silly. If you're not worried about something it's not worth worrying about."

Quinn kissed her wife swiftly before she got into the water, Santana following her and lying down between her legs.

"I'm a really good actress then. I know that you tend to worry too soon sometimes, but a lot of times you're right to worry, and I worry too, but sometimes I put on a strong façade so you won't freak out too much."

"You are the best thing that has ever happened to me."

Quinn leaned forward and kissed Santana's shoulder.

"Same, baby."

"So, are you fine with my parents staying for so long?"

"Are you crazy? I'd have them move in with us if they'd let me."

"You really like them, don't you?"

"They're great, supporting parents. They love the both of us and Libby to no end and they will do everything in the world for us."

Santana's parents usually flew over to California a few times a year, to see their daughter and her family. Since Quinn and Libby's birthday was in the same month they decided to stay in California for a little while, from the beginning of April till the middle of May. Originally they had insisted on staying at a hotel or renting a little apartment, but Quinn and Santana had refused and eventually the Lopez's had given up. To make their stay even better Quinn had talked to a few friends and borrowed one of her close friends' very expensive sports car. Carlos had thanked her endlessly when she showed it to him and he had declared that Santana could not have married anyone better. He had also said that it was a good thing Santana was an only child, because a possible other in-law would have forever lived in Quinn's shadow. Quinn had blushed adorably and muttered that it was the least she could. Both her and her wife had seen the smile her Carlos' face however, and knew that the man really appreciated the gesture. It had also been pretty hilarious when Maribel had given him the talk about what was going to happen to him if he got as much as a tiny scratch on the car. He was going to protect that car with his life now.

The two relaxed in the tub until their skin started becoming pruney and the water cold, wrapping themselves in big, fluffy towels before getting dressed. While Quinn was getting ready Santana went downstairs to make dinner. She had asked, in advance, for a basket of specific groceries and she began making a romantic dinner for the two of them. Quinn came downstairs a little while later, and after Santana refused to let her help, she sat down on the terrace with her book.

"It's ready."

Quinn dog eared her book and followed Santana inside.

"It smells amazing, and it looks fantastic."

"I hope it tastes as good."

"You're a good cook, there's no reason as to why not."

They shared a sweet kiss and Quinn eyed the wineglass Santana was holding up for their toast.

"No worries, it's non-alcoholic wine. Yours is regular red wine though."

"I don't have to drink this you know, you laid off everything for me when I was pregnant, I want to do the same for you."

"If that's what you want, then I don't have any problem with that, but this weekend is an exception. It's a celebration of you and if you want to drink alcohol or coffee or eat things I can't, then go ahead."

"Fine, but I'll definitely not go overboard."

"You haven't gone overboard since we were in college, babe."

"I think you're forgetting a few parties."

"I'm not saying you haven't been drunk, but you're forgetting that I knew you in high school. Nothing you have done in the last, say 6 years, can compare to drunk-high-school-Quinn."

"Amen to that!"

Quinn raised her glass in a sort of toast and took a sip.

"Come on, that Quinn wasn't that bad."

"Yes she was, she was mean and weepy."

"And you have clearly forgotten high-school-Santana."

"You were the definition of weepy-drunk. No worries though, you're a sexy drunk now."

Santana smirked.

"Oh really?"

Quinn wiggled her eyebrows.

"Oh yeah. So hot."

Santana moaned at the look Quinn was giving her and took a huge sip of her 'wine', trying to break the eye contact.

"I worked really hard on this dinner, so we should probably eat it before I fuck you on this table."

Quinn playfully tutted as she put some of the fresh tuna steak on her fork.

"That's no way for a pregnant lady to speak."

"It's a normal way for Santana Fabray-Lopez to talk."

Quinn looked at Santana and bit her lip gently, before she ate what was on the fork.

"Yup, I am definitely going to be a horny pregnant lady."

"I don't mind."

"Based on what happened in that bedroom earlier, I know."

Quinn casually shrugged as she ate.

"I couldn't help myself, you just looked so fuckable."

This time it was Santana's time to tut playfully and Quinn laughed.

"We're quite the couple, huh?"

"Let's hope we're like this in 30 years too."

They clinked their wineglasses together and Santana winked.

"I have absolutely no doubt about that, dear."

They finished their meal with some light conversation before bringing their wine out to the terrace to watch the sunset.

Quinn curled up next to Santana, leaning into her wife, and their eyes stayed on the descending sun.

"This is so breathtaking, San."

They had the perfect view of the sun going down on the horizon, seemingly sinking into the ocean. The sky was bright red and yellow and neither of them could take their eyes off it.

"It's perfect, just like you."

Quinn smiled into Santana's neck, knowing that she definitely picked the right person to marry.

She moved up a little bit and whispered into Santana's ear.

"I love you."

Santana smiled and turned away from the sunset, instead staring into the spectrum of colors that were found in her wife's eyes. In her opinion Quinn's eyes were better than any sunset or sunrise in the world.

"I love you too, gorgeous."

She scooped a stray piece of hair behind Quinn's ear and kissed her deeply, just because she could.
