I'm baaaaaaaaack! But in all seriousness, I'm back and I feel fine. But I digress; let me tell you how horrible I feel. My gosh, school was annoying but I managed to get through it. And on another note, did anyone actually realize that the last chapter happened on a Sunday? I just did the math and the time frame for the last chapter was a Sunday. Kinda odd but I've since changed it to skip another day to fix that little delema.

Sabrina06: Thank you, finals were a nightmare worse than the ones Phineas has been having.)

14AmyChan: I'm glad you're happy, it makes me happy when my readers are happy … Oh I'm sorry, I mean to say it makes me happy when my readers are crying out in agony but your one of my few exceptions to that (another being my beta).

KuriMaster13: Um … yeah … you don't know me very well do you?

RedWingChris: Wait a minute … if you're following me then why are you posting with a guest account? Just kidding, I know there are many reasons as to why someone would so that and I'm not going to pry.

Irresistiblecookie: That's a complicated bag of worms.

gravity5: Yes ideate.

(Phineas's POV)

(The next day(Tuesday))

School had let out early today and Ferb and I were in our backyard going over another idea for what to do today. "I think we should keep our original idea of the most perfect blend of candy ever."

Ferb gave me a look that made it seem that he was thinking something else.

"Oh come on Ferb." I said sadly. "It's a great idea."

"I didn't say it wasn't" Ferb responded.

"Then what's with the look?" I asked.

"Have you tried talking to Isabella yet?"

My eyes went wide as he said that. "No." I said as I turned around. "I haven't gotten the chance yet."

"Do you know what you're going to say?" He asked again.

I shook my head. "I have to somehow convince her that I want what's best for her, but that's not going to work well."

"It will if you go about it the right way." He said with a smile.

"Well I can't even get near her. I've tried earlier today and she wasn't even around."

Ferb let out a cough and pointed towards the gate. As I looked over I saw none other than Isabella standing there, looking guilty. "Hi Phineas … What … what'cha …" She took a deep breath and faked a smile. "What'cha'doin?"

I looked back to Ferb as he stood up and smiled towards me. "I leave this in your capable hands Phineas." He said before walking into the house.

Not so capable. I thought as I looked over to Isabella who was still standing at the gate looking sad and guilty about something. "Well …" I began. "Why don't you take a seat?"

She walked over and sat down next to me. "Hey." She said weakly.

"Hey." I responded. There was a long moment of silence between us until I finally said something. "Well … I don't know what to say … I mean I want us to be friends again but-"

"You don't have to say anything Phineas." She responded. "I've had this backwards. All this time I wanted you to trust me but I've given you no reason to."

I tried to speak but the words couldn't come out.

"I'm the one who should be sorry Phineas, all this time I just expected you to believe me but I've been anything but trustworthy."

"Izzy." I said softly.

"No Phineas. I was the one who fell for Jesse's deceit, I was the one who lied to you. I made it seem like we wouldn't still be close after I got together with my crush."

"Izzy." I said again.

"I shouldn't be surprised that you think I wouldn't still be close to you after I got together with my crush and I'm going to do whatever it takes to fix that."

"Izzy, stop." I pleaded.

"No." She interrupted. "Here's what's going to happen; until we're friends again, until I've earned back the trust that I threw away, until I've convinced you that we will always be close, I refuse to become a couple with my crush, or anyone else."

"What?!" I asked shocked.

"You heard me right Phineas, I refuse to get together with my crush until you're convinced that we will still be close after."

"No." I pleaded.

"Yes." She responded.

"No." I said again.

"YES!" She said, a little more forcefully.

"ISABELLA!" I stated. "I know that we won't be friends after you get together with your crush because that's what the supercomputer said."

"Say what?" She asked as she looked at me in disbelief.

I let out a sigh and looked away from her. "I … I was afraid that we were drifting apart … and I felt like your crush had something to do with it, so … I asked the supercomputer if we would still be friends after you got together with your crush and … it said 'no'."

"Really?" She asked. "That's why you thought that we wouldn't be friends after I got together with my crush?"

"Yeah, and it wasn't the only one who told me that. Katie confirmed it, saying that I would have to become friends with you again if I wanted you to get together with your crush. Then on top of that, you haven't said that we would still be friends when you become a couple with him."

"That's what this has been about? Phineas …"

"I know for a fact that we won't be friends after you get together with your crush so I don't want you to turn your back on your feelings just so that we can remain friends." I said as I turned back to face her.

"Phineas." She said with a laugh. "I don't think you understand."

"No, I do understand." I interrupted. "I understand how strong a feeling love is, and I know how painful it can be to not be with someone you love."

"Come again?" She asked.

"I said I know what it's like to be in love." I responded. "I …" I let out a sigh and looked away slightly. "There's this girl … I really like her but I'm not able to be with her and … it hurts."

Isabella looked at me, shocked. "How much … how much do you like her?"

I let out a sigh and looked at Isabella which made my heart rate pickup. "Every time I see her I feel like the day just got better. She's the most amazing person I've ever known and … if I were to list all the things I liked about her, we would be here for all eternity."

"Oh." Isabella said as she seemed to cringe a little.

"But still, I want you to be happy and … I know that our friendship will end, but I don't care about that." I looked away slightly. "Well … not as much, but still, I want you to get together with your crush so I'm going to do whatever it takes to help you with that."

She looked at me, shocked. "Phineas … I … I need to go." She quickly turned around and ran.

(Isabella's POV)

I ran as fast as I could. When I finally reached my room I locked the door, threw myself on my bed and began to cry. "Damn it Phineas." I said through my tears. "Why did you have to go and fall in love with someone?"

I continued to cry. It was some time before things finally eased up a little. "Phineas said he'd do anything so that I could … get together with the one I'm in love with … but … I can't … He's the one I'm in love with … why doesn't he realize that?" I turned over and sighed. "I missed my opportunity I guess … or maybe I never had one?" I shook my head. "I guess I should be happy, five out of six is good. At the very least all the other fireside girls got to get together with the one they love."

(Phineas's POV)

(A short time later)

Ferb had returned and expected me to have everything worked out, but much to his disappointment, it wasn't. After a lengthy conversation, I finally convinced Ferb that we should build a beach again, as a testimony to how we wouldn't let a little cold weather stop us. It wasn't too long before more people had shown up.

"So how exactly are you going to make a beach work in the middle of spring?" Buford asked.

"Simple Buford." I responded. "It's not really a beach but the biosphere we used before. Ferb found it yesterday and we fixed it up and added a few things."

"Really?" Baljeet asked. "You are reusing an old contraption?"

"We've done it before." I answered.

"Well I don't think anyone brought their bathing suits." Buford responded.

"Not to worry." I said as I lead everyone inside. "Ferb's already taken care of that." As everyone walked inside I showed them a shop that was set up, near the entrance, that gave away anything one would need when adventuring in the biosphere.

As everyone rushed into the shop I looked over to Ferb. "Let's get this thing set up."

"Are you sure you're okay?" He asked.

"Of course I'm sure." I responded. "Why wouldn't I be?"

"Because of Isabella." He responded.

"Oh, don't worry about that, she just had some stuff to take care of." I said as I scratched my ear.

"I think you're in denial Phineas." He said as he crossed his arms.

"I can live with that Ferb. Now let's get the beach set up before everyone gets out."

Ferb sighed, walked over to the nearest wall, pulled out a panel and began pressing a few buttons. Within no time, the beach was beginning to fill in.

"This is amazing." Gretchen said as she stepped out of the shop in a purple one piece. "It's too bad that Django and Adyson couldn't come."

"Well Django's starting physical therapy and Adyson wanted to be with him." I answered. "We'll just have to show them the next time they're over."

"Won't it disappear?" She asked.

I shook my head with a smile. "Ferb set up an anti random red, orange, yellow, blue, indigo, and violet ray from the sky array so none of our inventions will disappear anymore."

"Well what about random green rays from the sky?" Gretchen asked.

"There's no such thing as random green rays from the sky." I said with a laugh.

"If you're sure then." Gretchen said as she grabbed Ferb's arm. "Let's go have some fun." She dragged Ferb off.

I looked over to see that everyone else had already gotten dressed and was enjoying themselves. Ferb and Gretchen were building a sand castle the size of a mansion, Baljeet and Ginger were measuring the wind speed to determine when the largest wave was going to hit. Buford and Milly were surfing waves unaware of the large wave that was about to capsize them both, and Erick and Katie were at the shallow end; Katie trying to get Erick to go deeper into the water as Erick tried to get Katie away from the incoming monster wave that he knew was coming.

"It must be nice." I said as Baljeet and Ginger ran to Ferb and Gretchen's sand castle followed by Erick, who was carrying Katie. "Just look at all the fun they're having out there." Buford and Milly rode the giant wave all the way to Ferb and Gretchen's shelter, Buford managed to get on top but Milly missed it and would have been swept away if it wasn't for Buford grabbing her. "All those happy couples … and here I am still single … and doomed to forever remain as such."

I turned around and saw Perry right behind me on all fours. "Oh, there you are Perry, what brings you here?" Perry made his little chattering noise and dumped his beak onto me. I quickly took a look around, then pulled out my animal translator and placed it on my ear. "Is it safe for you to talk to me here?"

"The day Monogram puts cameras in one of your invention is the day my arch enemy becomes competent."

"You mean that as a 'that will never happen' or a response to something big?"

"Both I guess." He responded. "But that's beside the point, seeing as you kept your end of our deal I'm ready to keep mine."

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"I am ready to restore your memories from that day you forgot. I just need to get things set up in S.H.E.D."

I looked at Perry then back to the beach that had now become an island. "Well … not right now."

"What?!" Perry exclaimed.

"I guess I'm just not in the mood at the moment. I talked with Isabella earlier and … let's just say it didn't leave me with the best feeling in the world."

"All the more reason to get your memories restored now, I mean a great adventure is the best thing to make you feel better."

"It just wouldn't be the same without Isabella." I said as I turned around.

"Trust me Phineas, you want to do this."

"Yeah but … not right now." I said as I shook my head.

"Yes, right now." He said as he walked in front of me. "Phineas … just take my word for it, it'll make you feel better."

I sighed and shook my head. "Fine, if you insist."

Okay, quick note, I've been using a new computer and new mouse so my typing is hindered and the mouse's scroll function is crap so if something is off then that's probably why. In other news, I have no other news.
