"Calm down Ollie," Brax mumbled.
"No, I can't," Ollie sobbed. "He was gonna hurt me."
"He wasn't," Kyle whispered, rubbing her back, as Sasha comforted a crying Rosie. Ollie screamed into Kyle's jumper in distress. Rosie was no less calm.
"I'm driving you the rest of the way," Brax said firmly, gently pushing them both toward the car door.
"Rosie are you sure you're alright to do this now?" Sasha muttered.
"No," Rosie whispered, suddenly going pale. "I can't do it, he'll know and his friends would go after me instead. I'm sorry." Rosie ran away and Sasha sighed and ran after her, calling her name.
"Right well we're going home then," Brax told Kyle and Ollie.
"Why? How else is he gonna get locked up?" Kyle asked.
"You can't say anything until Rosie does," Brax explained, starting the car.
"We could at least try!" Kyle exclaimed.
"We could but we won't until both Rosie and Ollie have calmed down a bit, so get in we're going home," Brax stressed. Kyle took one glance at a shivering Ollie and gave in. He somehow got her into the car and sat next to her. She leant her head on his lap and Kyle stroked her hair for the whole journey.
"Skye?" Brax called out, opening the front door and Kyle placing Ollie down on a sofa. Skyler and Ellah came downstairs and saw the upset Ollie running a hand through her long black hair.
"Oh my gosh Ollie are you alright?" Ellah gasped, running over to her and sitting down on the sofa.
"Lachlan turned out to be apart of the plot," Kyle explained under his breath. "Then when we were going down to the police station and we ran into Mullens and Lachlan. Ollie said she didn't want to see Lachlan again and he made several attempts to grab her and Ollie got shaken up."
"What a prick," Ellah hissed, bringing Ollie in for a side hug.
"I'm sorry honey," Skyler said comfortingly, sitting on the arm of the couch.
"It's fine," Ollie sniffed, rubbing her eyes with the rough sleeve of her jumper, making her eyes quite red and sore. "I just got a bit nervous because my ex was abusive, which was one of the reasons I left."
"You never told us that," Kyle blinked at her sadly. "I could've done more to protect you from Lachlan if I knew that this was the reason you were so scared."
"You did all you could," Ollie whispered, reaching for his hand and holding it in her. "Lachlan wasn't even my boyfriend, Kyle. I never liked him. I liked YOU." Ellah raised her eyebrows and Skyler and Brax smirked at each other.
"Come on, Brax, I need to show you the new cots I wanted to order," Skyler said loudly, taking Brax's hand and pulling him into the kitchen.
"Yeah count me in," Ellah said quickly, leaving Ollie and Kyle together.
"Kyle, I'm not saying we have to fall in love and live happily ever after," Ollie stressed, her eyes pleading. "But I'm just telling the truth-" Kyle cut her off and sat next to her and kissed her, softly but also with a lot of passion. "Please, look after me," Ollie whispered against his lips, their foreheads touching. "Don't let anyone but you come close to me again." Kyle tucked a strand of Ollie's hair behind her ear out of her face.
"Of course I won't."
Guys I feel guilty because its pretty much been all about Ollie and Kyle SO next chapters gonna be Bryler/Cellsey based okay my loves ❤
