This is a sequel to "Not Knowing". The team are starting to form relationships while the everyday business of saving the world goes on as usual. Making something out of nothing.

"Woah. That was a bit too close," said Keri, throwing herself into a seat next to Aneisha.
"You guys looked like you were having fun !" commented Aneisha.
"Yeah, what can I say ? It was teamwork !" said Keri. Zoe giggled.
Back at base, everyone started pulling gadgets and devices out of their pockets, and dumping them on the workbenches and desks. Dan had closed down all of the comms and got up out of his chair so that Tom could sit down and start analysing what data he had collected. Dan felt a hand on his shoulder. "Good work Dan," said Frank quietly. "You're a lot more confident on the comms desk now," he said encouragingly.
Dan shrugged tiredly. "I've had some practice," he said.
"Awwww ! There's nothing !" moaned Tom. "All I got was some static and some radio frequencies which don't do anything. It's just interference hum. Nothing useful," he said, slamming his headphones down on to the desk.
"I've got my film," said Keri, waving her phone around.
"That's just people disappearing !" said Aneisha, yawning. "I'm tired. Can we go Frank ?" she asked.
"Yes, you're all dismissed," said Frank, waving his hand at them. "I'll send what we've got to Technical and I'll let you know what they find," he promised.
They all got into the lift. Zoe was chatting happily with Tom and Aneisha. Dan and Keri stood in silence. After checking that the coast was clear, they all spilled out of the lift. Tom, Aneisha and Zoe set off towards home. Dan couldn't keep up with them and soon gave up the effort. His hands hurt from using the crutches all day. Keri walked alongside to keep him company. Dan looked over at her. "You don't have to dawdle along with me Keri. I don't mind if you want to get going," he said.
Keri looked over at him. "Oh it's Okay," she said glumly. "I'm not in any hurry. Nobody's interested in my film," she added.
"I am," said Dan. "Why don't we have a look at it ?" he suggested. "My Mum can't get here for another 20 minutes anyway, so I've got to wait for her," he explained.
"Nobody thinks I'm any good at finding stuff out !" complained Keri.
"Yeah, well nobody thinks I'm much of a Field Agent at the moment, do they ?" asked Dan, nudging her side with his elbow.
She smiled a little at him. "Okay, come on. Let's see if we can find anything," she said. They both sat on a bench near the gates and Keri took out her phone. They watched the footage she had taken carefully.
"It looks better than the footage the Spy Pods took," said Dan.
"I know right !" agreed Keri. "Wait, what's that ?" she asked. She re-ran the footage and both she and Dan stared closely at it. "There !" said Keri.
"They put hoods up," said Dan. He looked at Keri and frowned. "They had to cover their heads for some reason."
"They must have needed total coverage," said Keri. "I think they were using a suit like the one I made," she said. "They don't look like mine though."
"Maybe it's like you said, and the metal is woven into the material," said Dan. "I wonder how you do that," he pondered.
"Well, you can get fine metal threads. I've seen some made out of stainless steel in the textile tech room," said Keri.
"Do you think we could make some ?" asked Dan.
"I guess we could. I don't know how though," said Keri.
"Is there a loom in the tech room ?" asked Dan.
"I've seen one in the cupboard," said Keri, looking puzzled.
"I know how to use one," said Dan. "My Gran has a loom. She showed me how it worked. How about it Keri ? How about we show Frank and Stella some new tech of our own ?" he said grinning.
Keri grinned back at him. "Yeah, I'm up for it Morgan !" she said, high-fiving him. "Oh !" she said suddenly leaping to her feet. "We could do it for Mr. Flatley's tech project. I haven't got one, how about you ?" she asked.
Dan grinned widely. "I knew I had a girlfriend with brains !" he said happily.
Keri practically swooned with happiness. Nobody had ever called her brainy before. "I love you !" she said happily, kissing him on the lips. A car horn hooted and Dan's Mum waved from her car. "Okay, get hopping. I'll see you tomorrow," Keri said happily. Then she saw Dan's Mum waving her over.
"I think you're being offered a lift," said Dan. "Coming ?" Keri nodded happily and followed him to the car.
"You look like you had a good day !" said Dan's Mum, as he clumsily climbed in.
"Started badly. Got a lot better," said Dan, smiling at his Mum through the rear view mirror.
"So I see !" she said, nodding at Keri who was floating on her own little cloud of happiness.
While he was at home that evening, Dan went online and made some purchases with the help of his Mum. He told her it was for a school technical project that he and Keri had dreamed up, which was true after all. Once he was on his own, he called up Tom who sounded depressed. "Hey Tom, me and Keri have an idea and you can help," said Dan. Tom perked up immediately. Dan explained his and Keri's idea about making a suit with metallic threads.
"Do you know how to do that ?" asked Tom in surprise.
"Well, I think I know how to make the material, and Keri knows how to make the suit, so I think between us we can do it," explained Dan. "The only thing is that we don't know how much metallic thread we need to put in. I was thinking of making some small samples and maybe you could test them ?" he asked tentatively. He wasn't sure if Tom would think they were wasting his time.
"Brilliant Dan. That's a great idea !" said Tom sounding excited. "I'll get in tomorrow and get the invisibility circuit set up again. If you can make some small samples with different metallic densities I can run them on the circuit and analyse the different capabilities !" he finished.
"So that's a yes ?" asked Dan, wanting to make sure.
"Of course. Why wouldn't it be ?" asked Tom sounding puzzled.
"Well, Stella seems to think the only thing I can do is run around and hit people," said Dan.
"Nah ! You've always been good with your hands," said Tom. "I didn't realise Keri was so good though until she made that suit out of the survival blankets. That was ace !" he said.
Dan grinned. "Yeah, it was wasn't it ?" he said. "So, see you tomorrow right ?"
"Yeah, Mr. Flatley won't know what hit him !" crowed Tom.
"Neither will KORPS, hopefully," said Dan.
