New

Looking into his apartment, everything he saw was new. The bed, the table, the stove (Which he would likely never use) . . . All fresh and clean and shiny, not even hinting to the destruction the entire village had been through mere months before.

And it was empty. Barren. Desolate. It was uninviting and there was nothing there to suggest that it was inhabited, that it was his apartment.

But as he walked into his new apartment and placed the battered photo frame (Salvaged from the wreck of his old apartment building) and threw his (new. The old one was damaged beyond repair in the war) Black and orange jacket onto his couch, he knew that he was going to make this clinical feeling collection of rooms into a home.

Even if he never did use his new stove.

Today I wrote out a list of 100 Naruto characters on Reddit. Didn't forget Shino, almost forgot Sai. I also got a new phone (Huawei Ascend p6, for those who are curious). My old phone (3 or 4 years) was on the brink.
